I asked for Jio Fiber connection cancellation on Mar 28th, 2019. According to Jio customer care, it takes two months from the date of cancellation for them to process the refund of the security deposit given for the router (Rs 4500) at the time of installation.

Now, it's been two and a half months and nobody has showed up to pick up the router. Without router pick up, they cant process the refund. I have raised multiple requests...

My jio giga fiber is constantly showing a red blinking light and there is no internet connectivity.
I have called the customer care but no one is picking up the phone.
It was working without any problem till 14th june but on the morning of 15th june it started giving problems. I even tried to switch it off and then turn it back on again in the hope that it will start showing green light but no.
