Hi,

I received a call from pakistan with [protected], [protected] numbers telling that i received 25lakhs cash money. They asked by i'd proofs. Unfortunately i i uploaded my proofs like pan, aadhar, clg i'd, selfie. Later they asked to pay money 50thousand. I understood the scam and i blocked the call. Now i got what's app message that some where they tried to upload my proofs and e-sign got rejected. I want to know what is the scan going on. Y r they uploading my proofs.

    Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower In Midst Of Residential Area at roof of Aishwarya Value Mart, Hosa Rd, Kasavanahalli (opposite to La casa restaurant), Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035.

    We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of KPCL layout, Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru - 560035 and highlight the hazardous situation on life of residents in vicinity.

    Our complaint is specific that, Aishwarya Value Mart, Hosa Rd, Kasavanahalli – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of KPCL layout, Kasavanahalli.

    When residents of KPCL layout, Kasavanahalli, came to know about this fact about the hazardous effect of EMF radiation, which emanates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body.

    As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 500 meters away from the residential area as the EMF radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

    As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

    We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above the complex in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

    customer care office not able to give time to resolve issue.
    Only say we are working on it due to so much user inter net is slow that not our issue how mush user of yours we paid but cant get the good net speed.
    I want to recharge my rs498 plan on my [protected] number but by mistake i recharge rs98 plan please cancel my that plan so that i can rechrge my correct plan

      I have been using jio mobile no([protected]) from past last year. It is pre on postpaid number. But in last few months the bill payment through my jio app is adding money to outstanding amount. In every three months through my jio app I have been paying bill which is continously adding up the outstanding amount. I am really disheartened by the service they are providing which is very confusing as its has been showing bill on every three months. I have called customer care thrice but neither they are able to find any solution to my query and nor they are guiding properly how to convert the outstanding amount of 2000 to monthly rental plan. Kindly refund the money to the same bank which was used for payment. In last three days we are not able to find any solution.

        Jio is literally robbing me of over 50% of data. They are not really giving us the planned data they advertise in their plans. A funny thing happened to me just now, right after i recharged a booster of 1gb they cut me 50% in the next 5 mins or so.. And then 90% and soon they cut the whole 1gb without me even using it. I thought jio was sincere and thought they really care about their customer but it's all a lie. Suckers. This is not the first time i'm encountering this. I just couldn't bare this. I had to say something. This is really sick. They do this occasionally.

          I have done ₹448 recharge on [protected] and got add on 2gb data/day. My current plan was about to expire today eve. I redeemed add on voucher. My new recharge doesn't activated automatically and add on validity stuck to old plan. Customer care response was worst. I just want to understand the matter and renew the validity of add on to upcoming plan as it is quite obvious that as if my current plan was about to expire after few hours and that's why i have recharged my number, so why the company has added add on data to old plan which is about to expire inspite of the fact that my old plan which is about to expire has 2gb add on. No help being done by customer care. I'm totally disheartened by this.

              Beware jio is worst when it comes to refunds. They don't refund money instead give you kind of recharge voucher.
              Also myjio app is not reliable and sometimes it don't capture your transaction.

              I ported my number to jio and recharged my number with 197/- (99 for prime membership and 98 for base plan). The payment was successful but transaction was not captured by jio system. I tried to get confirmation from customer care, waited for 2-3 hours but system was not showing it. Customer executive said it will be refunded after two hours.
              So i had recharged it again. This time recharge was successful.

              I dropped email to customer care about refund for invisible transaction, and requested money in phone pay wallet which was original payment source.

              But after few days jio refunded 98 amount as upcoming recharge and prime membership amount 99 as monetory benefits.

              So this is not acceptable solution since it's forcing you to do recharge of 98 next two months.

              Jio escalation said they don't refund money at all.

              So this is like cheating, and forcing customer to accept refund the way company want.

