I want to complain regarding the security deposit i made for installation of their service on 2nd may, 18. I got relocated to a different place during august, 19 end.

Till now i have done multiple follow-ups since july 2019, with them and they have not refunded the security deposit back to me nor took my box. No one even picks up the call when contacted customer care.

This is really disappointing that at the time of installation they did multiple follow-ups and resolved all issues. And now even after asking them to shift the services to the adjacent sector, they said that first, you have to terminate your existing services and then invite the new services in different sector.
Now they are not completing the process, even the device pick up wasn’t done from a week of asking to terminate the services.
Now i just have the agents mobile number who actually installed services at our place and requested him to proceed cancellation and refund my money. Presently even he is not responding to my calls properly.
Don't know what can be done in this regard. Highly disappointed.

    I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the rs. 399 plan on 3rd of august 2019 by net banking from icici bank account from my desk top computer, exactly on the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge as well as not able to call anybody. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.399 is transaction id [protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging. Please resolve immediately.

      I have recharge my jio sim from rs 399 on 09.07.2019 and validity upto 01 oct. 2019. All calls free and daily 1.5 gb data daily in this plan but from 01.08.2019 jio block my outgoing call without any notice.
      On 01.08.2019 i found that my outgoing call is blocked without any notice. When i call my family member on 01.08.2019 then i got one msg from jio that i am missuse this plan. I was very surprised for know outgoing call blocked reason that i misuse the call. I made all calls from this number to my family members and friends only. And next day on 02.08.2019 i am very surprised again that jio send a warning message that jio will be disconnect the outgoing call.
      That mean they disconnect my call before the warning.
      When i try to call jio customer care from my jio number but the call automatically disconnected every time. I also try to make a call from other jio number but customer care executive says that your jio number account is not accessible.
      I am not able talk jio customer care to resolve this. May be the block this.
      When i make a call the phone give a voice message that your outgoing call block due to misuse of calling. Please recharge with another plan. This is really a fraud that they are unnecessary forcing to make another recharge. I think jio using this dirty mind trick to make more money from their costumers.

        Above both are post paid with jio from may 2019.
        Both cells under 199 plan, approximately monthly bill is 199+ gst = 237, bills are generating on every month 21 day and bill paid dues 27 of month and 7nth next month with fine rs. +5 and after 8th of next month is rs.+100
        Jio s billing and due date and fine is very good. But before period of due for bills jio blocked out going with saying that "your limit is exhaust, paid interim payment"

        Wrong think doing with customer :

        If service provide post paid by jio, jio should know what ever bills are claimed by jio, customer must have to paid it. If customer have not paid in type bill, they should paid with penalty to jio, why jio want to blocked their service to customer this is absolutely wrong think doing

        Jio is more financial benefit, if it is customer paid late payment to joi.
        Jio should know who are opted for postpaid services means they are eligibility to claiming telephone reimbursement from their office with telephonic bills

        Do not harass to customer, because now a days communication is very important to all

        My services are blocked on 08.07.2019 and 31.07.2019 for both cells
        God know further next what would be happen

        I am not opted credit limits for my cells, and i have asked with customer care, what is the credit limit, can explain me, he answered me "as record your credit limit is over, hence you should paid payment other no outgoing services" i asked him my payment due to up to 07.08.2019, i want to pay with penalty, but he saying "no first you have to pay payment then only blockage is opened"

        Jio consider these point for removing of blockage service to customer

          Hi,
          I am living in sbp-city of dreams, sector-116, mohali, punjab. We all in our society are facing serious network issue with jio connection. After a series of email conversation with jio care we are getting reply that they are working to improve this but it's almost a year now and issue is still there
          In my last email conversation they told me that network is working good outside but when i test the network using jio app it gave - ve result. I have attached the screen shot of that test. If i believe customer care even then it's impossible for anyone to go outside every time to pick/ make a call or to access internet.
          I belive this complaint will get notified to right person and we get a working solution soon else we all living here have no other choice to port our connections.
          I would really appreciate an urgency from jio to solve this matter.

          Call drop in JIo has been to the extreme in the last few days. It takes atleast 2-3 calls to connect a single time. This is is common for all my friends but no one seems to be responding.

          The matter has been raised multiple times but no avail

              I am jio user. I am not facing any problem about this jio in my area before rather than slow net. Its not my problem i dont think about this. But this time every day we dont get any network in night and morning and evening also having slow net. This is not only my problem its for all my area. We have jio tower near us. Before instaling this tower we got network. After installing tower we also get network but since 2 or 3 days ago we r not getting network in night and morning. We have slow network in the evening. This problem is only for jio user for my area. Others network like airtel, voda doing nothing. My area name is thoubal district, thoubal kshetrileikai haotabi lampak manak, 795138, manipur. Please solve this problem as fast as possible.

