This is my eleventh approach for justice. My jio wifi conn. Is [protected] and associated phone number is [protected]. My connection belongs to torsem, rajwelvada, north goa.in spite of a jio mobile tower at maulidevi temple on highway which is near to rajwelwada/near to terekol river side, we are not getting signals for phone and net is hard to get connected. Numerous complaints are made since oct 2018. Customer care is not answering. But earlier i was notified that jio team will instal a proper l n v in tower. But it's extremely disappointing as nothing is done. Is such a big reliance group cheating customers?

My jio phone is not working properly. I can not call a person. I serviced last week in jio customer care center at Tiruchendur. They updated the soft ware. But still the problem continues. My jio number is [protected].

    Dear sir,

    my self sanjeev ku tripathi from rewa mp, i m contractor, i was take jio no.[protected], from rewa before 15 month it was good when take this sim i have provide live fingerprint adhar kyc, before 10 days suddenly company jio has block my no reason i don't know, than i was contact rewa jio office and provide new copy of adhar card and photo, on 27/1/2019, and fill up form and take 100.00 rs. Than provide other jio sim, but till time i facing very very unresponsive service with bad behave by rewa jio office. Than i contact customer care of jio than they said your replacement request is received today morning and we will activate within 4 hours. But till time my sim is not active, so again i have complaint with no is:sr00000v5acp. And due to deactivation of sim i have got heavy financial loss, and face very imbaris and guilty due to transaction blocking.

    so pls. Take action against your company employees and start my services.

    Yes, my number [protected] was also disconnected similarly like this and no one helped . Now If i call ut then it seems like it had been allotted to someone else without my will or permission. I did not even got any prior notification before disconnection. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected]. Please help me also.

      I am fed up with the cheap execution of annoying calls despite being registered for dnd. 3 calls per day informing me to recharge for 5 days in advance. Couldnt this information be conveyed through message only mode rather than annoying ivr calls. No one is interested to hear this ivr notification. This is just a breach of dnd service provided. Worst service provider in terms of privacy. When i tried complaining, the customer service representative, he coolly replied, that these calls will come. There is no way of removing it. He sounded as if, i sold my privacy for a cheap tariff.

      I am using airtel, vodafone, bsnl. They provide a full dnd service. Jio might be cost effective, but quality is worst.

        Dear team, i requested the new jio sim card of number [protected] with on of the local store. He said sim will be activated in 30 min, he tried for some time but not happened. After some time he given me the number 1977 to activate but same has not done. Contacted the customer care, they told me that that sim works at 4g handset only but i dont have the 4g phone. Requesting you please change my number to 3g and activate the sim immeidiately.

          Dear sir,
          With reference to my jio prepaid number [protected], for which i applied my initial complaint regarding worst network in oct 2017 & since then jio is not able to resolved the issue till now even after putting the problem to appellate authority also. Around 12 days back, i got a call from jio back office mumbai regarding the same & she told me to change the jio circle as it may be one of the reasons for poor network so when i asked about my present balance, validity & voucher. She told me it will automatically transfer to new sim after circle change as network is same.
          On 23 jan 2019, before applying for port when we (Myself & jio store guy) asked the same to 198 on phone, jio customer care executive mr nandan reconfirmed the same that while changing the circle, validity will not lapse & it will be remain same (Even i have the voice recording too for the same conversation which was happened at around 1332 hrs which you can check from jio call recording too else i will send it)
          But now after activation of my new sim that balance is still not activated in this sim.
          So on 29 jan 18, i sent the full details via mail to [protected]@jio.com as well as to appellate. [protected]@jio.com for further help as suggested by customer care executive & senior supervisor on phone. Same day i received a reply from jio end that service request sr00000v21k9 raised & it will take 48 hrs for resolving it. But even after completion of 4 days still i got this reply "i have checked your account and can see that the service request number sr00000v21k9 is still under process and we want to reassure you that we will get an update within 48 hours".
          Most surprising thing is that even appellate. [protected]@jio.com is not taking any action against these defaulter ([protected]@jio.com) who don't do any work for resolving their customers issues other than dates. Initially they ask for 48 hrs but now even after completion of 4 days still they don't have any words other than to say "under progress". Even after putting so many request they don't have cursy to do call back & update the status.
          Why i am the sufferer once their staff committed a mistake (For which i have all proofs)? Why they don't credited all my balance, validity & voucher back to my account immediately as its port from jio to jio (I paid ₹449 to jio only)? Does jio became so poor that they can't afford even a small amount? They can take their own time & do their internal investigation but after transferring my all balance, validity & vouchers back to my account, why they harassed me after stopping it? Instead of taking action against defaulter, they still harassing me more. Why jio put appellate. [protected]@jio.com, once they also don't want to interfere in these types of matters?
          Further my present validity, balance, offers & vouchers are as follows which was activated before state porting from karnataka to uttaranchal circle (Attached screenshot too)
          1) ₹ 449 plan for which validity till 14 apr 2019.
          2) 1.5 gb/day
          3) booster pack balance 5.07 gb.
          4) 5 vouchers of rs 50 each.
          5) prime membership.