                I'm receiving continuous calls and miscalls for the past 2 weeks from an unknown no. ([protected]). If i call the number back, the person would pick my call but won't say anything. I texted the person not to do so and warned him/her that i'll lodge a complaint with the police but still those calls and miscalls keeps coming. Can you please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                  I ported to jio sim and purchased my sim from jio store karamana, trivandrum, kerala-695002.
                  When i purchased my sim, i asked about the 'redmi note series offer' to the employee of the store. First of all he was not aware of the offer and then he said any offer will only take effect after the first online recharge done via myjio app and not the first offline recharge done by the jio store. (The offer for my device was 24 rs 100/- vouchers for recharge of rs 299/- and double data vouchers for 4 recharges if recharge is done for rs 199/- or above.) since he said that the first recharge doesn't matter i opted for the rs 149/- recharge for 28 days so that i can quickly avail the offer by performing the above mentioned offer recharges using myjio app after 1 month. So 1 month passed and 1 did the rs 198/- recharge but i didn't receive the double data coupons. So i contacted customer support and enquired them about the same. Now they inform me that the offer was only valid if my very first recharge was done with 198/- irrespective of online/offline but since the first recharge done for me was for rs 149/- i was not eligible for the double data offer nor the rs 2400/- voucher! What an absurd nonsense and cheating of customers is this?! I specifically asked for the information about the offer during my first sim activation and the employees of the jio store not only were uninformed about the offer but they also gave me false and completely contradicting information saying that the offer will only be redeemable after the second recharge i. E, the first online recharge which is to be done after the offline recharge on activation. Due to this spreading of false information by jio employees i have now lost rs 2400/- worth of offers and double data for 4 months! This is completely unacceptable and blatant cheating by reliance jio of the consumers!!! The customer care executive neither provided me any resolution for their mistake nor offer any compensation. This was clearly a case of false advertisement and cheating by jio. I went with jio instead of airtel even though airtel had better plans for my device and way better network speed. But i went against it and opted for jio which i regret very much now. Then again i didn't imagine jio cheating customers like this and when asked for resolution through customer care, be in denial and not owning upto their irresponsibilities. Extremely disappointed and enraged. Hopefully some resolution comes from this or i am going to post this in social media's and switch to airtel.

                          I have migrated from JIO Postpaid to JIO prepaid on 5th Feb 2018 and at that time they told me the refund will be initiated automatically to my account which is mapped to my aadhar number.After 2 days i got a link from JIO to fill my bank information.I got reply that amount will be credited in 10 days but it didnot happened and i connected with customer care they told me it will take 60 days.
                          I waited for 60 days and checked with customer care again .I got reply that it will be processed in 10 days.After 10 days i checked it again they have created one ticket SR00000WUM90 and they told me your address is not correct we have sent cheque to your address.Please send address and will send you cheque in 15 days its really horrible they are cheating customer.The most exciting thing is that I have not get any courier details as well as courier call for my parcel.Please help me to get my 250 Security amount that I have paid to JIO.

                              Hello,

                              I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via google pay, reference number is, google transaction id cicagkckpuorsg and operator transaction id [protected].

                              I have recharged the ₹149 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
                              Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

                                I was recharging my jio number using my jio app and paid money via bhim upi.
                                An amount of ₹349 was deducted from my account and transferred to reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank
                                But my recharge was not done.
                                Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    I am arpit srivastava from unnao, uttar pradesh. I have been a old customer for jio but whenever i call them for their slow internet speed they cut my phone without any proper conversation. My jio number is [protected]. It's very frustrating as they ask for 500 per 3 months in which i must get 2 gb per day but due to their slowest speed i can only use less than 1 gb, nothing get downloaded, it take hours to download a small file of 50 mb. Kindly do something against them or they will keep exploiting their customers.

                                        I am a person using Jio services since Jio 4G release in Gujarat/Bhavnagar. My whole family is using Jio because of my gratitude to use only Jio.

                                        I was happy and enjoying Jio services, but last evening my India Jio number([protected]) stopped working unpredictably. I don't understand the concern, as my mobile was placed safe and I am the only user.

                                        I talked to Jio Chat representative and the only answer I got is to visit Jio care office without any help or reason. After I visit the customer service center and he requests me to replace the damaged card. How fair is it to replace ???

                                        Now the issue starts as I'm storing my all contacts on SIM card only for security purpose. Some of my messages are also saved there. Now due to deactivation, I was unable to access my contact cards as SIM corruption. Similarly, I was unable to render my 19 Hours of service and plan that attached to a similar number. (INR 399 for 84 Days). For all these failures and loss who will pay?

                                        Also, note for my visit to Jio service center from my house, the hours I wasted won't re-come. So who will pay for that as well?

                                        Now for all this, Network Jio is only responsible and need to take strict action and to revert me the known fail case with the FINE for such damage or else I should take necessarily common steps.
