Dear sir this is to inform that my house located at no:836, 28 that cross street, phase-2 sathuvachari, vellore tamilnadu and the complaint is without my knowledge the pole is erected in front of the house which we are parking our vehicles and it's disturbing us lot and also affected elevation of building so please take necessary steps to shift the pole at compound walls ended opposite and we request you to do it immediately thanks

    I would like to tell them i am the students of class 11 and i will purchase online live course but in 7-10 days daily my live class is lost because i am face all of problem through your service link this problem in my area net connection is good and my net going very slow i will already complained to your customers care and tell all my problem and then they were abuse me and tell them what you can do do now no one ask me
    So i request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible

      Reliance jio infocomm — making customer fool by saying unlimited calls.
      I am using my reliance jio mobile number [protected] and recharged with rs. 399 on 31st july 2019 which has validity till 23rd oct 2019 but from yesterday evening my outgoing calls has been barred.

      Point 1: for your kind information my jio number is being only used for my personal communication with my family. So on what basis you have considered and what are the parameters which proves that my jio number is misused/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use.

      Point2: rs 399 plan validly is not expired yet and the plan itself says free voice calling/unlimited calling which means there is no bar/limitation on call duration. So why you have not mentioned this tnc applicable for voice call limitation when we do recharge.

      Poin3: customer care & senior executive said to recharge with 149 to continue the service as there is no other option to turn on my outgoing calls. So to turn on my outgoing calls, but what about the existing 399 plan? And why rs 149 recharge needed if my validity is not expired? What about next month once 149 validity expires?

      Pont4: i re - called to jio care but there was no positive response, in spite of solving the problem or escalating the issue she said only way to turn on outgoing is recharge with 149.

      Point5: i went through your tnc and it says
       voice is truly free – no charge towards voice or the data used to make 4g voice calls.
       this plan is intended only for personal use of included services. (* my number is in personal use only*)
       rjil reserves the right to discontinue the free voice benefits offered as part of this plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use (*prove that my number has been misuseed/fraudelent use/unothorized telemarketing and commercial use*)

      Pont6: nowhere in your tnc is written that there is certain parameter/limitation for voice calls. If there are some limitations then inform the customer upfront why it’s hidden from customers? And you are offering and marketing by promising that unlimited calls?

      It’s a polite request to solve my problem or communicate properly what you actually offer.

          I suffering from very worst internet speed in my area (amroli, surat) I have complained to jio customer care many from last 3 month, but they are just saying that we are working to improve speed, but we can't commit date.
          I has bee almost 3 month how much time they will take to resolve problem.
          They are taking full payment in recharge but not providing proper service this is clearly beach of contract.

            Company is only extending their customers but not improving their internet connectivity and now voice/volte also not works properly.

            The problem we are facing from feb 2019 onwards, compaints saveral times but they closes the complains without any resolution and notificaion.

            Finally from 4 jio sim, we have ported 3 of them...

            Jio is only looting their customers says 4g but its not even 2g.

            My compaint/request ids:

            1). Sr00000w9ns7 - 18-mar-2019

            2). Sr00000vzpzu - 06-mar-2019

            3). Sr00000vqwpd - 23-feb-2019

            And there were lot of more requests from ported numbers that i dont have record to show here...

            This is india's billionare's company jio from revolution to domination...

                Hi,

                I am getting an error pop up from so many days.
                when I open myjio app, it say Proactive SIM command error. I tried to connect with customer care from mobile number but trust me it never helped me to connect with customer care. it is jio sim card.
                Let me know why this error message is popups. and how you will help me to resolve this. I have attached incident photo as well.
                Many times I face issue with network connectivity and internet access as well. This is really irritating me.
                Sometime I feel to port the SIM card with other company. but having enough balance in SIM card I am not porting it.

                    In plan of 1699/ year.. We are given 1.5 gb data per day.. But it exhaust too early while when i am using vodafone than i used to get only 1 gb data still it doesnt exhaust.. There booster packs are too costly.. They are saying that they r providing 1
                    .5 gb but i dont think so as it exhausts too early.. And also on calling to customer care they dont provide any solution

                      My self abhijna, jio service customer felt really unhappy with the worst strategy of pulling the money from the customers. This is intolera149ble, how can one company so greedy for money. I recharged my jio number with 149, while this plan was active, i recharged again with 149 plan due to some cashback advantages. Now the old plan expired and new plan is active but if i try calling, it states " outgoing call restricted to violation of terms and conditions. Are you trying to fool the customers by this cheap tricks. I want complete details where i have violated the terms and conditions. I have used this sim only for calling only my family and for some personal numbers and you have no right to question that part. I have not used this sim for any other purpose. Funny thing is, i have talked more in other days than the day my calls got disconnected. Its a very cheap trick customers. I can provide u call proof. I want my 149 rs back or i can take this one to court of law. 149 is a big amount for me.

