I recharged my jio number using my jio app - upi payments option. It was redirected to pay through [protected]@icici. The amount was debited, but the recharge was not done, and the call, messaging and data services are stopped.

I want it to be either refunded or recharged. If recharged, i want the validity count to start from the date and time they recharge, and not from the date the amount was debited from my account.

    Sir, the employees appointed by the Reliance Jio working in reliance office Kathua Jammu J& k Submit Fake/ fabricated documents namely sanjeev kumar Bhagat S/O Ramesh chander R/O rakh Manghal Tehsil Bishnah Distt jammu J& K. Sir he is only 10th passed and he take admission in Diploma course Private Polytechnic college NIT Miran sahib Road jammu you can also verify from above said college . He is not completed his diploma course till date and he produce fake/ fabricated Diploma . He is only qualification 10th other certificate is fake sir, I request to verify the Documents and immediately remove the above said person from the reputed Industries information for favor of kind information

      I recharged my Jio Number with Rs.339 1.5GB Data Pack on 19th June 2019.

      Amount has been deducted but my number is not recharged and all my outgoing calls are blocked.I checked the same in MyJio App. There has been no trace of recharged information.

      Please respond to it immediately.

        As per the govt. instruction, the internet service have been temporarily stopped in my area.

        As it is a govt rule I have no problem, but my question is

        Why the network is blocked only in JIo Network? Where other service provider did not blocked any Internet service.

        Is there rule is different with Jio network and other service provider.

          I have recharged jio number [protected] on 2nd April, 2019 through SBI Rewards. My balance from the SBI Rewards was deducted but till today no recharge has been done on the same number. My payment status was successful. I m herewith attaching the payment status file. May I know why my recharge has not been done even after deducting my balance. Who's fault is this. Even I contacted the jio customer care but no response from their side .

            I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan on 18th of June 2019 through Google Pay UPI. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. The UPI transaction id for the payment of Rs. 399 is[protected] & google transaction id is CICAgKDq1LHoLA .I am unable to make any outgoing calls even after recharging it. So Please look into this matter & resolve immediately. refund amount of Rs399.

            Network gets drop constantly for days, sometimes for hours. It's creating lot of inconveniences. Request the concern authority to look into the matter as soon as possible.

              I have done the recharge for Jio number though my JIO UPI Phone Pay money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is not been yet. Refund my money.

              I have recharged Rs 399 via recharge Jio online App. I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for Rs.349 but no recharge was done.

              I have registered many complaints about poor network coverage. It's been 2 years, still the issue is not resolved. They used to give me a date or 3 month waiting time saying that they will install a new tower in my area. Now they are saying that they can't tell me date. I can not port to another provider because it is the only provider in this area.

                My phone no is [protected] i was using this no in vodafone postpaid gave request to port in airtel and this was done in front of me but same day at night some one logged in with same upc code i dont know how ..and from 2 weeks i dont have that no with me dont know who did this fraud airtel vodafone and jio not responding properly..

                jio applellate team says they verify with old network the name it was used in and then they approve the port in request
                now i never gave this request but the person started using my no

                not attending my calls
                all fraud people sold my fancy no

                just for money compromised with policies

                I haven't use my data and when i wake up in the morning showing me uses 100percent of your data. One message of 50 percent at 9 33 am and message of 100 percentage on 9 44 am and in my jio app showing you have used 1.49gb at 5 19 am in the morning

                      I have done recharge of 499 for my no: [protected] on myjio app through Google pay upi. The amount got detected from my account but the recharge is not successful. Kindly check into it and resolve the issue immediately because the same thing happened during my previous recharge and I ended up with two recharges with the same validity. As I thought the money detected for unsuccessful recharge would reflect back in my account but the next day I got the recharge confirmation message and my money was wasted. So This time I dont want to repeat the same mistake. I request you to kindly look into this issue immediately

                        As i have purchase your JioGigaFiber whose number is[protected] on 10-06-19 but the internet is still not working till date it is not started. And the services are rarely poor and very pathetic. The customer service number which is [protected] is going continuously goes on hold I have ring the number and my call waited for 10 minutes in my record and no customer service provided to me. Therefore, the team of Reliance JioGigaFibre is not working properly.
                        Valuable customer if the team of reliance thinks.

                                I asked for Jio Fiber connection cancellation on Mar 28th, 2019. According to Jio customer care, it takes two months from the date of cancellation for them to process the refund of the security deposit given for the router (Rs 4500) at the time of installation.

                                Now, it's been two and a half months and nobody has showed up to pick up the router. Without router pick up, they cant process the refund. I have raised multiple requests about pick up on call and emails. Every time I get a response like engineer will visit, we have escalated the issue. Please be patient.

                                Also, there is no other way to give them the router back. I am clueless to what I could do.

                                I asked for another router installation and the engineer came instantaneously. He also did not want to pick up my router as he said he is only supposed to do the installation and not take anything back.

                                I am fed up with calling multiple times. I do not know what to do anymore. Please advice.

                                    My jio giga fiber is constantly showing a red blinking light and there is no internet connectivity.
                                    I have called the customer care but no one is picking up the phone.
                                    It was working without any problem till 14th june but on the morning of 15th june it started giving problems. I even tried to switch it off and then turn it back on again in the hope that it will start showing green light but no.
                                    So please help.

                                      I did recharge on jio no. for Rs 297/-.
                                      It shows recharge is successful but i am not able to use its benefits as my phone is not jio phone its normal android phone .
                                      The recharge is done by My jio app which is truly processed by Reliance Jio.
                                      My concern is if i do not hold the jio phone then this recharge should not have completed.
                                      I made contact with customer care but they saying they do not have any provision to transfer or refund for such transaction done by app.
                                      Which is truly not acceptable.
                                      If it is like then they are staright a way looting the customers and charging people for which they are not using any services from company.

                                      It is fully not acceptable that they dont have refund or transfer of recharge facilities.
                                      I beleive human errors can happens but its system generated error .
                                      Jio company should have not processed the recharge if it was not the Jio phone.

                                      There is no use of this recharge to me .
                                      As i dont have Jio phone to use such services then service provider also dont have any rights to charge me for it.
