Dear sir मेरा नाम मोहम्मद नियाज है मे जिओ का सिम यूज़ कर रहा हूँ कुछ दिनों से नेटवर्क का प्रॉब्लम आ रही है और डाटा भी सही से नही चल रही है मेने 13/09/2019 को ही complaint किया लेकिन मुझे बस तारीख तारीख दिया जा रहा है नेटवर्क तो ज़रा सा भी नही रहता है / मेरा नो [protected] है please मेरे सारे प्रॉब्लम दूर हो जाए में ही नही कई और jio के यूजर है
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी सारे प्रॉब्लम दूर हो जाये कम से कम मेरा नेटवर्क रहे full इसे श्रीमान का सदा आभारी रहूंगा

    This is with regards to refund of security deposit on surrendering of reliance jio fibernet work modem. Even after exchange of so many mails, no fruitful result has been served. The followng are the details. Every time i get a response that the reund would take 5 working days but the refund did not take place though almost 6 months passed :

    I recharged today on 18.9.2019 at 9.45 AM from myjio app for a friend, it was showing "Payment successfull. we will process the recharge". But Recharge is not done yet. In history also it is not updated. I am attached the screenshot here.
    I recharged on my jio number on 17 sept.today is 19 sept but the recharge still not activated.i am unable to make outgrown call.

      recharge done from google pay but no confirmation from jio

      I have done recharge from my google pay for 399 plan. Amount deducted 349 after applying rs 50 discount coupon. Transaction was successful from google pay with transaction i'd but no recharge confirmation received from jio. Attaching screenshot for your perusal.

      How can i get my refund?

      We have paid rs.99 by selecting plan from mobikwik app on 1st august 2019 for unlimitted calling plan of 28 days to jio mobile no [protected].

      Dombivli west jio gallery informed that, no such recharge done for mobile no [protected]. They have acknowledged receipt of rs.99, but denied to refund or activate unlimitted plan. They said there is no such plan available in rs.99. As per their advise, we have paid cash of rs.98 at dombivli west gallery and activated calling service.

      We have called and send our gievience to jio customer care, at first they refused to accept for such payment of rs.99 received by way of mobikwik, later on accepted after submission of payment success message of mobikwik.

      Till date nor i received back rs.99 neither activated unlimitted calling plan of 28 days.

      When my mobile switchoff that time am not geeting the messages from other network.am already contact customercare but they tell no trouble.am getting messages from only jio customers in switchoffed while they calling..so solve this problem..

        I have been facing this issue since quite long. Three or 4 times a month, the data quota of 1.5 gb gets consumed without my using it. Many of the times the log shows that the data consumption time as 01:30 hrs in the night, when i am asleep and even the hot spot is turned off. When i try to raise this issue to jio customer care, all i get is standard answers - "some background app must have consumed the data". I have taken all the precautions - shut off auto update of apps, disabled the app running in background etc. But still the problem continues. The most frustating part is that the customer care guys have no clue and they just keep giving standard answers. If this continues, i will have to decide whether to continue with jio. What is the recourse? Which is the right forum to complain about it. I have seen several people facing similar problems. This never happened when i had other data connections.

        The problem continues. Today morning I woke up to see the entire data pack consumed. The time of consumption is 12:59 pm - midnight. Tried contacting Customer Care - again stock answers - Jio is quite high speed so video uploading in the background, back-up etc. etc. They are just not ready to listen to anything or possible are clueless themselves. What is the use of such customer care? This problem is becoming more and more acute.

          The most pathetic and fraud service we have got from reliance jio. First fraud they did when we were speaking to them regarding jio giga fiber internet. Salesman of reliance promised us that they would take maximum of 7 days to install it and not more than that. I have taken a connection on 27th of july, they have given the time of 5 days for the installation. But it was not fulfilled as said. I had done the all possible followups with salesperson, customer care team. And now there is no response from your sales team, nor did they pick up my phone.

          I have spoken to my customer support assistants and all of them say the same thing that "your installation is delayed due to some unavoidable condition. We have initiated a complain regarding that. You'll be getting an sms within 48hrs". But till now i never received any kind of sms nor call regarding the issue.
          It is not working and we have filed a complaint multiple times about it. How is this possible every time? They have been fooling us since very long. Would really appreciate consumer court’s help in this. They are fooling us big time. How can such a big organisation work like this – we fail to understand.

            Hi, i recharged my Jio number with 448 plans and i am a jio customer from past 2 years. and finally what i got is no network in Hyderabad .Such a pathetic service. jio network not allowing to loan the mail itself. Hope the service provider refund the amount so that i can get a new sim to talk to to people

              The company must know there are retailers for not helping the customers.For the recharge reversal the retailer directly told me he will not do the recharge reversal.He will not help nobody regarding this issue, i cannot answer to all the questions from the company.The company must do anything immediately for this kind of issues.There are so many complaints regarding this kind of issue.The retailer has no voice NO to the customer regarding this issue.

