I bought this Air conditioner ( Kelvinator -KELV LSJ55) on 31st May, 2015 and i was told that the delivery would happen the next day. The delivery happened on time but when the installer guy came to install the AC, he found that there is no copper wire in the outer AC and then i lodged a complaint regarding the same. I was asked to wait for the resolution for 2 hours so that they can mark a mail, and then they told me that i have to wait till evening. By that time, the installer went ahead as he had other commitments. When i waited for a response till 8pm, i didnt get and then i called back the customer service, they informed that i have to wait till today, i.e. 3rd Jun to get it done. I was totally exhausted but thought to wait for one more day. I took leave specially for this thing to happen but untill 4.30pm, i didnt hear from anyone. I called back customer care and they said they cannot promise at this point in time that at what time its going to happen. I kept on calling numerous time to the Vasant Kunj reliance centre( Ambience Mall ) and the guy who picked up the phone said the installer is on its way. I again waited and then when i called the installer, he said he is not aware and he cannot come and that can happen later. I already missed my one day salary and for you guys, i had been penalised and i was given wrong commitments. Now i want my AC to be returned and do not want any further service from you guys.

    I, G.Manohara Reddy bought VOLTAS 3* A/C 1.5 ton in Reliance Retail, Ongole, AP on[protected] and paid the amount for A/C UNIT, KEELINE stabilizer and instalation charges.ON[protected] the technician installed the A/C unit without stabilizer because it was not delivered or not transported.I also cellphoned manytimes to the retailshop (cell no:[protected]Gnesh) ongole, but they didnot respond positively.I also complaint to the DIGITAL ASSIST i.e:[protected] and complaint reference no is:[protected] dated:[protected]. sales man id is:60178731, C# 75600000, S#6821, TXN#16.Now I am asking a question If any thing happen to the AC unit (power fluctuations)who is the responsible, because now it is it working without stabilizor for oneweek days till to day .       Hey, I purchased a prepaid gsm aim of reliance at phase 3 Gurgaon. Pancakes traders u. Block The number is not activated yet, it's been 3 days now [protected]. I have seen 3 people the same time and they are harassing the same way. He asked the docs and I provided. He assured that it will be activated with in 30 minutes. Now he is threatening that I can do anything with you, I am not going to activate and take your money back.

