I took a policy for my mother & whose medical checkup was done on Sept. 10 and the report was submitted to your office in 11th, but till date the policy has not been active.I m doing emails to reliance registered office on daily basis but no one providing the response . So please help me on this issue.
On a 29th of September company has been taken my mobile for a service they do not give me good service. On a 13th of October they give my phone and they do not anything with my phone.

      Hi team,
      I renewed my car insurance from reliance through landmark insurance company. I paid the premium amount on 1st august, 2018. But till 23rd august, 2018, i didnt receive the updated insurance soft copy. They sent a cover note which doesn't have any seal/signature of reliance. When i contacted them repeatedly, they told reliance head quarters in mumbai is shifted to another location and they don't have internet there. I was surprised how come a big company like reliance have network issues for 23 days. Even they told that reliance is not issuing insurance from 20 days because of network issues. They are spoiling the reputation of reliance. Please make sure that i will receive my updated insurance asap as my insurance got expired.

        Recently a dog was hit by our car while driving through vandalur-kelambakam bye pass road. It happened all of a sudden and we dont control over it. This hit damaged the car ac condenser and horn as well. Hope this will be covered in our insurance. Would like to confirm the same. Please advice. If required i can post you the car and insurance details.

            i have taken a motor vehicle insurance policy number has been mentioned above.last month i got a problem with my car and it has been resolved at BRD car world.They started the work as the approval was given by the surveyor NOUFAL M A, Contact Number [protected] on 9th may 2018(claimnumber-[protected]) and even mailed the person my account number as he said.but when i made a call to customen care it was very unethical to hear that no documents are submitted .even i was asked to contact the surveyor again.i don't know where to contact and whom to inform all these because i could have done the work by my own without depending on this insurance also.the person already made this work also to be a big delay after that he said everything is okay and you can start the work.but now its been understood that nofurther procedures have been going on for the last 28days.Even the customer care executives said thereis no further information regarding the claim.
            Even BRD CAR world of maruthy never start a work without getting proper information from the surveyor, even i have to pay 1000 rupees extra now.my total expenditure of time and money seems to be too vast because of all the delay taken by the concerned people.
            Even i am not sure if i would get the claim as mentioned .
            what i expect from reliance is a regular report to customer whenever a claim is made.claim status should be provided only after collecting all documents

            i wish the concerned authority to make further report on what is the cause of delay and it has to be updated to the customer.

              Today amount of ​INR 8, 747.00 has been deducted from our account on account of Insurance Payment to RELIANCE GENERAL but we haven't taken any new policy​.

              And we have talked with bank also and they are also telling that your amount has been deducted by ​ RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE.

              So now you take our complain and revert back the amount as earliest and also tell us why our amount has been deducte.

                Hi team,
                I am getting some really annoying and irrelevant messages and mails from reliance general insurance. I never registered for any type of service in their website but from past few days i have been receiving lots of mails and messages. These are very frequent and annoying. I am not sure from where they are getting the numbers and targeting people. I want these to stop asap.

