I was using Reliance Net Connect (No [protected]) which was a postpaid connection.

I requested for the migration of same to prepaid on 23rd October 2009 through Reliance world at Forum Mall, Hosur Road, Bangalore.
I also made the outstanding and unbilled payment on the same day there.
Request number for the same is SR#[protected].
After one week, when migration was not done, I inquired about the same from customer care, they put up an excuse saying my alternate number is not reachable which is a stupid excuse because my number is active and I am receiving all the calls.
I went to reliance world at forum mall, Hosur road, bangalore after one week 30th October 2009.
They told me that they would send a mail to head office and call me back about the status.
I even added another alternate number in case it is needed. But since then I have not received any call either from reliance world for status or from customer care for confirmation of migration.

I am still confused about the status of my netconnect card. It is blocked and I am not able to use it. I am not sure if it is still a postpaid connection.

Just want to know if somebody can help in resolving this.

    Sub: COMPLAINT for non receipt of REFUND of Rs.1800/-(alongwith interest) from Reliance Info Comm Services vide their Receipt cum Acknowledgement No. [protected] dated 25.05.2004 for Rs.1800/-(scanned copy enclosed)
    Sir,
    Please note that I deposited Rs.1800/- with your authorized agent Inteck Marketing (India), 103, Kochhar Tower, Jail Raod, New Delhi-110058 for Reliance India Phone vide aforesaid receipt. However, before the telephone instrument was delivered to us/installed at our residence at staff flat No. T/111/5 of Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Delhi Cantt where my wife was working she was directed to join Kendriya Vidyalaya , Akhnoor (J&K). On 27.05.2004 we informed M/s Inteck Marketing (India) 103, Kochhar Tower Jail Road, New Delhi-58 who advised us to give all the papers pertaining to transfer of my wife which we gave alongwith our request to refund Rs.1800/-. They assured us that since telephone has neither been delivered/nor installed this amount will be refunded at the earliest and for this they will write to Reliance Infocomm. We visited them several times but all in vein. They advised us to contact your connaught place office who when contacted assured us that the amount shall be refunded at the earliest but they also provided us only assurances. We spoke several times to Mr. Amit(Ph30900247/201), Ms Anu, Mr. Sood[protected], Mr. Ashok[protected], Mr. Manish Gupta ([protected]) but all our personal visits as well as telephonic requests turned futile.
    We lodged the complaint on internet vide 'RIL=[protected]'Reference your mail with transaction ID 46811887. As advised by your Mr. Shiuli Deb Service Assurance Cell we provided following detail on 28.03.2007 as well as on 25.12.2008
    1. Date of payment : 25.05.2004
    2. Amount of payment : Rs.1800/-
    3. Mode of payment: Citi bank credit card No. [protected]
    4. Cheque / DD number : 508719 ( paid to citi bank)
    5. Bank Name : HDFC Bank(scanned copy of statement enclosed)
    6. Where was the payment made?:At the office of your agent M/s Inteck Marketing (India) 103, Kochhar Tower, Jail Road, New Delhi-110058
    7. Receipt cum acknowledgement No. [protected] dated 25.05.2004
    As advised we also mailed you scanned copy of your receipt as well as bank statement of our Hdfc Bank.
    I hereby request you to look into the matter urgently and kindly refund us Rs.1800/- alongwith uptodate interest thereon without any further delay.

      My cell no [protected] was diconnected on 5th August 2009 in the absence of valid documents. However, when i took the connection on 23 July 2008, I gave all the documents asked to me and they were verified at that time. After the number was disconnected on 5th August 2009, I asked for the desired documents which I need to provide again to the company but there was no proper response either from Reliance Web World at Gandhinagar, Gujarat or from Customer Care. Then I gave all the documents which was asked from me from Reliance Web World and the connection was not resumed. I dont know how the connection was resumed but was again disconnected. The same thing happened for about 3 times till now as as expected, there was no proper response from either of the above mentioned communication mediums. Finally, I had to warn them that I need to seek help from Consumer Forum but they were too relaxed and took the case lightly.

      Please help me in this regard as I have no other choice left and I am very frusstrated.

      Reliance Infocomm — Nightmare experience with Reliance Cell phone

      I got 2 Reliance number 4 years back and service was ok for first two years. This is when I bought lots of lifetime services that Reliance sells at exorbitant prices – like free sms to one another reliance number, cheap local calls made to another reliance number using my phone. I also updated my phone to Blackberry at 18,000 each. But then suddenly last year reliance canceled service on one of my phone, when asked why they told me that I should go to their center and submit the whole form with new address proof, photos, etc, if I want to retain my number. I did that, but two months back they repeated the story again. I went to their center and they told me that I need to repeat the process of submitting address proof and photos again. I did that again and they restored the service after two weeks. Now last week I again lost the service and I am being asked to go through the process again.
      Now I don’t want to be jerked around like this: I need Reliance to cancel both my services, refund all those ‘life time’ services you people sold me and pay for my blackberry. I can’t use these blackberries with any other provider and I did not buy them to be used only for 1 year.

