No response to the damage claim, surveyor or relience dont respond

Date of accident 14th December
Description of event:- while coming out of our residential complex another person came in front of my. scooter to save him scooter fell down, No one was hurt but scooter got damage.

Remove PAN number from IRDA Portal

My name is HARIPRASANTH S i have joined RELIANCE general insurance company limited as an agent 3 years back. I haven't doing any business for that company. My license validity also expired. Disturbing through calls

The company staff is continuously Calling me regarding their vehicle policy which I don't want and have told them too
But they are continuously disturbing me calling 4-5 times a day regularly messaging me I have requested them several times to not call me and message me but I don't know why they are doing so from 2 months...

I am complaining about not resolving my health claim no.20210024101

Sir,
I have submitted my all the required documents on Dt.02/09/2021 by email. But your company is repeatedly sending me mails to submit documents. I had confirmed that the company has already received the documets on Dt.03/09/2021 through calling your customer care. But, after 19 days of receipt of documents, the company is sending me mails and self-i app is also displaying "Documents are pending".

Ignoring my submission of final settlement letter

My claim number is[protected]. This claim is for my dependent - Binduraj Badole(father). We had cashless with other insurance. We are the remaining amount with Reliance health insurance.

Not Responding on emails

We have our home loan insurance from Reliance General Insurance.
Due to the death of the Primary applicant reliance general insurance is liable to pay to the Finance Company.

They are every time asking me to submit the documents which I have done so many times.

Not sharing the status of the claim. Number of emails and telephonic conversations have been done.

Mislead into selling policy by religare health insurance

I have been mislead in selling above policy, all health related issue were discussed before buying policy and premium paid year after year but claim was declined on arbitrarily. Rude Surveyor Manoj Kumar

It's related to my motor claim where Manoj was appointed. His number is [protected].
He is the most incompetent surveyor I have faced in my life. Took almost a week to come to a stupid conclusion and creating story of his own regarding my accident without listening to the actual facts.

Unnecessary delay in Claim settlement and Consumer harassment and Negligent conduct

This is my worst and horrible experience with Reliance general insurance. I trusted on reliance company and purchased Reliance COVID 19 Protection insurance policy (Policy attached) in June 2020 having policy no[protected] to protect myself from COVDI 19 in the ongoing pandemic. The policy states that if I am diagnosed with Covid 19, I will get Sum assured of Rs. 200000. Unfortunately, I got tested positive for COVID 19 on 21/04/2021...
