I have applied PF CLAIM to RELIANCE INFOCOMM PF Account No. DL/31881/74‏ through Prakash courier Receipt No.[protected] dt.12.12.08.

regret that I have not heard anything from the company (after sending several mails to santhosh.[protected]@relianceada.com) regarding the progress of settlement of my PF account, even after lapse of more than 6 months.

Kindly help in solving these issue....

Network problem

i am holding Reliance CDMA and GSM services. But GSM services are very poor compared to CDMA network. I am using GSM number from last 3 months and I am not getting network coverage in Anushakti nagar, Mumbai. I asked reliance to improve the services in our area. the call centre told me they would improve the services within a week. But the services are not improved. I would be glad if reliance gsm network is improved as i am using their CDMA...

charging for 51234/premium service with out using it

I have reliance post paid connection [protected].This complain is in reference to the bill for May 09 and June 09 received by me.

Reliance charging for Dial 51234 & Premium Voice services even though they are not used or dialled. I wish to clarify that I have not used the above services and your bill indicating calls amounting to this number for Rs162 and Rs12 are absolutely false.

Recharge Voucher Issue

Hi,

I got an promotional SMS from reliance stating that on recharge or 901 I would get 1200. As soon as I recharged with it I got just 800 talktime and for the remaining balance I am still following up with them but I havnt got the remaining amount. I wanna know if I can file a case of mental destress and wrong commitments against them.

Reliance Infocomm is advertising on Hoardings i Pnjab that charging with Rs. 197 pack will give one Year's Validity with Reduced charges for STD and Local Calls. Tresspass on my property by reliance infocom

I am owner of flat no. 26/104, Malhar, Sahara States, Jankipuram, Lucknow . This house was occupied by a tenant, who vacated this house in December 2006. When I came to take possession of my flat from the tenant, I noticed that a huge box has been fixed on a concrete platform and the wall of my flat has been covered by fixing the control panels and conduit pipes.On enquiry I was told this belongs to Reliance Infocomm.

Wireless Landline - Wrong promise for Network and Internet speed

hi.
Myself have RIM wireless landline which is worst in terms of connection and range... from last 2 months am calling customer care and always the executive says we are working on this and in maximum one week, your problem will be solved... Reliance services are worst and will never recommend for Reliance connection... Even the net connect is only for the sake of connect with charges levied but speed and services are pathetic......