      P.S. Of course I am not complaining about pathetic coverage you people have because lots of other phone companies have problem too but no one is selling lifetime service and then limiting the right to use those service with in one year through Fraudulent practices.
      I have send you people all the information on email, I have not heard from anyone as to why the connection was disabled repeatedly and how do we insure that it does not happen in future?

        Almost 5 years back I returned my Reliance mobile phone to the company and paid off the balance due remaining and settled everything. After a year I got a letter stating that I need to pay Rs.2400 or will have to face the court. I called the customer service department and I told that everything has been settled previously and nothing is due from me. They told me that it was a mistake and I will not receive such letter in future. Recently, I mean after 4 years, I received a letter from Reliance Infocom stating that I need to settle the account and pay Rs.2400 as fee and Rs750 as advocate fee. I doubt I don't have the bill that I have settle almost 5 years back. Its really embarrassing. What shall I do in this regard?

        i am suffering from the company messages and calls evethough i have registered my complain in 9th may and i would draw ur attention still they haven't taken any step. so, hoping ur step should be taken as early as possible.

          We had taken three broadband connections from M/s Reliance Infocomm in the month of April'09 to May'09 one for a Laptop PC and two for Desktop PC. From the very beginnig we started to face poor connectivity problems which they assured us to be solved. But they failed to keep their commitment. We started to lodge complaints with Doc. No. but all in vein as because they did't response to our complaints. Now we have request them to terminate the service with immidiate effect, but they are still no mood to terminate the service instead they raise the monthly bill time to time. We have requested them to waive the same due to non-service and settle the issue immediately. We are attaching a copy of our mail for your perusal

          We have requested you to terminate the services ID:[protected] &[protected] and send your representative to take back your instruments and make the final settlement, but inspite of our request you have not responded within 48 hours (as mentioned in your last mail dtd.:03/08/2009) instead we are getting frequent anonymous call from your Office/Call Centre regarding bill payment creating disturbance in our office work.

          Pl. note as per our company policy we are unable to pay further bills untill and unless we get the proper service.

          In our pervious mail we had mentiond that several complaints had been lodged but no satisfactory response had received and we had paid the bill in due time. You pl. check your records of our complaint details, if any bill generated during non-service period that is your concern and you have to adjust/waive the same.

          As per our concern all the instruments have been kept intact so that your representative can get back the same and settle the issue at earliest.

The last bill which we had received amounting to Rs.1922.87 was paid by cheque No. 455752 dtd. 13.06.2009. It was assumed that due to your fault to give proper service you had not produced the mentioned bill. But at present situation we don't want your service any more, so you pl. terminate the service without further delay and waive the bills during the non-service period. As per your claim of non-payment of bill amountng to Rs.1758.88, you pl. note the complaint dates from your records and the non-service period and adjust/waive the same and terminate the service at earliest.

          Additionally, we have received a bill through email on 31/07/2009 on Service ID :[protected] amounting to Rs. 441.20 bill date 11/07/2009 and due date 01/08/2009. We regret to mention that you have sent the bill on the day before the due date which reflects the poor service you are delivering.           Problem :

          We are not able to connect SQL Server from your ISP. We have tried connected with both of your Connection, but connection didn’t turned up. Now instead of your ISP, if we use any other ISP then it is getting connected in no time.. The Server is Located in US

          We are extremely disappointed with the way RELIANCE is handling the issue. Firstly it took 26Hrs to respond to the complaint (LINK FAILURE) despite that the problem remains unresolved.Since our entire business model is dependent on internet, we are suffering heavy financial losses because of this persistent connectivity issue and the inordinate delay in resolving it. In fact the whole purpose of investing in a dedicated link appears defeated. Our earlier connection was giving us much better and stable performance than yours.

The various departments of RELIANCE involved are simply playing the blame game and passing the buck to each other which ultimately is no good for us.               Dear Sir,

              We have got your connection from M/s Bharat Marketing, 111/441 80 Feet Road, Kanpur, where in a telephone of Huyei Classic 2208, RSM- RHWFUC[protected] was purchase vide receipt no. 317 dated 17.07.2007. The irony of the situation is that this telephone was repaired twice within this short span at Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur Service Centre after a lot of haggling. This time the phone has been out of order for the past 10 days & when we contacted the Kidwai Nagar service centre, we were told by one Mr. Sharma that we need to bring either the original box of telephone or else contact M/s Bharat Marketing, to tell the serial no. of phone which they are not able to read. When contacted M/s Bharat Marketing they expressed the same indifferent attitude to do any help in this regards. Thus, the phone is non functional for over 10 days.



              Kindly help us to get our fault corrected immediately so that it is functional. I am a Doctor by profession & our Centre is one of the most busy Urology Centre & this number is very important for many of our patients.



