I just spoke with your customer care executive on 198 my experience was very pathetic with your services.

I spoke with all your following executives:-

1. Mohsin - I told all my issues to this person and in between of checking the information he transferred my call to jio money helpline without informing & intimating me.

2. Dinesh - I asked for an escalation...

Many new jio towers have been contacted in our area but we have very poor Networking facility and very low internet speed so I request you to take a corrective action
If the necessary actions is not taken the people of these locality is going to switch to another network

Network signal is very very poor from 4 months. We can't use internet. Phone calls are cut automatically. We complaint jio care 10 times. But no any upgrade the network service. Please help us. Jio consumer are very huge, appropriately 10000 but network tower is only one. Please improve it. Otherwise we all are decided to covert our sim cards connecting from jio to airtel or vodafone....

I have call many many time at 198 but i am unable to find any solution regarding data speed.
Ur represenatatives tell me only one line everytime "we are trying"
But still i am suffering from very very slow data speed
Ur company claim 2mbps speed but u r giving 2mb/minute. It is fraud, cheating, with customers
I'll appeal in consumer court against you nd ur worst net speed...

I do not have internet connectivity since the last 5 days. The red light on the router keeps blinking. I have raised 3 service requests so far, two of those have been closed without even contacting me on resolving my problem. The customer care sucks and no one is even bothered to help the customer. All they can do is open a service request. The local Jio sales person Keshav, or the local jio technician Suresh do not bother to pick my calls....

For the last several days i am facing, connectivity issues, slow network speed. Nobody is bothered to resolve the issue despite of sending mail. Your complaint no 198 is useless and not working. Now i am going to file complaint on trai and consumer form for poor services of your company. Please review the issue.

Its has been more than 1 year. I am facing slow or no network when using internet.

Each request/complaint has been closed saying that there is network issue and we are working...

This is same update. I am getting for all complaints from past 1 year. I have reported my issue almost every week and each time. Request closed without solution

Can you fix network issue permanently...

My prepared jio number's outgoing calls are blocked, they said it is due to misuse and asked to recharge again, even though there was more than one months validity for the existing plan. Still recharged again, but within 10 days they again blocked the outgoing calls saying same reason. They are asking for recharge again to enable outgoing calls. Already i lost 700rs. If i recharge again and the things happens the same, then also i will loss...

I bought a new phone. Mi a2.in this phone jio giving double data voucher. But when i recharge my number i didn't get any double data voucher. When i'm trying to speak jio customer service they didn't speak properly. I'm eligible for this offer but they didn't giving me the double data voucher. I try them many times but they didn't give me proper answer. Please raise a complain against them....

For the last several days i am facing call drop, connectivity issues, slow network speed, voice problem, after few seconds voice disconnect on mobile. I have received a message that outgoing voice service on jio number [protected] has been discontinued due to misuse by making abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms & conditions under which the services are being provided. Please recharge and activate your upcoming plan through myjio app to continue using voice services.
But i have a plan valid till 12th august 2019 unlimited than why this is telling...

Very bad to say that jio is a fame company who do this again intially they say me within 90 days we expand our networks give us some time for this technical issue. I switch with airtel isp for 3 months, after 3 months i buy jio sim really this time what i got not even a single bar of network tell me where we go when this type of company cheated us. They are seriously give xcuse every time and said due to heavy viewers of jiotv that why buffering...

I'm a new user of jio and experience is too bad till date,
I'm facing extreme slowness in data speed for last 4 days @indirapuram, shakti khand 4,
Have requested multiple times on call center but not resolved. Every time it's said that it will take time as users have crossed limit.
Plz suggest if there is any solution else it will force us to switch to another operator....

In the kankurgachi area of kolkata, west bengal, we jio users facing problems of slow network. Though i have called their customer care but their executive said we are having strong signal there. But no measured had been taken. We still now facing the same problem. Moreover that whenever the recharge validity period come to end before 5-6 days, we face call drop, slow internet speed etc since very earlier time of their service. They charged...

call will be stopped after few rings ...
its also happening continuously to me nd my frnds nd relatives...
who r using jio number they are all facing same problem ...solve our problem...

Done A recharge of Jio 350 Rupees and they Offer me a 2 GB internet which is of speed 100 KBPS only And they asked in MBPS.In this offer I can't Do any call because in this 350 Rupees plan only offer me a Rubbish Cricket plan. I can feel like a Fool with that fraud.
Please help me To Get my Money back or recharge with talk time plan...

I am vimal from allahabad. This complaint is 3rd time and have a view on this. I have complaint for slow speed less than 2kbps and sometimes 0kbps we access on my home. This is from last 3 months.
Please find attachement for my home location since where we are not getting access to internet.

The internet speed near annie besant police chauki can access good speed upto 20kbps, but we can't....
