Dear sir i have a jio lyf phone. When i face the problem of overheating and charging, i went to the jio store located at suhag nager firozabad they ask me to submit my jio phone bt when i asked them to give me a receipt they refused to do so and said they don't give the receipt to anyone and when i insist to give me a receipt they gave back my phone. You are requested to took an action against them

    I want to complain regarding the security deposit i made for installation of their service on 21st oct, 18. I got relocated to a different place during dec, 18 end.

    Till now i have done multiple follow-ups since january 2019, with them and they have not refunded the security deposit back to me.

    The service id:[protected].

    This is really disappointing that at the time of installation they did multiple follow-ups and resolved all issues. And now even after asking them to shift the services to the adjacent society, they said that first, you have to terminate your existing services and then invite the new services in different society.
    Now they are not completing the process, although the device pick up was done very next day of asking to terminate the services.
    And now they do not respond to emails.
    Don't know what can be done in this regard. Highly disappointed.

    Last Two month back i was purchage jio phone but many time switch off then i was go to costomer care but he shaid this ie problem created this phone many time. so please replaced the jio instument

    In our area, the internet speed of Reliance JIO is very poor about 2 years.
    I complaint again and again at JIO, but, they are never investigate this problem.
    therefore I request you that, please investigate and resolve this problem as soon as possible.

      This was against recharging of mobile number [protected]. Dr suryya kanta rana. Recharge was successful. But still i do not get confirmation. I am getting a message of recharging. Please help me.

        Please deactivate my current plan so i will continue it when my First plan was expired
        I had recharged worth the DataPlan Rs399
        on 3rd February 2019 at 8:31AM. But it was not found. After it was again recharged by my friend with his Money. My money not refunded. So kindly refund My amount.
        EON IT PARK, Kharadi, Pune is one of the big IT hub in India, but there is no network coverage for Reliance JIO network, apart from this area it provides very good service in pune.
        Sir mera jio phone me charging problem hai mujhse RS 750 leye ja rehe hai. Please solb my problem.thankes

            I have ordered jiofi device online, and i have got a defective device (Which doesn't switch on even after charrging it) delivered on 13th april. The issue is from day1 itself i haven't used it yet. Unable to switch on jiofi device..
            And i have ordered online and they say no option to return online. I have to go to customer service and get it repaired... How sick it is???
            Order online... Get it repaired offline???
            And in the website there is no such thing as need to contact the service center offline for return.

            Please consider this issue on priority...
            As the return policy day is with in 7days of delivery..
            The reason i bought online is i can't afford time even to buy. But how could i afford time to get it repaired???

              Hello there
              I have recharge my jio sim Rs.448 (unlimited calling and 2 gb net par day validity 84 days ) Recharge date 7march 2019 but my outgoing call service stop 10 April 2019 without giving any information.

              Why jio company stop my outgoing call I have unlimited plan. Jio company explain the meaning o[censored]nlimited call or 2 gb data.

              When I call customer care 10 April 2019
              I have audio proof against Jio sim customer support services he saying me When you Recharge your sim outgoing call start.
              Why I have recharge 7 March 2019 at plan of 84 days.
              I want My jio sim activated .and fine against Jio sim to Give some many Rs 100000 for Harassment and not taking action about my complaint.

                Weak network service in our area. Low speed internet while using jio-fi. We are experiencing slow speed while surfing internet or watching youtube playing online games and facing server disconnect frequently while surfing. I hope this network issue will be fixed soon. Jio is known as fastest network but we are getting slow speed in our area. This problem needs to be solved soon.

                  ई रिचार्ज माय जियो सिम 7 मार्च 2019 ब्य नेट बैंकिंग लेकिन मेरा outgoing call बंद कर दिया गया बिना कोई इनफार्मेशन दिये 10 april 2019 से पहले।10 april को
                  जब मैने कस्ट्मर केयर पर बात की तू पीर रिचाज करने को कह गया । जब की मैंने सिम पर्सनल यूज़ किए है। जब की मेरा प्लान (84 days) 30 मई 2019 तक का है।

                  मुझे कम्पनी से मेरा रिचार्ज प्लान outgoing call चालू कब कराया जाय गा।
                  जितने दिन बात नहीं हुई उसका हर्जाना मेरा जियो सिम कब देगी।

                  मुझे हरजाने के रूप में एक साल अनलिमिटेड फ्री कॉलिंग और नेट चैयया।

                    For last 3-4 days i am not getting data of 2gb as per recharge, while i haven't used data. My jio app is not able to show even the data usage.
                    Every time it shows that data exhausted. I have checked the statement for last 7 days it show that i have just used 1.35 gb of net in last 7 days.
                    I called to costumer care but again they are saying same thing and senior team is not available to resolve.
                    Something is fishy as i am not getting the data uses screen on my jio app.

                      i am using jio sim for personal use not business purpose.

                        My no. Is [protected] and wrongly i did recharge of 99 inr (which is applicable for jio mobile only), i want my amount refund kindly do the needful.
                        Since last week data is been consumed very fast in jio while airtel data is working fine. Today in just 1 hr a small 80-90mb video, it's showing 50% data used. I called customer care and they have no idea. This is loot.

                          There is poor signal in srt park, musheerabad, hyderabad of jio which is at centre of hyderabad. I have informed jio that there is poor signal ad they said we are working on it and they continued that this problem is due to ipl but the problem was since february and they said we will be working on it. It is 1 week till now there is no action of jio towards customers. Being in the centre of the city if jio unable to provide signal what about the remote locations?

                            I had recharged my jio number for the Rs. 399 plan today since my validity expired. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio website showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment is also available. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it.

                            Please resolve immediately.

                              I have recharged a wrong number [[protected]] in spite of my number through SBI debit Card on 5th April 2019 at 07-10-00 pm for Rs. 399/- plan. Amount has been deducted from my bank account paid by debit card.

                              Please help me by refund the amount to my SBI bank account paid through debit card because I recharged the correct number[[protected]] at 7-18pm same day.

                              Please help me. I will be grateful for the help provided to me.

                                    I recharged my jio number for ₹ 498 on 9th April 4:49am. The recharge was successful and the message for the completion of recharge was received but the net is not working. Before this recharge i recharged my number for a sum of ₹52 of 8th april 9:47 am. I dont know why the recharge of 498 is not working even after the recharge was successful. Please look into the matter.

                                      Its almost 40 days over i paid 4500 advance deposit for jio fiber broadband but no response thereafter (Payment ref no#i[protected]. I have connected multiple times with call and email pfa.

                                      If not able to give connection then refund amount asap. I wait for the connection but is interest earning company in name of deposit.

                                      Please take action on asap basis. After customer call discussion i realized, jio does not care trai nor indian court. But as a consumer that our last option.

                                        I have deal with very slow internet speed and call drop issue since 1yr i made complain to jio customer service center and also mail them and chat with there representatives.

                                        They said bcoz of lot of customer in my area i m not able to used jio internet

                                        Its a 4g network but its work like 2 g 3g network. Everytime i need to switch off my phone or enable flight mode option to get better speed but nothing work

                                        They keep saying our technical team working on ur issue but its bean 1 year now i am still facing slow internet and call drop problem

                                        And now recently they were saying bcoz of ipl we are not able to provide u gud speed this is a joke by jio customer service center

                                        Please look into my matter and help me