Sir, I like to inform you that on14th May I purchased a Sony Xperia E4 Mobile from your Reliance Store, CIN no. UD1100MN1999PLC120563, but sorry to say that it was not that phone for that I have gone there . When I was enquiring about the other phones one sales man of your shop came and provide me some wrong information relating to this above mentioned phone to show that this phone is better than other phones. I did not know that he was the sales boy of Sony company, I trusted only your brand name of Reliance and no provoking is allowed here it was my faith. For assuring me he said many thing from that some are: 1. He said that there is no provision in the shop to see phone specifications and no internet connection is there to compare the rate, he also said that if I am unhappy with the product I can return it within 7 days of period exchanging other one. 2. Your sales boy said me that this phone has a 8 GB internal Memory. 3. Your sales boy said that the 5 Mega Pixel camera of Sony gives same quality of photography as like as 8 mega pixel camera of other phones, but after comparison I felt that it is not true. 4. In market there is only two brand Sony & LG who have the IP display, by which we can see mobile display even under the sunlight as said by your Sales person. 5. The software version of Sony Xperia E4 may be upgraded to lollypop. But feeling some wrong I was returning to my home as it was 9.35 pm and shop was preparing to close for the day. Stopping me he said that “Ok this has a Rs.1990/- offer that I will give you” and also said that this can be availed for this that day only and he want my ATM debit card as the shop was shutting down. Understanding nothing I gave him the ATM Card and went to the cash counter, They swipe the ATM card and asked me to enter PIN I did the same after that I felt that I did the wrong as they gave me a flip cover amounting Rs. 1990/- in market it can be purchased by Rs. 150 only and they did not add the points to my reliance card also, so I denied to purchase the same but they say that It is not possible as billing has been done. Finding no other way I denied to sign the ATM voucher as I was not satisfied with the product.They kept the ATM voucher with them without signing and said that it does not a matter. As there was no other customer in the shop so I was in hurry to be off from the Complex. In between this time I was not in Kolkata so I was not able to communicate with your office. As your sales boy advised me to use the phone to see performance and if not satisfied return it to this store. I used it and noticed that : 1. Battery backup is very poor, after 100% charging when I unplug the charger within 5 minutes 1% of charge has fall down in idle position. 2. Sony Xperia 4 dual have not 8 GB Internal Memory. 3. Camera is not as good as said by the sales man and Panorama mode of this phone is very difficult to shoot. 4. In 3G network it is not work properly, very slow and buffering. 5. Your Sales personal said that this has a LED display but it is built with LCD display, 6. A software by that the music information can be changed is not working properly, as I noticed that after sometime the changed info has been replaced by the old information. 7. Office suite is not working with Pdf. Files other application which are from android are not working properly like WPS office. 8. IP of display is not working better under the sun light than the phone those have no IP display and after web searching I came to know that there are several company who have the IP screen 9. This phone software could not be upgraded to Lollypop. Some other features may not be available with this phone but it is not possible to find out within a couple of days in my busy schedule. In this circumstances I request you to replace my Xperia E4 Mobile with other Mobile. I believe that you will try your level best to keep my faith on your Brand ‘Reliance’. Thanking You.           The company got some design development towards reliance retail at reliance trends in Jan-Feb-2005. The bill raised and approved for Rs.6800/- till date payment is not affected. Only assurances on mail given.Last week again re- submitted the bill. but payment date is unsure. The job is done in Bangalore and the payment is to be processed in Mumbai. The local officers are not giving higher ups's contact details too for escalation.

              Hi, My name is sudhansu and my contcat no is [protected]. I purchased a microsoft mobile from Relience digital, #403, 4th Cross, 1st Block, HRBR layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru-43 on 17th April 2015. Got happy when the store staff said that a selfi stick is free with the mobile which i was looking for actually. My happieness drained out when i tried to use the stick with the mobile after came home and found that the stick is not at all working. It was quite a late evening, hence on next day i approached the store with the mobile and stick, they too tried and found that it is not working and said to me that the stick is faulty and we do not have any stock and requested to come on next tuesday. They have kept th estick againts RESq no 198 dt. 18/April 15. On tuesday when i again went to the store, they said that they still didn't receive the stock and requested to come next tuesday. I requested for a call in case it reaches them. Unfurtunately no phone call received and i got despondant and approached the store, this time there was a different story and they said that these stick doesn't support and i, e why they neither gove to some one and told that that supports only android based mobiles. I got upset and asked why the same was not informed me at the time of purchase. A gentle man said to me that it was their fault and argued saying that the stick suppoprts only android and iphones+ other compatible mobiles which was written on the cover of the selfi stick. I requested the matter to store manager, who asked to leave the mobile too to get the same software loaded through the service department. it was happened on 3 days back i.e on 15th May 15 against resq 463. And the managaer told me that i will receive a call next day. No call received. After two days some one called from the store and tolf me the same story that these mobiles do not compatible for the selfi stick they give along with the same. i got more upset and asked to talk to manager but he never came to line, rather there is a getleman by name Bhargav told me that they are trying to give some compliment along with the same too which i didn;t agree and they promised to call me next day which is today. No one called me and when i tried to reach Mr. Bhargav as well as store manager none picked up my phone. I am terribly unsatified the way the team approachs. Even though i bought a mobile paying almost 9k, neither i got happy not able to use the same. Result is that they have both the stick and mobile. My request is either they give a selfi stick which is working with this mobile or change the mobile which is compatible for the selfi stick.

              Highly unsatisfied. Buyer should be briefed by the staff rather arguing that this is written that is written etc etc. No buyer goes thorugh in micro level.

