There is some person, who is calling again and again and using abusive words for me, and writing abusive content and sending message. I don't where they got my number, I am not social media person or not having any kind of relation with them. I am requesting you to take a proper action against them. So they won't be able to do this kind of haressment with anyone. In any circumstances....

I have given back two boxes of JIO Gigafiber back and want refund totalling to ₹9000 which I have not received since the last 3 months now. I am getting no reply from the Jio executives at all. No call or response received at all. I am calling them continously but I am not getting proper reply from anyone of them at all.

From 31st august 2019 onward my jiofi data of 1.5gb/day is getting exhausted whenever i opened it within minutes. On 31st morning at 7 am i got the message. Then on 1st september i opened the equipment at 4pm only. Within minutes i got the message of 90% usage. Then i changed the password. On 2nd september it worked as usual. But again today on 3rd september i opened it at morning at nearly 7 am. By 7.44am i got 50% usage message and by 12pm...

I have done recharge through myjio application on 2nd sep 2019 through net banking of 52 rps for 7 days and from my bank account amount got deducted but i still did not get any recharge. I want to get my thing resolve as soon as possible this thing happen to me for the first time.
In my jio plans i couldn’t see the recharge history anyway though my amount is deducted. Major concern

The jio 4g's worst than other network for both calling and internet. The internet speed is slower than the snail and is very poor.
I have tried to talk on jio customer care, but when i dial '198' for complain, i hear only instructions, 'if you got this issue then press this number & that number, ' bla bla bla, and i didn't receive assistance from jio. Even trai has mentioned that '198' has to be for complaints only (But jio care people...

The jio 4g mobile calling and internet is very poor. I have tried to talk to their customer care but on 198 only instructions comes 'if this then press this number and that number, ' bla bla bla. Even try has mentioned that 198 is only for complaining (They have to hear us). I am not satisfied with jio services. I ported to jio from vodafone and my sim got activated on 1st of august. Now i want my refund from jio. Vodafone's 2g is faster...

I choose the jio network and recharge with 399. But i do not get proper service from jio. The jio network tower is too far from my house. Many time voice call got disconnected, all the time jio network is too slow thats not usable. When i call to jio customar care, they told me that they will solve. But they not solved i think jio is fraud with us.
So, i request to trai, please give a step against reliance jio network....

My 1.5 GB jio data is getting exhausted even without using any internet. It happens when i am using JIOFI. It is happening even after i have informed JIO customer care. I am not able to watch my video classes due to this. Kindly help me with this problem it is really urgent for me. My studies are getting affected due to this kindly do take this into your due consideration and resolve my issue as soon as possible....

I live at adra, lower beniasol in purulia dist. W. B, pin-723121. Sir, i am complaining jio network and slow internet both of issues from more than 10 months. The service request no is sr00000xuj8l. Sir, whenever i tried to call customer care they didn't transfer my call arguing that hr is busy or don't want to take a call and we are working on this issue. If the team is working so hard then why we can't see the effort....

I had been a subscriber of jio since a long duration and since last 1 year i had been complaining about the slow internet connectivity and low network coverage but the customer care representative aren't filing my complaint nor are they taking any steps to improve their network.

Everytime i try contacting them they come up with similar kind of response.

Please take some action against this else i would be forced...

Yesterday night i recharged for a friend through my jio. It is showing successful. Amount has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done yet.

What should i do?

A huge company like jio is doing such things is shameful.

It has been more than 3 years since jio started still such horrible things are happening with jio.

In every condition jio is the best but this problem...

During a jio recharge of ₹399 on my jio number through my jio app while i was recharging, it failed and showed a recharge failure message so i tried it again but again it failed and showed a failure recharge but the money has been deducted twice from my bank account so i humbly request you to refund the sum of ₹798 to my account as soon as possible.

U applied for hui fibre and i paid 2500 to the nearest area service incharge through paytm but my application got rejected because the adhaar card wasn't original the refund needs to come to me in 7 working days but it almost 2 months now t haven't received the refund and n i'm not getting any responses from the company or the service man i paid too....

Dear Jio authority ..we r can't use the proper network service in my area ..before 2-3 month we are all to face the problem ...many complaints are given in this areas people .. individual Jio is very bad service and very rude customer representative in kolkata ..pls solve this otherwise we are porting our sim to different network ......
