Reliance jio provide good service in big city and good network coverage in all over gujarat.in the rural gujarat network coverage are good compare to other companies but internet speed are very slow like 2g. Please improve your service so i could be recommended to other to use jio not go for another service provider and also your company promote the what about secound sim at the time last dipawali. First sim is jio so second sim also be could be jio?
Very slow internet speed, please please provide better service in my village..

    Sir,
    Today i visited a jio store near by me in jagadhri, haryana and i saw something that i want to share with your company.
    Jio staff members behaviour is not good. Please deliver proper training to your staff. All the time they were busy with their nonsense talks. Please see this matter strictly otherwise they will definitely spoil the image of your brand.

      It got successfull. i received message from jio that recharge is successfull. My amount is also debited.

        मैने अपने जिओ नंबर([protected]) से एक रिचार्ज किया था, मुझे अपने फ्रेंड के जिओ फोन को रिचार्ज करना था पर गल्ती से मैने अपने नम्बर पर रिचार्ज कर लिया, मैने Rs.598 रूपये का रिचार्ज गल्ती से अपने 4G नम्बर पर कर लिया है जोकि मेरे किसी काम का नहीं है, मैने जब कस्टमर केअर से बात की और emails भेजे तो उन्होंने मेरी किसी भी तरह से मदद करने से इंकार कर दिया कि हम आपका पैसा रिफंड नहीं कर सकते, आपका प्लान भी चेंज नहीं कर सकते,
        इस तरह की स्थिति में एक ग्राहक के पास क्या ऑप्शन मौजूद है, क्या मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस मिलेगा

          I have recharged jio 149 daily pack. My complaint is that jio has exhausted the 1.5 gb of my data without usage. I got message that 100% data got exhausted without a. When i had word with customer care they started teaching me that we will send you link from where you can learn how to manage data. And also link from where i can check usage... When i checked usages on that link i found that i consumed only.030 mb of data. Again i called the jio customer care but representative refused to rechrge data...

            My name is Shashi Michael and I recharged Rs 349 on May 7th transaction successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

            In our area the speed is been very low, I have been complient twicly but there is no respond in your side. And very poor customer service because I have complient this issue in before 3 months but no improvement is devolped I your side so I request to improve the speed in our area.

              I have an issue with jio.
              One website is down which i use for my official work is down fom jio internet always. The same site is working over airtel and vodafone which i have tested. Even if that is an issue from the website, i need technical details from jio back end team as exactly why this site is being blocked on jio.

              But the pathetic customer care team is just keep on repeating that there is no issue at joi side and refusing to raise a ticket even. They want to project that their service is always up.

              Customer care team is not ready to give me the mail id of the appellate team. They gave me a toll free number for appellate team but the call is getting routed back to customer care team again.

              Yet they were not ready to raise ticket even after appellate call falling in customer care a second time. Neither for website down nor for not reaching the appellate team.

              I think jio has become so rude in treating its customers

                Last month 06 april 2019, i brought a phone with a cost of rs. 1600/ with six month plan. After one month the plan deactivated.
                I have been confirmed from jio office rishikesh after i knew the reason how the plan deactivated.
                Because before 06 april 2019, 2-3 sims passed through this phone set, so the plan deactivated, this information given by me from your rishikesh office.
                This is not my mistake please activate my plan asap.

                    I have full dnd on jio network but i still get promotional sms'. After writing in to customer care about it. I get the following msg: the concerned operator has reverted that no action has been taken since reported sms relates to your opted preference category of commercial communication.
                    Which means that i am going to continue getting these sms'
                    I got the above reply from jio on sunday 5th may 2019 after having a service request no. Sr# sr00000wr9mj at 10:40 am.
                    This is a subtle form of harassment. Please intervene

                      I wrongly recharged a pack of rs.297.00 in my mobile no [protected] on 2nd may 2019, 8:40 am. Transaction id: br0002mudnfn. The pack was not functional in my mobile even after two days. Then i contacted the jio customer care and got the news that, this particular package is meant only for jio handset. Later on i have to recharge 399 package to make my mobile working. It is surprising that, the company is not suggesting any option for cancelling this wrong package. Kindly help me to get cancelled the recharge of rs.297.

                        I have made a transaction for 399 via phone-pe app on 10th of april 2019, but the money deducted where as recharge failed. I have checked with bank for below details.

                        As per the confirmation that we have received from your bank, the transaction for an amount of ₹ 399 (Transaction id: hdfcb1e[protected]c3d8ef32fcd9b5953d5) has gone through successfully and the amount has been credited to the beneficiary bank with the utr number:[protected]

                        I have mailed the jio care for 6- 7 mails but they are not giving any solution. Request to please help to get refund.

                            In our area hamiltonganj, netaji pally area have not get internet speed 4g speed. Jio is the india's no 1 telecom network but our area needed a tower for better network service. I requested to you please improve the network service for better customer service. I many time contact to your customer care number but your customer care not solved in our problem. If you not give me 4g speed otherwise i port my sim another provider

                                    I had paid for 399 plan and didn’t receive the pack they said there is no transaction like this and contact your bank. Bank said transaction has taken place & they didn’t give a # (Jio). I have a 2gb plan now and it’s stuck at 2.35kb/2gb for 3 days. I didn’t use my data and had been using wifi the entire time still it’s stuck on the same data lvl

                                      I have purchased jio mobile in january and from the date of purchase i have been getting problems in the handset and every time i am facing a new problems with the handset. Raised many request and got replacements of the mobile thrice but even then the service of the product is not good and also the issues are not getting corrected well by service centre executives.

                                      I have raised my complaints and concerns for the issues i faced in mobile handset of jio but they have been neglecting my issues and after a prolong argument and raising complaints about the device and service they are forced to resolve my issues due to negligence in providing service to consumers.

                                      Kindly look into the issue and resolve the issue of my handset in getting refund for the bad service rendered and faulty device performance issue for the good purchased from reliance jio infocomm ltd.
