I have accidently select a plan of rs 99 from a wallet service but later i received that this plan is valid for only jio phone. I talk with executive that i am not using jio phone then why recharge got successful? I said them that i am not using jio phone so please revert the amount or change it to another plan. But they said they will not do this. This recharge is only useful when you use jio phone otherwise amount will be wasted. Please help me on this issue.

    I have a call from this mobile number [[protected]]. This number continuously giving missed call to my new mobile number and when i called back or attend sometimes he talks vulgarly. So, please lodge a complaint against this number and kindly block any phone calls and messages from this number to my mobile number.

      I am using jio sim from last year. When i used in my old mobile moto e 2nd generation (4g volte) mobile, at the time the speed of my data range is between 100kb/s to 500kb/s. I have wrongly understand my mobile phone having any hardware problem. But now i am using xiaomi mi a1 mobile. Also in this mobile the data speed not exceeding 500kb/s in my location. But other service providers provides 2mb/s to 5mb/s. Why not jio take this as problem

        I recharge my jio mob on 24 january 2019 but did not received recharge. My points was also decrease and mcent browser also show recharge received in mcent browser pass book. Some time i wait for recharge which i was done through mcent browser. Then my points cuts but no recharge confirmation message was given to me. Before this recharge i recharge my mob on 23 december 2018.

          At 24 Jan 2019 my Jio Recharge has been expired, so I was going to new Recharge at 25th Jan 2019 of Rs 448, that processed it that time I amount has been deducted from my account but Recharge not successful, I try to call jio customers Care but not reply properly, I attach screen shot of my account details, it show amount deduct details, plz slove my problem.

            My name is Junaid and i recharged 399rs on 24 Jan 2019 at 10:14.Rs50 Discount was provided to me. So i made payment through my paytm upi. The transaction successfully done to Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.But Didn't Recieved recharge. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to Reliance Jio.

              I tried to port the mobile number ([protected]) from jio network to bsnl network on 07-jan-2019 and i had submitted mu documents to bsnl on same day and got the new bsnl sim card.

              But, till now my number is not ported from jio to bsnl network.

              I'm really disappointed and fed up with this issue.

              Kindly take the action regarding this issue immediately.

                I have got a mail from come hr named aayat and said that there are vacancies in jio infocomm limited and took a telephonic interview and said i would be eligible for store supervisor and asked to me pay rs.1800/- as i am looking for a good job i was interested in that and later i got to know that this a fraudlent case when i have seen the offer letter now how can i get my money back they have blocked all my numbers my fathers numbers i dont know what to do we are from a normal background and we dream to work ina good job and this is how we get treat can u please refund my money back.

                  Sir,
                  The jio network in my area is so poor that i can't even buffer google page. When i'm using facebook lite app it react like no-network or your network is too slow responding. What a pathetic network. I'm a jio service user from 2018 october. Please take a look on my complaint and reply with an action needed.
                  Further you can find intensity of network problem by that only that after pusing search button it took 8 min to reach here.🙂

                    Internet never goes more than 128kbps which is equivalent to not recharging and they use to give a smooth offline video calling facilities that is not working now. Customer care only says we are working and they are working from last 4 months with out any progress only good thing is network coverage.

                      I have taken jio sim to use with good network signals. Eventhough iam using 4g mobile, iam getting less network.
                      I have already recharged 2gb data per day but iam not getting proper signals to use it, eventhough i didn't cross 2gb data per day.
                      If this is continued i won't like recharge with jio plans.

                        I have purchased my jio mobile phone 1 (Lyf made) costing inr 1500 on[protected]. So now its only approx 4.5months old.
                        but after 3 months the charger became un serviceable but after that using another micro usb charger of same type.
                        after[protected] the mobile is not getting switched on and remain off. Charging also not showing.

E 21 jan 2019 i recharged my plan and pay through upi and my bank already cut money from my account and sent it to reliance jio infocomm limited but still haven't get my plan recharge nor get any message from jio that it's recharging.                               Today date 22 jan 2019 before few minutes chatting with customer service his name krishna disconnected without complete conversation.

                              This is jio service is it acceptable. Need to be take serious action.

                                The amount of 349 is deducted from my UPI set account(sbi account) though Paytm, but I did not get my recharge at my jio number. The transaction I'd is [protected]
                                And I get this msg from jio
                                "We have received recharge request for your Jio connection. Transaction ID : [protected]
                                Please keep this transaction ID for future reference. Once the recharge is successful, you will receive a confirmation message."

                                Please refund it back or show the way to get my recharge in my jio number [protected]

                                  I am soumyaranjan behera, i recently bought a 4g mobile and portable my operator to jio expecting 4g speed. But what i am getting is 20 to 30 kbps which is 2g standard speed. Now i can't change operator for at least 3 months, there should be a law in india about 80% of speed of what carriers are marketing at. I am very frustrated and sad as indian government is not doing anything about it.

                                    I've done a recharge for a jio number on[protected]. The recharge was unsuccessful but the amount have been debited from my sb account. Till today the amount was not refunded. I've seen many a people had this trouble and they got their money after complaining to u. So kindly look after my issue and take necessary steps. I tried to resolve it by speaking with jio customer care and my via my bank but i was helpless.

                                      I already complain multiple time that my "#give me 5" mi note 5 pro double data not credited on my account.                                         I've complained it on there care no. Many times to resolve it, internet is not working since very long in my area around 2 km of radius, not my individual problem, my other mates also complaint about it they says due to more user at the area, but its illogical. This is chaibasa not delhi or dense populate area. Not a youtube video can run in 144 not any live game can watch on 4g, can't even play pubg properly. We are sick of it. Please let them know about the inconvenience o[censored]s and make them pay of it.
