issue of missed share certificates

Dear Sir, We have a Customer whose Name Mr. Surendra Singh Verma were Missed his Share Certificates of Reliance Industries Ltd. anywhere now he want reissued shares certificates of that matter, and also want to know that whats Process happened in that case so Please help....

Dear Sir, As reference to the above subject i have brought a new mobile (Model No : KARBONN S5+) on 11.01.2015 at time 15:06:49. Within a week time a new mobile got problem and its got switched off & not operating from on 18.01.2015 . Immediate basis i have informed to the Reliance retail and based on their confirmation after 10 days the mobile was handed over to the Karbonn service center at abits, hyderabad on 28.01.2015. Because of this issue i was missed out several interview calls & i can't make a call to my parents also. I have explained my situation to that reliance retail & Karbonn service center, but still iam not getting solution and they are not ready to care my words for this mobile replacement . Regarding this issue iam very much disappointed personally. Kindly consider my pain and file complaint against of this Reliance retail & Karbon service center and help me to get solution at the earliest. Dear Sir,

I have tired to follow up your team to get solution. till there is no positive response from your team . even this Karbon service center also closed from past 1 week. i have informed to your team . Even you guys are not ready to hear my words.

Finally there is no option, that the reason i was filed the complaint through consumer court . for my further request kindly don't hesitate customer issues and avoid this kind of non quality product.

    I am sorry to say but there is no one single complaint. These people at Mulund West branch are clueless (or lets say, least interested) with how to make sales and after sales customer satisfaction. I visited the store on 25th Jan, 2015 to purchase a couple of things. A television and a washing machine. I bought both these things and i had an old television which i wanted to exchange. So they quoted the price of my old television and told me that the person who will be coming to deliver my new television will take away my old television which i wanted to exchange. I told him that i want my television to be delivered and installed on 2nd Feb, 2015 i.e. today. They were okay with this. Now today i have my television delivered but no one has turned up for installation. There are no news where my washing machine is. I called the store to enquire about the same but it seems they are not at all bothered as they are done with selling their product. On the top of that, i guess they need a counsellor who can atleast teach them the basic manners and way of talking to people. No courtesy at all. After talking to them, it seemed as if they were doing me a favor by talking on the phone. I am bloody paying money for my product. If this is the way these people treat us, better go to a local retailer. He will atleast listen when you have a problem! Yesterday again i visited the store to buy a home theatre system. (just because until today, i had no idea how these people actually are). And i thank God i didnt buy it yesterday, for any reason whatsoever. And in my future, i do not wish to go there ever again for any purchase, be it any product. If I had to rate this place, it would be in negative.

      I have attended Reliance industry interview in Baroda in July-2014.I have submitted travel expense tickets(5184 rupee) but no response from the company.once they received call and telling that they can only give 3300 rupee but all other friends who came with me in same train got 5184.But still i have not received single paisa from them.

        We purchased grocery from Reliance fresh pusa road, new delhi store on 26.01.2015 and we were charged extra for products that were not purchased by us. We were charged Rs. 750 for Pampers and Rs. 160 for Kissan Jam. We did not purchased these products. This is highly unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved and we will not be refunded then we will go to the consumer court.

          I purchased a samsung split AC model no. AR18HC3UXNB on 17.01.2015 on offer price in Reliance Retail Limited, Kamaraj Salai, Madurai - 625 001 and the same was delivered on 18.01.2015. on 19.01.2015, the technician came to install the AC. on checking, the compresser in outer unit is not working. i carried to the knowledge of the manager of this reliance retail. but the manager asked me to get another unit with some extra payment. why i have to pay extra for replacement. i hereby requested that the outer unit may please be replaced without any extra payment. i hope it will be done in your esteemed concern. i expected a favourable reply thanking you, with regards, K.S.             On 20 Jan 2014, I bought a Skullcandy Uprock On-the-ear headphone (model no - SK115902X) online (order no[protected]/ purchase date - 20 Jan 2014), from Zoffio.com . So with the product was having one year Manufacturer warranty . But within one year that product is not working properly . Then I called the skull candy customer care and they told me to send it to BRAND EYES DISTRIBUTORS ( PVT ) LTDB-2, Sector-4, Noida Uttar Pradesh - 201301 [India] . After check the product I got a call from Brand eyes distributors, saying that this product this marketed and distributed by Reliance retail limited, so the service and any kind of replacement will be provided by Reliance retail and send that headphone to me back. Then I checked the product and on back of the cover it was mentioned that the product is Market and distributed by the Reliance Retail Limited . On calling the toll free no of reliance retail ([protected]) and they provided me the bangalore service center numbers of J.P nagar and Malleswaram . But both of the service centers refused to provide me any kind of service saying that they don't use to provide any service of this kind . Then again I called on the toll free number of reliance retail, and got the response that visit any nearest Reliance Digital store and you will get the replacement of the product . But Reliance Digital store declined to replace the product . Actually I am calling them form 2 weeks and I am not getting any kind of proper response from them . Then on 15 jan 2015 I called them again and told them that I want to talk to higher management and they patched my call to Rohini ( Store head ) . She talked to me and told me that she needs 24 hrs time to resolve this issue . On 16 Jan 2015 I got a call from and her, saying that she didn't got any update from her team, and she needs some more time to resolve this issue . She told me that she will give me a call on 17 Jan with the proper solution . But on 17 and 18 Jan 2015, I didn't received any call from her . On 19 Jan 2015 (Today) I called on the toll free no of reliance retail ([protected]), and expressed the feeling to talk to Rohini, but both of the times I got the response form them, that she is busy when she will be free, they will arrange a call for me . But till writing this complaint (19 Jan 2015 / 17:05) I didn't received any call from them . And I know that I am wasting my time here, writing all this . Because you people only care about money and nothing else . We Know that you people will take this as simple as we customers are suffering and getting harassment from staff. But from now onwards, I will make sure that If I am buying anything, that product shouldn't be related to reliance, by any means .