              There are certain ironical problems encountered during this endeavor of finding the right solution to this problem which needs to be addressed at this point of time:

              How can one keep the telephone Box through out life time & why was this not disclosed at the time of purchase?
              Why do the customer care numbers not provided to the customers (all links, in case the problem is not solved within 24 hours)?
              Who is the responsible- the franchise M/s Bharat Marketing or Service Centre at Kidwai Nagar, to get my problem solved ?
              Who is going to pay for the rental during this period of inactivity?
              Kindly get my complaint registered immediately &get it rectified on priority basis.

                i am holding Reliance CDMA and GSM services. But GSM services are very poor compared to CDMA network. I am using GSM number from last 3 months and I am not getting network coverage in Anushakti nagar, Mumbai. I asked reliance to improve the services in our area. the call centre told me they would improve the services within a week. But the services are not improved. I would be glad if reliance gsm network is improved as i am using their CDMA services from last 4 years and there is no problem in CDMA network.                   I have reliance post paid connection [protected].This complain is in reference to the bill for May 09 and June 09 received by me.

                  Reliance charging for Dial 51234 & Premium Voice services even though they are not used or dialled. I wish to clarify that I have not used the above services and your bill indicating calls amounting to this number for Rs162 and Rs12 are absolutely false.

                  This phone is used only for reliance to reliance as I have other mobile connections for making calls. Most time it is in keypad lock condition, so no way to get dialled automatically.
                  First time I came to know about this service when I received charges of Rs162. This is really cheating to customer without dialling 51234 service.

                  Last bill I paid all the unjustified charges and made a regular complain so that they are going to take action. But till date no update I have received and got another charges of Rs12 for the same 51234 service. I don't know what are the actions I need to take to stop this kind of cheating. They make a habit of it and not ready to investigate the issue seriously. I am 200% confident that the bills are false.

After e recharging my account i got a message from 52811 that Dear Customer, your account has been recharged with Rs 20.7 Amount payble is Rs 30 thank you. Reliance. but that balance is not credited to my account. when i called coustmer care they told me that your are giving wrong information. Your account is not being recharged. we can't do any thing.
                  So, reliance infocomm has cheated me i need that balance at that time.

                  I don't know how but i have been subscribed to 53131 services like horoscope, dadi maa ke nuskhe n proposal tips. I didn't subscribe to theses services.Now I am getting a lots of messages and I am being charged for all this.

                  we were using reliance boradband and landline service since last two years.since last six months the broadband hasv been virtually non existence and the response to landline complaints has been very poor.
                  We made complaint regarding this several times and paying charges for broadband without any usage.
                  After getting tired of complaints we decided to close broad band service.
                  later telephone service also became extremely poor.
                  hence we closed landline service and returned all the instruments in good condition to the reliance representative.
                  Instead of giving some concessions for bills collected for virtually non existence broadband, the company has penalised us by charging us foreclosure charges of rs 1250/-

                  Reliance Infocomm — Made a virtual prisoner by Reliance Infocomm

                  Read this to find out how Reliance made me a prisoner in my own home. My phone is not working for 1 month. I made repeated complaints- either none turns up or turns up but can’t do anything. Call back repeatedly to find out that previous complaints have been closed and their records show my problems are resolved. All in all, I spent at least 10 days in home waiting for their engineers to come. For last 4 days continuously confined to home and made phone calls to reliance on an average 2 hours per day.


