Dear sir

I am on behalf of my mother (77 years old) who do not know how to use technology much filing this complaint for non-receipt of dividend from ril for the year 2018-19.

Usually, the dividend released in august she waited until september and on 19th sept a letter was written to the service provider of ril which is karvy ltd. Which was not responded by them, the follow up letter was written by her again on 30th oct (Attached) not responded by them.

On 22nd november i tried to contact over given email einaard. [protected]@karvy.com which bounced back.

So now we have no choice but to file the complaint to claim the dividend.

I apply for transfer the shares to her demat account
But only 36 shares are transferred and the bonus shares are not transferred to the demat.

I am highly annoyed now as the company has failed to change my name and address even after providing them bunch of documents including affidavits, indemnities, address proof, marriage cert, adhar card, pan card and lots more. Also they do not offer support in its dematerialisation. Plz chk attchmnt. Already sebi has made 31 march as last date for dematerialisation and the company's careless attitude will be costing me alot. Plz help

I am holder of 160 equity shares under reliance industries and the company gives me several chances to pitch my complain here. No wonder this tym the company has taken a lot of documents from me for issue of duplicate shares but they forgot to change my recent name post marriage Kusum Vardhani (which was kusum ramani previously) even after mentioning it several times. The company has mailed me shares in my old name which i cannot sell. The biggest wonder is they are providing me with residual n current dividends in my sbi ac which is in the name kusum vardhani. Are they really professional enough???
However i need my shares in present name address and other details already provided to them.

I have purchased product from reliance retail limited. After many time communation with your agent, he is not giving proper responce and right now not giving response on mobile phone. I have lost the reliance industries share certificate under the folio number[protected] containing 400 equity shares.. The shares are registered in my old name manish khandelwal a -246 nehru nagar jhotwara road jaipur. Before so many years i haveve changed it to 75, subash coloney shastri nagar jaipur rajasthan in all my documents including pan passport etc.

Last so many years we didnot claimed dividends because due to changed my address

Plz help in the issue of duplicate shares certificate

I feel highly annoyed with the company as they have failed to provide satisfactory services. Plz check the attachment..
The company have issued shares to me in my old name rather than postmarital name, address, etc for which i have provided them with all the bonds, affidavits, proofs, etc. I cannot sell them as company haven't issued them in my current name. Also it should have been issued in demat format.

I am navneet chauhan from greater noida.
I visited at newly opened reliance store @ gour chowk greater noida on 05/09/2019.
Reliance retail store getting extra amount charge from customer on mrp at reliance store.
I brought a taj mahal tea pack of 100gm & mrp on this rs. 35, but billing amount on bill is rs. 128.25.
Also i brought a haldiram’s aloo bhujia pack of 200gm & mrp on this rs. 44, but billing amount on bill is rs. 45.
If reliance store doing this type of activities on daily basis then reliance become a very big millionaire in few days.
Extra charge in taj mahal tea pack rs. 93.25 & in haldiram aloo bhujia rs. 1.
Total extra charge taken by reliance store rs. 94.25 from me.
Total no of reliance store in india 3837
If 1000 customer visited per day at reliance store, then minimum 50 customers purchased tea pack & aloo bhujia.
Total cheating on taj mahal on 1 store - 93.25 x 50 = 4662.50
Total cheating in all india by reliance store - 4662.5 x 3837 = 17890012.50
Total cheating on haldiram’s aloo bhujia on 1 store – 1 x 50 = 50
Total cheating in all india by reliance store - 50 x 3837 = 191850
Grand total[protected].50 + 191850 = 18081862.5/day

If your income rs. 54 crore comes by cheating with customer within a month.
That’s a big scam by reliance retail in india.

Service provided against tax invoice no:[protected] against order no [protected] dt.11/09/2019 is worst. The set found useless after repairing. Further the branch unit asking fore replace of other accessories on trial & error basis though the defects are not there before. It is only for repairing by unskilled technicians. They are only harassing innocent customer and making them expensive. I have paid rs.945/- as per invoice which is no use to me.

