Amt rs399, thru icici credit card (On line) abd transaction id is jhmp[protected] and payment confirmation ref is br00008sz32t.
Since my payment was not properly accounted and my mobile services were truncated, i lodged complaints by e mail to customer care and visiting reliance digital store.
Service request no is sr00000bdn1o.
Received few massages that complaint is being resolved but till date not done.
My outgoing calls are stopped and so is data speed.
No refund received nor service restored. Contact no [protected]

Complaint is not resolved.
AC purchased .from reliance digital, kachiguda hyd. from second day its compressor is not working and indoor unit shows FO letter. Since 23/3/2017 i have been mailing them. rel.digital. they reply by mail promptly that problem would be solved shortly. but no mechanic has come so far.

i wish they repair it immediately.

    Dear team,

    I am ajit nehra (Ii[protected]. I was working in intelenet global services, udyog vihar gurugram (Hr). A team leader mr lucky mendhiratta is harassing a female employee for to do what he want except official work. He is harassing her in a characterless behavior. But as a friend i support her and said him not to behave like this, ge ennoyed on me. He also forces me and took my resignation. He also foces me to mention personal reason in resignation. After my resignation he forces her to make relations with him. She is a patient of migraine and nose bleeding. Please help us and take practicle steps against him so that he will not be able to do rude and characterless behavior with female employees.

The distributor come every shop of gangrar and fill the e-top balance of all but he did not came at my shop and did not fill the e-top balance from last 2months i call him so many time to come and fill my e-top balance.             Dear team, last sunday i am going to reliance patrol satasion to city sunam (Punjab) because i want to fuel in my bottle but i am shocked when there staff clearly say they was never given fuel to without vehicles.. So i request to staff because my bike is stopped ahead 4 km and i can't reached there with bike but there staff never helpful iam very dissatisfied and shocked.
            Dear team i am ask you it's your policy to never gave fuel in bottle if its true a wanna answer why???

              For replacement of the battery of the router it took 2-3 hours which is very irritating and it takes a lot of time for them to replace it. Did not expected such type of service from jio. I got frustrated as i asked them for battery they would reply that will come in few minutes and it took 3 hours to come. For exchange of battery if such time will be taken by the service centres the if any other problem arises then they will take full day to solve it. Look into it and see that customers do not get frustrated by waiting for such a long time for just an exchange of a battery.

                  i bought a woodland sandle from your reliance foot print from main road ranchi opposite gurudawarw the sandle start rusting its upper surface.i arrieved your store thrice to loadge a complain regarding my issues but there was niether suppoted nor given any suitable answer by your store manger. they didnt want to take any responsibility.

                    I am complaining about your gas station whose employee maybe manpreet singh (I am sending picture of him). Today (6june, 2017) in morning 6:10am i got fill petrol in my car of 970 rupees with 13.98 litres reading on your petrol filling machine but while driving i found that the petrol filled was more than 4 litres less, so i was lot of disturbed on my journey. So on my return at about 2:40pm back via moga kotkapura road. I complained to your gas station owner, but he didn't took any action against employee and told you can do anything you want.
                    I didn't expected this from reliance.

                    As a proof i am having your employee picture and as a proof of my visit to your pump i am having the ticket of toll tax.
                    If this problem is not sorted out i will make this news publish in newspaper.
                    Your employee photo size is big so i am not able to send that.

                      Respected Sir/ Madam
                      I was today in Relaince Market Amritsar around 1 pm and I bought some stuff and then 3 products from them was not scan. The sales person advised me leave these products, (this was happened last time as well). I ask sale person it's ok but I Need gas burner please ask your manager if you can sort out for this rest 2 products I can leave. She advise me to wait for couple of minutes and she will check with manager. I waited around 20-30 minutes. Then one another girl came and said if it's not in scan leave the product as manger is not coming downstairs to help. This was awkward situation that I was waiting from last 30 minutes and after that you rufused to sell that item which was on displayed on shelfs with price tag. This is second time happened with me. And when I was leaving I told them I will complaint but no one care about this and advised that I can complaint if I wish.
                      I myself from Ireland and working in retail as Gen. Manager from last 2 years. From my views coustmer should be attend on perority bases.

                        I had purchased a LYF mobile instrument vide bill no.F9008KAR[protected] dated 25.02.2017 from Reliance Retail Ltd online and the retail invoice is from Tumkur Karnataka.
                        Since the date of purchase I have visited the Jio service center situated at Reliance digital store Juhu Mumbai 7 times and met Mr.Akshay in regards to the problem but after each visit the problem of software, phone hangs, goes on safe mode automatically, phone does not ring and shows no missed call if any person has called etc persists.
                        I request you to kindly take back the defective piece and refund my money back.