                  18 June- Made first complaint. Was told engineer will come up within 24 hours. Was asked to stay at home to attend the engineer.
                  None turned up within 24 hours
                  Waited for few days. Called back the customer service desk. Said someone will attend.
                  An engineer turned up after few days. Tried to fix it but didn’t work. Says the connection box is faulty. He will come next day with a new box. Waited the whole day in home. None turned up.
                  Thought I will give it few days before I call again.
                  27 June- Called back customer service. Enquired about previous complaint. Customer service executive told me that previous complaint has been closed – the engineer has reported that problem is resolved. I was very surprised as none contacted me and confirmed this with me. Asked what sort of company is this which closes query without consulting customer. They said they are sorry and apologize for my inconvenience but they can’t do anything but take a new complaint. So registered a fresh complaint.
                  Was told someone will be there in 24 hours. The previous engineer came with a new box. Tried for some time. Then said the box is fine but the cable is faulty. He can’t change the cable. Someone will attend next day. Had to stay in home next day. None turned up. Waited for few days.
                  Then had to go abroad for a business trip on. Arranged people to stay home during my absence during the day time.
                  12 july- returned from business trip. Learnt that none has come during my absence.
                  13 July- called to learn again that previous compliant has been resolved- as per their record problem has been rectified. Tried to explain that my phone has been not working since 18 june and none checked with me whether the phone was working or not. They are adamant that nothing can be done but I have to register a fresh complaint. So registered a fresh complaint. I Insisted that I talk to a senior. Mr Habib (floor supervisor) said he would call back.
                  Habib never called back, but an engineer came. Changed the cable. Phone still doesn’t work. He said he can’t do anything. I asked him to phone his senior. He said senior is not available. I refused to sign the job sheet. He said someone will come next day.
                  14 July- none turns up –waited the whole day in home.
                  15 July- waited the whole day in home
                  16 July- Called back the customer service. Again no surprise that previous complaint was closed. Now started noting the names. The person who took the call his name is Gurjeet. He says he can’t give any explanation regarding why the previous complaint was closed. I have no choice but to register another fresh complaint. Registered a fresh complaint but insisted that I need to talk to senior. Call was transferred to Nisha. Nisha promises me that someone will call back.
                  16 July afternoon- Someone called Sriji rang me and assures me that someone will turn up by 830pm. None turns up
                  17 July- Called back customer service. Insisted that I want to talk to senior. The call was finally transferred to team leader, Ritu. I asked her that why the previous complaints were closed without checking with me. She could not give any explanation. I told her that I feel like a prisoner in my home. I am not able to go out worrying that engineer might turn up. She said she is sorry and will definitely resolve by that evening. She said she would call back. I advised that I will be in home the whole evening but can’t take call only between 3 and 330pm. She promised me that she would call back at that time. As usual neither she called back nor any engineer turned up. Waited the whole day in home.
                  17 July- Called at 6.52 pm. Insisted that call is passed on to senior. Mr. Kishore, floor supervisor was refusing to give the call to senior; finally after 45 minutes of persuasion he passed the call to Mr. Divakar, team leader
                  8pm- Divakar called back 8 pm. Promised that some engineer will come on next day by 12.15 pm. He will then check and call me back by 3.30
                  18 July- waited until 4.30- no engineer turned up, Divakar didn’t call, and then called the call centre.
                  After lot of persuasion finally reached now to Rajasri- she is a manager. Explained the problem asked her why is that they are giving me appointments and engineers not turning up. Not able to give any explanation. Put my call on hold. Call gets disconnected.

                  Someone called Nisha calls back. She said she is phoning on behalf of Rajasri. She put the conference call with the field engineer. Asked why they are turning up. They say they have a lot of work to do. Not happy with explanation. Finally someone called Hemant said he will investigate why his engineers are not turning up and he will send someone within half an hour. I said I would wait in home but I want her boss to phone me as I am not happy because of all these. Nisha promises me that Rajsri will call back.

                  I am user of Reliance Mobile (Prepess), I use this mobile just of incoming services and imergency calls and recharge it with Rs. 50 voucher only.

                  In the First week of October I received the messege "You are successfully subscribe to callter tune" (for Rs. 30 montly charged) ect etc. and Rs. 30 deducted from my account. I check calling from another mobile to my mobile whether it is realy activated or not. Yes it is activated and my account goes in debit (minus). Then to unsubscribe i sent a mail (which is free mentioned in sms receive from Service provider) . Again Rs. 2/- deducted from my account. Then I received msg that You are successfully unsubcribed this service. But my Rs. 30 was not credited to my account. Again on next day I received the same msg. and again they deducted Rs. 10/- . So I called customer care of reliance Moblie (Unreliable) and talk to the representative, told the history and asked to credit my Rs. 40/- again. She said that the request was sent by me. BUT IT WAS NOT. Why would I apply for caller tune of 30 rs. per month while I spend only 50 rs. for recharging. Then she forwarded my request to cancell the service. after few minutes i received the sms stating that you r now unsubcribed to caller tunes. But my Account is still not credited. Again on the next morning at about 3.00 a.m. I received the same msg again. and again callertune was activated. THESE TYPE OF MENTAL HARRASEMENT AND FRAUDS ARE DONE BY THESE RENOWED COMPANY. Today on 31st of October once again my account debited by 10 Rs. for caller tunes. more to be deducted in next few days.

                  Now I have dediced to go to consumer court.

                  I have been using reliance infocom connection for quite a sometime, my number is [protected]. On 7th November I noticed that 10 rupees was deducted without my consent. When lodged a complain the same amount was refunded back though my query remained unanswered that "How come a company can active any services without the consent of a subscriber?”

                  Surprisingly on 9th of November another 30 rupees was deducted and it was caught when randomly available balance was checked. On the very same day I lodged a complain and call center executive "Mr. Rafiqul " confirmed me that he could see that it was activated from "Reliance end" and I would get back the refund within next 48 hours. On the contrary I received a SMS on 2nd day stating that it was activated from my end and they would not refund my money.

                  Again I dialed at customer care and call center executive 'Mr. Sakti Dhar' confirmed that it was activated from Reliance' end therefore I deserve the refund. When I wanted the confirmation from higher authority line was transferred to Mr. Saugata Sinha ( Team Lead) and he confirmed that it was activated from Reliance' end and I would get back the refund within next 48 hours.

                  After waiting for another couple of days I repeated the same procedure again another pair of executive assured me of refund within another 48 hours.
                  Disgusted with the service that I received so far somehow I managed to get the contact number of the Nodal Office located at Kolkata and narrated the story of "harassment and cheating" in details but after waiting for 4 days I was told that "it was done from my end " which I could never accept.

