I recharged 19 rupees plan which was activated. On the same day i recharged 21 rupees plan but my plan was not activated. I asked the customer care service agent but they only said that they didn't get my money and if deducted my money will be back by 24 hours.
48 hours gone i didn't receive my money.
I have done both recharge from sbi internet banking.

    I have. Port my idea number to jio first one and half month the speed which i got is very good but now internet speed is only 10 to 40 kbps, i unable even surf google realy discounted after changing carrier
    I have complaint it lot of time to nko customer care but no any change they only told that switch off your phone, remove sim card and then switch on cell phone again.
    Need immediate attention on my complaint, since i am feeling cheated by jio telecom

      But they didt give any notification regarding the excess use of outgoing call. Know they are asking for recharge againg nd my previous plan is expaired on octuber... Nd the plan wass rs399 unlimited call . Then what does it mean..?

        Dear sir,
        Iam ur customer from the day u started jio phones
        I have buy an jio phone with cost of 1500 r/s 1 months ago my phn has got an problem that not hearing the voice during the incoming or out going calls

        I went to ur jio phn store witch was located in mp at mandideep on swing my phn they r saying that ur phn was but up to u know i doesn’t fall my phn in they r saying that it’s not poseble for repair so pls tell me how can i proceed either it is in largala way iam ready to copy an case so pls humble request for u please give me a new phone and tha return money

            This is to inform you that i am facing slow internet speed from last few days in ahmedabad gujarat. To raise a complaint for this i regularly calling jio help line number [protected] but when just the call gets connected to the executive they just said their name and then call disconnected without any reason. It is not happening with one call, it's happening with every call very pathetic service.

              Last year, due to several issues, we decided to port our corporate mobile connection from airtel to reliance jio as they were promising better services and ease o[censored]se.

              We had 9 connections to port but due to some technical problems, only 8 numbers were ported to jio. We left the issue for some days and tried to port the number again after a month. After multiple phone calls and coordination, mr. Sujoy senapati from reliance jio agreed to try once again and assured us of a successful porting. A month passed and we did not receive any communication from him, after which we decided to call him up ourselves. Upon asking him the status, he seemed clueless regarding the situation and informed us a day later that the request has been rejected again but could not give a satisfying reason.

              Now, after several months, we are trying once again to port our employees' phone number but they are not showing any interest. Our relationship manager, ms. Saadia sitawat was contacted multiple times over the phone and she went as far as to say that, "sir, no one wants to come just for one connection." upon pressing some more, she finally asked us to leave her an email (Attached below) to which we received no response.

              We then ended up complaining to jio care (Emails attached) but it all went in vain as they do not provide any response. All they say is that our request is being attended to and they will get back soon but nothing happens.

              My complaint is that be it 1 connection or 100, the service expected from a big company like jio is top notch. But it is simply the opposite. We simply want that all our employees come under the umbrella of one network so that it is easier to communicate and also to pay bills and take up complaints. Hope the issue is resolved soon or we will be moving back to airtel.

                Dear team,

                I get a speed of less than 50 kbps when i have more than 1gb data and additional 6 gb data.. I called customer care and informed about it and from 3 months they are resolving the issue. They say that there are more users in my area and that the internet is running at 50 kbps.

                I get better speed on vodafone 4g in same location, network issue in train. I have called so many times on jio customer care toll free number but nobody responded. I am extremely disappointed with your services. Plz resolve my problem asap.

                Stay @ badlapur east, traveling from badlapur to vikhroli office @ vikhroli, godrej one.

                  I ported my sim to Jio 2 months ago. And suddenly on Friday 2nd August my Jio sim got discontinued. I called customer care for same reason and they said to visit Jio Digital store. I'm visiting store everyday but store is closed since last 3 days. Nobody able to contact me from last 3 days. Please do something about this.

                    Jio is treating their customers very badly.. I have a plan of ₹149 which gives 1.50GB daily .. the usage got renewed at 12.43am and by 1.43 am it got exhausted.. I was shocked to see as I haven’t used the internet.. customer care advisor was so rude and unhelpful.. they said I have used it that’s y it has exhausted.. this is awful and I will definitely change the provider as this is not the way .. when I hv nt used data why it has been exhausted without any reason.. I don’t mind if I hv used the plan, why would I chase customer service at 2.10am.. unacceptable behaviour

                    Even after recharge, the number has not been activated and its not working.
                    I lost my money.
                    Now should I deactivate and discard all my Jio numbers ??

                      Jio network is very weak in my area. I complaint several times but there is no improvement. What should i do? I think 250 jio cards active in my village. I wait only 1 months. You are not changing your network service we are all card mnp in other company. So i request u make networks in my village. Land requires i provide you.                         I[censored] cannot cater to the needs of the customer y do have people standing and selling ur product on the street.. I get better speed on airtel and idea 3g connections.. I am def looking for ward to ask my family and friends to reduce ur burden by moving out o[censored]r network so that other users can get a better service. Since you cant do anything about it. I guess we have to help u!!