                            I had purchased an lg inverter ac from your acme mall reliance mart, sv road showroom on 26 oct 2016 during a "diwali sale" offer which included free installation with bracket. The installation people arrived on 2 nov.2016 claiming to be reliance staff to set-up the ac with the bracket, but did not bring any bracket and set-up the outdoor unit clumsily on a thermocole packaging
                            Cover instead of a bracket, besides they have charged me rs.780/-., informing me the company does not provide for the wire which connects the ac to the outdoor machine,
                            The water outlet pipe and cement to cover-up the hole made for the outlet pipe. When i asked for a receipt they informed me that you will receive it by post.

                            Till date i have not received the receipt for payment from these so-called "reliance staff" nor was there any follow-up by your customer service staff who promised to do so.

                            I am a retired senior citizen, since i doubted the legitimacy of these people claiming to be "reliance staff" i approached the reliance customer service, to narrate this disgusting issue, they promised to look into the matter and get the outdoor unit fixed on the bracket and get the amount of rs. 780/- refunded, but till date nothing has been done.

                            I have also learnt during my frequent visits (Considering i am a senior citizen) regards this nightmare issue of trying to get the bracket fixed that these so called "reliance installation men"
                            Are not reliance staff but..."outsourced workers" and wonder
                            How many more innocent victims these guys have suckered with the help of your "reliance" customer service outsourcing dept?

                            It was my faith in reliance name that prompted me to purchase this lg split unit rather than outlets like kohinoor and vijay which are in the vicinity.

                            I have visited the complaints many times to get the ac bracket fitted and till date the matter is being dragged form one week to the next...

                              I had bought a Lyf set on 25/07/2016 with two year warranty. Since last two months there have been software issues. I visited a number of times to the store but my set has not been repaired and returned to me as it was earlier. Dejected, I filed a complaint against this on pgportal with complain no.: DARPG/E/2017/07911 dated 02/04/2017. Then I got a call from Jio’s Mumbai office and they told me to talk about the matter with Ashish Shorav (Ph no.: [protected]) who is the employee at Jharkhand office. When I called him, he said that my set will be repaired. But when I went to the service centre to get it repaired, my set was not repaired. I again called Ashish Shorav and the moment I told him my problem, he started yelling at the top of his voice saying that I don’t know how to use android and I should not use the data pack so as to solve my problem. Further, he said, ” jiski aukat nahi hai vo set le lete hai aur pareshan karte rehte hai. Jao government me ya company me jahan complain karna hai kar lo tumhara set ab koi nai bana sakta hai. Tum mujhe nahi jaante. Jyada tang karoge to mai tumhe gundo se pitwa dunga. Mai company aur government se nahi darrta hu”. So, I request you to please get my set repaired and also secure me from such type of criminal employees of Jio.

                                  I need a justice my name is m. Venkat i went for direct walking interview to steve madden chennai... I got selected in all three interviews in the third round of interview hr asked me wat my expected salary,
                                  I said it's 18k she agreed with it
                                  And later when a day before joining she said she can oly give me 12k

                                  I even though tried to negotiate as 15k she said no only 12k
                                  She made statement telling if i am not joining this 12k i can't work in reliance brand in future she will black list me

                                  Plz have some humanities and show some justice

                                  All i came to reliance brand as direct walkin because i like it but now it's different

                                  I have said my friends not to go for an interview there

                                  Cuz we fresher come to work to be a permanent employee and we are just from a middle class family

                                  Please take a step or action on her cuz many of them futur like mine is still a question mark

                                      I am purchased 1 usha ei 1602 lt, ean#[protected], on 15/12/2016. During the uses of the such item it has found that, thermal regulator of iron is not working and totally heating stop.in the month of january i, registered the complain at the office show room of reliance digital at galaxy mall, asansol, west burdwan (Wb) after repairing 15 days reliance digital return & handover to me but after using found that it is not heating properly as specific heat is not generated by the item, i have again reached reliance digital show room and registered the complaint on 04/03/2017. Later on 1 week called by resq team handover to me the item and said that, it is final heat of such produces more exceeding heat is not possible to generate by the product after that comments testing and found it is not ok on proper way and immediately the return item on 04/03/2017 and said i have don't want if product is not working.
                                      Over to one month that item nither on condition of ok nor it is replaced to me and staff attitude is totally ignored for disposal of my grievance. This type of ignorance attitude of the resq team is not digestible. I am again says i have not want repaired of such item iam only want to replace the item immediately within week. Otherwise, i take to other form for resolution the compline.
