In my area from last few months i am facing network issues. I couldn't uae my data everyday. Speed is too slow cant even open a photograph so can't even think of downloading it. I already have called customer care they registered my complaint and told me about new site installation and all now after almost 3 months problem is even worst so 2 days ago i again file complaint they told me that i will get call from them within 48 hours and i am facing this because of overload o[censored]sers in this area but after 2 days still i am not getting any solution even not getting call from their side. Now from last 8-10 days i can't use may data (1.5 gb) and during calls voice is not clear even my number shows out of rich most of the time. Today i again contacted customer care they said same thing again users are increased and they will solve this problem in 120 days so my recharge of this 3 months is totally wasted so i want refund because i want to port my number to other network co i cant use my data so plz refunf me my money. Jio customer service is so bad that they never care for customers and never respond to their complaints but this time i want proper solution for this.

    Some days before i receive mail "your resume selected for the job of the reliance infocomm ltd, after that the call is coming to tell that i have to pay 1480 to get job and today i got another call and they are saying to pay 5700 for security deposit for laptop and mobile i don't know what to do. I have recording of all calls and mobile number with name,.
    What should i do for recover my money.
    I have that account number and that number is still ringing it is not out of reachable. U can easily tract them.

    I had the similar experience, and i confronted them, they just deleted the account information. That just proves they are fake. If not why would they be scared to delete it.

      In our office latrine flush water is over flowing even we pressed gently also. We are facing this issue repeatedly.
      Toilet flush also not working propoerly, water is getting leaked while pressing the flush
      Please treat this on priority and resolve.

      Request you to please look into this and resolve the issue asap.

        My issue is not resolve almost 1 year my issue is my home no network and outside network is coming I so many time complaint but then say me please sir wait 3 to month my location near tower is installing process then complete as soon as soon but I say to Jio y your saying your service is very bad your not resolve any complaint your only take complaint then you say me your network team call me then he/she say me please sir wait 3 to 6 month then I wait then he/she same word I am to jio your only customer say sir/madam wait your location tower is installing as soon your network issue resolve I say your jio company totally fraud I waiting almost 1 year you say me near by tower is installing but 1 year to installing tower time your not take care Jio customer other operator take care customer and resolve problem within 90 days your only say but not results got I

          Concerned m. No:[protected] it\'s speed of jio in my area due to which i am getting speed below 500 kbps means 24-30 kbps downloading i have lodged complaint on 9 may rf. No. Sr00000kmc0e under which jio stated to resolve it by 9 august periodof 90 days after no resolution another complaint lodged rf no. Sr00000npp3f on 24 july which is to be resolved by 31 july on 31 july i got message new site is planned at your location which will going to take another 120 days. And speed is so low that it can\'t buffer a video at 144p lowest video quality. Being a loyal customer it is test of my patience. 90+120 days = 210 days. Every time i contact they say that work is in progress of installing new site.

            Dear Sir,

            I would like to introduce myself as a resident of Narayan Vihar -B Benar Road Ward no. 6 within District- Jaipur . Pin code- 302012 and to draw your attention to the following:
            That ours is a densely populated area compromising mostly of children's and aged persons, with three or more children schools and other institutions.
            All concerned authority, including the local municipality(Jaipur) . The people have also decided to take legal action, if necessary before the Hon'ble High Court Jaipur.
            That we have recently informed that another tower of your company( Jio mobile service) is going to be set up in close proximity on a building which is hardly 5 feet away from a house . Already the locality has a history of cancer and kidney disorder.
            That sir we would like to request you to take appropriate steps from your end to ensure that no such tower is installed in the said opp. Anuskha General Store, Narayan Vihar - B, Pawan puri road, Jaipur-302012 considering the health hazard and the ecological balance in the locality. Unless that we would be constraint to knock the door of the Hon'ble Court for readdress.

              I have 2 connection of idea cards. Frequently i am facing a problem of network related. I already complaint to the jio customer care but still i face this problems. Still no improvement i found.
              Main problems are
              Call drop
              Late call connect
              Net not working

              Issue sloved time its very long so solved my problem immediately. Because first time i raised complaint when jio say within 60 days solved problem and install new tower in my area.

