Hi, I have taken Kotak wealth Insurance policy 02162934 for 1 Lac. And based on that i got a call from IRDA center explaining that the commission involved for above said policy, They suggested me that i could get this commission/bonus in place of Agent as for the company giving commission/bonus to any party is fine. To get the commission back they said that i have to purchase a new policy "Reliance Life insurance MONEY Multiplier Plan" (Client ID[protected], Contract No[protected] of rs 46935/- After 45days I will get that commission MONEY back and after that i could close this Reliance Plan. I waited for 45 days but nothing happened. I followed up many of times then they said it will take a year time.I seems like a get trapped .I have visited reliance office couple time to get my money back but nothing helped.This insurance policy is not a worthly policy, I have asked Reliance to switch my policy to different plan but they haven't agreed for this too.     Claim Number: [protected]. Policy Name: [protected] Name: Pratik K Bhansali Hello sir, I am having mediclaim policy with Reliance General Insurance since more than 4 years. Every year I renew the policy on time. My policy number for current year is mentioned above. I was hospitalized due to critical illness in the end of Aug. 2014, so I initiated a claim (the claim number is mentioned above). After a few days (when my health was improved), I sent all the documents to their health claim office at Hydrabad. As per their records, the documents where received to them on 17th Sep. 2014. After that I waited for 20+ days but they did not give any kind o[censored]pdates till then. Whenever I used to call them or used to track the claim status, it always said that claim is under primary stage of process, the status was not getting updated. So, I emailed at rgicl.[protected]@rcap.co.in, still there was not update or reply from their side. I also emailed at rgicl.[protected]@rcap.co.in but again there was no update or reply from their side. Suddenly, on 11th Oct. 2014 I got the SMS and Email from their side that my claim is approved along the claim amount. So, I thought that the claim amount would be deposited in my account soon. But today is 14th Oct. 2014 and still the amount is not deposited my account. If I try to contact them at their customer care number, they say your call has reached in motor department, please wait we will transfer the call to heath department and the call gets disconnected. This has happened almost more than 20 times. There is nobody to answer my queries if I email them (not even their grievances head), their phone system is too bad as the call gets disconnected. I am totally helpless as I am not able to get the exact status of claim, and there is no one to answer my queries. Finally, I have approached you with the problem. Please help me as I am fed up of this. Everyday I have to waste my time calling, emailing them and at the end of the day I get no updates.       Hi, I had taken a Reliance insurance policy for my car and the policy number is : [protected]. I got my vehicle in march 2014 and last month my vehicle got hit when i had parked my vehicle in front of my house. The vehicle got damages on the right side front door and right side fender got some dent and scratches. Screenshots taken from the spot are attached. I approached Elite Motors for the repairs and called the insurance surveyor for the inspection. The insurance surveyor by name "Kamaruddin" came and inspected the vehicle but in his report, he said the right side door only damaged and the right side fender damage is old one. He has not done a proper inspection and i received the claim only for my right side front door. I had called to him and explained the details as well. I think, u r surveyors are not capable to do proper inspection. With this, What can i conclude ? Going with Reliance Insurance is Good or Bad? I have around seven vehicle, for which i had taken Reliance Insurance last year. Now i have to re think while renewing my insurances. Thanks & Regards Anil V.B [protected]

          Dear sir, my name is D.Koilpitchai, My calim Ref no is [protected] i am facing many problems with reliance insurance company, as i submitted all the bills on 22nd of may 2014 and 23rd of june they have setteled our claim that is to when i registerd our claim to IRDA on 15th of june sir i dont know the reason why it took so much time to process my claim, and i have called the claim department hyd nearly 500 times no response from them, i want to know that who is responsible for the delay caused to me, they didnt gave the approval for my vehicle although they have receievd it from there higher officials .i had lost my income for nearly two months and who is going to bare my loss, i am asking you to mail me back with the complete information on my claim. now that i have lost my income for 2 months, so kindly help me thhrough this issue.               Hello, Policy number: [protected] Claim No: [protected] Type: Car Insurance claim Last week I met a small accident where my right side both door got small dent and also my car bumber also got big damage Now Reliance Servey personal came Mr. Kishore Dhumal came and he simply rejected my both door repair and only agree to get bumber work done, which is worth 2000 Rs, total claim is around 10000 with painting and denting repair with bumber change. He did not agree when I also try to take him to the spot, which was nearby, we was very rude to me as if I was bagging to him, Please help me to get this claim, I am using Reliance card insurance since 2 years and this is my first claim.                 Please refer to insurance # RGI[protected]-2012 for my mother Mrs. Usha Gopalakrishnan. She travelled to Canada and had some medical issues and paid herself for treatment. Every time when we contacted the isurance company, they said, to go ahead for treatment, make payment and finally once she return to India, Reliance will reimburse the amount in one time. Once she returned to India, submitted the receipts. Then the insurance company is denying to pay the amount. They are asking us to tell the doctor who treated her to contact Reliance office in India to pay the money back to patient. This seems to be cheating and this company is looting money from public. Do they think that Doctors in Canada are sitting here with out job, calling insurance companies to make sure the patients are being reimbursed? It is shame for us in other countries. Also, to make aware public that this company will never help travellers who use their insurance. Its looting and rip people.                 One more note: We submitted all the relevant documents and certificate signed by the doctors office. Its a bunch o[censored]seless papers the doctor had to sign every time. The doctors were laughing at us while they signed these documents. Asking, whether we are still 100 years behind? That time when we contacted the insurance company, they said, they have their office in North America and they will take care of all other documentation and will verify the receipts.

