Hi sir,
I have recharged my jio sim on 8th june with the rs99 plan which is activated since 13th august on my number. This plan is not working in my phone at all because i can't even call and use my data in any way with it.
I kindly request you to please deactivate my current plan because it disorder in my work and daily life.
I will be greatly thankful to you.

Hello sir yesterday (I. E, 14/08/2019) i recharged my mobile number ([protected] through myjio app. I liked to do recharge of 349/-. I have nearly 8 coupons so, i applied one of them and then i paid remaining amount 299/- in phonepe. Amount deducted, myjio app also showed successful message also. Even tho, myjio app not showing any reference and of my recharge (Transaction)

I'm attaching the phonepay transaction reference details. Please take appropriate action. Thanks

Recharge failed and money deducted to my bank account number.

Then after i do another recharge on the same number [protected]. Then recharge successfully.

98 rupees recharge done on 12th august 2019 morning but not reflected in myjioapp
Debited from my bank account.
I waited till whole day and again recharged 98 rupees on 13th august.
Recharge done on 13th is successful but failed on 12th august

I request to refund my 12th august debited amount i. E. 98

My number is [protected] on this number incoming calls and incoming messages are not coming while on the other end outgoing service is in working condition i complaint no of times on jio customer support and also write mail on jio care but my problem is still not being resolved i was continuously making complaints from 6 aug today it's 14 of aug but no proper response from jio support and for now if i am trying to call to jio support my call is automatically being cut down by company side without making conversation with executive

Amount debited from account but recharge not done
Recharge done through net banking ref#igaguegn15 on 12th august 2019 and amount was debited from my bank account but recharge of 399 rs. Yet to be reflected in my jio sim account. As i am trying to call on customer care but no use please look into this matter and
Please refund back the amount as soon as possible

I had tried to recharge my 2 jio mobile numbers through my jio app on 6th july 2019. 1st was successful but 2nd was unsuccessful. Both payment was of amount 349rs.

I made a complaint on [protected]@jio.com and got following reply

I understand from your email that your jio number is not yet credited with recharge benefits.

Currently, i am unable to see the recharge of rs.399 on your account. However, it can take upto 24 hours for the recharge to reflect in your account.

I would advise you to wait for this time frame.

If, for any reason, the recharge is not successful, the amount will be credited back to your bank account in 10 days (3 days, in case, the payment was made through a wallet).

After complaining in my bank (Icici) reply was -

We understand your concern.
With reference to your mail, we inform you that your transaction of rs. 349
Is successfully credited to the beneficiary account vide rrn number
[protected] and[protected].

Hence, we request you to co-ordinate with merchant with reference number
[protected] and[protected] for further assistance. If the amount is not
Credited to merchant account, we request you to provide us the merchant mail
Confirmation which indicates that amount is not credited to merchant account
To assist you further in this regards.

So jio company has stolen my 349rs.

Your company call to me and said jio wifi project is arrived through govt of india, your land is required submit all document for work. I submit all the documents but they said submit noc & suggest me to help for this and demand 16500rs for noc paper. Then they told me they will call me on 13 aug 2019. But they switch off their number and they told me that they inform me that they are coming my distract court for agreement. Please help me.

I am using jio sim for making calls or browse internet.
Jio was providing good network coverage / internet speed initial days.
But now the coverage is very low and the internet speed is also very low in my home location.
Registered complaints multiple times, but every time they are closing the ticket after informing that coverage will be improved within 6 months. But nothing has happened yet.
Please do the needful to address this.

My jio Sim is not working so I went to nearby jio store but those people are not interested to resolve the problem even the store is going closed since last 3 days. The shutter of the store is half closed and a slip stuck on the door where a message is written that outside for the emergency work while the staff is inside the store. App while other jio # [protected] they allowed. But they ban specially
My number. Every time they force to recharge jio.com and warning me
That you can't recharge your number using other app like paytm, phone
Pe, freecharge, amazon etc. All proof already attached in file. Kindly

I have done wrong recharge on [[protected]]. I have done recharge of 799 rs via phonepe apk. And it showing payment is success. I have done recharge on 11 aug 2019. Jio money transaction id is[n1908111413190796719858]. Kindly reverse my payment to the orgin account. Cause that no is not my no. So kindly look into this matter. So that i can get my refundback

I am facing this issue since last five days. Everyday Jio Data is Automatically getting exhausted by doing light browsing. IN few minutes of browsing got the message you have exhausted 50% of data and again in few time 100%.

Where as on Airtel I can see no such thing is happening.

There is no Windows Updates turned on or mobile updates, also I am compelled to watch videos in 144quality.

Dear team,
As i noticed few months that jio data is getting exhausted without using. I surfing only social network and it says data exhausted. I also connect my phone with my laptop and see that data consumes without using also not very clear of data usage in myjio app. It is very painful for me to recharge again with topup. Please do not steal the data such way. So
I think that i will switch other network. Please jio team look into these matter otherwise you will loose your valuable customers.

Getting unsolicited phone calls from UP East and UP west on a daily basis. From numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. As per Truecaller these belong to Uttar Pradesh. Looks like it all coordinated harressment.
Please do the needful. I blocked these numbers. Keep getting call from new ones from same regions. Going to police station also as and when I get time.

I belong from almora and i bought a jio phon but recently it can not work and opne.
And it is under warnty and when i went jio center they said me that your litms paper is red.
But when i bought then they work donot tell to coustmer these situation.

So i request you when you make law then please inform to people.
Donot keep consumer in a betray.

Hi there is an area where the people of central government employees are residing thousands in between newai and utai villages. The jio 4g network internet speed is providing very low. All incoming calls to jio customers says out of network coverage. Several times had complained to jio customer care to provide quality network coverage. But they had asked to provide some details without rectifying problems. When there is no network coverage to up to the mark then what necessary of details in which site low speed. Its vogue answer to confuse the customer. Jio 4g may provide quality network coverage to the area immediately other wise we will port out to other network. This is utter failure of tower maintained by concerned persons. So you are requested to do things normal otherwise you will loss more customers and we will take airtel connection.

Jio data is worst in banglore, network is full but what's app msg also is not sent. That much poor data service from jio, customer service only say more users and we are improving that's it,, they saying from past 3months. But no improvement.

When we are talking about upgradation of digital india each every day. When we have reached to moon when we are became a superpower of the globe when we are using 4g but in my place in my village area there using 2g network how pathetic. Is this really so called reliance digital marketing? Where we are getting 00.13 kbps speed instead of at least 1mbps? But why? We are not paying for it? We are not in part of india? Then why your net is here? Take it away not required we are happy with out network. I have raised same complain six months back but no use it's became more pathatic now a days. You are also in same track of airtel dear jio team good luck and thanks for ua pathetic service

Hi,
I have another number [protected]. I was using it in jio phone for more than one year. Due to some technical issues in phone i decided to buy a new phone and then called the jio customer service to know the process to migrate to new phone.

I followed the process and accordingly did bundle recharge of rs 498 with utr[protected] at 10.25pm, 7th aug, 2019.

However after recharge also sim is not working. I called the customer care and then came to know that sim will not work in nokia 2g phone. Now this recharge of 498 has gone waste.

Since its not my mistake and i followed all the steps shown by jio customer care, i request you to cancel my recharge done and refund the amount.

Its been almost 10 hour passed and i raised the issue within 2 hours of my recharge only still i didn’t got refund.

Please help