                Kindly help stopping those.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                    1. I was a policy holder of RGICL for the past three years. I took this policy in January 2014 and since then I was paying the desired amount every year without fail for getting my policy renewed.
                    2. Last year in the month of April I was diagnosed with the problem of a bulky uterus as there were some symptoms visible related to that. My family doctor Dr Nilam Jain who herself is a Gynaecologist, advised me to contact Dr Yogesh Mishra and Dr Pooja Mishra at Hanumant Endosurgery regarding the problem.
                    3. There I was told to get an ultra sound in which it was clearly visible that my uterus was badly enlarged and I was advised to get my Hystectomy done. The report for the same was attached to the claim form.
                    4 Further the process of my investigations started for which the reports and the bills were already sent with the claim form
                    5. Finally I got admitted to Hanumant Endosurgery Center on 16th of June 2017.
                    6. On 17th June I got my Hystectomy done which was later sent for biopsy. Post surgery I was transfused with one unit of blood and was also put on oxygen for three to four hours. The report and the bills for the same were enclosed with the claim form and sent to Reliance general insurance.
                    7. On 20th June 2017 I was discharged from Hanumant Endosurgery Center wherein I was given the discharge summary and the medical prescription by Dr Pooja Mishra. which was also sent to Reliance general health insurance.
                    8. On 20th June 2017 I made the first phone call to your RGIL for intimating about my surgery and how to proceed for the claim. In response to that I received a mail containing the claim form.
                    9. I filled up the form and enclosed all the important documents with it as per the list that was mentioned in the form and despatched the entire file through speed post on 18th July 2017 at 16:45 p.m.
                    10. The only document that I missed out was a cancelled cheque which also I had sent on 25th August 2017 at 13:15 p.m. through speed post. The details of my cancelled cheque dated 22nd August 2017 are as under- Bank - HDFC Bank, A/C no [protected], Cheque no. - 000021
                    11. On 22nd July I got a mail from their end stating that all the documents have been received and my claim has been registeed.
                    12. On 31st July 2017 a mail comes to me stating that you are requested to send the original documents within 15 days from this day.
                    13. On 17th August a mail comes to me asking me to send the requisite documents.
                    14. It had been umpteen times that I had been requesting for my claim and informing the concerned authorities that a verifying agency by the name of Brain Bird had collected all my IPD papers with vital chart, nursing chart, progress sheet, daily order sheet with SPO2 CHARTING for all days with first assessment sheet and emergency note. The scanned copy of the receiving given by that verifyoing agency was also sent to them.
                    15. I was also asked to submit the past history of all my problems, so in that case I would like to draw your attention on some facts. I was detected with diabeties mellitus in the month of May 2017, Hypertension was diagnosed in the month of April 2017 so how can I send my past history of these ailments.
                    Sir, I fail to understand that I am asking for my claim against the surgery that I had gone through and not for the then detected blood sugar which till date is absolutely normal and a certificate for the same has been given by my family doctor Dr Nilam Jain.
                    16. In the end I would like to request you once again that if your organisation finds my case to be genuine then kindly help me in getting my claim reimbursed bacause now all my hopes are on you people. I am a single lady who is fighting for my claim for the past one year. I beg you again to help me out.

                    This is in reference to my complaint against Reliance General Health Insurance for not giving me my claim. In context to this I would like to draw your attention to the mails that I had received on 31st May, 2018. The first maal sent to me at 1:52 stated that the company has received all my documents and they have registered my claim and immediately after that I am receiving another mail at 2:59 saying that my claim of Rs 103066 has been rejected. I fail to understand as to why the organisation is playing with me.

                      Respected Sir,
                      Reliance General insurance cheating people by asking additional amount after 4 months to the policy mentioning the policy is not eligible for 50% NCB. The Reliance Insurance policy portal by default mentions about 50% NCB and quotation also provided using the same. Later they ask for Rs 250 to meet the lesser NCB otherwise they are forfeiting the policy. This is mere cheating from such a reputed company and request all your help to avoid this kind of issue for any user. Now I do not have any option than paying Rs 250, So in total I ended up paying Rs 4651 for my 12 years old WagonR car. Normally the insurance amount for 12 year car is around Rs 3000.

                      The samething happened to me now.. they asked me to pay additional amount of rs 703.. the amount is almost rs 2000 more than other insurance provider .. is there anyway we take action on these. they are cheating the customers.. I request customers please be cautious with Reliance insurance. It happens to you as well

                        I was met with an accident almost 1. 2 years ago dated 1st February 2017, and my newly purchased scooter Active 3g got broken and damaged. So i had applied for the claim of insurance.
                        But still i have been not benefitted at all. My has been kept pending and no proper reply and response offered by the agents and officials.
                        I have been fed up with this continuous arguments and running to the offices and agents to help me claim my insurance money.