                  respecting you sir i mr ippili praveen kumar recieved a letter from reliance general insurance berhampur branch that is please find below attatched photo. after i recieved that i did discuss that who issued to me is named purnachandrapanda occupied abm berhampur branch odisha state is saying that to me is you should pay the premium second time also at my branch to upload the policy details [policy number [protected]], then for verification i did call to your customer care for the status of my policy, they are saying is details of my policy are not uploaded. your purnachandra panda abm suggested me that go threw legal also, i have recorded that voice also in my phone. so iam requesting you that please send me full details and status of my policy. thanking you sir

                        Never have trust and insurance from Reliance general Insurance as this is the bogus and fraud company. I had my insurance since last 5 years and I claimed for insurance for repairing of my car, but some surveyor name Prasad surveyed the car and gace false report due to which I claim was rejected. This is all because Reliance General Insurance never wants to give your money. Really I am very much disapointed by this company. So I suggest all not to have insurance from Reliance General Insurance.

I had recieved a call from reliance general insurance regarding mediclaim policy, the name of the telecaller was rohtash, he is from gurgoan branch, i told him that i want a mediclaim policy for my parents and on that time he told me i[censored] want a policy for ur parents than first u have to take the policy than it will easy for ur parents to take the policy. After that i spoke to the head of the branch the name oh that person SUDARSHAN TYAGI. He told me i[censored] r going to take the policy than we r going to send the health coupons for ur parents or we are going to send our executive at ur doorstep or u have to just fax the reports to us. He told me if you are not going to take the policy than ur parents are going to face the so many problems .
                        After 3 weeks i spoke to there customer care, they people told me, that they people gave you false information, after that again i recieved a call from reliancegeneral insurance and again they people told me within 48hrs our executive is going to come at your door step, and again there was no response from them, still i haven't recieved the any service from them regarding my parents policy . they people told me that they are going to take strict action but there were no actions taken by the company.
                        Still my parents haven't recievd the mediclaim policy.
                        Please help my parents to have a policy & to take a remedial actions against the company.

                        Reliance General Insurance — No complaints closures

                        Hi,

                        I have taken the car insurence with Reliance General Insurence. The Vehical registration number on the Policy note was wrongly printed. So, I have raised a ticket with Reliance General Insurence around 3 months backs.

                        But till now there is no action on this. I have called 5 times within three konths time. Every time I call, they say, they will take immediate action. But They never took the action.

                        Also, the TR that I opened (No: 579882) has been closed with no answer. When enquired the same to customer service, they are saying that it was closed but couldn't know the reason why it is closed since the systems are not working.

                              I am currently in st petersburg, russia, on a short term visit. Before travelling here, i took out a travel care insurance with reliance general insurance. I need to consult an ent specialist for flu symptoms. I tried to call the international toll number listed on my policy document....the number does not exist. The website listed on my policy document provides no information. The email addresses listed on the europ assisstance website and the policy document apparently dont exist! I tried online chat, calling the indian customer care numbers, no one can provide,e any information. I am told there is a list of network hospitals where i can go, get treated and claim insurance. But no one can provide me the list of hospitals. Reliance customer care says i need to go to europ assisstance website. The web site has no such information. Highly unprofessional! I am surprised such practices are being allowed in india. Reliance general should just shut shop if they cannot answer simple queries of sick patients. Never take out insurance with them. The only thing reliance can be relied upon it seems is ti be highly unreliable. I am sick in another country and i have no access to medical aid now thanks to reliance general insurance and europ assistance.

                                Respected Sir,

                                I, Mrs. Yogeeta Shetty proprietor of M/s.Om Sai Travels request you to look into my insurance claim matter. My vehicle was stolen on 2.7.11. All the documents were submitted to Reliance General Insurance for the claim. They have denied my claim saying that the vehicle was not transferred in my name. The Maharashtra State Consumer Commission has ruled that a person buying a vehicle from its original owner in a re-sale deal cannot be deprived of an insurance claim simply because the "change of owner" was not effected in the insurance policy.(Mumbai Mirror 3rd January'2013).

                                Reliance General Insurance/Car Insurance — Non Receipt of Policy documents and bad response.

