I have paid rs 250 +99 on thursday (25 july -19) for change my number from prepaid to postpaid but they have not change number and didn't refund also money but i got a notification by jio on 14 aug’19 that we would like to inform you that refund of security deposit for your jio number [protected] has been processed. Within 30 working days, refund amount will be processed in your bank account.
But till now i didn’t get any refund.

    In new jio policy you can’t connect unlimited call and mess you again and again for misuse of voice calls. You can find any limit of call. Nothing available in jio website not on jii app how can I know my calls cross the jio voice service criteria. They terminating my voice service and adk for recharge again

      I tried to recharge my phone via jio app for two times. One near 9:40pm and second near 10pm.in both cases money got deducted but recharge failed.
      Please help.
      My father will scold me if he will get to know what i have done.
      Moreover i have deleted the messages of otp received and money deducted from my father's phone as he was not aware of this.
      Please help me out.

        Hello,
        This is not fair that you can immediately block my number without nay satisfying reason. I had recharge of Rs. 350 which is valid for 3 months, but its only 1 month of recharge. whenever I called your customer care representatives, they said you have misused the jio number for calling. If this is a fact, then show us proof of misusing. we are not terrorists, just a normal human being that earn money due to hard work. You have no right to suddenly block my number. I discard your Jio sim and also complaint to the court of your useless and unprofessional things.

          I have registered a complaint regarding internet speed on 28th August 2019 with Request ID :SR00000YH70W. Although the network coverage in my area is pretty good the internet speed here is very very slow and it get worse (around 20 kbps) during evening. They assured me that the issue will be resolved within 15 days but the problem is still there. I have called several times regarding the same issue after waiting for 15 day. Today on 26th September 2019 when I called to re-register my complaint the costumer advisor told me that he can't give me any time frame within which my issue will be resolved. I as a costumer have done my part by putting my faith on the company and paid money for a basic internet service but when I receive such a pathetic customer service experience in return it's really heart breaking.

          Data speed was pretty good (around 1mbps) before August 2019 but suddenly it got worse (around 20KB/s). Since I have already paid ₹448/- for the service which the company couldn't provide plus it failed to address the issue within the time provided by them, I would like to request a refund for the same. They can cancel my subscribed plan and refund my hard earned money if they can't provide the service for which they are charging.

            I am using jio data through jiofi since last 2 years, however since last month i am facing issue with the data plan of daily 1.5gb (Rs.399).

            Without using data or even using for 20-30 mins data getting exhausted, daily data limit is 1.5 gb. No auto updates are on neither on laptop or mobile.
            Even usage is also not heavy, i m just checking my mails or surfing internet. No video browsing, downloading etc.

            Please check and get the issue resolved asap.

              Jio provide unlimited free calling service is really fake now a day's for public. Jio provide the unlimited free calling service to the customer but it's fake because when ever i call more then 3-4 call in a days they sent alert sms every day as"you missuse the outgoing calls, immediately take a action against calling."
              So can jio company tell me what's the limitations of call per day? Hope so 5 minutes or 10 minutes per day is the called unlimited calling??
              What's the area of calling?
              Network problem always.
              Internet issue always.

              Now a days it's being a worst network.

                Dear sir

                We had applied for jio dth distributorship online on (http://www.jiodthdistributor.in/) website after which we received a call from mr rahul (Contact - [protected]) who said our application was confirmed and we had received several confirmation mails along with the agreement papers for the distributorship.
                We then at first was asked to transfer the refundable amount of rs 15000 and later on 1, 90, 000 for the advance payment for the delivery of the product. After this he had send us a company agreement for 5 years and charged us₹ 55000 and now after repeated calls and mails we are unable to get in contact with him or the company.in total the company has taken ₹2, 66, 699 from us
                Can you please help me out

                    I paid Jio amount Rs.449/- twice on line for recharging my router via net banking on 2nd September and 4th September 2019. However, Jio promptly collected the money on line but has not recharged my router till date. In fact they asked me to obtain proofs from Axis Bank_the paying bank. This led to further fruitless communication with Axis Bank.

                    I have not received the refund amount from Jio, till date. They seem to be prompt in deducting the recharge amount but fail in providing the recharge service. My total loss is Rs.898/- Jio call centre people ask customers to do many confusing acrobatics with drawee bank in terms getting proofs and ulitimately do nothing. It is dangerous to do online payment with Jio. In fact at the Jio shops their employees themselves suggest customers not to do recharge through Jio web site but come to their service centres for this purpose. Isn't this surprising? Never do online recharge with Jio.

