I have deal with very slow internet speed and call drop issue since 1yr i made complain to jio customer service center and also mail them and chat with there representatives.

They said bcoz of lot of customer in my area i m not able to used jio internet

Its a 4g network but its work like 2 g 3g network. Everytime i need to switch off my phone or enable flight mode option to get better speed but nothing work

They keep saying our technical team working on ur issue but its bean 1 year now i am still facing slow internet and call drop problem

And now recently they were saying bcoz of ipl we are not able to provide u gud speed this is a joke by jio customer service center

Please look into my matter and help me

    I purchased a jio phone from hazratganj jio center. I a month it has malfunctioned 4 times. I am losing all my contact number all the times. When i asked them for a solution they said write down the numbers in a diary. There were aproxx 600 phone numbers which is not possible to write it somewhere. I wish to get the phone replaced, exchanged or returned which they are not doing.

      Hi,
      I had sent an email to jiocare requesting for disconnecting and DELINKING of my jiono from aadhar. They opened a Sr on 28 march 2019 which was closed on 2 April 2019 without any resolution and no intimation to me. Hence, had to register grievance no 1238217 with NCH. However, rec'd a tweet from jiocare that they tried to contact but could not talk with me. I haven't rec'd any call from jio even after providing them with an alternate no

      I have registered my grievance number 1238217 for service stoppage, cancelling and DELINKING of my number from my aadhar as you have closed SR
      Request you to cancel and Delink the specified jio number within 7-8 days or at the earliest.

        Were 2 years iam using a jio network till 2018 September iam getting a speed jio but after September till iam getting yaa veryyy bad network or alsoo very very slow data speed even I could not able to use a what's app also and unable to make a call were the voice Is breaking and if I make a call in Airtel it's good so please solve my problem and give a solution this problem is happening only in my area athipattu, Chennai-600120, Thiruvallur district but this problem not come in other places and the important thing is the single tower near my house just 100meter something

              Hi,
              I have ported my number from airtel to jio and took a sim card from jio digital life #810, 27th main road next to krishna sagar hotel, 1st sector, hsr layout, bengaluru, karnataka 560102. I had specifically asked for postpaid sum card and the store guys gave me a prepaid sim. I also reconfirmed before taking the sim. After porting i was shocked to see that i was ported to prepaid.
              Upon enquiring the customer care they stated they do not have any option to migrate the sim and i was required to go to a jio store and manually do it. I have visited close to 4 stores and i was being asked to go to another store and another store. I was told by one store that i had to wait for 3 months. Nobody seems to help in getting my problem solved purely for a mistake done by jio store. My email i'd karthik. [protected]@gmail.com. Request help on this issue

                I've booked jio sim home delivery on 2nd april with a slot on 5th april. No one came and not even a message/call from jio service. I've rebooked for 6th april and again no one came with no message/call.
                I have recieved a text message for my first booking that "due to heavy demand" they could not deliver. Is it really heavy demand or ignorance by jio service providers.

                      I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 399 rs plan
                      (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 05th of april 2019, well in advance before the due time. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is inb/[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                        Hi i have recharged my mobile no [protected] of 399/- by applying voucher of rs 50/- total amount is 349 on 4th april 2019 12pm at that time using myjio app and i have paid through phonepe app of rs 349/- even payment has done successfully and amount also debited from my bank account but plan or recharge not added to my mobile no till now. I want refund my money to my account till now it is not credited to my bank account.

                        Please solve my problem quickly.

                          Internet service of jio sim is getting very bad now a days. I am facing this problem for last 3 months continuously. Previously i used to think that it happens because of bad weather or something like that.. But now it is happening every day very often. Downloading speed is fine but when it comes to buffering a video or playing games it is pathetic. I am very much fade up with this. Now i am thinking to switching to airtel or vodafone at least they dont play with their customer's money like jio does..

                            Hi, we had rent our land to reliance jio to install their tower, since it's been 1.5 years gone they have not paid the tower advance amount yet, when i call they simply say it will given next month. Please get me my money from jio. For the past 6 months they are saying different different reasons, the total amount is 42000 but thay have given only 4600 rupees and that too in account transfer not by dd. As per t our documents signed they should have paid the security deposit at the time of installation itself

                              I'm jio user in mowa, raipur, chhattisgarh here jio speed is 100 kb/s. I have complained in jio care arround 4 time but no action to improve there internet speed. They alway says that, we are improving aur network speed or our technical team work to improve the speed but no speed is improve since 2 month. We are paid 4g speed internet cost but there speed was 3g.

                                  Complain against tower installation in residential area
                                  Respected sir/madam,

                                  We wish to inform you that one of the company is installing their tower very nearly to our home. These service providers and owner of that home is installing tower without doing any notice to the surrounding people. We all our neighbours want to shift that tower into other location like, vacant space or in a less crowded area, because tower radiation directly affects to surroundings people. And this is very close to residential area and also they are establishing tower illegally by neglecting all rules and regulation of telecom industry. This tower are installing without taking consent from our surrounding peoples. You know the electromagnetic radiation these emit is very dangerous rays,, this carries various diseases cancer risk, birth defect, mental problem, brain tumor, headaches, genetic effects, disorder immune function etc in it. So please kindly resolve this with strict action and also shift that tower installing in other location so that small children, old people, hospital patients keep safe in this place. I am mentioning the place below where the tower is installing.

                                    Sir, I'm facing slow internet connectivity and interruption during calling also in my jio sim from last few months (about 3-4 months) regularly in my area (sursand, sitamarhi, bihar, pin-843331). This is not only my problem or any handset problem this also happens with my family members and the people of this area. The customer care executive and their supervisors are not responding to this problem. We are paying for the service but not getting benifited by it. If we put the network to flight mode and then remove it from flight mode it gets working for a while (just for 1 or 2 minutes) but after that it becomes as slow as less than a 2G network or even very very poor. Other networks like airtel, bsnl, idea are giving a better network in 4G, 3G or 2G respectively than the jio network . so, why we use jio ??? When other networks are giving the similar or better network and internet connectivity at the same price. Sir, please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Otherwise we will change the network. If you are charging as much for your service then you should must have to give a better service than others. My contact no. Is : [protected] (jio) .                                     I have just today added a 98 rupees plan to my phone by paytm. But I realised afterwards that it is just 2gb for the whole 28 days. And can you please cancel my plan and add the 149 rupees plan. I am very happy if you would do it

                                      This is to inform you that, here barbari my native place, jio network is very bad service, from april-30-2018 i am complaining jio by phone call and by mail, that here barbari tower when power cut by electricity dept., jio network going down, also i am informing jio, if require place for installation new tower, then i am ready for help jio. But jio respond is very poor.

                                      Sirs now rainy season going on, today also jio network several times on off due to electricity issue, and it will happen again and again, we believe trai will give customer better solution and our hope problem will be solve. Waiting for valuable support.