                  It would be highly appreciated if someone could do the proper investigation and get me the justice which i have been denied of.

                  A very constant problme of outomaetic deduction of balance I faced from last many month.

                  Reliance Infocomm — Charged for Free Services

                  I am using Reliance Connection from January Onwards, with numbers [protected] & [protected]. In my plan the call usage of 250 minutes & 50 MB of Mobile Internet is free of any charges. But still I have been charged for 46 MB units of mobile internet consumed in last bill. On contacting the local reliance customer care they have admitted the mistake and asked me to pay the remaining balance of Rs. 700, after deducting the Rs. 518 wrongly charged amount, the total bill was for Rs. 1218.

                  On getting assurance that the same will be adjusted and I will not have any burden, I paid Rs. 700 and soon after four hours of payment I see that my outgoing has been disconnected.

                  I tried to contact Toll free customer care from the same number but even that was barred. So i tried from another reliance number [protected] and contacted customer care where the customer care representative said that I have to pay the full amount as the services are not free of cost, and then only they will activate my services.

                  So then I felt cheated. What the kind of cheat these people are.

                  Kindly help me and provide the solution, because you are the only one to trust now.

                    My Reliance Mobile number is [protected] (Life scheme with Life Time Jadhu Pack). There were excess charges deducted from my Mobile account. When I asked the Reliance Operator, she informed me that I selected Caller Tunes on 01 May 2009 and therefore the excess charges were deducted from my Mobile account. I told her that I never selected Caller Tunes and I am the only person using this Mobile Phone. She refused to accept this and refused to cancel the Caller Tune charges. When I went through the Internet, I found that Reliance Infocom is doing the same deductions to several other Customers also. I request the concerned Government Authorities to discipline Reliance Infocom for their unethical Business Practice and return me the excess money deducted. I also request fellow Reliance Infocom Customers to be very alert with is cheating Company and frequently check their balance amount with frequently with *225.                     I am using Reliane R-Connect Data card ([protected]) from June 2006, since its introduction. I am usually paying 3-4 months subscription in advance, online by credit card.

                    From 16/12/08, services are stopped. I contacted their call centre on #333, I was informed that they require my new address proof. I submitted it immediately along with ID proof. They didn't care to inform in advance before stopping services when I had paid 6 month's subscription in advance.

                    Reliance Infocom — Payments Issue

                    Dear Sir/Mam,


                    I was using a postpaid connection from Reliance in haryana.Suddenly i have to move out and i couldnt able to make the payments in time. However i went to the reliance infocom to make payments and found that they have already terminated my number.I have contacted custmer care but they dont have any solutions for it. so i eventually came off as i was not getting any solutions. All i wanted to make the payments full and final so that they can close the matter once and for all. As the reliance webworld people was unable to help me then i returned back. After that the reliance started troubling my parents in haryana . at last when finally i was able to speak to them and discussed my case and said that i will be making the payments before 2nd of dec 09 in any case as this is month end and i am unable to pay now. now they are saying tat we will drag you to the court and make u suffer a lot.

                    I simly don't understand what todo as when i wanted to pay or i should say when i had the money the refused to take it.and now i dont have it and they threatning me.

                    RELIANCE INFOCOMM SERVICES — Non-refund of the security money

                    I took a walky-talky phone with postpaid connection[protected] from Reliance Infocomm Services on 7th Oct, 2005. I deposited Rs 3300. In this money Rs 2000 as security money is included, which I was told to get at the time of surrendering of the phone device. I surrendered the phone device on 18th Feb, 2006. At this time, I was told that I would receive my security money within 3 months.

                    But still after more than 3 years, I have not received my security money. I have tried many times to contact them. But they did not give any satisfactory reply and did not refund any money. They just postponded the date again and again.

                    Now, that office has been replaced by a new Reliance Communication office.

                    Please tell me, what action can I take in this situation.

                    Reliance Infocom & Visa Bill Pay — unfair practice by Reliance infocom and visabill pay

                    i am registered user of visabillpay.in with email id [protected]@ymail.com, and every month the biller Reliance Infocom sent bill to the said site on my request. where i have found the biller Reliance Infocom and visabillpay togather looting the customer by adopting unfair practice violating set principal of RBI. i have made payment on 24.12.09 vide transaction ID[protected] having due date of bill was 26.12.09, but my biller received payment on 30.12.09 resulting late payment charges imposed by biller.
                    i just wanted to know when my account debited on 24.12.09 and biller received payment on 30.12.09, who has enjoyed that money for the 6 days and under which authority. whether Visabillpay has not acted on behalf of biller Reliance Infocom to collect bill amount and if bill amount received by Visabillpay on behalf of biller Reliance Infocom well before due date why the biller imposed late payment charges
                    i think RBI should take such things into account and frame some guidelines to regulate such unfair practice.