Today i had a visit to reliance pala for a shopping of some homly products. After billing i just went outside the security staff call back me and seal in the bill. I ask him the necessity of the sealing after billing. He arrogantly reply me "its none of your business ambani is paying me for sealing"
He really wasted my time for making such a silly argument and callback. He is not thoroughly checking the bill and cross checking with the products i purchased then on what basis he is sealing my bill. Without any idea of my product i purchased

I have purchased crompton geyser from reliance retail. There is leakage in geyser tank which may cause short circuit and may cause human death. The geyser is within warranty period, i have filled acomplaint on 8.07.2019 but till date they have not resolved my problem. Every second giving new goofups and fooling us. Customer service is miserable, fooling people by selling damaged products with warranty, for which they are least concerned after sales. Have called more then hundred times, now i give up as they are professional fraudsters.

I have been in continuing communications with the company regarding issue of duplicate shares which are under my premarriage name kusum ramani and have executed all bonds and indemnities etc as mentioned by company officials. But the company still continues to recognise sole shareholder as kusum ramani which is why i would be having problems in dematerialising and selling the securities. Its already about four months and they have informed dispatch of duplicate share certificates which would b of no use for me if they are in my old name as all my documents lik pan, adhar and bank account are in name of kusum vardhani which have already been mailed by me to company in month of july 2019.

Dear sir i am the owner of above mentioned property which is taken on rent by reliance retail ltd since 2008. Arrears of rent amounting to more than rs 5 lakhs is pending as no increment is given to me, i have raised the issue with sh. D roy and spoke to him on his cell no.[protected] at least 200 times, sent all the working he agreed but ultimately he raised his hands and told me that sh. Sushil singh in delhi can help me. I spoke to sh. Sushil singh on his cell no.[protected] at least 40 times, once he called me in his office i visited there. He always gives me assurance but till date neither rent arrears is given nor any written reply only verbal assurance.

I had opted for jio introductory offer and paid 4500/-, they promised connection in 24 hours,

They installed the box, however it wasn't activated, the engineer who installed the box, told me it wasn't a problem at his end.

I contacted the people who took the order, they promised immediate activation.

I waited for a week and saw the after sales service was bad, with no connection yet and unwilling to compromise of bad service, i request for a cancellation, with multiple calls, i was told the money would be refunded after 60 days, in the form of dd.

It has been 101 days now, no refund yet.
I had called the customer care multiple times to pick up their equipment. After making multiple compromises on my work schedule, no one turned up.

* deposit accepted in card swipe, refund is in dd form
* during the installation, the engineer, notes down the layout of my home, in the jio engineer app. I'm not sure why a telecom company is collecting information of layout of our homes.

Smell as if something is burning. This has been happening for last two days. Even cooling is ok,
It appears that something is burning inside ac.in case fault is not rectified in time, it might cause fire. You are requested to fix the problem.

I have been a regular customer at reliance fresh located at mpm street paramour. Initially person at billing counter were cordial and used to take care of marvelling our things carefully. Off late for past 4 to 5 yrs hardly any person is available at the billing counter. When they start billing they carelessly throw our products or keep it aside in some place hidden from our view and they are so lazy to filled the purchased products into the bag, they wait for another person to do that or expect us to fill into bag. So many times we had to return back asking for missing item like yesterday i couldn't find mail polish and next that before i couldn't find 5 kg atta
And after all this waste of time and transport charge we are made to wait for clarification
First let the billing person be taught basic manners of keeping billed thing in proper place then fill up herself in decent manner rather than throwing the stuffs into bag as to cause leakage of liquids.
Thankfully the security guards are too helpful poor fellows are helping in filling up the bag and carrying the load to the vehicle
But inside the reliance fresh so many employees are just standing chatting doing nothing
What kind of mannerism is being taught i don't know off late i don't feel like going instead can go to footpath shop such is the treatment we get after purchasing store items regularly worth 8000 to 10000 every month

I am Vikrant Rana R/O Jalandhar City and contact number [protected], I have purchased Grocerry from Reliance Retail Store in JS Eminent Mall, Sutheri Road Hoshiarpur, I have paid the bill of 1612.13 from my Wife's credit card, I was astonished that they have charged me Rs 9 for the carry bag which is totally unethical when i make the complaint regrading the store manager they said me carry bag charge is mandatory and it is our company policy and we get the direction from our seniors as well, i have also explained him that consumer forum already fined bigbrand like Bata of Rs 9000 for charging the carry bag but unfortunately they did not listen me and in end he told me bluntly to file the case and he also said already 18 cases in Amritsar district already filed, nothing going to happen with your case as well.I humbly pray to your goodself to take the action against such retailer who are just violating the rights of the customer, photo copy of the bill is as attached.
