Reliance retail is doing wrong billing. As a organsised chain we expect proper billing and sometime we dont look into billing. same thing happened to me when i look bill not at counter but at home. Recently rate for Lactogen 1 changed by company. Reliance was having stock with old rate but charged to me with new rates.

This seems to be method of getting extra money from customers


Pls take care and check bill before leaving counter.

I am surprised with the customer service at RIL retail. I always belived Reliance as a ehtical company .

the sofa was bought by me on Sep 10. You have the details
Your expert visited and himself agreed this is a defect
Really shocking to see your gurantee of 6 months where as leatherite is cracking on 3 seater at many places and spring also in the middle seat getting dislocated
Your person saw that the sofa is rarely used specially the middle seat
Pl review your decision or connecting me to the decision maker in your company
I feel cheated as a customer and would forward this issue to the consumer forum if this is not addrssed to my satisfaction

Hi,
I have a complain regarding humiliation by Guard standing at main gate, dated[protected]. I went to a nearby reliance fresh store and was waiting for my wife to come and join the shopping with me. My wife was delaying I thought to go outside and wait for her. While I was going outside keeping both my hand in pocket. Guard stopped me and asked me for check in front of whole lot of people. It was so awkward that I can not explain you. I am steel feeling humiliated.
I need an action against that guard. Also please tell me where I can complain regarding this so that other people does not get humiliated again.

I stay very close to Reliance Mart at Arekere (Bangalore) and do the grocery purchase there. On multiple instances I have found them charging me more than the MRP and everytime I had to go to their customer care team available in the same shop to get the refund done. The latest was day before yesterday when they charged Rs.10/- extra on 3 items. Though they have refunded the amount, I strongly believe that they must be cheating the entire customer lot by this kind o[censored]nholy techniques. I don't expect customers to tally the entire bill with MRP of each and every product and look for such differences. Monthly purchase bills will easily have more than 50-60 items in it. This time, I thought I should make an official complaint and hence this note. I have the bill and all the products available with me. Please let me know if I need to do anything further to take this complaint forward.

मैँ आप को वताना चाहता हुँ कि आप की Company reliance Industries branch Hoshiarpur ( Punjab) मेँ काम कर रहे करमचारीआं को बहुत कम Salary दी जा रही है कि आप को इस वारे कुछ पता है कि आप की Company branch Hoshiarpur मेँ काम कर रहे एक Technician Employee को केवल 5000/- रु तक ही Salary दी जाती है इस लिए आप की Company branch Hoshiarpur मे आऐ दिन Employee काम छोड के जा रहे है इस लिए आप का काम ठीक ढग से नहीँ चलता । जब कि आप कि Company branch Hoshiarpur मेँ काम कर रहे Hire Staff को तो 10,000 से 20,000 रु तक Salary Increase की गई है लेकिन एक Technician की Salaryमे केवल 400 से 500 तक ही Increase की गइ आप आप को पुछना चाहता हूँ कि कि एक छोटे Employee के लिए मँहगाइ नहीँ बड रही है कया केवल Hire Staff के लिए ही मँहगाइ बडती है। आप को निमरता सहित निवेदन है कि आप मेरी इस वात पर गोर करते हुए इस विषय पर विचार करेँ ।

I have purchased a DVD player of Soyer Brand from Reliance Mart, Crown Interior Mall, 21 KM Store, Sector-35, Faridabad and from the first day there is problem with the sound output. I gave the DVD player to Reliance outlet and your Engineer has not done any work on the same and it was returned to me stating that the problem has been rectified.

Their Engineer visited my home for the same complaint and stated that the DVD player is o.k. and is not ready to rectify the fault.

Day before yesterday i.e. 14/04/2011 I approached Reliance Digital to buy a desktop. In spite of having such a big space and product rage you had hardly 4 desktops for display and when I asked your executive Mr Umendra Singh about other model , he said Reliance sells all the products bur as if now they do not have available stock.Which customer does not expect at least from Reliance as a corporate retail store. Still I finalise Accer Desktop and with the same person's advise I was diverted to My Finance desk for Finance option.

The Lady from Bajaj Finance was very cooperative and attend me properly and thoroughly explained me the Finance process and I agrred for verification by Bajaj Finance.

Next day that is 15/04/2011 , 11.30 AM verification got done and the case gor approved and so I went to the store on 16/04/2011 for final formalities.

And at the time of payment same executive told me that he does not have stock for the same. And during discussion he was asking me that I should have informed him about the purchase. Which proves that he was not attentive on my first day visit otherwise if customer is asking for product details , price , bargaining Finance option and then finally Ok for verification , what else as a confirmation he was expecting.

The Abhijit ( Supervisor) intervened and suggested me for Lenovo Desktop which was 2000/- costly and to give this option he took almost half an hour still I Okeyed that and when I asked to see the product It was not available for display. Though I feel when the alternate product was offered by the staff only it should be available at gowdown or in store. And just to have a look before purchasing ( Which customer ahs a right) again Mr Umendra Singh called me at 2 PM just to see the product. Still I gave them the option to show on net again these two people referred me to Some third person who could not show me and finally Reliance Digital lost one customer.

I know for Reliance it does not matter but what I persoanlly feel being my self into service industry mouth publicity which affects badly. With my experince I will not recommend any body. So in Toto It may affect and as a genuine customer I advise that service should be like a small retail sore where none of the customer feels unattended. Where in Reliance though you have such a vast team half of the staff are always in chit chat which each other. So many customers come , see products and go just because no body attends them properly and finally such harsh conversation with customers. I feel the days are when customer used to be Sarve Sarva for the Shop Keeper.

I Abhijeet Deshpande was working in Reliance Industries Ltd., during[protected]. I left the job & applied for PF withdrawl but it got rejected as emploer side gave me wrong PF no as they changed PF trust & haven't intimated. After that I conveyed them to transfer PF to my present employer but that also not processed. For entire process i have made atleast 10 mail communications, 4 times thriugh friends working over there, many telephonic communications. One personal visit but nothing is working out. for reference I am attaching all mail communications. it is not the matter of amount but the right of employee & one of largest organisation in India & reputed in India 7 internationally is so much casual about employees makes clear how private & government is strict about the goverenence.

I bought a pair of chappals ( sandals ) at your reliance mart at arakkere gate, bannergatta road,bangalore for Rs. 599. on september 29th 2010. With in 3 days a strap buckle gaveway due to poor quality material . I approached the mart who took the chapples and did the repair after showing the proof for purchase. Again with in a day o[censored]se the strap broke at the other end . ( poor quality ) The socalled managers told me that it is due to misuse by customer directly insulting me. Is this the way to treat customer that to a serior citizen? Again today I approached the manager who refused to do proper recoarse. He was challenging me that I can approach anybody ril 's custemer care or even consumer grievence cell. It is not the money but the material quality and service from RIL is the concern .