                    I am very much disappointed by the services of reliance retail store and their employee named VIJAY on the billing counter at store located in elements mall, ajmer road, jaipur. Whenever I go to them to buy any product and proceed to billing counter, they never bill my product on the counter where there is no queue. Instead they are always busy counting the cash, no matter what time and directly say no to customers on counters where there is no queue. Instead counting the cash should be done after the store timings i.e. after 10PM. This is a malpractice that reduces their own customers as customers like us say no to other people to buy from them because of this problem. So i request them to please take action against this store and this employee.

I been waiting in the billing counter for such a long time with ice cream and cool drinks, i am the first person in the Q and no one is behind me. After a long pause that person came and she (Aanusha) started doing some other bulk bill and she not even informed me for a courtesy and when i asked the other counter person shall i call come there, she said yes and before i moved to that counter politely i asked this person why dont you inform me this before itself to move to that counter, for this she responded me in a very pathetic way and horrible face reaction in front of other customers. This is not at all OK I am totally pissed off with this incident, very very bad experience Being a good and reputed retail like Reliance should not entertain like this kind of services.                         Dear Sir I have purchased window 01 Ton Voltas AC from Reliance Retail, hazratganj, Lucknow on 23.04.2015 and we have been told that very next day my AC will get installed. But I am very sorry to write you that after one week no body contact me for installation. I have made number of mobile calls to Mr Amit and Mr. Pratikshit and also I have gone personally 3 times to your retail store. Every time your staff tells that today your AC will be installed but till now i.e. after one week, my AC AC is kept as it is in box. Now I request you please get back your AC and refund my money as i am very much disappointed with your service. Sir my house is adjacent to Reliance Fresh and their A.C exhaust units have been put adjacent to my house which is creating lot of noise and heat problems. My family have two senior citizens and one infant, i have been complaining to the manager of the store whose name is Mr Rajeev Gupta, Mob No. [protected], but he is not listening at all, Please i kindly request you to order the manager to shift these exhaust units to the roof or reliance fresh, instead of being adjacent to my house.                             This is to bring to your kind notice that in the area of jagadhri- district yamuna nagar, Haryana. The retailers are charging more than the M.R.P for milk. In M.R.P print rate is 17/- +1/- = 18/- but they are charging 20/-. If customer complaint to shopkeeper they gave excuse that the company product rate is increased and the new print rate of milk polythene is shortly came in the market even that they said the company charged new rate to the shopkeepers thats why they charged 20/- to the customer. This is sheer malpractises and they refuse to sell it for the M.R.P. Kindly Look into the matter

                              Dear Sir/Madam, We are regular customer to Reliance retail at north county mall, Chandigarh/Mohali/Punjab. On Sunday we receiced a call from relaince. A female officer called us and said that we were selected as fortunate ones who have a surprise gift waiting and we can come and collect it while attending a seminar at Hotel Ocean, next to Swaraj Trackters. Upon arriving, we realized that a meeting was organized to woo customers into buying relaince policies. There was no gift and it was big disapaoint to our entire family. My son, a eleven yr old had started complaining that your representatives are cheating and they kept the gift to themselves. We could not console him and not make him understand, this was greedy marketing strategy. This left us extremely angry and we though of filing a law suit. Being a good customer to a retail store had turned to be nightmare. Calling and disturbing consumers on Sundays and cheating people by saying you have been selected to receive a surprise gift is very cheap marketing strategy and it deserves consumer forum attention. We found many families arriving with expectation that something is waiting for them. Was it a punishment to come to Relaince retail store? We received calls from the two numbers: [protected]: [protected] I had an impression Relaince is a global company. But with yesterdays experience, which had shared with many of friends, may will share in face book, twiter etc, our rating about Relaince is not good. Adopting such cheap marketing strategy reflects the status quo. Hope management wakes up and make sure consumers are not harrassed any more. The female rep and mananger pressured us to sign the documents there. I even tried to explained to them this is a wrong practice. Many financial scams have come to light recently. What happened yesterday is a cheer vialation of fundamental rights and may be called as cheating.