                        I'm using jio network. When i have upgraded my package from 449 to 1699 i have found an issue with my network. When we start browsing something network speed is 1m/s but still it's loading. While there comes an message that your internet is exuasted without even using it. I am suffering a lot with these network issues. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                          After waiting for call no one is talking. They talk with others. I am totally disappointed with jio service.

                          I have paid 2500 for jiofiber connection and jio member told me they install on 14th but today is 17th and no one is came for install. Is it a jio scheme to fool the people and make huge amount of money through there paid money interest in bank from there new client. Is it legal to take money without giving any service to client. I want my 2500 refund with interest. I want to fill rti for this and ask why company take my money without giving any service. I really disappointed with jio service and no one jio employee knew who can take my responsibility for install. I have ask several time with jio member who is installing jiofiber connection in my home and they tell every time that they don't know.

                          At the end they tell me money refunded in 30 days i don't know why is so long because they don't have given any router.

                          Such a worst service given by jio.

                              I recharged my jio number on 17-08-19 from myjio app for 399 rs (Discount voucher rs 50, hence total results to rs 349) and payed through google pay, and still my plan was not activated. Mobile number - [protected]. The money was deducted from the bank but i am neither able to make calls nor use the internet.

                              Please either refund my money or activate the plan. Whatever solution you choose, make it quick.

                                This is the first ever corporate store that’s same as a roadside orphan seller.

                                Very unprofessional staff. To my surprise, all the staff has same attitude towards work.

                                Staff skill level is utterly poor and zero respect for customers.

                                Staff has absolutely no knowledge about the issues and resolution than asking clients to call the customer support for info even if it’s a simple response.

                                Best of all responses, staff can’t get you a customer support contact number.

                                  The employee sitting at the jio recharge counter in reliance digital store at celebration mall, udaipur did not show any interest in discussing the jio recharge plans and was rather engaged in some other personal work including chit chatting with other female employees. Later, started yelling at us when asked to discuss the recharge plans second time. This act happened on 17th august 2019 at around 2:15 pm. Request strict action.

                                    Dear sir/ madam,

                                    I am a victim of smart business policies made by one of the biggest names in telecommunications industry popularly known as reliance jio infocomm limited. And, one of their unscrupulous way of making money can be explained through this instance wherein i had applied for number porting of two of my post paid numbers from vodafone to reliance jio which are (A[protected] and (B[protected], as i visited reliance jio store located at 198, rajdanga nabapally, kolkata - 700107 on 09.08.2019.

                                    But, when the porting was completed on 15.08.2019 i realized that the numbers were ported as pre paid instead of post paid for which i had to make a recharge of rs.197/- against each of the numbers which included rs.99/- for jio prime membership along with rs. 98/- for talk time and data plan for 28 days effective from 15.09.2019 to make the numbers usable.

                                    Now, to inform the mistake in porting i visited the jio store today again and the store accepted their mistake of porting the numbers as pre paid instead of post paid by an untrained staff which was the cause of this confusion. And, they made me fill up a form for transfer of the numbers from pre paid to post paid along with an additional payment of rs.349/- for each of the two connections which included rs.99/- for jio prime membership along rs.250/- as security deposit for talk time and data plan for 30 days.

                                    On inquiring the reason for paying jio membership twice once in pre paid and again in post paid i was told that this is a loophole in the system through which the company is making money in the name of membership which no other company charges. Also, as the numbers are about to be transferred to post paid from pre paid the recharged amount of rs.197/- against each number will be forfeited by the company and if i need any further clarifications i may contact the reliance jio grievance cell at number 198.in fact when i called up the number 198, i was surprised to hear that if a number is transferred to post paid from pre paid the money in the account is forfeited by the company instead of adjustment which is nothing but, cheating subscribers of their legitimate money against which the company claims and agrees to provide services.

                                    Hence, i come to you seeking justice wherein i am forced to pay twice an illogical payment of rs.99/- termed as membership which is itself questionable. Moreover, if i transfer my number from pre paid to post paid within the same company how can my money can be forfeited instead of adjusted as this is cheating taking opportunity of every situation to rob the subscribers.

                                      Ive done recharge with amount of 297 plan, but no call allowed from my phone (Vivo), useless plan for my simcard and phone,, and also network is not able to use with this plan from my phone, this is a huge lost, please reverse the recharge with ill do recharge with another plan...

                                      This plan benefits are not clearly explained in the details while im recharged with internet banking,,

                                        I tried to pay 399 for jio plan using upi but after accepting from my bank app there was no confirmation on jio app and after 5min page got automatically expired. 399 was deducted from my account! I tried again and same result (Page got expired and money got deducted)! Called customer care of jio they told it will get refunded in 6-7 days! So, now i payed 399 using debit card and successfully done! But then after 1-2 hr got msg that my upi payment was done! Now i have 2 upcoming plan which i didnt plan for!
                                        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
