3) on 28 apr 2019, two. Recharges of 51 rupees, i. E. Two 3 gb recharges, only one benefit received, txn id's : b-qalb[protected] and b-qalb[protected]..

I rechage the jio no[protected] from FreeCharge.1st time it not shows successful.then i recharge again.next time it shows the two are successful.plz refund of benefits the pln during next month for my customer. order IDs FCVA[protected] & FCVA[protected]

    From the past several months I am getting very very slow speed of internet. I have complaint on their social media channel as well as on their customer care helpline number. every time they stop me from switching to other company and promise to resolve the issue in 48 or 72 hours. But now the situation of internet has been worse at my location and they have stopped responding. I can't even work due to this issue.

      In our area hamiltonganj, netaji pally area have not get internet speed 4g speed.jio is the India's no 1 telecom network but our area needed a tower for better network service.i requested to you please improve the network service for better customer service.i many time contact to your customer care number but your customer care not solved in our problem.

        Hi orderd jio fiber on april 10 2019 and paid 4500 as security deposits, but till today 30th april 2019 installation not done, i called customer care for cancellation but they said refund will get only by 30 days that too dd or cheque, as installation not done, i asked for direct back settlement, but no one bother to reply for that and they don’t want to solve the problem too

          Jio info comm warn me again and again in text "on my jio number will be curtailed/discontinued without any further notice." because of my jio number misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls, but as per jio tariff plans : 1. Free local calls, 2. Free std calls, 3. Free roaming calls (Incoming+outgoing) to any network anywhere in india. So now why they are warn me again & again, and i am not getting so much more calling. My last recharge was 7-apr-2019 and valid at till date 30-june-2019 on my jio number ([protected]). Kindly check the attachments.
          Please support and help me regarding this matter.
          I request to you please take strictly action against jio infocomm.

            jio data exhausted without usage

            Hi, i am a new jio user. Few days back i ported my number to jio. My complaint is that jio has exhausted the 1.5 gb of my data without usage. First i got message that 50% data has consumed in your account and after sometime i got message that 100% data got exhausted. When i had word with customer care they started teaching me that we will send you link from where you can learn how to manage data. And also link from where i can check usage......

            This was the 5th time i complained in jio telecom about my data getting exhausted before the limit i showed them the proof but no reply every time they send me the message regarding how to use you your data carefully.
            They don't know how to behave with with costomers, if company is selling internet at cheap rates that doesn't mean data breach is allowed.

            With in two min 1 GB data consumed ...how it possible it's cheating... I have screen shot
            I have made a recharge of 248 from SBI app the amount got deducted but it doesn't reflect in my plan

              Regarding to the complaint of i received notice from jioinfo in txt msgs (Screen shot attached) " they will be curtailed/discontinued my jio number ([protected]) service without any further notice, because of my jio number is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. But they have already promissed free voice promise : - free local calls, - free std calls, - free roaming calls (Incoming + outgoing) to any network anywhere in india (Screen shot also attached). So why they are fake promise to customer.
              Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I recharged my mobile no [protected] using MYJIo app using BHIM upi. Amount rs 349 (after applying 50 rs coupen) got deducted from my bank account but recharge not activated. Trying to connect using customer care of jio but no appropriate response received as there is no executive to talk with.
              I had recharged (bhim app) my jio number for the 498 rs plan
              on[protected], but I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.498 Please resolve immediately.

                Sir,
                I am using jiofi device to my mobile for wifi connection. I activated 1.5 gb per day data plan but when i cross 350 mb i'll get message from jio i had completed my 90% data of the day. Customer care not responding for this issue and don't take complaint.
                I have checked data usage in mobile and also internet speed meter application.

                Please take action on this issue.

                  Before 3 days i received a call from a girl named tamanna for home based jio job for i had to pay 1999 which is totally refundable.
                  I paid the amount and they sent a demo and agreement and then they said pay rs 2500 which is on call refundable.
                  Other day they said pay rs 1840 for gst charges. Now they are refunding amount.
                  And saying who are you. Y r you calling to us we dont know you.

                      I had ported my number from airtel to jio on 23/04/19. I am not able to get incoming calls and text messages from any number other than jio.

                      I tried connecting customer support multiple times but issue is still not resolved. The only thing customer support executive wants is to close the call as soon as possible without solving the original query.

                      I was assured my services will be fully activated within 24hours but still its been 72hours and no response is recieved. Service request number:sr00000wxceh.

                      I am totally helpless since as per trai i wont be able to switch back to my previous service provider within one month.

                          I have recharged my jio number [protected] with mrp 399 plan through phonepe on 25th april 2019 at 7.52 am. The amount was deducted from my account and showed that the transaction was successful but the recharge was not activated in my phone number. So on the same day at 7.11 pm i repeated the same recharge with mrp 399 plan.

                          My question is can i get the refund of one of the transaction or one of the recharge will be activated after 84days?

                            I made 297 recharge from google pay to jio, it was not mentioned anywhere that 297 recharge is only for jio phones. After complaining about this problem to jio as well as jio no one is helping me. Complete terms and conditions were not shown at the time of payment by jio and google pay.
                            Either convert my recharge to 399 which is for all phone (Jio and non-jio) and i am ready to pay the difference amount or refund my 297.
                            Please resolve this issue. I am attaching a pic of the offer shown on google pay (Where it is not mentioned that 297 offer is only fro jio phones)

                              While recharging my jio number 830*28 through myjio app and phonpe wallet. Rs349 was debited from the account through phonpe app and transferred to [protected]@citibank (Reliance jio infocomm) but the recharge is not done. So please solve this issue.in phonpe it is showing that money was sent to reliance jio infocomm but the transaction is not done successfully. So send the money back.

                                I had done a recharge to jio infocomm through
                                Rechargecube.in. It showed amount 399 and a processing fee of 29/-. I paid through net banking and my money got deducted immediately. But i see i don't even have a message in my phone for recharge success.. Still my recharge amount has not got credited or talktime credit.

                                Kindly do the needful or advice on this

I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The bank transaction id for the payment of rs.498 is[s38078028].                                       I had ported my post paid number [protected] to jio during jan'19.

                                      After proting, the number was blocked as the previous service provider informed about outstanding payment of rs.2377.07.

                                      The outstanding amounts were cleared by the undersigned as,
                                      1) receipt no. Kmr[protected] dated 29/03/2019 for rs.2200/-
                                      2) receipt no. Kmr[protected] dated 29/03/2019 for rs.200/-

                                      Till then, the undersigned has been requesting jio_care for restoration of the postpaid number [protected], but till date it has not been restored. Every time the undersigned complaints over email or customer care number, it is assured that services would be resumed immediately, but till date, services are not restored.
