I have purchased a Lenovo G 505-9534 Laptop from Reliance Retail Store, Mulund Check Naka on 6th September, 2013 vide invoice no. C7335# 1, Sales Man ID 60103341. There was a scheme for a Printer for 50% off. I Opted for a HP Printer 1050 model and paid Rs. 2000/- for the same. The Printer was not available at the store at the time. I was informed that the Printer will be made available in a weeks time, will be informed to me on phone. I waited for 15 days, since there was no calls from the Store, I visited there and made a Complaint in their register as well. Again another weeks time was given. Made several calls to the store but as of now, I have not received any feed back from the Store. I Send 30 the physical share certificate through KARVY. for Dematerlisation.. then karvy computer share pvt Ltd. have find problem with signature mismatch.. then i send it another time with change my signature.. but they did not agree with signature and sent me back.. then Last time I Sent My Certificate with 100 Rs. non judicial stamp paper.. signature affidavit from my bank manager.. .. but my Reliance Industries Ltd. The free utensil that was given with the induction oven isn't at all fit for cooking, no sooner was oil poured in the utensil that was kept on the induction oven with the minimum temperature of 100 degree centigrade, the utensil got burnt with black fumes coming out of the utensil and made the kitchen very suffocating. This happened the very first time the induction oven was used with the free utensil provided by the company that too the very next day of buying the induction oven. Prior buying the person at the store who guided us with the demo session of the induction oven did not tell us that the utensil that was provided free of cost isn't fit for cooking. They are even not replacing the utensils even. Previously they didn't tell us that it is not fit for cooking but now they re saying that its not fit for cooking we can only use this for boiling purpose.

We have purchased 1 no. exernal hard disc WD - 500 GB from Reliance Retail Store , Aundh Pune on Sunday 3rd August 2013 . To our annoyment when we checked opened the box at home today , the connecting cable was not inside . We went to the store today , and to our disappointment they took one and half hours to release us by giving the cord . The reason is procedure. This is patehtic. When the store has all the details of the purchase and customer details , in the first instance why the product not given complete in first place, secondly when they came to know the cable left back at store why didnt they called us and informed and thirdly why as a customer I lost my time in going back to the store and went through a horrifying experience of waiting there close to for one and half hour .

i got call from[protected] Delhi.This person introduce herself as name Ashok and calling from Reliance Life Insurance company.She told me about interest free loan against Reliance Money Multiplier plan.After conversation with her she transfer The call to her senior mr vishal mehta.He is telling me he is senior manager of Reliance life Insurance/loan dept.He told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it.

By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 50000 Then RLIC company will give Rs 500000 for 10 years wiTh 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC.These people had all so send me a Reliance brochure where They are writing "RELIANCE MULTIPLIER PLAN-GET LOAN WITHIN 45 DAYS WITH 0% INTEREST'

first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it.so i was decided to invest i lac of rupees and take loan of 1000000 for ten years with 0% interest so That i had filled a application form and gave required cq of 1 lac to Reliance collection boy.

after that ,phone calls are coming from Reliance people for verification,address verification and lot more.i thought all Things are on line and my 100000 rupees had all so debited from my account in The name of Reliance Life insurance co ltd.

With referfence to the above subject, I would request you to look in this matter. I understand from your shop that all the points has been redeemed in some shop in Karnataka where as I have never been to Karnataka.

Moreover, all my purchases are from your Chrompet, Chennai shop and I had not redeemed point.

I wants these points credited back to my card or a redemption voucherf to be issued to me for all the points.

I have not redeemed any points since October 2009. I have redeemed my points only at your shop at Chrompet (2034).

I have purchased 100 shares of Reliance petrolium in 2009 in my DP [protected]. Company had been converted 1 share of Reliance Industry for every 8 shares of Reliance Petrolium. In that process I have received 12 equity share of Reliance Industry against 96 equity shares of reliance petrolium. But Till date I have nither recived the amount of balance 4 shares amount of RPL and nor dividend 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012.
Sir, You are requested to please look into the matterf and take up the matter with the Reliance Industry.

I had bought a Loreal Hair colour from Reliance Retail. When i brought it home and opened it, the hair cream itself was missing!!.. I took it back and returned it. They gave me a new case and on opening it i found the funnel to open the cream was missing. This is very badly maintained and the customer has to suffer many trips to the shop to pay money and buy products that are either opened and parts missing or maybe used. Please dont buy beauty products from there.

Misleading / Cheating Reliance Ad published on Aug 15 on major newspaper quotes price of HP630 laptop as 28,490/-. But when you enquire store guys says they dont have stock. THIS IS NOTHING BUT MISLEADING. THEY ADVERTISE BUT THEY DONT KEEP ENOUGH OR NO ITEMS OF that particular model/brand in stock at outlets but suggest you to buy different model. why should they advertise if they do not have any intention / enough quantities of selling a product at that price.

As dividend declared by ril but yet we have not received dividend for[protected]. So pl arrange to send dividend without delay