                                For my Honda City car insurance i called a Reliance Insurance agent by the name of Saurabh([protected]) to my residence and gave him cheque dated 12/10/2008 for the insurance of my car. But till date i neither received the cover note nor the policy. I mailed to reliance at Diwali but till date no action is taken. Later i emailed a complaint on the Reliance Address. It was acknowledged but nothing was received. Till date nothing is received and his mobile is not responding. Now it is near to 1 and half month when the cheque in the name of Reliance was handed over to the agent and money was deducted from my HDFC account on 18/10/2008. but i have not recieved policy document.
                                I am unable to drive the car for want of papers and am waiting all the time at home for the receipt of the requisite papers.

                                Can anybody please help from reliance or Consumer court.

                                RELIANCE VEHICLE INSURANCE — NON RECEIPT OF INSURANCE POLICY

                                I have to inform you that I have already paid a cheque bearing no.833352 for Rs.7493 dt 15.4.2009 towards insurance coverage for my Honda city car no.KA 03 MF 3401.The instrument has already been realised on 20.4.09.I regret to state that I have not yet received a Cover note nor the policy till date.
                                The old policy was expired on 28.4.09. I am surprised that even after the realisation of my cheque I have not yet received any document in connection with the insurance coverage.On account of your negligence and carelessness I am not able to take my car out.Yours is such a reputed company.I really wonder how you can be so irresponsible in issuing me the relevant documents.I am really upset about your service to your customeers.You promise and assure so many things at the time of getting business.But you forget everything once your job is done.I had not expected this kind of callousness from your company which is so popular.At any cost I require the aforesaid documents of my car failing which I may be forced to take legal action against your company.To know the facts of the case clearly you contact the agent Mr.Immanuel Robert, Mob.no.[protected].who had approached me.whenever I have tried his number it was always switched off. Take him to task and settle the matter immediately.

                                Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. — Non Receipt of Insurance Policy

                                I gave a Cheque of Rs. 11,884 to Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. and it was credited on 18th Nov. 09 for my Honda City (NO. DL 4 CBA - 2875) but for last 2 months, neither I have received any cover note nor any Policy documents, the agent through it was done is not picking up the phone and this is a matter of tension for me.

                                Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. — Insurance Policy did not created

                                SIR,
                                I hade taken insurance Policy for my vehicle and the cover note issued was :[protected] and the issue date was :[protected], and agent told me that i will get policy within a week. Now it has been around 4 months and the agent is not reachable and if i called reliance customer services they just avoid me or write complain but doing nothing every time they gave me different numbers to contact and all numbers are fake on not running.
                                I am running my bike on risk since last four months even i have paid for insurance.
                                Please help me out, i am waiting for your favorable reply.

                                1] TATA indica car no.MH 02 AL 0110 was purchased by me from shri mukund agrawal 2]company said above vehicle issued in the name was duly transferrred in the name of shri vikarali 3] vehicle was stolen on 17/01/2010 whan the insurance policy was duly in the my name shrivikaraliazisali & police station f.i.r.registered duly 31/01/2010 but i immediately infome police station i dont know why duly reg.F.I.R. even no claim sattllement was offerred my claim amount 200000Rupees

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I Sri Charan from Raichur Karnataka i have a policy of Reliance general Insurance co ltd of my vehicle Bolero SLX Private Car my policy no is [protected].my vehicle met an accident on 20/08/2012 I lodge a claim on 22/08/2012 my claim no is [protected] from Bellary Motors Showroom Bellary (Karnataka). After 8 days the garage survey is done by request basis to Karunakar surveyor of Bellary. On 29/09/2012 my vehicle is ready to final surveyor but on another time the surveyor make the problem to do the final survey and done after 5 days. And I submitted all the claim related documents to the surveyor on the same day of final surveyor. but my claim is not settled as per the company commitment of 15 working days after continues request the claim has been settled on 13/12/2012.i submitted the accidental damage related bills of Rs 75220/- but the company settled the claim for Rs 18689/-approximately 80% deduction. On what basis the company surveyor deducted the heavy amount in the claim, when I call to the surveyor for conformation to Mr. Karunakar on mobile no [protected], he used the rough language to me. And said go to the court,

                                    So please solve my problem and Kindly advice me what can I do further.

                                      I book my House hold goods 54 Items from Pen (MH) to Delhi through M/s Om Packers and Movers, Anmol Apartment, Plot No-15, Shop No. 6, Near D mart, Koparkhairane, Novi Mumbai – 400709, Tel: +[protected]/ +[protected]; Mobile: [protected] on 27-09-12, Bill No. 6232, in Rs. 29500/. It was duly insured too through M/s. Reliance General Insurance, Policy No: [protected] dated 21 Sept 2012. When the Goods reached to me on 1/10/12 midnight few items was badly damaged. It appears that during transit it was handled badly and roughly. It also appears that truck was changed. On 2-10-12 the claim was also lodged to Reliance Insurance Company; Claim No: [protected]. Which was rejected by surveyor of Reliance Co on 9-10-12 stating that claim only exist when there was an truck accident.
                                      I demand my claim has to be attended properly.

                                        The photocopy of the insurance policy and the driving license of the driver is attached in the form of photos.
                                        The claim of this insurance is going to be sanctioned by the sangrur(Punjab) court.
