We applied for a franchise of jio mart to jio art franchise.com paid rs 32500/- but after payment we were asked to pay 69900/- so we said as we do not have the funds kindly refund our amount.     i have obtained 36 Shares with folio no.[protected] alloted to me. Since last few months i have been struggling and following up to gain my bonus and dividend.

      I have been pursuing with Ajio for more than 2 months for processing a return which is stuck due to mistake at Ajio's end, despite escalation of issue to grievance officer, no action has been taken due to which my Rs 1600 are stuck with Ajio. Till now I have talked to 10 executives and 7 supervisors but they all just keep raising complaints and then mark that complaint as resolved without even resolving it. I never faced such problem with Amazon or Myntra

        Address: Jio Mart -Reliance Corporate Park, Mumbai, Maharashtra

        On 20th july 2020 at 7.30 am i placed an order on jio mart on the internet. For groceries. For rs 315.31. While making the payment for the order, the site automatically redeemed my 400 reliance one loyalty points equivalent to rs280/- without my consent and balance rs 35.31 was cash on delivery.

        On 22 july when i contacted jio mart for my supply, they could not trace my order and wanted photocopies of my order which i sent to them.

        It is now 2 moths and jio mart has neither supplied my items nor made refund. I am practically contacting them daily and they reply "be patient. We are on the job"

        They have given me a reference no: [irn - 00041afmdakde6bg]-re: [irn - 00041afhtqqp4hjf]-my order no:[protected]m dated[protected]; 7.31 a. M. And a service request id [protected].

        As they had said refund will be automatically processed between 3 to 15 days i waited till last week of august 2020.

        Reliance jio mart is harassing me a senior citizen, for the refund

        I want jio mart to refund to me rs 280/- by demand draft at my address 203, best apartment, i cross, i phase, v stage, beml layout, rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore 560098.

These were the amounts shown as per the prevailing rate on 22nd july 2020. After 2 days when i contacted customer care on number[protected] and enquired about the status of my order, the lady replied that my order could not be found. She asked me to send photoshot of my order which i sent on 22nd july 2020, which i am attaching here also. Your customer care acknowledged this mail as per the below mail:

        I very much regret to point out that my reliance one point which was deducted during the above referred failed transaction of 20th july 2020, 7.31 am, has still not been reversed even though 38 days, i. E. More than a month has passed. You had mentioned that it will take 3-15 days for the refund.

        While your system was quick enough to deduct my reliance one points for the above referred failed transaction, it has not been able to refund my reliance one points even after one month. I want you to take up the matter with your superiors to modify/rectify your system to refund immediately the amounts deducted for failed transactions.

        Therefore i want that you should take immediate steps to credit my reliance one points which was deducted during my failed transaction of 20th july 2020.7.31 a. M.

          I have 3 jio numbers and on and often everyday without using the internet it gets exhausted. It is not only one number, all three numbers are facing this issue, and also it happens often.

            Recently bought - i am sorry paid 30000 - to reliance retail for booking one plus nord phone on 5th sep. The order mentions delivery by 8th. Even till 11th late evening as of now, the same is not delivered. Apart from this, the tracking details on their site keeps on changing retrospectively for the order, which is highly suspicious. We have posted 2 pictures of how they keep on changing their tracking details. Repeated complaints, calls, mails to head of customer service of reliance (B. M. Bade) has no response. Anyone has suggestions to save my hard earned money?

                I am a regular customer at reliance fresh, circular road, ranchi and reliance smart, dangratoli ranchi. For past many days observed violation of covid protocols at both the stores. Alerted the staff but they appeared indifferent and callous. Let cite a few violations.
                1. Customer inside store without mask.
                2. Billing counter staff without mask.
                3. More than permissible number of persons inside store at a time.
                4. Only one billing counter operates at a time as a result overcrowding at counters without any distancing.
                5. Passages blocked by goods and boxes hence no space for customers to move around maintaining distancing.

                      The issue regarding allotment of only two reliancepp shares (Isin: in9002a01024) against my entitlement of 20 shares has remained unresolved. The 20 ril-re shares were allotted to me as rights shares against 300 reliance shares which stood at credit in my dp/client id[protected].
                      Several emails sent on this behalf to kfintech at: ravikiran. [protected]@kfintech.com and escalated at: williams. [protected]@kfintech.com since june 2020 have not been replied at all.

                        This is regarding the amount which has not been refunded to me. The reliance rights issue shares i purchased and was not alloted.
                        Can you pls confirm when will the same be credited to my account?

                        I have bought shares with your official website and also from fundsindia.

                        I had applied for 20 shares and was allotted 20 shares, then through fundsindia i had applied for 27 shares - the amount got deducted but shares were never allotted to me.
                        Once the rights issue share was open to public to trade i again purchased 30 shares @712 rs per share.

                        In total only 20 shares are alloted to me and remaining amount for the unalloted shares has not been credited to my account yet.

                        Can you pls help me with the status on the remaining amount, when will it be reflected in my bank account?

                          I had applied for rights shares and these were allotted too. Due to some technical fault from my end these shares were not credited in my demat account by the registrar karvy
                          Subsequently as required by them i had submitted the required documents to them atleast 5 weeks back and they assured that the same shall be credited in my account in 5 working days
                          Inspite of 8-10 reminders still this has not been done

                                This is mail regarding to right issue shares of riil. I am using the demat a/c of sbi cap securities my. On the basic of holding of reliance industries i was received the mail of 3 shares of right issue when i had applied through asba which was declined. After that i had purchased the 200 shares of entitlement through secondary market in my demat a/c at that time my ledger balance was approx 44000 which was debited to against that shares. After that i got confirmation mail from my broker side to delivery of that shares which was reflecting in my demat a/c. But after five days later i got mail from registrar to debited that shares. So i cannot understand behind the reason and i have lost my shares and money also kindly give explanation and give reversal of my money if i am not applicable for right issue.

                                  I purchased a m2 wireless router from Reliance retail ltd online against my order no JEF17557729 and their invoice no. JKAR[protected] dated 8-7-2020 for rs 2098. This item is received by me[protected] & i purchased a new SIM No. [protected] on[protected] and got it activated thru their customer care. but the router did not connect to the network and was showing red signal. then i tool the same to JIO customer service center in Modinagar ( Ghaziabad U.P. after checking the router they told me that the mother board of the router is damaged and i have to pay rs 2098 for repair of the same. Since the piece is under warranty and they are supposed to replace the same or repair the same free of cost. They refused to repair or replace the same saying that the damage is caused by me.
                                  I also spoke to various people in their customer care department and no one is able to help me on the same and finally they reefused to replace or repair the same.
                                  i request you to kinldy help me get the refund or the replacement immediately.
