This is not the right way of your customer care executive to tackle customer. when i was asking information she cut the line. As she told me to ask CDR report for deduction of 390/- on 8th and 9th december. Please provide me the same. One more thing as i already told you this, when balance was deducted i had net pack. And your customer care executive also had seen that this pack will be active till 19 dec. So please don't tell me again that this balance deducted for net usage.
Why i am getting same messages again and again. I never talked to any Arvind from Reliance but i got 12 messages from yesterday evening to till now about feedback. I have recharged my mobile today morning one time but i got 6 messages of recharge. What is the problem? I have been facing same problem from yesterday.
Its about 24 hours, i have asked for CDR for the deduction of balance of about 390/- on 8th and 9th december 2015. When will i get CDR?
My complaint SR[protected], has not been resolved till today. Please check it out again.
If i had net pack at that time why was i charged for it? Explain plz.
