I am software Engineer working in pune, Maharastra (India).

I am staying in M.G.Road which is a heart of the city. Near by my apartment Reliance office also is there. One day person came to our flat and given reliance internet connection advertisement paper. In that one they mentioned contact person name as Kiran Kumar (cell No:[protected]). So i made a call to him later and asked for Reliance Broad Band connection details and opted for 320Kbps Bandwidth unlimited internet connection. For that one Rs.999/- per month. After two days he sent one of his subordinate, his name is Dixit(cell No:[protected]) to collect corresponding address proof details and Rs.500/- cheque. So i have given correspond documents and Rs.500/- cheque in four of Reliance infocom. They said that that Rs.500/- are for cable installation charges. They said that within 3 days they would install cable to my flat. But they didn't installed after 90 days also. They encased my cheque of worth 500/- from my ABN AMRO Bank account.

I made calls so many to the Kiran Kumar who is working in reliance broadband internet connection section. But he is not responding properly.

Still i have some hopes on Reliance complaint Board.

Dear Sir,

My name is Rajesh Gopala Pillai .On last month 29 th I had taken a Prepaid connection from your Nerul Branch ( No :[protected]). I submitted the following documnets to the Branch while I had taken the connection.

1 . Prepaid Form
2 . Employee Undertaking letter
3. Passport copy
4 Photograph

But the above documents are not still reached in your centrel side. When I enquired in the Nerul Branch they informed that it is already gone from the branch to the Centrel side and they are not ready to take the responsibilty and also not ready to cordinate with the Centrel side Customer care .They gave me one Cap No :[protected] also . When I am cordinationg with your centrel side customer care they are informing to cordinate with the Nerul Branch. Now I am in a loop.

Now my Incoming and Outgoing calls are also blocked. I had send the mail to the Customer care regarding the same . I got the reply to resubmit the form . But before resubmitting it I want to know what happend to the document I submitted.
And in case I resubmit it again how can I make sure that the same will not happend again. customers are expecting a good service from your side and I feel sad by knowing that such a big company like Reliance is not able to handle the customer documents properly . In case if my documents had reached any outside person and if he misuse it who will take the responsibilty. Waiting for your reply.

1. i have been using reliance mobile since jul 03,one of the few oldest customers. ever since i have been using this phone you have introduced more plans than your customers once. i have recieved best customer award twice - 250/- worth customers free,when my rental itself is 499/-.
2. may i request you to introduce some plan for your faithful customers ,though unknown and silently have contributed to your thumping sucess.
3. my contribution to reliance infocom has been approximately Rs1,40,000/- since jul 03.

Reliance Infocom — Prepaid Connection blocked without information

Dear,

I had taken a new Prepaid Sim connection from Reliance Webworld, Kapoorthala, Lucknow 3-4 months ago wide mobile No.[protected].

My said number([protected]) has been blocked with out any information since last 15 days, Ihad contacted Customer care and was told to go to nearest web world along with ID Proof to activate the same.

I had been there with my ID Proof and was shocked to know that no such number exist, they have no records for the same and are helpless.I was suggested to contact after three days in th mean time they will check from their Mumbai office.

Later after three days they(Web world employees) had told me that they are not able to find any solution and I have to take a new connection.
My account balance and expenses occured in procurring new connection has now gone in vain.

Pl do the needful to help me out.

I had processed papers for change of address around 5-6- months back at reliance web world outlet located opp raj kumar college, G.E.road, Raipur (C.G) . Its very irritating to see that still my bills are being sent with previous address ... on approaching the web world regarding the same the same answer is repeated "we have forwarded the mail and the same will be changed shortly"... I was just wondering where the mail would have been sent... horrible services...

    dear sir,
    I have paid the bills though the bill of june 2007 was not recieved by us,i was in reciept of july bill which depicts last date 15th august 2007,i have paid the bill through cheque of my jcb laxmi nagar branch delhi-92,vide chq.no.185571 dated 14/05/07 on 16/08/07 through easy bill counter of lotus advertising shakarpur delhi vide TID no.-SA[protected] BATCH No.-613 SEQ No.1547 at 10:57:35 am. for Rs.2632.00
    still the services are not resumed and on calling customer care no reflection of the payment is being shown as per mr manoj and mr ganesh.

