Today, I have recharged my jio account with my jio app. My plan was 498, after recharged my my number [protected] I got message from bank that my recharge is successful and my account is deducted the certain amount. But in my jio account it was still showing that it was not recharged. Further I had made a call (20/08/18 around 4:30pm) to jio care. Mr abhijit dey who was the customer care executive, I told him about my problem but not getting any good response. And it seemed like he was quite busy in somewhere and didn't respond me well. I was trying to asked about my problem and but he didn't even try to listen. Even when I had asked his name that time also he didn't want to say the name. I have asked him 7 to 8 times then he said. This was my first call to jio care and I got very bad and irrespecful response. Hope the senior level or administration department kindly takes any action so that next time we don't face the cheapest behavior of customer care executive.
