I applied for jio giga fibre on 9th of dec, 2018 but installation has not been so i raised a complain request sr00000u72mo on 29th of dec, 2018. I followed 8-10 times to customer care for the status of my complaint but they always tell me same thing that your service request is pending with the concerned team. Around 4th feb 2019 they told me that your request has been cancelled you need to raise a request. So i asked them to refund my money but they said it will take 2 months from the date of cancellation i. E 29th of dec. I did not got connection and i didn't cancelled jio connection but still i have to wait for my refund. I waited till 29th of feb for my refund, i again called customer care, he raised one more service request for refund
Sr00000vwa19 saying that you will get an update by 4th mar, 2019. Today is 9th of march and i did not received any response. I dropped them, tried to call customer care but now i am not able to connect to customer care. I was not expecting this kind of irresponsible service from reliance. I feel cheated, they kept my money for 3 months and am paying interest to my credit card company. I am at loss.

Dear sir/madam,
I bought a jio internet dongle + data sim from reliance jio branch located in nagamalai pudukottai, madurai 625021.
Product details attached & branch attached.
I kept on persisting for issuing a receipt for the product i bought but this branch of reliance jio is denying in issuing a receipt and moreover they are ready to give a hand written receipt.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
(349 with 50 rs voucher) on 8th march 2019 well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

Today i had recharged my jio mobile no. [protected] of rs. 297 from freecharge. Reference id is [protected].in that plan, 0.5gb/unlimited voice calls with validity of 84 days will get. But after recharge, they activated my plan of 297 but 2gb/unlimited voice calls for 28 days. They had changed my plan. Please change my plan.
I called to consumer helpline no. 198 for complain but they said sorry we can't change. How they are saying?

Me (Aakash unhale) and my surrounding people living there they only want to please kindly shift this tower from this residential and primary school and college. This is touch with a. Sudarshan college. Many chidrens or college student and old people already have health problems, if this tower will setup in this location, this will more effect on these peoples. This electromagnetic rays are very harmful for small chidrens. These are not follow installation...

Today I visited to my jio store at mulund West m g Road bring to my concern but not seen any help from them. The person over work their(Samsung brand staff) he was very rude and doing unprofessional behaviour with me and one old man.store incharge Mr. AMAN Singh also chair up with them only. If I talk about service is cost zero. Samsung brand staff start shouting very rudely with me in front of incharge.he is not aware about...

I have recharged my jio number with an amount of rs 349. The amount is debited from my account as soon as i pressed the process button. But the recharge was not done yet. When i tried to contact with the customer service they are not convening how i will get my money back. It's already 4hours still they have not responded to my complaint.
So i kindly request you to please look after this matter and refund me my money as soon as possible.

I had recharged 2gb per day pack of rs 498 and i got confirmation too. But my recharge hasn't been activated. Money has been deducted from my debit card. I don't even see the upcoming plan option in my jio account. I called the customer care but didn't they said that they didn't get any confirmation.
This happened on 5th march, 2019.

Sub: removal of mobile tower in midst of residential area at roof of h. No. C-147, uday vihar, chander vihar, nilothi extn. Near jaiveer restaurant, new delhi, delhi india 110041

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents o[censored]day vihar, chander vihar, nilothi extn. Near jaiveer restaurant, new delhi 110041 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. As the construction done by the concern person is upto the mark and have risk to various lives living nearby. Also the tower in residential locality is considered hazardous to health.

Our complaint is specific that, the owner of h. No. C-147, uday vihar, chander vihar, nilothi extn. New delhi 110041 – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of chander vihar, nilothi extn.

When residents of chander vihar, nilothi extn. Came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the owner for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the owner, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of chander vihar, nilothi extn. That ”do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

I have been rechrged a no. O[censored]nkown by mistaken, i have talked to customer care so many times, but they are unable to resolve my problem, i have also talked to the particular person, he agree that his no. Is recharged, but he is not giving my money back.
I have to recharge [protected] (My no.) but by mistake i have been recharged [protected] (Mr. Sanjeet) on 25.2.19 around 9 am.
Please give my money back or recharge my no. Immidiatly.

I have the reliance jio no. I am not receiving urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction for last one month. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services. I talked their customer care around five times but they could not solve my problem. Please rectify this and send the sms messages without late and break. Thanking you.

I tried buying data voucher with 2gb/day data plan for 84 days eventually costing Rs398 using a jio voucher i paid through UPI to the following account- reliancejioinfocomm.[protected]@hdfcbank.But inspite of paying as well as, utilizing a jio voucher, i didn't get message from jio stating that my voucher was successfully buy.
I request that either the above mentioned data voucher credited to my jio account or that the same amount will be credited to my my bank account(UPI account- [protected]@paytm) in order to conduct the same transaction again please do this fast.

Hi,
In Locality is Residencial area, Lachannagari. Krishnamurthi one owner is in process of mobile tower installation of Reliance Jio tower in main residential area without any permission and also without discussing with local authority and neighbors.
Where many other owner in neighbors are not agreed to it. Also there are two Hospitals in neighboring building. which may cause any health issue with dangerous radiation in coming time.
Why government authorities allow such illegal construction in residential area
Please take appropriate action to stop such construction work

I'm complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. I thought it would be process, then on 28/02/19, someone named surabhi agrawal the girl named, she called, says she will have sex, but you get 14000 rupees for verification, out of which 7000 rupees will be given to you. For the 7000rp company, you will also request 12000rp of the process to send 12000rp of the account to open the account for the open account of 1200rgke 1200 kardiya called anuj's call from # bank from mumbai, if you do not pay, then you do not have the file forward. I have not been able to pay any money from this bank, but i have saved myself from my savings account by making a mistake... Sir / madam: please do not take any action on my money. P return my money back very hard i had made money money which they gave me the temptation of job and what should i do

On 1st March 2019 around 8:25pm i was tried to do a recharge via My Jio app. In payment page proceed via UPI method and after successfully completing rs.349 upi transaction my recharge not done. I want my refund. I'm giving the screenshot of payment for transaction id.
