jio provides worst network.i cant even call anyone.it is waste of money to spent on jio.please improve your network ASAP. Otherwise i will change my network immediately after completing this plan.after taking this much money you guys are not providing proper network so that one can only do a call properly.i can't even buffer youtube video.even BSNL if better than yours.Worst network ever i have seen.

I havee also attached poor network sceenshot.

Please work on it.
Dont try to rob people only.
Provide proper and valuable service also.
Cheaters.

    Dear Sir,
    I've recharged for 2 GB/day pack @ Rs 448 on 11/09/2019. Although money has been deducted form my account however plan hasn't been activated. Also, haven't received any confirmation against recharge from Jio.

      Sir, i have recharged 399/- in my jio number [protected] on 06/09/2019 at 12:12 pm from sbi yono. Rs 399/- was deducted from my state bank of india account [protected], but recharge was not done. I called customer care, they assured me by saying that the rupees will be credited soon. They also advised me to try to recharge once again. Following their advice i recharged 398/-, at that time the recharge was successful. Now i want my refund of rs.399/- which is still not credited to my bank account.

        Actually i recharged on wrong jio number i wanted to recharge on other number i done it through phonpe can you pls refund the amount
        The jio number i wanted to recharge is

          My daily 1.5 gb gets exhausted sometimes at midnight as soon as i gets renewed and early morning before i even wake up... When no one else has the password of my hotspot and 0 device connected to it. Tried changing my password several times but it doesn't work. Happens one too many times. So sick of recharging using data booster... Got me so frustrated... This cannot be an accident there is some sort of devious plan going on to recoup some amount of investment

            I done recharge if rs. 594 after that i come to know this plan is not for my number. [protected] so i contacted to call center requesting to convert this recharge in some other plan but they simply denied. Again i have to do other recharge and my first recharge amount is completely waste. I want my refund. There must be system witch simply deny the wrong recharge.

            Your staff is not being treated properly, by the customer. If I went to the jio Center at Amalner-2, register my compliment, there is no one here. Phone cut off
            Saying that your company is too big to be a big company does not provide good service to the citizens.
            Very Less Network strength even taking few minutes to load a image of 17kb and browsing is also too low and taking too much time to load page.
            I don’t know why I’m facing such a poor internet connection even I’ve been paid for it
            I’m regretting and thinking that instead I should port it to Airtel for its fastest net connection
            Complaint to reliance Jio to remind that I too have paid for it .

                Hi. I am lab chandra halder.
                I have a jio sim number - [protected]. I recharged rs.98 & thats expire date is 05.09.2019.
                Transaction id :[protected]bc70b21.
                On today (30.08.2019), i received a sms from jio company that contains my number outgoing call service is discontinued.
                Then, i call your customer care, they said,
                You made high useage of voice call. Jio give you free voice calling for personal use. If you want to activate your outgoing voice call, then you must recharge your number.

                But when any customer, recharged any jio plan there are show a term-truely unlimited voice call any network.
                Then why jio say, that i used high useage of voice calling.
                You could check my voice call useage, there are 3-4 no. Which i call most of the time.

                I mailed to jio, asking limitations of voice call. But, they could not give me any call limitation by mail or customer calling.
                Also, i complain national consumer help line number.
                My complain no is 1557031
                And i complain pg portal through website. My complain no is 101446

                I beg to state that please solve my problem as fast as possible.

                  I have not used my data to any online streaming, downloading or any internet sharing activities, i have only used it for my regular whatsapp and facebook apps, from nowhere jio has deducted my 1.5 gb, that is absolutely fraud, i can proof it to anybody that i haven’t used my data more than 30 mb.

                  I advised for students don't use jio for study
                  Use any other companies net service for online classes
                  We have a reliance jio tower, which is located in residential area. And which has its ill effects on animals and humans residing in that area .

                      The sim [protected] was top up with annual tariif rs.1699/- dt.14-04-19 by paytm, and the sim has been blocked by jio and telling it has been made portal to airtel (, as due to handset problem the sim was not in use for 1 month maximum). Since 29th august.2019.

                      How its possible... No otp has received in this regard..

                      Does the jio has right do it without communication.. The jio officials have done mischief and done it intentionally.
                      They are not issuing call details also to cross verify the transactions of the sim.
                      The user of the sim is telling the number is used by him since long.

                            I live in village at 20 km away from jaunpur city, village name is (Dakshin patti ranno), it comes after the naupedwa market and there is a lot of problem of jio mobile network. Many times the call drops and the internet runs very poorly.

                              (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 31st of august 2019, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance.

                              Please resolve this issue.

                                    From 31st august 2019 onward my jiofi data of 1.5gb/day is getting exhausted whenever i opened it within minutes. On 31st morning at 7 am i got the message. Then on 1st september i opened the equipment at 4pm only. Within minutes i got the message of 90% usage. Then i changed the password. On 2nd september it worked as usual. But again today on 3rd september i opened it at morning at nearly 7 am. By 7.44am i got 50% usage message and by 12pm 90% usage.

                                        I have done recharge through myjio application on 2nd sep 2019 through net banking of 52 rps for 7 days and from my bank account amount got deducted but i still did not get any recharge. I want to get my thing resolve as soon as possible this thing happen to me for the first time.
