Sir, the behabiour of our staff at mangaldai branch, dist - darrang, assam is very embarrassing as they keep on misbehaving customers, your tech dipankar, keeps predicting that you have open your handset out side whereas we havenot availed any service outside company, seems wheter he is in capable of repair or agnorant towards customers, how a company like jio will survive without attending the grievences of customers.

    I tried recharging my reliance jio account with a 1.5gb/day daya plan for 84 days eventually costing rs 349 after using a jio voucher i paid through upi to the following account - reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank. But in spite of paying, as well as utilizing a jio voucher, i didn't get a message from from jio stating that my data plan was activated.

    I request that either the above mentioned data plan be active for my jio account, or that the same ammount will be credited to my bank account with google pay upi in order to conduct the same transaction again please do this fast.

      It's been long i am complaining to jio customer care centre about slow internet speed in my area but no solution to the persisting problem. Already raised tickets many times but no resolution. They don't even bothered to call you back asking about the resolution.

        R/sir - i have made online recharge for rs. 399/- on mobile no [protected] today's morning which is wrong no. So please arrange to refund the same amount in my account. Please consider my mistake in sympathy and arrange to refund my previous recharge amount of rs. 399/- on wrong no [protected] (Not known whose no is that)

          I have 4 sims ported from several operators to jio sim because i heard a lot one year back about jo offers and network which was doing good for 6 months
          But from past 6 months all my jio sim networks are worst even after complaining several times because jio has distributed sim cards like parle-g biscuits
          Thats the reason jio sim network is getting worst and worst day by day i couldnt open any page on internet most of the times and plenty times calls get hung up before i cut the call
          Please if many of them are placing complaints then just place a complain against jio network so that they put sone towers near mhada telephone exchange andheri west

          Only these kind of messages i am recieving and they call n say we dont have a tower nearby but will do so asap

              Sir i am a poor person... But i using your sim regularly... Many time i complaint but they said your complaint is resolved but my internet speed is 15.0 kbps can i ask why you can't understand my problem... I report too many time but your care call me they said problem solve soon and in 5 days they massage me... Your problem solved... But no problem solved they send me fake sms... Can you tell me sir... My money is black money???

              Sir if you can't resolved my problem then say to me... Then i broke your sim and buy other company sim because i haven't too much money for waste

                Sir,
                When i trying to recharge for my jio plan, through my jio app. Using upi payment one link is send to our paytm account. I activated that and 349 get deducted from my account to reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfc bank.
                It will happen twice. At second i have recharged successfull with another payment through same mode. I did'nt know that the deducted amount any information. Only in my paytm ref no. Is there.

                  I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 399 rs plan
                  (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 12th of march 2018, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The jio transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[bv0000vxfdc] and sbi net banking transaction id is[protected]igafpsqsj1. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                  Recharge date is 12th of March 2019 and not 12th of March 2018. It was typing mistake.
                  I have recharged my jio number through my upi ID the amount was deducted but my number was not recharged

                    Hi.. My date is over with out using it... I am using jio and today is last day of my plan.. Today i have 1.5data.. But without using anything it was over in 5min span.. I haven't used vedio calling, hotspot, updates or anything.. But after i left with 100mb i recharged then it was stopped consuming my data.. It was a clear scene that jio is cheating not to loose it's customers from migrating to other platforms.. Please take action against it and give my data back.. Thanks

                      I have purchased lg 55 inch tv from your jio store on september 2018, thy have offered me a speaker with tv, but still jbl speaker was not delivered. This is the wrost customer service of reliance. There is no response also. I going to sugest all my family and friend not to purchase any products from reliance my jio store.

                            3 days ago my jio app showing "the following numbers are linked to your aadhaar number". The numbers are [protected] / [protected].
                            These numbers are taken without my concern. I called customer care to stop these numbers. But it not done till now.

                            [protected] - this number already activated and using nokia 5 handset.
                            [protected] - this number not tele varified till now.

                            This is very serious issue. Please stop these numbers and do the needful.

                            Jio network speed is very slow the network speed is 0.06kb/s resolve this issue as soon as possible very poor connectivity very poor signal strength if it's not resolve then m switching to some other network companies

                              I applied for jio giga fibre on 9th of dec, 2018 but installation has not been so i raised a complain request sr00000u72mo on 29th of dec, 2018. I followed 8-10 times to customer care for the status of my complaint but they always tell me same thing that your service request is pending with the concerned team. Around 4th feb 2019 they told me that your request has been cancelled you need to raise a request. So i asked them to refund my money but they said it will take 2 months from the date of cancellation i. E 29th of dec. I did not got connection and i didn't cancelled jio connection but still i have to wait for my refund. I waited till 29th of feb for my refund, i again called customer care, he raised one more service request for refund
                              Sr00000vwa19 saying that you will get an update by 4th mar, 2019. Today is 9th of march and i did not received any response. I dropped them, tried to call customer care but now i am not able to connect to customer care. I was not expecting this kind of irresponsible service from reliance. I feel cheated, they kept my money for 3 months and am paying interest to my credit card company. I am at loss.

                              I have not received my refund yet. Customer care told me that I will get by 1st of march but now its been more than a month. I am getting same response that team is working on this.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I bought a jio internet dongle + data sim from reliance jio branch located in nagamalai pudukottai, madurai 625021.
                                Product details attached & branch attached.
                                I kept on persisting for issuing a receipt for the product i bought but this branch of reliance jio is denying in issuing a receipt and moreover they are ready to give a hand written receipt.
                                Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Still there is no response from both Jio Customer Care or from the branch which denied any receipt for my Jio dongle.

                                    Today i had recharged my jio mobile no. [protected] of rs. 297 from freecharge. Reference id is [protected].in that plan, 0.5gb/unlimited voice calls with validity of 84 days will get. But after recharge, they activated my plan of 297 but 2gb/unlimited voice calls for 28 days. They had changed my plan. Please change my plan.
                                    I called to consumer helpline no. 198 for complain but they said sorry we can't change. How they are saying?

                                      Me (Aakash unhale) and my surrounding people living there they only want to please kindly shift this tower from this residential and primary school and college. This is touch with a. Sudarshan college. Many chidrens or college student and old people already have health problems, if this tower will setup in this location, this will more effect on these peoples. This electromagnetic rays are very harmful for small chidrens. These are not follow installation...