                                Unfortunately, we purchased above handset from Reliance retail in Pune. After 2 days, the handset is dead and not starting. We have used many other company mobiles ( HTC, Samsung, Nokia, Blackberry a) and very happy with their performance. Now Karbonn company is asking us to take the mobile to service centre with receipt, bill etc.. etc.. to prove that we are not at falt. I expect that they should rush to our house and repair this handset. Instead, we have to run around now for the mistake we did. My advise to all; not to buy these products.

                                  Dear Sir, My misfortune to purchase a Panasonic air conditioner with 2 years extended warranty . Last year I faced the same problem with your servicing team that they never come on the time given. I had to call Panasonic servicing team to get the A/c repaired & paid money to them which never got re-embersed to me inspite of commitments given to me by your servicing head. This time also I gave a servicing request & I was committed a visit for 29th March at 12 noon. No one came. No one called. I had to call customer service twice to get some answer.?? The servicing person whose number is [protected] committed a time of 7.30 PM but he never turned up, I tried calling him up number of times but he never picked up the number. I fail to understand what kind of company are you running where we consumers our stuck. I jab no option but to complaint to the consumer cell. Best regards Ratul Seth [protected]

                                    Sir, I am a regular customer for reliance retail ltd Tirunelveli, Tamil nadu. I have purchased chiller-06 worth of Rs 352 on 8th march 2015.During purchase the sales man told that if any complaints on product return with in one week.Because their we cannot check it. when i checking at home there is water leakage found.I go to get replacement on 10th march. But the section in charge Mr.Mani told that you tie some cloth and use it. I told him that I have tried that also but leakage not controlled.Then he told have to discuss with supplier so you come next day or i will call you.I told him i am coming from long distance, for 352 rupees product already i came second time today. my travel expenses and my time will be wasted so you give another one same product and later discuss with your supplier. But he started to tell stories and told me to take it back. I told him give good product otherwise keep it in your end. I returned that product to him.                                       It is a sorry state of affairs at Reliance Mart, Vesu, Surat. Very few staff members on the shop floor as late as 12 noon when the store opens at 9 am ! Fruits and vegetables are just being added ! Stale stuff on display since 9 am ! This is the case every single day... Hardly any staff to help find items. Several regular items regularly out of stock... we are expected to keep searching on our own due to lack of help...going around in circles for each grocery item...rawa, dalia, peanuts missing... Misleading tags and offers...eg. dry ginger - 68% discount on Rs 99 - while packet costs around Rs 40. Fooling or mistake ? Hardly any billing counters open...customers expected to keep waiting for their turn endlessly. To top it when it was finally my turn the billing staff chooses to walk away asking me to go over to another counter ! Naturally i chose to abandon the cart and its contents... I hold YOU accountable for the time i spent searching/shopping and the fuel wasted in travel. Completely unacceptable from a renown corporate giant... The trust and reliability of the brand is questioned due to incompetence of a few employees...with credibility at stake I hope corrective measures are undertaken at the earliest. I have complained on several occasions ...though do not wish to keep seeking redressal all the time. I have lodged a written complaint in the Complaint Book, which happens to be a tattered collection of leaflets... so I am hardly hoping for any action...my complain seems most likely to 'get lost'...Was told that the matter would be looked into...sadly the time and fuel wasted seems inconsequential to your staff. I could as well have finished my shopping from the 'shops' across the street (which is what most o[censored]s do due to the trouble of shopping at your store ) instead of having held false hopes of a pleasant experience at Reliance Mart. All the hype fails in reality. After repeated run-ins I have finally decided to lodge this formal complaint with the hope that ATLEAST NOW corrective action will be initiated. Note that I speak for many more unhappy customers who have as yet 'postponed' complaining to any authority, just like I did ! A thorough analysis of footfalls and billing would offer a clear picture of customer dissatisfaction...surely you have systems well in place for the same...just make sure professional protocol is religiously implemented. I am completely disappointed with the service and shall definitely reserve shopping at your store as the last option untill any improvement in functioning. I hope the management will WAKE UP before it is too late...
