whom so ever it may concern,
This is to complaint the mall practices conducted by your Employee and unprofessional behavior by M/s. Reliance InfoComm.
We have been asking a change in plan / tariff from last more than 3 months, which was promised by your Engineer Mr. Milind Magare, was supposed to get activated within 7-10 days as promised by him. The reason for change in plan / tariff is also explained to him around 4 months back, but till date, there is no action is taken from your side, and also no body communicates about the action/ status.
Your people has no curtsy to pick up the calls or call back. after making several calls to Mr. Magre. the calls are regularly disconnected where as if called from some other number they gets picked up immediately. There is no responsible person / Engineer who can communicate and attend the problem being faced by us.
As per the suggestions of Mr. Milind Magare, he had told not to pay the Bill, but the same is becoming very troublesome for us. our calling/ STD and other facilities keep on vanishing without any notices from your organization. I am fed up with your organization and I have decided to remove all the 60 lines, which we are using sine last 3 years from your organization.

My name is Rajesh Gopala Pillai .On last month 29 th I had taken a Prepaid connection from your Nerul Branch ( No :[protected]). I submitted the following documnets to the Branch while I had taken the connection.
1 . Prepaid Form
2 . Employee Undertaking letter
3. Passport copy
4 Photograph
But the above documents are not still reached in your centrel side. When I enquired in the Nerul Branch they informed that it is already gone from the branch to the Centrel side and they are not ready to take the responsibilty and also not ready to cordinate with the Centrel side Customer care .They gave me one Cap No :[protected] also . When I am cordinationg with your centrel side customer care they are informing to cordinate with the Nerul Branch. Now I am in a loop.
Now my Incoming and Outgoing calls are also blocked. I had send the mail to the Customer care regarding the same . I got the reply to resubmit the form . But before resubmitting it I want to know what happend to the document I submitted.
And in case I resubmit it again how can I make sure that the same will not happend again. customers are expecting a good service from your side and I feel sad by knowing that such a big company like Reliance is not able to handle the customer documents properly . In case if my documents had reached any outside person and if he misuse it who will take the responsibilty. Waiting for your reply.