            No that's was not the resolution. If you are importing any thing and selling it here, then it is you responsibility.
            You people are importing duplicate product and selling those duplicate product to India.
            I talked to the manufacturer and authentic retailer, and they both told me that it is a duplicate product and we
            are not selling this product.
            If we are not selling this product then we will not provide any sort of guarantee. Now this comes to the business
            ethics of reliance retail, you people are doing business without any ethics and only goal is to make money by any means

              Dear Team, I have purchased Zolo brand shoes form your Iscon Mall store Ahmedabad, on[protected]. Subsiquantly I have started wearing that shoes from[protected] with in 15 days i.e. around[protected] shoes is started torn on its own and after use of approx 1 month no one can identify that this is new shoes. It seems that you people do not have any quality check for products you sell. This shoes are of poorest quality. It is very disappointing and i feel that my hard earn money got wasted. It is never expected from company like "RELIANCE". I sincerly urge you to arrange for replacement of shoes with good quality shoes or else refund of money. Regards, Munjal Mehta

                On 9th January I purchased 1831inr worth items from reliance fresh, Chinna Waltair, Visakhapatnam branch.They swiped my card twice but received message as declined from that machine.But I got the message as transaction successful to my registered mail.The same has been informed to the cashier and the response was that "We are not responsible for that and they may get credited again.Next day I went and raised a complaint by meeting the purchase incharge.But still I haven't got any response from anybody . If this is the negligence you show how can a customer re enter your branch.I need immediate response and want to take this as priority.

                  had shopped goods of rs 756 on 21 dec 2014 at 17:33 time CAsh memo no. #0167 S03100 R 003 out of purchased material, it was noticed that the weight of the packet was 250gm and label was pasted of 500gm in fact when i picked up this culprit packet salesman told me price will be charged of 250gm finally on the cash counter the bill was charged of 500gm of this packet. Mr Govind superviosr of this shop talks rudely and asked me not to raise this matter more. I shall alert all of you buyers please DONT go to this MARKET and always give second thought. I had to travel back to shop from my home which took Cost Me RS 43 who is responsible for this This is indirectly cheating with us.

                        My Reliance Card # [protected]. We gone for purchase at Reliance Retails Showroom at 19.10.2014. We Have taken a Priyagold Biscuits Diwali Offer Pack. Self asked one staff "Whats the price". But surprise the answer "You Check yourself". When I asked him about this he started to harass me and my family. Then I called the Manager who supported him and shouting on us. Don't think this is the business way of Ambani group. This happens in Tughlakabad Reliance Retail Showroom.                           मेरे द्वारा रिलायंस मार्ट में रिलायंस फ्रेश चाय पत्ती ली गई, जो की २१०/- की थी डिस्प्ले बोर्ड पर और प्राइस टेग पर भी/ जब बिल बना तो मुझसे २५०/- लिए गए...मेरे द्वारा बोले जाने पर बोला गया की २५०/- की ही हे, , , , , अब कुछ नहीं होगा. मेने कहा की या तो २१०/- से बिल बनाओ या चाय पत्ती २१०/- वाली दे दो या ये टेग को सही करो. तो मार्ट मेनेजेर द्वारा बदसलूकी की जाने लगी कहने लगे की कुछ नहीं होगा ...एसा ही होता हे. तभी मेने प्राइस टेग का फोटो खीचा तो मेरे हाथ पर छ्पट्टा मार कर मोबाइल खीचा जिससे मोबाइल गिर गया और मोबाइल(samsung grand)की स्क्रीन damaged हो गई; फिर मुझसे कहा जाने लगा की प्लीज फोटो डिलीट कर दो हम पैसे बापस दे देते हैं... बिल और प्राइस टैग की फोटे संलग्न है. फोटो में भी साफ साफ लिखा हे mrp 300/- और 90/- OFF THEN RELAINCE RATE IS 210/- और पीछे रखे चाय पत्ती के पैकड पर भी यही लिखा हे. जो की बिल से भी मैच खाता हे. प्लीज इसकी जाँच करवाई जाये और मुझे भी सुचना दी जाये...और अतिरिक्त चार्ज और मोबाइल डैमेज बापस दिलाये जाये. विष्णु प्रकाश गर्ग बैरसिया जिला भोपाल mob no.[protected]