    We are using your wireless phone connection. The charge level of the battery is very low even though we keep the phone in charge mode for hours. Kindly send your service person to rectify the problem or give us a replacement.

      dear sir we already submitted request[protected].12.2007) against trmination ten line [protected] to 3014510 regarding termination and afterr on 24.02.2007 ( req uest no.[protected] we again submitted request agaisnt termination ten line (balance) from[protected] and 3014521 but reliance regulary send bill fro extra time without any logics please make a arrange to wave off this extra rentla we are ready to pay real amount after wave of extra rentla from date of request after we make lot of reminder these request no provided from reliance infocom custmer care

      Reliance Infocom — Violation of Commitment

      Dear Sir,

      My mobile no is [protected] and I have recharged it with lifetime voucher of Rs.800/- on Nov 2006. At that time it was told to me that the life time validity is for 10 years and to keep this you have to recharge with any topup voucher in every six months. I was carrying out the instruction provided to me at the time of recharge. But from yesterday night I am uanable to making any outgoing calls. When I went to nearest WEBWORLD they told me your validity was for 2 years and now you have to recharge with new lifetime voucher of Rs.199/- and to keep the validity you have to recharge with minimum of Rs.200/-in every six month. My complain is why there is change in rules. I have given Rs.800/- at that time which is too high from the present offer. So I don't expect such type of violation of commitment from a big company like Reliance. I expect a positive response from your side at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      On last Saturday I had given a complain about the blocking of outgoing call in lifetime connection. I got a call from your office on Tuesday and she enquired about the compalin and told that as you have not recharged of Rs.200/- in last six months so the problem has happened. I told her that I have recharged with lifetime voucher amounting to Rs.795 on 25th November 2006 and that time this rule was not applicable but she denied that no this rule was there at that time and I tried to explain her the rules which I heard from your franchiese but she did not listen anything and disconnect the call intentionally.

      My question is if the same rule was there at that time then why my outgoing faiclity was not blocked after six months of first recharge. I[censored] will take my recharge statement of every six months you will see I have never fulfill this rules.

      I know that this rule is applicable in your new lifetime voucher amounting to Rs.199. But I am your existing customer this rule should not be applicable to the existing customer.

      So I reuest you kinldy look into the same and reactivate my outgoing facility at the earliest.

      Reliance Infocomm — lifetime voucher not working

      i had activated life time 50ps/min on my reliance prepaid mobile more than two years ago. then i activated 1p/sec plan. now my tariff plan went back to 99ps/sec. when i contact the customer care, they said they dont have old details. i want to know the recarges of my cell phone more than rs.500 from the past four years. if they check those details, they will have my phone has been activated for 50ps/min

      should i go to consumer forum to get the details?

        Mr. Mahendra ([protected])




        whom so ever it may concern,




        This is to complaint the mall practices conducted by your Employee and unprofessional behavior by M/s. Reliance InfoComm.



        We have been asking a change in plan / tariff from last more than 3 months, which was promised by your Engineer Mr. Milind Magare, was supposed to get activated within 7-10 days as promised by him. The reason for change in plan / tariff is also explained to him around 4 months back, but till date, there is no action is taken from your side, and also no body communicates about the action/ status.



        Your people has no curtsy to pick up the calls or call back. after making several calls to Mr. Magre. the calls are regularly disconnected where as if called from some other number they gets picked up immediately. There is no responsible person / Engineer who can communicate and attend the problem being faced by us.



        As per the suggestions of Mr. Milind Magare, he had told not to pay the Bill, but the same is becoming very troublesome for us. our calling/ STD and other facilities keep on vanishing without any notices from your organization. I am fed up with your organization and I have decided to remove all the 60 lines, which we are using sine last 3 years from your organization.