                    Reliance Infocom — charging of Incorrect Rental, on the SMS Plan

                    I am using Reliance CDMA cell, on December 03, '09, i requested for activation of Reliance SMS pack activation of Rs. 14/- the same was activated on that day, but on January 08,2010, after making due call to Reliance Call Centers i requested for Activation of SMS 1P Pack on my cell, which i subsequently regestered by sending an SMS.

                    Now rather than disabling my previous pack, my deduction of Re 1/- from my a/c per day. I Don't know whether that is correct but I think thats a damm cheap way of raking money just.

                    When i made call to your customer care they justified that i would have to request for deactivation,despite me saying that before requesting for activation i made call to your call center based on there confiramtion i activated that pack. As far i know the system is capable o[censored]nderstanding which service to keep and which to deactivate, i think that should how the process should be set up else its all about deducting thecustomers balance

                    Reliance Infocom — activation of callertune services without permission and deduction of money against that unwanted service

                    Sir,
                    I am using services of reliance India mobile since 2007,and during this tenure the company activated caller tune services 4-5 times on my number ([protected]) without my permission and deducted money against that unwanted services. Out of above mentioned frequency, 2 times when I contact customer care executive and he told me that no money is deducted from my account and this kind of thing will never happen to me. But on 27/06/2010 at 12:42 AM I received a sms from my service provider that I have subscribed to caller tune services at Rs. 1/2 days, then I contact to the call centre of RIM and asked for clarification but the executive told me that due to some technical up gradation I am unable to tell you exact situation kindly call me after sometime and I did it for four times but the response was same.
                    Then on 28/06/2010 at 12:30 AM I again receive a sms from the service provider indicating the name of the song downloaded as the caller tune and the amount deducted i.e. Rs. 10 against the song and again on 28/06/2010 at 5:07 AM I received one more sms indicating that "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS. 30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS.”
                    Then I immediately made a call to the customer care executive for the same purpose. But after having a long and heated altercation, senior executive Mr. Tamal Vishwas told me that according to their system I applied for the services, which was not the case, and he can not do anything, then I asked him to write down my complain and give me the complain number so that I can file a case against the company but he refuses my request by saying that its not under the company's policy to lodge complain in this kind of situation.
                    Therefore I request you to look into the matter and do justice.

                    Now, for Rim Prepaid [protected] wrong balance deduction, I had called *333 for customer care and was told by the call center attendant Sharda that a vas pack Mis Maz has been activated resulting in deductions of Rs. 49/- each time. I was clarified that whenever a Reliance call is made to a prepaid user and any button is pressed by the user, this Mis Maz is activated. The call centre attendant Sharda was not able to even explain services under this Mis Maz. Thus, this is simply a fantastic Reliance Technology to LOOT simple illiterate aged users. Will Reliance ever try to bring some morality in its business Tricks?

In Bangalore for unkown activation and deduted Rs.10/- today 27th Apr 2011, the reliance mobile service provider simply they activate some (Name itself i dont know) activation and if we raise compliant they have told that that activation done from our end only like that they are replying.

                    But this is obsolutely false statement, i dont know for company policy it self they are earning this kind of income else some employees doing purposely i dont know.                     I am using a Reliance Broadband connection with a landline phone number [protected]. The connection used to go down atleast once in every month, but this time it went down on 15 June. I was expecting that it will come up automatically. when the connection was not working till 20th June 2011 i comlaint for the first time and i was assured that the problem will be resolved with in 24 Hours. but Nothing has happened till 2 nd July 2011.                     INTERNET MODEM — bill of internet modem

                    Dear sir madam
                    I just want to know about the rent of the internet service.
                    In the month of April I had bought web setter internet modem of one mobile company. It was post paid. I just used that modem for one day. from April I am not using that. I did not get hard or soft copy of any bill form the company but company had asked me twice to pay the bill every month inspite of not using it..
                    MY QUERY IS
                    AS I AM NOT USING THE MODEN SHOULD I PAY THE BILL MONTHLY? (I had paid the amount of modem).

                        I wish to state that I subscribed to Reliance Fixed Line Phone #[protected] from mid 2004 till 30.11.2008. During June-July 2005, I remitted Rs.1000/- as Security Deposit (Refundable) for facilitating ISD Calls. Payment duly acknowledged --- necessary proof available. Throughout the period of currency of the said Telephone, I paid all my bills promptly. Even though the phone has been disconnected effective 30.11.2008 at my request, No refund/adjustment of the said Deposit of Rs.1000/- has been made by Reliance Infocomm Services despite repeated requests/reminders.

                        Could you please help me obtain a refund ?

