For replacement of the battery of the router it took 2-3 hours which is very irritating and it takes a lot of time for them to replace it. Did not expected such type of service from jio. I got frustrated as i asked them for battery they would reply that will come in few minutes and it took 3 hours to come. For exchange of battery if such time will be taken by the service centres the if any other problem arises then they will take full day...

I had purchased an lg inverter ac from your acme mall reliance mart, sv road showroom on 26 oct 2016 during a "diwali sale" offer which included free installation with bracket.