                Reliance jio hr department jammu & kashmir is full of corruption there is no fair recruitment drive they shortlist their own friend and relative and some take bribe to shortlist candidate, there must be fair selection deserved candidate should be selected or head office reliance jio should recruit candidate for reliance jio in jammu & kashmir, please take action as soon as possible there is lot of corruption in reliance jio jammu & kashmir

                  I, lakshmi kant yadav using hdfc credit card since long time and deposited payment on time perhaps sometime delay due to busy into personal work.

                  From may days caller (Name - anurag) on phone making wrong statements and abusing. Is this the kind people working & calling into behalf of reputed bank?

                  He is asking me the details of transactions, why?
                  When i had already told him that balanced amounts are deposited through "bill pay desk" on last saturday.

                  Now sorry to say that but i am going to close all facilities & service from the day now. Persons in-behalf of bank should not to talk like unprofessional, unethical. This is the not the way of talking so dirtily.

                      The advicer was not soft at her speech was little harsh. Feel really bad. I request you to clear my issue asap ([protected]). Couldn't even call or receive calls even at emergency. Do consider the difficulties of people. The complaint takes two days for response what a fantastic answer by the customer care. So what will we do for the two days to contact and for emergency reasons. Was happy to use jio so converted my airtel to jio but now really fed up with this. The last adviser to whom i spoke really made me to speak something but just i controlled my anger. If you take few days for a complaint to be sort out don't you think how people would suffer those days without any calls. Even it may be some official calls what would they do. Take steps to sort out the problem asap.

                        Now adays local distributor is not cooperating us and already we have informed the matter with local jio officer and manager even though the problem is not solved from starting on wards we are the retailer of jio and also we were facing lot of problem and also struggled at the time of launching. So what to do and solve our issue on urgent basis. He is not recharging the demo balance nor issuing the new phones to us. He is not issuing the original gst bills to retailers for selling the phone and also recharges.
                        We are the retailer of sirpur kaghaznagar city of kumrambheem asifabad district of telangana state india.

                          recharge successful but not activated

                          I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
                          (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 20th of august 2018, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well...

                          Hello Team,

                          I recharged my jio broadband ([protected]) on 22nd Aug 2018 through net banking..The amount (Rs.749) got deducted from my ICICI account but my jio account reflects zero balance.. The jio team told tat the transaction was declined from their end and said the concerned bank will credit the amount to my account...It's been more than 72 hours but the amount is not credited to my account...
                          Pls look into this and do the needful...

                            These days in my locality, the services of reliance jio has deteriorated a lot. Most of the time during day the data speed is below 10kbps. Moreover there are call drops also. I have raised complaint to jio customer service representative also and they told that problem will be resolved in 48hrs but still no actions are taken by them.

                            So it is my humble request to you that you please see to the issue and advice the network provider to resolve this as soon as possible.

                                Today, I have recharged my jio account with my jio app. My plan was 498, after recharged my my number [protected] I got message from bank that my recharge is successful and my account is deducted the certain amount. But in my jio account it was still showing that it was not recharged. Further I had made a call (20/08/18 around 4:30pm) to jio care. Mr abhijit dey who was the customer care executive, I told him about my problem but not getting any good response. And it seemed like he was quite busy in somewhere and didn't respond me well. I was trying to asked about my problem and but he didn't even try to listen. Even when I had asked his name that time also he didn't want to say the name. I have asked him 7 to 8 times then he said. This was my first call to jio care and I got very bad and irrespecful response. Hope the senior level or administration department kindly takes any action so that next time we don't face the cheapest behavior of customer care executive.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Today, I received a Message on my phone that my new JIO number has been activated. I haven't applied for a number nor have I provided any details or documentation either. Apparently the bio-metric verification is done too.

                                  I did not request a JIO number and when i call the number activated, it was ringing but no one picked up the call - Based on the IVR message it seems to be in Marathi so the number is from Maharashtra. I am in Hyderabad so I am not sure who is using my details to obtain a number. Concerned that they may be using it for Dodgy or illegal activities.

                                  Please de-activate this number as I did not request for this number.

                                  Call me @ [protected] in cause you need further details. I will Visit the nearest JIO store to Sort this out.

                                    I am changing my job and at the new location there is no network of Jio. I have already done recharges of Rs. 1200 in my number for next 1 year. I have requested JIO multiple times to solve my problem or refund my money. They are not doing anything. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest
