I have done the recharge of 498 via my jio app through paytm upi. My recharge amount is deducted twice first 489 was deducted via [protected]@icici and second via [protected]@citibank when i called to jio they told me to wait for 3 to 10 day money will be credit back to your acount. I did the recharge on 21 june 2019 at 1:57am and today is29 june 4:12 i did not get my money back. I call the paytm also to verify my paytm upi they told me that from there side money is deducted via upi they told me to verify this issue with your merchant it merchant deny that take the written statement from them and transfer it to paytm back.

    Had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
    (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 8th of january 2019, but i did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve immediately.

      In the city durgapur, west bengal, there is no proper network coverage for internet as well as for basic calling.
      It has been a long time after launching jio sim cards but here in this city there is no network coverage.

      We public are paying the same amount for the sim card which the whole country is paying so why partiallity with this city?

      This is my request to the jio service provider to avail the facility for what public is paying for.

          Complaint about the deinstallation of mobile tower in residential area.

          Matter is as follows,

          There was a mobile tower installation without any noc from local authorities was going to held in our residential area few months ago, in the mean time our locality members informed about that to the municipal council and lawda.

          But there is no response from both the departments the company don't have the permissions and noc's but they are still erecting the tower with out proper documents and permissions.

            We are waiting for 3 months now for refund and keep getting random responses from customer care - device is not with us, bank account details are not provided - while all this is done from our end. We even shared the Id card of the executive who picked up the device but still customer care is not able to track it down. Disappointed at their service experience. It shows once they launch full on, how their service will be and how much will they be open to hearing customer grievances.

              I have an active plan of 399 on my jio number which provides free voice. I got my outgoing calls terminated on account of misusing it for high number of calls. How can using it for personal use lead to misuse even when plan mentions free voice. I chose this plan because it mentions free voice. This is cheating on part of information dissemination. I must know the grounds on which it is terminated. When did i misuse it?

                Not refunding the money taken as deposit even after 3-4 months

                We installed jio gigafiber broadband (Jio giga internet service id[protected] at our home on 26 march 2019. It was not working well. I made complaints on 28th and 30th march of its not working well. Then they started pushing me to buy boosters etc. I cancelled the service on 8 april. They said we will get refund in 45 days.

                Then we kept calling as no one came and picked up the router/modem. Then they came and picked up in first half of may. They told us we will get the money back in first or second week of june.

                Now the june is ending. Now they have come up with a new story, they are saying that cancellation was not done and so it will take another 45 days!!!

                Over last 3 months we have made 9 calls for refund on 15, 22 april, 3, 4, 10, 11 may, 7, 8, 24 june. But now they say its still not cancelled!!! Can anyone believe it?

                This is plain cheating the customer and not returning the money!!

                  I have been receiving phone calls and text messages from the mentioned number. Always more than 20 calls. Kindly look into the matter.

                  I suspect the same person used different numbers as well as different platforms like social media to try to contact me and i don't know the person or would considering answering. So i would request this number be blocked immediately.

                    Iske bad maine 6 june 2019 ko disconnect ke liye customer care number pr call log krwaya due to none availability in indore city. 9 june ko mera connection disconnect ho gya or aapke technician AJAY RAJPOOT jiska contact number +[protected] ke dwara all fomalities complete krne ke bad successfully pick up ho gya. But more than15 days ho chuke hai, mujhe rs 4500 amount refund ke bare mai koi bhi jankari nhi mil rha hai.

                    Maine aapke indore reliance digital jisnne connection lgaya thha uska cntct number [protected] ye hai isse bhi maine many time cntct kiya regarding refund amount but koi satisfaction reply nhi mil rha hai.

                    Main apna account statement and disconnect ke bad jo otp wala mail aaya thha mai share kr rha hu.

                    Plz refund my deposit amount as soon as possible. 

                    ONT successfully pick up hone ke bad bhi mujhe jio team se reply mil rha hai ki aapke router ka koi bhi update hmare pas nhi hai. Aakhir ye sab ho kiya rha hai. Jbki otp wala mail all process hone ke bad final step hota hai. Mai all message ka screenshot share kr rha hu.

