Dear jio team
I'm a new user of jio and experience is too bad till date,
I'm facing extreme slowness in data speed for last 4 days @indirapuram, shakti khand 4,
Have requested multiple times on call center but not resolved. Every time it's said that it will take time as users have crossed limit.
Plz suggest if there is any solution else it will force us to switch to another operator.

    In the kankurgachi area of kolkata, west bengal, we jio users facing problems of slow network. Though i have called their customer care but their executive said we are having strong signal there. But no measured had been taken. We still now facing the same problem. Moreover that whenever the recharge validity period come to end before 5-6 days, we face call drop, slow internet speed etc since very earlier time of their service. They charged for their service without given proper service n unwilling to listen the problem.

        Done A recharge of Jio 350 Rupees and they Offer me a 2 GB internet which is of speed 100 KBPS only And they asked in MBPS.In this offer I can't Do any call because in this 350 Rupees plan only offer me a Rubbish Cricket plan. I can feel like a Fool with that fraud.
        Please help me To Get my Money back or recharge with talk time plan

          (आपके जियो नंबर [protected] पर असामान्य रूप से ज्यादा आउटगोइंग कॉल कर दुरुपयोग किए जाने के कारण आउटगोइंग वॉइस सेवा बंद कर दी गई है। यह नियम और शर्तों का उल्लंघन है जिसके अंतर्गत सेवाएं प्रदान की जा रही हैं। वॉइस सेवाओं का उपयोग जारी रखने के लिए कृपया मायजियो ऐप के माध्यम से अपनी आने वाले प्लान को रिचार्ज करें और एक्टिवेट करें।)
          इसके बाद मैं jio costomer care call किया तो फिर दुबारा रिचार्ज करने के लिए बोले।
          मुझे ये नहीं बताया गया कि किस कारण से मेरा outgoing calls बंद किया गया। जबकि unlimited calls सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
          मैं उम्मीद करता हूं कि आप हमारी मदद करें। और हमारी नंबर पर सभी outgoing कॉल चालू कराने की मांग करे।

            Hi jio team,

            I am vimal from allahabad. This complaint is 3rd time and have a view on this. I have complaint for slow speed less than 2kbps and sometimes 0kbps we access on my home. This is from last 3 months.
            Please find attachement for my home location since where we are not getting access to internet.

            The internet speed near annie besant police chauki can access good speed upto 20kbps, but we can't. Please increase frequency for internet access speed.

            I would be glad to hear the news to get away from slow internet access problem in comming days and think your team will soon set this problem.

              My name is deepak and my jio number is [protected]. After i filed a complaint against them they started my services like calling and internet but internet speed remains like or worsen than 2g. The maximum speed which i get is 10/sec. It lowers after 7pm even google homepage didn't open. My alternative number is [protected]. I also attached a video regarding this issue.

              doesn't matter how many times you complaint.. they will simply say usage is high in your area. So, your are getting low speed. when you ask for better coverage they will say that they are working on it and there is no particular time frame. After 5/6 years also they will give you same answer. Not just this company everyone other company is same..

              forgot to mention customer service representatives are horrible, rude & useless. when you greet them with polite they will say "YES" and they don't even have time to wait for 30 seconds for customers response on live chat. Its their own internet connection which is slow, don't know when they will realise that. They're appointed to give us response from bunch of pre-installed templates on their screen.

                My name is deepak. I have done a recharge of 399 for my jio number [protected] a few days back but after 24 july 2019 everything stops. Even i unable to call customer care. For this i called customer care through my friend phone number and they told me that their is no active plan on my number. I also attached the screen shot of my jio app which shows everything. My alternative number is [protected].

                  When i am calling to other networks like airtel, vodafone etc., the calls are droping after 10 to 15 secs. But while calling to jio network its working fine. I have called their customer care regarding this but they are not providing proper solution to fix the problem. This call drop issue is is happening only with the jio network. I am also using bsnl network but i have not faced a single call drop issue on it. The jio network is worst in this case. Also during the night time the internet is not working properly i made a complaint on customer care and they verified and agreed that there is a problem in internet speed during the night time between 8 to 12. The told me that they would fix it within 3 months but it has been more than 6 months and i am facing the same problem till now.

                    I given complaint more then two times on my jio net work, my internet is some times not working some times working very slow, not even 2g speed, from 1 month i am waiting to solution but still now i dint get. I use to invest on share market, with out internet i cont work. Even signals very poor on my network, this issue i am facing after converting my network airtel to jio,
                    I have wasted my valuable time on to complaint on jio network.

                      I have recharged my jio number [protected] with rs. 399 for 3 months validity before one month but few days ago suddenly my outgoing calls are blocked. Firstly they blocked my number then they sent msg your number is blocked due to missuing. They should send before so that i aware and i am using my number for personal use not for doing business. I called jio customer care they told you have to recharge again and your last recharge is wasted

                        I had recharged my jio number 7xxxxxxxx5 for the rs 52 plan on 23rd of july 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and also the myjio app is not recognizing any recharge. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs. 52 is qsbixxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxotr7. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve immediately.

                          Jio net has been too slow in our area since long time .There is required to improve jio service otherwise jio user will port in other service provider. everyday our data has been left. We are facing lots of trouble due to slow net. Nowadays every work depend on net .Net is too slow to sent a whatsapp a whatsapp massage.

                              I cancelled my jio fiber connection on 15 April 2019, and still not i have not received my security deposit. my service id is[protected].

                              i tried reaching customer service since it is always redirecting me to the new connection zone i am not able to reach the customer service engineer.

                              i tried sending email, no response, twitter no response.

                              I did multiple recharges due to some network problem. It recharged for 2245. Kindly refund my amount.

I have the bank reference no. Please kindly take necessary action to refund my amount. The transaction details are not listed in myjio app to complaint customer care.

                                    I have my last recharge on my number on 21st of june (Last month) for ₹448. Jio is supposed to give me unlimited calls and 2gb data per day. On 18th of july, they discontinued my outgoing call facility saying that there has been so many calls from my number. But the fact is my average call for a days is about 70-90 minutes. I'm aware that they can discontinue my calls if i exceed 3000 minutes a month or 300 minutes a day. But my call logs are only for 2400 minutes till 18th of july and my longest call streak for a day is of 166 minutes only. My recharge plan is going to end on 12th of sept. I want my outgoing call facility back or you pay me back my recharge amount.

                                      Myself shaik feroz ashraf, my employee id was 60388112. I gave my resignation on 30th april 2019. I have completed my notice period also but till now my fnf and claim amount not credited in my account. Can u please suggest what can i do for it.
                                      Actually the fnf amount is credited into account within 45 days but till now 70 days completed i have called to seniors and hr about it but there is no response plz take immediate action.
