I have a jio sim number - [protected]. I recharged rs.98 & thats expire date is 05.09.2019.

On today (30.08.2019), i received a sms from jio company that contains my number outgoing call service is discontinued.
Then, i call your customer care, they said,
You made high useage of voice call. Jio give you free voice calling for personal use. If you want to activate your outgoing voice call, then you must recharge your number.
But when any customer, recharged any jio plan there are show a term-truely unlimited voice call any network.
Then why jio say, that i used high useage of voice calling.
You could check my voice call useage, there are 3-4 no. Which i call most of the time.
I mailed to jio, asking limitations of voice call. But, they could not give me any call limitation by mail or customer calling.
Also, i complain national consumer help line number.

I beg to state that please solve my problem as fast as possible.
