[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Complaint For Resume My Connection | |||
Dear Sir/ Mam Hereby I inform you that i am the customer of your prepaid service having No. [protected] (Reliance-GSM) since 2008 before 24th November the SIM has shown SIM registration failed; when I contact to your Reliance Outlate at Lucknow the Customer Care Executive told me that my number is permanently disconnected without giving me any information the cause says to me that I am not using that number properly. My last recharge was Rs.185 on date 12 November 2013. My outgoing barded on 23rd November & without any grace period its completely closed on 25th January according to TRAI rules this is the not fare to the customer. I want to use my Number properly in future please return my Number to me as soon as possible. Otherwise this complain also forward to TRAI & Consumer Forum for necessary Action. awaiting to your response.
