Dear sir,
Kindly refer to my policy no. [protected] dated 02 nov 15 sent by 507, Rectifier house, naigaum cross oad, wadala (w), mumbai- 400031.
Following mistakes observed in the renewal letter as furnished below:-
(a) In the name of policy holder instead of prefixing Mr. Amarjit Kumar Rai you have entered M/S Amarjit Kumar Rai which indicates commercial use vehicle, which needs to be corrected. Its my personal bike and is on my name only.
(b) In Vehicle registration no.- My motorcycle no. is ML 05 F 8011 but You have quoted ML 05 F 88011, one digit extra in the four digit no., which is to be corrected. One extra 8 has been prefixed.
This is my fourth mail on the issue but till date there is no confirmation from ur side. I ranged to the mumbai branches but they are suggesting me to visit the branch which i dont want to do. I submitted my documents at the time of making renewal from reliance gen life. Further I mailed the snap of rc as an attachment also for necessary action as suggested by the customer executive chennai a week back and they assured me that it will be done but still awaited.
I requested for a fresh quote with requisite corrections i pointed out as mentioned above. Kindly look into the matter as this is a typing mistake from ur office staff side and idont want to visit ur offices for proving along with rc copy. As such im again sending my rc copy for ur authentication and necessary action. Dont treat this mail as a complain, its my humble request to do the needful without commuting the ur offices. Im a very busy person being serving in Navy and not getting time for it.
So, kindly correct the sought particulars in your database and send a fresh quote on my email at the earliest.
My contact no. [protected].
Plz find the copy of registration certificate as an attachment.
Regards,
AK Rai
