I given complaint more then two times on my jio net work, my internet is some times not working some times working very slow, not even 2g speed, from 1 month i am waiting to solution but still now i dint get. I use to invest on share market, with out internet i cont work. Even signals very poor on my network, this issue i am facing after converting my network airtel to jio,

I have recharged my jio number [protected] with rs. 399 for 3 months validity before one month but few days ago suddenly my outgoing calls are blocked. Firstly they blocked my number then they sent msg your number is blocked due to missuing. They should send before so that i aware and i am using my number for personal use not for doing business. I called jio customer care they told you have to recharge again and your last recharge is wasted...

I had recharged my jio number 7xxxxxxxx5 for the rs 52 plan on 23rd of july 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and also the myjio app is not recognizing any recharge. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs. 52 is qsbixxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxotr7. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve immediately.

Jio net has been too slow in our area since long time .There is required to improve jio service otherwise jio user will port in other service provider. everyday our data has been left. We are facing lots of trouble due to slow net. Nowadays every work depend on net .Net is too slow to sent a whatsapp a whatsapp massage.

I applied for jio gigafiber connection in. May 2019.in Bengaluru the connection was never installed and received no connection what so ever.i applying for refund of security deposit of RS 4500.00 but I am still waiting for my amount for 4months. I sent 20 Emails and made over 65 calls to customer care.inthish period.but absolutely no action order number NO0000A19DO4-, service request number SR00000XSJFH-9/07/19, 00000XEX00...

I cancelled my jio fiber connection on 15 April 2019, and still not i have not received my security deposit. my service id is[protected].

i tried reaching customer service since it is always redirecting me to the new connection zone i am not able to reach the customer service engineer.

i tried sending email, no response, twitter no response....

I am facing network issues at my office, and I have given numerous complaints over last 2 years with no relief and resolution of my problem. Being a businessman I am missing emergency calls. I have spent so many hours together speaking with customer services with no response Kindly please look into to the matter.

Myself Muthukumar, I tried to recharge my wife's Jio no. for ₹399 plan (2GB/DAY PACKS) using Myjio app through Billdesk gateway, but it got failed but the amount got deducted. I have the bank reference no. Please kindly take necessary action to refund my amount. The transaction details are not listed in myjio app to complaint customer care....

I have my last recharge on my number on 21st of june (Last month) for ₹448. Jio is supposed to give me unlimited calls and 2gb data per day. On 18th of july, they discontinued my outgoing call facility saying that there has been so many calls from my number. But the fact is my average call for a days is about 70-90 minutes. I'm aware that they can discontinue my calls if i exceed 3000 minutes a month or 300 minutes a day. But my call logs...

Myself shaik feroz ashraf, my employee id was 60388112. I gave my resignation on 30th april 2019. I have completed my notice period also but till now my fnf and claim amount not credited in my account. Can u please suggest what can i do for it.
Actually the fnf amount is credited into account within 45 days but till now 70 days completed i have called to seniors and hr about it but there is no response plz take immediate...

I am complaining about the slow service of internet. The internet is not working as it should be. Earlier it was good but now it is not. The internet is working slower than jio promises. And i m not satisfied with this low speed. I have purchased the jio pack for a good and fast internet, not for what they give. If they won't solve my problem, i might port it to another company....

I had bought a sim with number [protected], because of some issue and emergency i wasn't been able to access my number. But when i started my sim back again, they had already transferred it to someone else. I have whole recording of me and person from there side, rather then providing solution he was raising his voice and shouting, my accounts are linked to it, how can they do such things to me, it actually a cause of concern and mental tenaion....

Facing call drop since 1 week. Even i call 198 on jio. But executive deepak denied to book complaint. When i told him to transfer to senior he also denied. And pressure me to cut the call
. Also i called the dealer in khair hari sanchar. He also not giev the proper response. When i call him de not pick the phone. After making call several times he picked and he also give the same answer nothing can be done....

Today i visited jio office at budh vihar, and i park my bike in front of office. Than suddenly a person shouted that whose bike is this. And jio staff said 'chada de jiski bhi ho' i said how r u saying this.
I m ur customer and came for purchase new sim. He had started abusing languages to me. I don't know his know his name. But his behaviour was so rude. After all incident i didn't take jio sim
I want stick action on that...

Toady at 11:57am i got a call from this no ([protected]) he was saying that i am calling from jio and you no won a prize of rupees 25 lakh, and he gave a another no by saying that what's app on this no then you ll get all details about cash .
I have recording also of the conversation....

They are blocking my number again and again to saying that misused to make high number of outgoing calls. They blocked my number on june 20, 2019 and once again on july 16, 2019 while i have recharged on march 31st (399), june 21st (19), june 24th (98) 2019. Yet they are blocking me. While they are committing unlimited call. I want that they resume my plan of 399 and return of 98 plan. I make 432 total voice calls between 17th april to 16th...
