I have applied PF CLAIM to RELIANCE INFOCOMM PF Account No. DL/31881/74‏ through Prakash courier Receipt No.[protected] dt.12.12.08.

regret that I have not heard anything from the company (after sending several mails to santhosh.[protected]@relianceada.com) regarding the progress of settlement of my PF account, even after lapse of more than 6 months.

i am holding Reliance CDMA and GSM services. But GSM services are very poor compared to CDMA network. I got an promotional SMS from reliance stating that on recharge or 901 I would get 1200. As soon as I recharged with it I got just 800 talktime and for the remaining balance I am still following up with them but I havnt got the remaining amount. I wanna know if I can file a case of mental destress and wrong commitments against them.
