I just spoke with your customer care executive on 198 my experience was very pathetic with your services.
I spoke with all your following executives:-
1. Mohsin - I told all my issues to this person and in between of checking the information he transferred my call to jio money helpline without informing & intimating me.
2. Dinesh - I asked for an escalation to this person on my second call. He transferred the call to an floor supervisor named SAMIKSHA. I keep on asking her "why my call was transferred to the Jio Money helpline" I requested her to let me know but she was denying me for everything like an above escalation, even to solve my problem and in the end she told me "Kya ho aap..?, Baat karna seekho pehle tameez se..!! Me acche se baat karri hu na.. nai toh.. !!!" what was that "nai toh..??"
I was really surprised that how worst service you people provide nowadays I used to trust Jio after it's launch but now there's nothing good in Jio. No network connectivity, No initivatives to solve a problem by your agents, also there's a rude behavior, rude responses, slang talks, and much more..
I want jio to look into this matter and make it resolve also kindly reply me with the results & resolutions you've come up to..