          They are such a big fraud that everytime they closed my complaints from their end without even informing me through any mean (mail /ph). Even in their apps also nothing is mentioned Wat actioned actually they took for the same.
          Even after sending so many mails then also they don't have that's much guts /cursy to call back to their customers

            Hello sir. Pls. Give me A resolution. Because the jio service in my area is very dull. Bt they said good coverage and they closed my complaint.My area jio speed in last 1.5 year below 1 mbps. Jio executive said this is best 4G speed. They are fooled me and all people in last 1 year

              I have made complaint to jio care and they ensured me that my problem will be resolved within 48 hours.
              First they took around 80 hours to call me and they automatically marked it as solved without any intimation and acknowledgement of me.

              Problem is:- i am not getting any access of call and internet access during the city local train travel. I requested for port, and they requested me to not to port and wait for some days.
              But they are not able to do that.

              I changed my card in various phones but the same issue is regular.
              Worst service.

              I have recharge my Jio account and the amount of 498(50 rs less of coupon) i.e 448.The amount has been deducted from my account but the plan is still not activated.For jio there is no customer care to resolve the issue.Kindly resolve this issue and mail me on [protected]@gmail.com.
              Service request no SR00000TS4G8 on jio number I complaint in jio but they says it will be optimise in 90 days I take a photo in this form.Jio is not provided the quality which he promised on T&C.Please show us justice.

              My data got exhausted without usage. For a recharge plan I activate, same day it is showing your plan exhausted. Next day I recharged for 198rs, it is also showing the same. These telecom services are misleading and fraudulent.

                I am receiving 50+ random calls from different places like UP, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Bihar, Goa, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, etc even WhatsApp messages as well and speaking nonsense, when I am tried to contact customer care number, they are not responding on this. Please provide solution to this matter as soon as possible. Looking forward to this .

                  I got slow internet speed day by day at all location i tell my issue jio chat service representative but he left from chat without solve problem and this issue find other customers at different location. Now where i am live there low internet speed available from some days ago so i tell my complaint but jio service is very poor

                    I am using reliance jio as my service provider for internet. I am using 2GB per day data pack. But most of time jio showing fake data consumption transaction and cheat me many times. After complaints to customer care numbers of time but no solution provided to me.

                      Internet speed is very slow (50-100) kb/s here in main residential area in birpur. This problem is not just with jio but also with airtel and idea. These companies promises high speed 4g internet and they are also providing it but not here. I even tried to contact them and their risponse was not satisfactory. If we are paying same as rest of india then why are we not receiving as much speed as of other cities.

                          Hi, my name is sumit kushwaha. I recently (December 2018) ported my mobile number to jio to use 4g internet to access some video lectures and other stuff since i'm preparing for various exams. Initially i was satisfied by its internet speed and service. But since past few days i am unable to access internet on my phone. I have contacted jio several times by email and phone calls but issue persists. They keep saying, we are working on it, please keep patience. Now its been 20+ days, and there was adverse effect on my exam since i had to replan and buy some books instead. I wish to file a complaint and get some compensation for my money which i had somehow arranged. If it isn't in jio's provision, i at least want some surety of time upto which issue will be resolved and my unused data (For these days) gets added up, so that i can pace my preparation.

                          I'm attaching a screenshot of internet speed test by trai's app. I have many screenshots for all these days and i keep sending test results to trai too.

                          (It took half an hour to attach a screenshot.)

                            I have accidently select a plan of rs 99 from a wallet service but later i received that this plan is valid for only jio phone. I talk with executive that i am not using jio phone then why recharge got successful? I said them that i am not using jio phone so please revert the amount or change it to another plan. But they said they will not do this. This recharge is only useful when you use jio phone otherwise amount will be wasted. Please help me on this issue.

                                I am using jio sim from last year. When i used in my old mobile moto e 2nd generation (4g volte) mobile, at the time the speed of my data range is between 100kb/s to 500kb/s. I have wrongly understand my mobile phone having any hardware problem. But now i am using xiaomi mi a1 mobile. Also in this mobile the data speed not exceeding 500kb/s in my location. But other service providers provides 2mb/s to 5mb/s. Why not jio take this as problem

                                  I recharge my jio mob on 24 january 2019 but did not received recharge. My points was also decrease and mcent browser also show recharge received in mcent browser pass book. Some time i wait for recharge which i was done through mcent browser. Then my points cuts but no recharge confirmation message was given to me. Before this recharge i recharge my mob on 23 december 2018.

                                    At 24 Jan 2019 my Jio Recharge has been expired, so I was going to new Recharge at 25th Jan 2019 of Rs 448, that processed it that time I amount has been deducted from my account but Recharge not successful, I try to call jio customers Care but not reply properly, I attach screen shot of my account details, it show amount deduct details, plz slove my problem.

                                      My name is Junaid and i recharged 399rs on 24 Jan 2019 at 10:14.Rs50 Discount was provided to me. So i made payment through my paytm upi. The transaction successfully done to Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.But Didn't Recieved recharge. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed.
