On the location where i live and work i. E. Village nangal thakran, delhi-110039, there has been a great problem of internet data range for the last about 12 days. Either there is no internet data range at all or it is very slow, especially after evening at about 7 o'clock. It was the same problem about two months ago but the issue was resolved then. I have been contacting 198 for the last ten days at times. I am hereby giving the interaction nos.

The people interacting at 198 give the copypaste answer: "your coverage is good but many people are using jio in your area, that's why the problem is there!"
Only once on 17th of march, a senior authority, some supervisor, accepted that the range is low. Many others have also been making complaints constantly but of no use. I have to climb up to the rooftop if i have to use internet.
Please help resolve our problem.

    I live in ramtek area and in my locality the internet speed of jio network is worst. As they promise to provide a high speed 4g data but we are receiving the network speed worst than 3g network. Whenever accessing internet it makes very much time to connect.
    I cannot access internet. For connecting i need to get out of my room and go to higher place so that i can receive some internet.

        I have a jio number [protected]. The pack expired on 18 Mar 2019. I recharged with rs 399 from my Jio app. Amount was deducted from PayTM but number not recharged. Tried contacting customer care but of no positive response. Really pissed off with the service. They should clarify and if recharge is not successful they should refund funds. And also recharge should be done. It is really disappointing

          Hi i went to your jio office for recharge my jio fi the staff was very rude. They don’t know about the recharge. I when i told them i going mail an complain they told me go ahead an do it. At least u all should train your staff how to talk to coustmer an if they think after mailing there will be no action. Your jio office arya nagar kanpur. Plz look at the matter.

            Respcted sir/madam,
            I am using reliance jio for mobile internet usage, my plan is 1.5gb/day. I used up to 400mb. But this network shows a message 100% usage of internet. After that i bought a add-on pack of rs.21 with 1gb data. This pack data also completed with in 10 min, without any usage (Like browsing. App backups and app updates). I called to customer care, he spoke to me, your data used in background check it once like any backups, app updates is there, ok i checked all this things but it didn't happen.

                Sir, the behabiour of our staff at mangaldai branch, dist - darrang, assam is very embarrassing as they keep on misbehaving customers, your tech dipankar, keeps predicting that you have open your handset out side whereas we havenot availed any service outside company, seems wheter he is in capable of repair or agnorant towards customers, how a company like jio will survive without attending the grievences of customers.

                  I tried recharging my reliance jio account with a 1.5gb/day daya plan for 84 days eventually costing rs 349 after using a jio voucher i paid through upi to the following account - reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank. But in spite of paying, as well as utilizing a jio voucher, i didn't get a message from from jio stating that my data plan was activated.

                  I request that either the above mentioned data plan be active for my jio account, or that the same ammount will be credited to my bank account with google pay upi in order to conduct the same transaction again please do this fast.

                        I have 4 sims ported from several operators to jio sim because i heard a lot one year back about jo offers and network which was doing good for 6 months
                        But from past 6 months all my jio sim networks are worst even after complaining several times because jio has distributed sim cards like parle-g biscuits
                        Thats the reason jio sim network is getting worst and worst day by day i couldnt open any page on internet most of the times and plenty times calls get hung up before i cut the call
                        Please if many of them are placing complaints then just place a complain against jio network so that they put sone towers near mhada telephone exchange andheri west

                              When i trying to recharge for my jio plan, through my jio app. Using upi payment one link is send to our paytm account. I activated that and 349 get deducted from my account to reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfc bank.
                              It will happen twice. At second i have recharged successfull with another payment through same mode. I did'nt know that the deducted amount any information. Only in my paytm ref no. Is there.

                                (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 12th of march 2018, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The jio transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[bv0000vxfdc] and sbi net banking transaction id is[protected]igafpsqsj1. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                                  Hi.. My date is over with out using it... I am using jio and today is last day of my plan.. Today i have 1.5data.. But without using anything it was over in 5min span.. I haven't used vedio calling, hotspot, updates or anything.. But after i left with 100mb i recharged then it was stopped consuming my data.. It was a clear scene that jio is cheating not to loose it's customers from migrating to other platforms.. Please take action against it and give my data back.. Thanks