                        Reliance Infocomm — Refund

                        I bought a dot phone from Reliance about one year back after paying a security deposit of Rs. 1000 and Initial charges of Rs. 800. On May 2, 2007, I surrendered my phone and was told by the customer care executive that Reliance is to refund Rs. 972 from my security of Rs. 1000 and that I will get that amount within 45 days. The 45 days passed by and when I contacted the customer care executive, she stated that the process has been going on quite slow, even the surrenders from April 2007 have not received their payment but they are in the process of clearing and I would receive my payment within the next month. One month more passed by and finally after so many useless trips to the Reliance Web World, I lodged a complaint on their website. Within 2 days of lodging the complaint, I got a mail stating that I will receive my refund by 20 Nov, 2007, which was again around 20 days from that day. I again waited until 20 Nov, 2007, and did not get my refund. I waited for 6 more days and on 26 Nov, wrote again to the lady who had assured me that I would receive my cheque on 20 Nov 2007 and I got the reply that my complaint has been lodged, now with a new complaing number, and that she will revert back to me within 4 days. The 4 days have passed and I have not received any information from them. Is this the kind of service they provide? They run behind the customers to buy a new connection and when one surrends, they do not even pay the refund. Please advise me as to what should I do?

                        Reliance Infocomm — non refund deposite amount

                        we had applied for FWT landline phone from reliance infocomm by application no [protected] deposite cheque no. 112640 dated 05/04/05 drawee bank Indian bank Malad(w) branch for 1800/RS. with reciept no. C[protected] they verified our details alloted phone no. as[protected] their contractor came to install phone on 11/05/05 after so many reminders but they came with demaged used battery & we return the person without installation with note of return we claimed for deposite refund for more that 50times with different web world ( reliance) with some concern person but in vien complained to consumer forum voice on 30/09/06but no reply on one fine morning a lady called from RIL & asked for alloted tel no I was on my work & couldnot recollected it so she said we cnn't solve your problem
                        now we need deposite with interest + correspondance expenses & mental tourchers can we get justice
                        through you?

                          I got an promotional SMS from reliance stating that on recharge or 901 I would get 1200. As soon as I recharged with it I got just 800 talktime and for the remaining balance I am still following up with them but I havnt got the remaining amount. I wanna know if I can file a case of mental destress and wrong commitments against them.

                              Reliance Infocomm is advertising on Hoardings i Pnjab that charging with Rs. 197 pack will give one Year's Validity with Reduced charges for STD and Local Calls. It also clearly says that it is avalibale without any condition. Still after recharging wth this coupon, my call rates remained as high as before. When contacted, Reliance Webworld personnel told me that this coupon is valid on new connections only. This advertisement is criminally fradulent.

                                I have purchased a number from Delhi and got it transferred to UP (E) as I have to stay here for work for a few months. So i got a UP (E) number from Delhi and went to varanasi. The problem now is that I am not able to make std calls at all. The customer care never ever works and is always busy. I went to a reliance comm showroom also around 4-5 times and each time they said they would activate std and it would start in 2-3 hours. After 2 days when they were not able to do anything i was asked to visit the reliance comm area office in varanasi as they could not underatand how to solve the problem. I have been to the office twice and spoken to 2 different relince employees, one Mr. abhishek and one Mr. ajay, both of them equally incompetent. They asked me to go to delhi and solve the problem as the handset was purchased from delhi. Well, I even tried that and called the relinace comm showroom from wher i had purchased the handset and the connection. Again they told me it would get activated in 2-3 hours each time i called. Now Mr Abhishek from reliance office varanasi does not answer my phone nor does he call back. I just dont know what to do or whom to approach. Reliance is the worst organisation i have ever come accross. I wish there was some way to get money back for the connection charges and the handset which i have just purchased and just get out of reliance somehow.

                                PEOPLE reading this please stay away from buying any Reliance product.

                                  I am owner of flat no. 26/104, Malhar, Sahara States, Jankipuram, Lucknow . This house was occupied by a tenant, who vacated this house in December 2006. When I came to take possession of my flat from the tenant, I noticed that a huge box has been fixed on a concrete platform and the wall of my flat has been covered by fixing the control panels and conduit pipes.On enquiry I was told this belongs to Reliance Infocomm.

                                  . Nobody from Reliance InfoCOM ever contacted me for seeking my permission before starting any such activity. When I shifted in my house on 30Th July, 2007, I contacted personnel from the Reliance Infocomm but they failed to give me a clear cut answer as to with who’s permission these structures were erected. They are shifting the blame on one another rather than making the issue clear. The act of representatives of your cpmpany is a clear cut case of TRESPASS and their activities are disturbing peaceful possession of my property . I have following problems with the fixing of DLC and control panels in the close proximity of my flat – DLC in consistently emitting a humming sound which is very disturbing and distracting.
                                  Block in frequently visited by strangers on the pretext of working on the DLC and control panels, compromising the privacy and security of my flat.
                                  In the process of fixing the DLC and control panels Reliance people have damaged the skirting of the building and defaced the surroundings

Sir I want To bring to your kind information that there are 4 distributors of Reliance in the city namely 1.Aditienterprises 2.Krishna enterprises 3.Rahul Pharma and 4.A.J.Enterprises, on papers but the two distributor no. 1 and no.. 2themselves got 3rd and 4th firms by the help of your local officials.The two extra distributors are given for the sake of increasing customers and retailers (1000) who were not satisfied by the services ofthe earlier two, but the 3rd and 4th distributors are only on papers andno separate firm is there, they are run by distributors’ no.1 and 2only at the same premise. Sir earlier also I complaint about sale of thematter by mail but the distributors have sorted the matter by making your local officials happy. Sir these irregularities in the network are affecting the sale of the company.. I myself having 6 shopsin the cityand the sale of Reliance products is down by 70-80 percent because the distributors are not doing my billing from last 10 months and the sameis happening to majority of the retailers.