                          Hi, i bought a travel insurance policy from reliance general insurance for my bali trip in november 2017. There was an emergency in bali for volcano eruption and i informed the insurance company about the emergency. There was a delay for 4 days and i was stranded in bali, indonesia. After i came back i submitted all the relevant documents for claim filing and the insurance people categorized my policy into trip delay instead of trip interruption because the cap of delay is only $50 and interruption is $ 600. I tried to explain them a delay is something that can be calculated in hours but it was not a delay in my case since i did not know exact number of hours for which the trip is delayed. It clearly indicates that it was a trip interruption of 4 days and not a few hours. But reliance has decided not to give me the compensation of the amount claimed but only gave me $ 100 against $ 1200 for 2 policies that i purchased from them. I would like to inform all the people please do not buy any policy from reliance general insurance as i have had this bitter experience. I was a regular purchaser of their policy but now when the test time came they turned back and gave this bitter experience. I also tried to escalate this to their matrix on below id's but no luck, these people will not entertain you at all since they don't want to give you your claimed amount. Also while returning the claimed form they have stamped "paid" on each and every page where the expenses were around $ 850 but have reimbursed only $100.

                            I have taken a policy in reliance general insurance co. Ltd, abids, hyderabad.
                            Policy no :[protected] on emi basis, 1st emi i was paid on nov-2017 and because of some personal problems i initiated cancellation of health policy on 22st feb-2018 (Cancellation req id :[protected] and my 2nd emi date is[protected], mean while i got a message that is account is bounced due to insufficient balance. For the first time i understand cancellation is under process so its got bounced, but contineously i got message 4 times i. E its got bounced for 4 times for 1 emi till date (26/02/2018). I have intimated to customer care about multiple time bounce and stop the auto debit form my account, because of these stupid things my personnal loan was rejected, who is the responsible for my cibil score???

                            Really am getting irritate why i was taken policy with reliance general insurance.

                            My humble request to all don't take reliance policies, my personal experience with reliance they are not able to disable the auto debit Option in even in 10 days (still not resolved the problem)
                            If any claim happend imagine they will take minimum 1 year to claim . If customer got any major issue then definitely we are the persons done the mistake because of taking policy in reliance.

                            I have become regular caller to reliance to cancel my policy or disable auto debit Option. Every time am listening sorry from reliance but things are not moving and 10 times bounce is more than their emi amount especially am bothering about my cibil score.

                            Am going to publish same thing in social media get ready to join with me to save people's life's who are having insurance with reliance

                                  I bought car insurance from reliance through online channel on 15th nov 2017 which was the last day of my old insurance policy. Some days later i receive the mail from reliance that i need to pay ncb recovery reason there has been gap of more than 90 days in buying the new policy. I submitted the snapshot of my old policy which was from bajaj in which it was mentioned that 15th nov 2017 was the last day of the policy.

I was given some policy digitally without any consent. This is unethical practice because while for paying electricity bill just over submit this burglary insurance popped up.                                     Reliance Agent named Nikesh Gupta called us and asked to renew bike policy. He took premium in cash and sent us a policy. During Aadhar linking we have been inform by Reliance General Insurance company no such policy exists or issued to us. We are lost now; do not know how will get any help.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have applied for a fresh policy from reliance general insurance for my 4 wheeler vehicle on friday i. E 1st dec2017 and made a payment - as said by the reliance team after the payment was done inspection will be done and after the inspection gets completed, you will receive the policy with in 30 minutes as a soft copy to your mail id.
                                      The inspection team delayed and took an amount of additional 200rs from me for inspection. They have completed the inspection by 5:30pm on making a full day follow-up with the inspection team to inspect my vehicle.
                                      Now on monday i. E., 4th dec2017 in the morning i have received a policy from insurance team. It was mentioned that the start date is 02nd dec2017, where i have got the policy on 4th dec2017- how could be this is possible.
                                      — well i have received my policy on 4th and the start date is mentioned with 2days before only.
                                      After making several calls also they are saying that now we can not change the date as you said. Are you doing this for free of cost to me??
