I have lost the reliance industries share certificate under the folio number[protected] containing 400 equity shares.. The shares are registered in my old name manish khandelwal a -246 nehru nagar jhotwara road jaipur. Before so many years i haveve changed it to 75, subash coloney shastri nagar jaipur rajasthan in all my documents including pan passport etc.

The company have issued shares to me in my old name rather than postmarital name, address, etc for which i have provided them with all the bonds, affidavits, proofs, etc. I cannot sell them as company haven't issued them in my current name. Also it should have been issued in demat format....

I want to lodge a complain against carry bag charges taken by them Rs. 3/- .where as i came to know that recently govt had banned to all retail showroom that they can not charged for carry bag where their advertisement is published.
