My mobile number is [protected]. My home is in davangere currently i am active in 251 plan. But the data speed is too low. If there is rcb match going on then your speed will not allow u even to do browsing. Very worst speed. I think there are high users and less towers in my location. If the data speed is not solved then i am porting to vodafone which provides best speed in my location.in day time hii speed won't go up to 250kbps in evening maximum speed is 60kbps and during match not even 10 kbps, wasting money of 251. Not even able to use 500 my daily

    This is ti inform you that mr. Nilay /malay singha roy installing "jio mobile tower" in our village - surikhali, post-panchla, ps-rajapur (Uluberia) near surikhali play ground, which is very close to our villager residents and will be badly affected to small children living in those house. As we know the rules and regulation not followed by this persons and unauthorized mobile tower installing by giving brides to village panchayat members and pradhan.

    Kindly take the necessary action immediately to install unauthorized reliance jio mobile tower and save our next generation.

    After recharging my jio number with 448 inr with applied 50 inr coupon through my debit card from myjio app, even after successfully deduction of money from the bank i have not recieved the recharge on my jio number.

      My last plane is expire on 25 march 2019 so ihave advance recharge the 399plane on date 22 03 2019 plane is sucessfuly recharge bt it is not activate after the expire the old plane on date 25 03 2019 my out going service is stopped. Next day on date 26 03 2019 at 8.40 i have new recharge the 399 plane and amount is dected on my account and recharge is sucessfully and plane is activated now i want to my amount 399rs 22 03 2019 recharge is sucess bt not activate

        I am using jio network., the mobile data has exhausted without using it and after 12'o clock also it exhausted immediately retrieve the new data. It happened 22/03/19 and 23/03/19. Also yesterday 27/03/19.

          I have 2 jio connections. 1 was bought last year in offer and the battery became week. Hence i visited 27th march 17 hrs royapuram service centre for replacement on payment. The security cum receptionist after noting down my particulars, referred me to the customer care attendant seeking clarification. There is no fault on my part. After hearing partly, customer care attendant ended hearing abruptly and refused to attend me though i was readily obliged to come in queue and furthermore abused me in front of others since I was agitated by his act. I walked out with shame. Please see CCTV recordings

            In above locality, more than 20000 people residing. But jio 4g service is very worst. Call dropping is main problem for the jio users. The 4g is singal is very poor and maximum times 4g singal is not available at this locality. The locality is situated heart of tinsukia town of assam. Henceforth, net can be run smoothly and become out of service.
            Therefore, a 4g tower should be install at this locality immediately to improve and provide better service for the jio users.

                Myself simanta kalita from assam, i have joined as jio as a jcm (Barpeta district, assam) on 12/01/2015 & i resigned from jio on 23/12/2018.
                When i went to shq for my pf settlement, hr department saying that i have to
                Connect my uan no with adhar card online.
                As per government rule adhar card is not mentory in assam/ne, jk.
                I have already activated my uan no in epf portal & its active with my salary account.
                I have also apply for the adhar card in salary account bank recently and they have given the date 14 june 2019, so i have to wait for another 3 months
                For my pf clearance. I am facing huge financial crisis also i m not able pay my emi. So hope you can understand my problem. I have worked /started jio
                In assam.
                I therefore request you to take the necessary steps or provide me the emaiid/postal address where i should send required hard copies to that address at nhq.

                  I have recharged my jio number with rs. 349.00 through myjio app on 22.03.2019. The aforesaid amount has been deducted from my account but my number is not been get recharged yet. I talked with jio customer representative but he told me that myjio app can resolve my issue. I tried to contact with myjio customer service but i am not able to contact with them.                     I today i tried recharging my jio number with 398/-rs plan of 2gb per day for 84 days.

                    The transaction method used was upi payment method (Via google pay) and as the transaction completed, money got deducted, the jio app closed/crashed

                    Now when i tried opening the jio app again, it says recharge your number and i could not see anything.. Money gone and no recharge done.

                    I have the screenshots of transactions with all the details. I tried calling jio support numbers bt unable to connect with any real person to guide me on this. All automated voices and waste of time.

                    Hoping to get a solution for this.

                    I am currently facing issue with my jio statement.it is showing that i have sent 11 msgs to a particular number, but the irony is i have not done even a single msgs moreover that number does not exist in my contact list.i am pretty sure jio is using wrong information.

                        I have given a request to jio mobile company for port my mobile no to airtel on dated 21 february 2019. But after one month jio is not porting my mobile to airtel. Personally i went to airtel office they said that jio mobile company is delaying port to airtel. Maximum time is for port mobile number is 7 days. But i have already more then one month to apply for port. Kindly do need full. My mobile no is [protected]. And service also not good of jio. And they are giving me a trouble.

                            I am living in pcmc area and i am using this jio sim card more than 2 yrs. They are promising to give 4g data but in reality they are worst than 2g data. My internet speed is maximum at 10 to 15 kbps. I have complained about 8 times in these years and everytime they are saying that we are installing our new site nearby you. Pls give us 3 months and u will get good speed. But that never happens. Every time my recharge ends before 10 days it gives me good speed but after then when i will recharge with 3 months plan again in after 2 3 days same condition is happens. Today i also submitted a complaint and same response i got that our network team is working on it. This is the worst experience of sim card i ever got.

                              On the location where i live and work i. E. Village nangal thakran, delhi-110039, there has been a great problem of internet data range for the last about 12 days. Either there is no internet data range at all or it is very slow, especially after evening at about 7 o'clock. It was the same problem about two months ago but the issue was resolved then. I have been contacting 198 for the last ten days at times. I am hereby giving the interaction nos.

                              The people interacting at 198 give the copypaste answer: "your coverage is good but many people are using jio in your area, that's why the problem is there!"
                              Only once on 17th of march, a senior authority, some supervisor, accepted that the range is low. Many others have also been making complaints constantly but of no use. I have to climb up to the rooftop if i have to use internet.
                              Please help resolve our problem.

                                I live in ramtek area and in my locality the internet speed of jio network is worst. As they promise to provide a high speed 4g data but we are receiving the network speed worst than 3g network. Whenever accessing internet it makes very much time to connect.
                                I cannot access internet. For connecting i need to get out of my room and go to higher place so that i can receive some internet.

                                    I have a jio number [protected]. The pack expired on 18 Mar 2019. I recharged with rs 399 from my Jio app. Amount was deducted from PayTM but number not recharged. Tried contacting customer care but of no positive response. Really pissed off with the service. They should clarify and if recharge is not successful they should refund funds. And also recharge should be done. It is really disappointing

I when i told them i going mail an complain they told me go ahead an do it. At least u all should train your staff how to talk to coustmer an if they think after mailing there will be no action.                                         I am using reliance jio for mobile internet usage, my plan is 1.5gb/day. I used up to 400mb. But this network shows a message 100% usage of internet. After that i bought a add-on pack of rs.21 with 1gb data. This pack data also completed with in 10 min, without any usage (Like browsing. App backups and app updates). I called to customer care, he spoke to me, your data used in background check it once like any backups, app updates is there, ok i checked all this things but it didn't happen.