                    Dear sir maine apne level se bhaut kosis kr li but result abhi bhi zero hai. Main bhaut passion bhi rakhi or bhaut fallow up bhi li taki mujhe mera refund mil jaye lekin aisa nhi hua. Mujhe har bar bola gya 24 to 48 hour mai aapko response aa jyga. Lekin more than 20 days ho chuke hai but koi bhi satisfied answer kahi se nhi mila. jabki maine all document attached krk many times aaplogo ko mail kr chuki hu. Aab mai aapse vinamra anurodh karti hu ki july 1st week tak agr mera refund nhi mila to mujhe majbooran legal action lena hoga. Consumer court pr case file krna hoga. So mai aasha krti hu ki aap mujhe aisa krne ka naubat nhi aane denge.lekin agar nhi hua to mujhe ye step lena hi hoga.

                      Lastly 1 month we all have major issues in our area about jio internet connection. I call to jio customer care lastly 12 days but no reply with such satisfaction details. Pls started the complaint department so at least complain number given by you.
                      Whats the limit for our side solution? No body give limit in jio customer care. U have no limit but our patience are limited.

                      I[censored] have no solution and limit clearly tell me

                      I did complained soo many times regarding signal/Network coverage in our area but no solution they always says"I will solve your problem shortly" now yet 2 years had passed but problem remain same. Complained no.-SR00000TYZS2, SR00000XL1RX They gives different- different complained numbers and also says i had note your consent but do nothing.
                      I done two times bill payment today morning 6am but it was not updated and debited in my account.actually i have time to bill due date why my services are stop i want clarity other wise i shifted to another network.

                        I made a request to jio fibernet to surrender my connection on 13th of june 2019. Based on the complain my connection had been suspended on 14th of june, 2019. I made many calls to jio fibernet customer care to collect the ont instrument from my house and return my deposit money of rs. 4, 500/-

                        But they always told that their team will contact me to collect the instrument and i'll get refund within 15 days from the date of my complain for surrender. But nobody did contact me to collect the instrument

                        My complain id sr00000xkkm4 dated 20/06/2019, sr00000xl0o2, sr00000xlceh to collect the ont instrument got closed without resolution.

                        I got a fake call from jio office and he said that you got a 25lakh RS. lottery from jio company and he gave a watts app no.[protected] and lottery no. 01250. So please take the action on these fraud calls as soon as possible.

                          I want to tell you that tower is installing in our place. Me and sorrounding people are living there, they only want to please kindly shift this tower from given place to other place. These tower are installing in residential area, this is also very near school, hospital, is living around there. Many old people already have health problem, if this tower will setup in this location, this will more affect, these people. This electromagnetic rays are very harmfull for these small school children and hospital patients. Etc. This is very near on side of busy road. These also not following rules of tower installation guide. If these tower will success to setup there then in future various diseases like cancer, tumer, birth defect, etc will comes in to existence. We people again kindly request to you, shift this tower installing into other place. Please help for atleast small childen and hospital patients.

                            I did my recharge of 399 rupees last day. I used Google Pay for paying 399 rupees. Shortly after I got a message saying money has been deducted from my account but when I checked my jio app, the recharge is not showing.

                                Sir mera jio ka no. [protected] hai. Maine aaj 2.27 pm ko 149 ka recharge kiya tha. But humare atm see balance deducted ho gaya hai..
                                But humare plan activated nahi hua na hi massage aaya koi jio service se recharge ka bataeye sir him kya kare service me contact karne pe bole rahe hai ki 4 hours ka wait kare... But uske baad bhi nahi hua to kya kare...

                                  I received the call from fraud person and he was saying he is bank manager when i asked him from which bank then he started vulgaring. I know he is fraud person his work is to cheat people.

                                      मैं 3 बरसों से जीओ को 3 3 महीने में 350 rs फेंक रहा हूँ, कभी 250 या 300 kbs से ऊपर इसकी स्पीड नही हुई, ज्यादा समय तो ये 16 kbs या 17 कब्ज़ चलता है, इतना बुरा स्थिति, मैं तो अवसाद में चल जाता हूं, मैं कांसुमेर फोरम में केस करूँगा 5 लाख का दंड भी भरबाउंगा, मैन mnp के के लिए पोर्ट sms भी मनवाया है लेकिन जिओ की तरफ से कॉल करके मुझे 2 बार यह बताया गया कि आप रिचार्ज कीजिये उसके बाद ये समस्या नही होगी

                                        I recharged my jio number using my jio app - upi payments option. It was redirected to pay through [protected]@icici. The amount was debited, but the recharge was not done, and the call, messaging and data services are stopped.

                                        I want it to be either refunded or recharged. If recharged, i want the validity count to start from the date and time they recharge, and not from the date the amount was debited from my account.