                            bought a reconnect mixer grinder 500W Model:RHMIG-5002 Sl.No.[protected] from RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED, NO.60. Kuppu Arcade, Venkat Narayana Road, TNagar, Chennai-17 on 27th April 2014.The speed knob broke within 10 days of purchase. we had taken this to the showroom and they said it will take 7 working days to replace. 1. The product quality was very poor 2. the response from the showroom where we purchased was very bad 3. no proper support system now we left the mixer in the showroom itself for the above reasons, even though we are not looking for any refund. this would be our last purchase of any reliance product. Regards Mahendran as a consumer i always expect the best quality

                              I purchased some items from your Reliance fresh retail, Phase 10, Mohali (Punjab) store on 02.09.2014 for Rs.239.96 and the person on counter debited SBI credit card with Rs.339.96 at 13:18:52 pm. I made so many calls on land line phone no. [protected] on different times but no person picked the phone. This is second chance for me. Please look into the matter and get excess debit reversed with Rs.100/-. Invoice no. mentioned on credit card slip is 006101 batch no. 000396. last four digits of card is 2651.                                 I bought a Tshirt from your company i.e. Reliance Retail Limited outlet from Malad, Mumbai on 9Aug14. The product started to lose its color in the first wash itself and ruined the whole Tshirt .I have been a regular customer of your product chain and such kind of defect is least expected.                                   I purchased a LG washine machine from reliance retail ltd at Sardar Patel Marg, Civil Lines Allahabad on 15 Aug 14 vide CIN No U01100MH1999RLC120563. The item was to be delivered the next day ie. on 16 Aug 14. However there was very poor response from the retail shop despite repeated calls and only promises of delivery were made. On being threatened with consumer court finally the item was delivered to me at an unearthly hour of 2310. However on receipt of the item I was shocked to discover that the item was packed in polythene/bubble wrap without its original packing. Further the company rep was supposed to visit me on 17 Aug 14 for installation of the same, however this time again there was no response from the retail shop. On being reminded finally instead of the company rep/fitters two of the salesmen from reliance retail Ltd visited me and then further tell me after their visit that I need to first do the plumbing work and then only call them. This was despite the fact that I was promised by the salesmen at the retail shop that the machine would be installed free of cost by them. I then asked the salesmen to take back the washing machine and refund my money at the earliest. The washine machine was returned back to the two reps from reliance retail ltd. I regret having ever taken the decision to buy the product from reliance retail ltd. My contact No is [protected].

                                    I have purchased reliance queen bed and a display unit on 3rd July'14. Even after repeated reminders and pleadings the items are undelivered as on 9th Aug, one month and on week past. The store in charges in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, keeps giving various dates every time I call, and the person who spoke is never available for the second time. Now the tactics of Reliance is clear, they use public money to buy / import items and then supply to customers. Its too painful to know, we are being taken for a ride everyday. The store cashier refuses to refund for non delivering and then cites that the company is closing business. People please be aware, reliance is cheating public. The authorities should ban such companies. The customer care numbers provided[protected],[protected],[protected] on bill are never answered, but lead to voice mail.

                                      On 26th July 14. i have had a purchase from Reliance Retail Payyanur Kannur Kerala. for a cost of Rs 6366/-, the cashier had swiped my visa card in one machine and its been accepted my payment but no receipt came out. and he swiped my card again in another machine saying that the first swipe was not accepted. its been done wih an argument with customer. the result was a double payment from my visa card ie Rs 6366 + Rs 6366. i had contacted Mr.Jithesh, the manager at site, but no good response to solve my problem. i have continuously contacted with same person until today, but my amount has not reversed yet to my bank account. As i am a regular customer of Reliance Retail, this kind of treatment is painful and loss of time.. kindly advise what is further process to solve my problem. Abdul Hakeem [protected] / [protected]