                          I have call many many time at 198 but i am unable to find any solution regarding data speed.
                          Ur represenatatives tell me only one line everytime "we are trying"
                          But still i am suffering from very very slow data speed and call drops

                            I'm complaining about weak 4g network connection in my village. There is no proper network connection in my villege. Even people are not able to call someone during any emergency or anytime due to this week network so please give your best sevice in my village. Here net connection is not much better.in this 4g generation we are using net connection because of in this era in village people are not much literate.. And almost all young generation want to know more and more via 4g network.. And i had already drop a complaint regarding this network issue but still there is a no any improvement. So pls do your best in my village and try to resolve this problem

                                I want to complain regarding the security deposit i made for installation of their service on 2nd may, 18. I got relocated to a different place during august, 19 end.

                                Till now i have done multiple follow-ups since july 2019, with them and they have not refunded the security deposit back to me nor took my box. No one even picks up the call when contacted customer care.

                                This is really disappointing that at the time of installation they did multiple follow-ups and resolved all issues. And now even after asking them to shift the services to the adjacent sector, they said that first, you have to terminate your existing services and then invite the new services in different sector.
                                Now they are not completing the process, even the device pick up wasn’t done from a week of asking to terminate the services.
                                Now i just have the agents mobile number who actually installed services at our place and requested him to proceed cancellation and refund my money. Presently even he is not responding to my calls properly.
                                Don't know what can be done in this regard. Highly disappointed.

                                  I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the rs. 399 plan on 3rd of august 2019 by net banking from icici bank account from my desk top computer, exactly on the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge as well as not able to call anybody. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.399 is transaction id [protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging. Please resolve immediately.

                                    I have recharge my jio sim from rs 399 on 09.07.2019 and validity upto 01 oct. 2019. All calls free and daily 1.5 gb data daily in this plan but from 01.08.2019 jio block my outgoing call without any notice.
                                    On 01.08.2019 i found that my outgoing call is blocked without any notice. When i call my family member on 01.08.2019 then i got one msg from jio that i am missuse this plan. I was very surprised for know outgoing call blocked reason that i misuse the call. I made all calls from this number to my family members and friends only. And next day on 02.08.2019 i am very surprised again that jio send a warning message that jio will be disconnect the outgoing call.
                                    That mean they disconnect my call before the warning.
                                    When i try to call jio customer care from my jio number but the call automatically disconnected every time. I also try to make a call from other jio number but customer care executive says that your jio number account is not accessible.
                                    I am not able talk jio customer care to resolve this. May be the block this.
                                    When i make a call the phone give a voice message that your outgoing call block due to misuse of calling. Please recharge with another plan. This is really a fraud that they are unnecessary forcing to make another recharge. I think jio using this dirty mind trick to make more money from their costumers.

                                      Above both are post paid with jio from may 2019.
                                      Both cells under 199 plan, approximately monthly bill is 199+ gst = 237, bills are generating on every month 21 day and bill paid dues 27 of month and 7nth next month with fine rs. +5 and after 8th of next month is rs.+100
                                      Jio s billing and due date and fine is very good. But before period of due for bills jio blocked out going with saying that "your limit is exhaust, paid interim payment"

                                      Wrong think doing with customer :

                                      If service provide post paid by jio, jio should know what ever bills are claimed by jio, customer must have to paid it. If customer have not paid in type bill, they should paid with penalty to jio, why jio want to blocked their service to customer this is absolutely wrong think doing

                                      Jio is more financial benefit, if it is customer paid late payment to joi.
                                      Jio should know who are opted for postpaid services means they are eligibility to claiming telephone reimbursement from their office with telephonic bills

                                      Do not harass to customer, because now a days communication is very important to all

                                      My services are blocked on 08.07.2019 and 31.07.2019 for both cells
                                      God know further next what would be happen

                                      I am not opted credit limits for my cells, and i have asked with customer care, what is the credit limit, can explain me, he answered me "as record your credit limit is over, hence you should paid payment other no outgoing services" i asked him my payment due to up to 07.08.2019, i want to pay with penalty, but he saying "no first you have to pay payment then only blockage is opened"

                                      Jio consider these point for removing of blockage service to customer

                                        Hi,
                                        I am living in sbp-city of dreams, sector-116, mohali, punjab. We all in our society are facing serious network issue with jio connection. After a series of email conversation with jio care we are getting reply that they are working to improve this but it's almost a year now and issue is still there
                                        In my last email conversation they told me that network is working good outside but when i test the network using jio app it gave - ve result. I have attached the screen shot of that test. If i believe customer care even then it's impossible for anyone to go outside every time to pick/ make a call or to access internet.
                                        I belive this complaint will get notified to right person and we get a working solution soon else we all living here have no other choice to port our connections.
                                        I would really appreciate an urgency from jio to solve this matter.

                                        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Call drop in JIo has been to the extreme in the last few days. It takes atleast 2-3 calls to connect a single time. This is is common for all my friends but no one seems to be responding.

                                        The matter has been raised multiple times but no avail