                I am user of JIO. From last few days, I am facing issue of poor network and very poor internet connectivity issue in my area. Today, in evening my network connection lost almost, and internet stops working completely. I called customer care to look at this issue, I told jio executive to register complaint. But, he answered me that he would not register complaint for my area it's not in his service procedure. I asked him even we talked over the phone call in which voice is breaking. He told me I understand but it's not in my process.

                I request jio only to resolve this network and internet issue. If we customers believe on you then you must have to maintain the quality. Please do the needful to resolve this nothing more.

                    Jio's network problem is coming, due to which my internet Proper is not working.
                    Jio's customer care is also frequently curled but no solution is available.
                    I have also complained several times on Jio Customer Care, they say that the load o[censored]sers is high, These people are not able to solve my problem and every month the money of recharge is deducted, but the money for the recharge is going, but I am not able to get service.

                      I used mobile data for 20 mins around 8.20 pm on 16 sep 2019, and the daily limit of 1.4gb got exhausted already. I have not used mobile the whole day before that. And on 17 sep 2019, i have already received a message at 8:30 am that my mobile data for the limit has been exhausted when i had hardly any time left for touching my mobile. There was no usage of mobile data after 12 am, so that you cannot conclude that it was consumed. I find the jio net getting exhausted earlier than other networks.

                        After mnp i am facing problem of getting late sms by bank. Last time am using bsnl at that am getting very quickly.

                        When port completed to jio sim

                        Bank sms or otp getting late finally am not doing any transaction.

                        Please take any action on this why because am loss my bank transctions.

                        This is serious problem. Please solve this as soon as possible.

                          Im not writing a complaint here. I know there is no point in complaining against jio. Well all i have to say to you is just one thing. Dont show dual daddy nature. If my services stop without genuine reason, i dont give a fcuk. Ile just dump this sim nd will register with some other genuine telecommunication company. So, just keep in mind, that we consumers wont tolerate your crookedness nor mischief.

                            On 13th august 2019 that is yesterday i recharged my my jio number-[protected] from my jio app. The reference number to that... (Ref#igagzlolt1) as i received message.
                            My money also got deducted from bank account. Yet in my jio app there is no recharge history and my jio number has also stopped working. So will you please help me with this situation. This is quite unexpected. I have also attached here the screenshot of the sms that i received and the bank statement. Please sort out the problem soon so that i can talk and do my necessary work with my mobile. Thank you

                              Recharged my no [protected], but not yet recharged... Its been 3 days. Either revert the money back to my account or get it recharged as soon as possible... Recharge was done by my jio app. The service is very slow. Or else provide a valid jio complaint helpline number so that i can get my issue resolved.
                              I have recharged my no from my jio app on september 11, 2019. I received a notification stating that my recharge is successful with deduction of money from my account. But as of now on 14 sept there has been no recharge. I am not able to make any calls from my jio number and also data net speed is very slow. Please help me with the same. I do not have any valid jio complaint helpline number. Or else provide me with the same.

                              Hi I am facing the poor Jio 4g internet service from last 5 months so please request you to work up on it as soon as possible. As a customer I have recharged 400 RS plan for 3 months 1.5gb per day but service is not worth as our customers trust.

                                  I have done recharge of 198 for my no [protected]:on myjio app through paytm upi. The amount got detected from my account but the recharge is not successful. Kindly check into it and resolve the issue immediately. I ended up with two recharges with the same validity. As i thought the money detected for unsuccessful recharge would reflect back in my account but the same day i got the recharge confirmation message and my money was wasted. So this time i dont want to repeat the same mistake. I request you to kindly look into this issue immediately

                                    Dear officials,

                                    I have requested to change my subscription from prepaid to postpaid of jio mobile number and reference number is no0000b9fl1v for the same but due to incomplete or mismatched information, my application form for jio number has rejected so i have again submitted some other documents but they have again rejected my application form because i have been provided 9 number by all service provider in haryana and as per rule of trai, any one can take maximum 9 number in haryana state.

                                    Hence i have requested for compliance (Sr00000y42vc) to close my other jio number ([protected]) on 31 july 2019 but jio representative had closed this compliance without close mobile number.

                                    So i have been again follow-up on mail ([protected]@jio.com) with jio representative since 12 august 2019 but they are not closing my jio number.

                                    I want to close this number [protected]. So please help me.

                                      jio provides worst network.i cant even call anyone.it is waste of money to spent on jio.please improve your network ASAP. Otherwise i will change my network immediately after completing this plan.after taking this much money you guys are not providing proper network so that one can only do a call properly.i can't even buffer youtube video.even BSNL if better than yours.Worst network ever i have seen.

                                      Please work on it.
                                      Dont try to rob people only.
                                      Provide proper and valuable service also.
