Money debited but policy not generated

I went to the reliance website via link they sent me on sms from VM-RELGEN, it opened their website with all my vehicle details and premium Breakup.

I have made a payment with paytm upi, money has been debited but have not received the policy....

    Hi Sir,
    I opted for Reliance General insurance to move my old house goods from Mumbai to Mahbubnagar telangana : Date: 02.03.2022 Amount 33950/-

    Insurance amount 50000/- Claim amount 20000/-
    RGIL Provided the Insurance to old Goods, After reaching the products at my House Washing Machine and Television is not working and it got damage in transport, RGIL team inspected the Products at my house and confirmed its Transport damage and they have given acknowledgement too.
    We have summited all the required documents but they rejected my claim by saying they do not cover the insurance for old products.
    Its completed cheating the customer with their wrong commitments.

    Any Customer will make insurance only for old products movement,
    If products in warranty or in service why will choose to go for insurance claim ?

    RGIL Team has harassing me from last two months to provide different documents, after providing documents they rejected my claim, Its one of the worst service i ever opted.

    Insurance amount for TV was 10k and Washing Machin 10k.

    I request you please help in getting my claim approved.

          Complaints regarding misbehavior of Surveyor

          I had given my car for claim its been 8 days but not yet processed because assigned Surveyor is not at all interested to respond my calls and messages. He just responded in the beginning and said accident story is not relevant after that no response to calls and messages.

          This is very bad service of Reliance general insurance. I will never suggest this policy to anyone as very poor services even employees are unprofessional...

          Complaint against two wheeler policy

          I am having two wheeler TN03AD 1705 TVS Jupiter scooter it is a bundled policy for both third party and own . the own damage policy expires on 29/03/2022 only but when i tried to renew it it gives the message that the policy s expired it is valid up to 29/03/2022 23.59 hrs . even in their SMS sent to my mobile no [protected] policy valid upto 29/03/2022.

          When you fill up in their menu like policy no mobile number it says they don't have any records with them. How can it is possible that they can send the details with my policy no.[protected] but refuses to allow me to renew the policy. This is the total cheating my Reliance general insurance having data to send the OTP no. but says policy already expired. No data to renew or mobile no mismatch registeration no of the vehicle does not exist.

          I have taken this policy from IK TVS motor company at Tiruvottiyur Chennai 19 on 30/03/2021.
          I made the mistake of taking insurance with Reliance General Insurance. Only to extract more premium they are playing this type of tricks.

          When a two wheeler Policy valid upto 23.59 hrs on 29/03/2022 they blocked it in the evening 14.00 hrs itself and tell all types bogus messages like your mobile no does not exists . In my policy my mobile no [protected] exists they send the remainders but at the last minute if you try to renew say last day may be your mobile no vehicle no policy no every thing will vanish in the air (ie in their database). total cheating only to extract more premium this I am writing on 29/3/22 at 23.10 hrs . but it is of no use. tomorrow when I agreed to pay more premium the vanished data may appear suddenly . dirty tricks by well known reputed company. Tall claims like renew it in 5 minutes from your home. Total cheating

            I have a motor insurance with reliance general insurance and i have used the policy to register an accident claim on 25th of December 2021. A surveyor was assigned for the claim by the company ( Mr Ravi Singh). It has been almost a month that my claim is pending with the surveyor, even after submitting all the relevant documents. The person seldom picks up the call and when he does he gives unsatisfactory explanations. It has been long since my claim is pending with this surveyor and the customer care is also of no use as I dont get to contact any personel but only computerised bots on the other side of the line. It os therefore requested to get my claim settled as early as possible by the company

                  Date of accident 14th December
                  Description of event:- while coming out of our residential complex another person came in front of my. scooter to save him scooter fell down, No one was hurt but scooter got damage.

                  Problem and Solution - we waited long to get the job done via insurance company but they just wasted our time, surveyor doesn't respond nor he comes to see the damage and approve the estimation. When we call company they just listen and say sorry give one complain number.

                  So finally we paid from our pocket.

                  We never imagined having such a bad experience with Reliance General Insurance when it came to our scooter. We followed all of the formalities provided by the Reliance insurance agent's instructions, and it was in workshop for 15 days. After a few days, they said I only need to call, so we completed all of the necessary paperwork and filled out the claim form, but we have received no response till date, and when we called the workshop, we were told that the Surveyor had not arrived.
                  The bill was over 8000 rupees, so we had no choice but to pay it out of our own pocket. We can't wait any longer because it's affecting our day-to-day work.
                  But, in the future, neither I nor anyone I know will take Reliance Insurance.
                  Its was Harassment for us.

                        The company staff is continuously Calling me regarding their vehicle policy which I don't want and have told them too

                          मैंने 31 जूलाई 2021 को हुंडई कंपनी की i10 nios sportz कार वीरमगाम के शोरूम से ली थी । 19 सितम्बर 2021 को मेरी कार का एक्सीडेंट हुआ जिसमें आगे और पीछे का बम्पर डैमेज हुआ । इंश्योरेंस कम्पनी के सर्वेयर ने पीछे की बम्पर का क्लेम देने की बात कही और आगे की बम्पर का क्लेम देने से मना किया है । कम्पनी का इस तरह का व्यवहार समझ से पड़े है । कम्पनी द्वारा इस तरह की मनमानी की जाएगी तो मुझे मजबूरन कंज़्यूमर फोरम के दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ेगा । मेरी कार के इन्सुरेंस लेते समय कम्पनी ने बम्पर टू बम्पर क्लेम देने की बात स्वीकारी थी । कम्पनी के इस तरह के वर्ताव से रिलायंस कम्पनी की विश्वसनीयता धूमिल होगी । मुझे मेरी कार पूरा क्लेम मिलना चाहिए ।

                            I have submitted my all the required documents on Dt.02/09/2021 by email. But your company is repeatedly sending me mails to submit documents. I had confirmed that the company has already received the documets on Dt.03/09/2021 through calling your customer care. But, after 19 days of receipt of documents, the company is sending me mails and self-i app is also displaying "Documents are pending".

                              My claim number is[protected]. This claim is for my dependent - Binduraj Badole(father). We had cashless with other insurance. We are the remaining amount with Reliance health insurance.

                              They had asked for final settlement letter from other insurance company. And I have submitted the settlement letter. But still they repeatedly asking for final settlement letter, ignoring my submission.

                              The submitted settlement letter has detailed break up . And they are repeatedly ignoring my submission.

                              I am getting mentally disturbed, since nobody responds to reliance insurance grivance email, their helpline number never gets a human on call.

                              Please help me in this matter

                                  We have our home loan insurance from Reliance General Insurance.
                                  Due to the death of the Primary applicant reliance general insurance is liable to pay to the Finance Company.

                                  They are every time asking me to submit the documents which I have done so many times.

                                  Not sharing the status of the claim. Number of emails and telephonic conversations have been done.