                  I just spoke with your customer care executive on 198 my experience was very pathetic with your services.

                  I spoke with all your following executives:-

                  1. Mohsin - I told all my issues to this person and in between of checking the information he transferred my call to jio money helpline without informing & intimating me.

                  2. Dinesh - I asked for an escalation to this person on my second call. He transferred the call to an floor supervisor named SAMIKSHA. I keep on asking her "why my call was transferred to the Jio Money helpline" I requested her to let me know but she was denying me for everything like an above escalation, even to solve my problem and in the end she told me "Kya ho aap..?, Baat karna seekho pehle tameez se..!! Me acche se baat karri hu na.. nai toh.. !!!" what was that "nai toh..??"

                  I was really surprised that how worst service you people provide nowadays I used to trust Jio after it's launch but now there's nothing good in Jio. No network connectivity, No initivatives to solve a problem by your agents, also there's a rude behavior, rude responses, slang talks, and much more..

                  I want jio to look into this matter and make it resolve also kindly reply me with the results & resolutions you've come up to..

                  I have done recharge on 2nd aug of 149 from my Jio no to another Jio number. the amount was debited from my account but till now we didn't receive any message from Jio..I want my 149 refund.cos I have done recharge on that no.
                  I'm asking a question about my data deduction when Mr. Arnab Roy unable to give me the details I said tranfer the call and he disconnect the call...I have to advise the jio team what is the behaviour of a advisor who is taking the salary to help the customer

                      Network signal is very very poor from 4 months. We can't use internet. Phone calls are cut automatically. We complaint jio care 10 times. But no any upgrade the network service. Please help us. Jio consumer are very huge, appropriately 10000 but network tower is only one. Please improve it. Otherwise we all are decided to covert our sim cards connecting from jio to airtel or vodafone.

                        Ur represenatatives tell me only one line everytime "we are trying"

                          I do not have internet connectivity since the last 5 days. The red light on the router keeps blinking. I have raised 3 service requests so far, two of those have been closed without even contacting me on resolving my problem. The customer care sucks and no one is even bothered to help the customer. All they can do is open a service request. The local Jio sales person Keshav, or the local jio technician Suresh do not bother to pick my calls. The last service request I raised now is SR00000Y3N59. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to have someone contact me. This is HORRIBLE SERVICE. The connection is highly unreliable and every month there is some issue or the other. I need someone to look into this IMMEDIATELY and solve the problem, or cancel my subscription and refund me Rs 4500 as promised. I cannot wait anymore. This is pure HARASSMENT.

                              Its has been more than 1 year. I am facing slow or no network when using internet.

                              Each request/complaint has been closed saying that there is network issue and we are working...

                              This is same update. I am getting for all complaints from past 1 year. I have reported my issue almost every week and each time. Request closed without solution

                                My prepared jio number's outgoing calls are blocked, they said it is due to misuse and asked to recharge again, even though there was more than one months validity for the existing plan. Still recharged again, but within 10 days they again blocked the outgoing calls saying same reason. They are asking for recharge again to enable outgoing calls. Already i lost 700rs. If i recharge again and the things happens the same, then also i will loss my money.

                                  I bought a new phone. Mi a2.in this phone jio giving double data voucher. But when i recharge my number i didn't get any double data voucher. When i'm trying to speak jio customer service they didn't speak properly. I'm eligible for this offer but they didn't giving me the double data voucher. I try them many times but they didn't give me proper answer. Please raise a complain against them.

                                  I had done a recharge for my jio number [protected] on 26 th July 2019, for Rs. 149 through google pay. The transaction was successful and the money deducted. But the plan didn't get activated yet.
                                  The Jio network is not dependable at all. Network disappears on a very sunny day and in a rainy day, loses network when there's thunder and loses network when the night it clear. And I don't know why by Jio shows 'Nepal Telecom' too. Jio is not dependable and a very friendly network.

                                    I have received a message that outgoing voice service on jio number [protected] has been discontinued due to misuse by making abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms & conditions under which the services are being provided. Please recharge and activate your upcoming plan through myjio app to continue using voice services.
                                    But i have a plan valid till 12th august 2019 unlimited than why this is telling me to recharge? What to do? My outgoing call has been stopped

                                      Very bad to say that jio is a fame company who do this again intially they say me within 90 days we expand our networks give us some time for this technical issue. I switch with airtel isp for 3 months, after 3 months i buy jio sim really this time what i got not even a single bar of network tell me where we go when this type of company cheated us. They are seriously give xcuse every time and said due to heavy viewers of jiotv that why buffering happens that is a normal technical issue which is close near soon. Jio very bad please look into this.