                      Ian complaining about internet speed since a year and a half in jio. But i am not getting satisfactory solution. Every time when i call them, i receive a reply saying "many costomers are using internet so you are facing such problem. We are working on it".
                      It's been a long time ian facing such problem.
                      If they are not able to provide facilities than why do they charge for internet?

                        Dear sir i have done recharge of rs 399 on 5 september and since then i cannot use data calls or sms from jio telecom and i have complained to them but not o[censored]se as they are disconnecting my calls and not resolving my issue.

                        There are other people using jio sim in my area but they are getting signal in virar but in my no [protected] only i caanot make call use data or sms.

                        Request you to ask them to refund my money as its almost 22 days since recharge has been done but its a loss for me as i cannot use service.

                            I have contacted the jio call centre continuously to check on the poor connection and wifi not working. The only answer after several calls is that there is some problem near my area and they dont know when the issue will be resolved.

                            This only brings to an understanding that i have to cancel my connection with jio and get another service provider.

                            Pathetic service, pathetic connection and arrogant attitude.

                                This is with regards to refund of security deposit on surrendering of reliance jio fibernet work modem. Even after exchange of so many mails, no fruitful result has been served. The followng are the details. Every time i get a response that the reund would take 5 working days but the refund did not take place though almost 6 months passed :

                                I recharged today on 18.9.2019 at 9.45 AM from myjio app for a friend, it was showing "Payment successfull. we will process the recharge". But Recharge is not done yet. In history also it is not updated. I am attached the screenshot here.
                                I recharged on my jio number on 17 sept.today is 19 sept but the recharge still not activated.i am unable to make outgrown call.

                                  recharge done from google pay but no confirmation from jio

                                  I have done recharge from my google pay for 399 plan. Amount deducted 349 after applying rs 50 discount coupon. Transaction was successful from google pay with transaction i'd but no recharge confirmation received from jio. Attaching screenshot for your perusal.

                                  How can i get my refund?

                                  We have paid rs.99 by selecting plan from mobikwik app on 1st august 2019 for unlimitted calling plan of 28 days to jio mobile no [protected].

                                  Dombivli west jio gallery informed that, no such recharge done for mobile no [protected]. They have acknowledged receipt of rs.99, but denied to refund or activate unlimitted plan. They said there is no such plan available in rs.99. As per their advise, we have paid cash of rs.98 at dombivli west gallery and activated calling service.

                                  We have called and send our gievience to jio customer care, at first they refused to accept for such payment of rs.99 received by way of mobikwik, later on accepted after submission of payment success message of mobikwik.

                                  Till date nor i received back rs.99 neither activated unlimitted calling plan of 28 days.

                                  When my mobile switchoff that time am not geeting the messages from other network.am already contact customercare but they tell no trouble.am getting messages from only jio customers in switchoffed while they calling..so solve this problem..

                                    I have been facing this issue since quite long. Three or 4 times a month, the data quota of 1.5 gb gets consumed without my using it. Many of the times the log shows that the data consumption time as 01:30 hrs in the night, when i am asleep and even the hot spot is turned off. When i try to raise this issue to jio customer care, all i get is standard answers - "some background app must have consumed the data". I have taken all the precautions - shut off auto update of apps, disabled the app running in background etc. But still the problem continues. The most frustating part is that the customer care guys have no clue and they just keep giving standard answers. If this continues, i will have to decide whether to continue with jio. What is the recourse? Which is the right forum to complain about it. I have seen several people facing similar problems. This never happened when i had other data connections.

                                    The problem continues. Today morning I woke up to see the entire data pack consumed. The time of consumption is 12:59 pm - midnight. Tried contacting Customer Care - again stock answers - Jio is quite high speed so video uploading in the background, back-up etc. etc. They are just not ready to listen to anything or possible are clueless themselves. What is the use of such customer care? This problem is becoming more and more acute.

                                      The most pathetic and fraud service we have got from reliance jio. First fraud they did when we were speaking to them regarding jio giga fiber internet. Salesman of reliance promised us that they would take maximum of 7 days to install it and not more than that. I have taken a connection on 27th of july, they have given the time of 5 days for the installation. But it was not fulfilled as said. I had done the all possible followups with salesperson, customer care team. And now there is no response from your sales team, nor did they pick up my phone.

                                      I have spoken to my customer support assistants and all of them say the same thing that "your installation is delayed due to some unavoidable condition. We have initiated a complain regarding that. You'll be getting an sms within 48hrs". But till now i never received any kind of sms nor call regarding the issue.
                                      It is not working and we have filed a complaint multiple times about it. How is this possible every time? They have been fooling us since very long. Would really appreciate consumer court’s help in this. They are fooling us big time. How can such a big organisation work like this – we fail to understand.