                                    Sir earlier(the file isattached)we also had a talk with your company officer Mr. Suri regarding the matter and he assure to resolve it within 15 days but 10 months has been passed
                                    and Mr. Suri is now head of Madhya Pradesh and matter has not been solved. Sir because of all the above the sale of the company isgoing down day by day as the customers of converting to others companiesas they are not getting Reliance Products easily, So I request to gothrough the matter seriously for the benefits of retailers and offcourse the company as I am
                                    also very serious about the matter and will continue contact you and the company unless the problem is resolved.

                                    Dear sir, this is Subodh Pal, S/O-Suresh chandra Pal, At- Bandanapasi, Po- Rasol, Dist- Dhenkanal, State- Orissa, Pin-759021, writing you on behalf of my father.Actually sir on 29.05.2007 we have an agreement with your company regarding construction of BTS tower in our land having the plot no-4456/7114. It is regret to say that it is already one year passed but there is no communication from the company to us, and as per the agreement the company should pay us the lease amount after three months of agreement.The reference no for that agreement is (Ref No-RTL/SCO/BTS-439/29.05.2007).Another thing i want to mention you that my father is a farmer, he was cultivated mushroom before the agreement in that land, but sorry to say after agreement we clear the required land by cutting lots of valuable tree and our mushroom. But now we got a news that the people of your company have done another agreement with a person which is 200 meter from our land without any cancellation of the valid agreement.When we ask them they wanted bribe from us and told if we will not give bribe they will cancellel this projet by mentioning the cause of technical problem.Particularly one person name Mr Amanta & Prakash kumar Pati demand Rs-30, 000 & Rs-20, 000 respectively.Mr Amanta is the co-ordinator of this project.

                                      hi.
                                      Myself have RIM wireless landline which is worst in terms of connection and range... from last 2 months am calling customer care and always the executive says we are working on this and in maximum one week, your problem will be solved... Reliance services are worst and will never recommend for Reliance connection... Even the net connect is only for the sake of connect with charges levied but speed and services are pathetic... Myself and family are so frustrated with the services than we are imediately changing the service provider and will have to go through the painful exercise of informing all abt the new no...
                                      BUT RELIANCE SERVICES ARE WORST...

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Undersign purchased one Data Card of Reliance on dt. 17th Nov. 2007 vide receipt no. [protected], and data card no. [protected] which I wanted to access on my Laptop of Sony Vaio No. TZ17 GN/B supporting Windows Vista which I personally carried to your Reliance web World situated at Kapoorthala, Lucknow and told clearly to Mr. Shafiq, your Sales Person related to card dept., that with this data card I shall be working on this Laptop and he did not inform us anything that this data card will not respond to Windows Vista.

                                        Right from the first day of my purchase of this data card, it is not at all working with my system and when informed to Mr. Shafiq, he simply wasted the time with my system and data card and told me that this card will not work on Windows Vista. While he was knowing the facts he should have had suggested me in the beginning itself this fact and should have not sold this device to me.

                                        I consulted over phone and informed to your senior officer Mr. Saurabh also regarding this fact but do not know the fate of this card as Mr. Saurabh also did not respond to the matter. Undersign therefore request you to please take this device back and refund full amount to us without any delay failing which undersigned shall be compelled to go to consumer forum and shall have to bring this matter to the media. Hope to get immediate response into the matter.

Without any intimation your back end office keeps doing anything, sometime they block the std, sometimes the block all incomings and out goings ...they only know better even after the bills are being paid on time.You call the customer care and one standard answer visit the reliance info outlet who are good for nothing ...they have no answer and then who has the answer for this behaviour.I am high dissapointed with your services.[protected]

                                        2.its been over a year since I surrerended my land line or dot phone what ever they call and till now I have not got the refund .Ask them and 1 standard answer we have no information, if you do not then how are we to know, and if you can't return the securtity why do you take it to cheat people.MY dot no.[protected] have written mails and visited your staff at the outlet but all useless people and usless services.I will never recommend anyone to take your coneection.HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED

                                        I feel like just throwing this phone, hopeless services and full day they keep throwing there hopeless sms and calling unneccessarily to hear rubbish.

                                        Co deeduct my balance on 2 march RS 70 , without any usage , iam complain the same in wrriten to thier customer care , but they refusing that chargis is correct .
