I had a recharge for my prepaid jio no.[protected] for the plan rs149/- on 14 aug through my jio app.
My account got dedited with the money but my jio account is still showing no plans/ no recharge.
What is to be done now???

    I had recharge jio net 449/- 91 days plan through my sbi debit card on dated-5-8-18 but that transition failed. And the amount have been deducted in my account. The ref no - (Otppg[protected]. The refund amount rs:399/- have not received in my account till date. So request to pl send my refunded amount in my account as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      I have registered for jiofiber connection on 12th august, 2018. Jio engineer has installed fiber and router at my home and activate the connection.

      However they are unable to establish connectivity due to some backend issue. I have raised service request on 13th august, 2018 and i am still waiting for resolution to my sr.

        I Purchased a Jio phone in Mansoon offers on dated 01.08.2018. You will not be surprised as you are well aware about the quality of your phone handset. The same hand set has failed 3 times in last 17 days & the response of your service Center is very poor. Every time i visited at your service center & they only re update the software after that they don't have any other option to resolve this issue. Hence Please send your regional office details so that I can return your phone with any cost. I will not tell you about the refund of this phone. This is small gift from my side to Mr.Ambani who may be able to use this phone as I have no time to visit continuous in your service center during warranty period. Awaiting for regional office contact details.

            I have done recharge for 498 3days back but till now it is not yet credited to my account i had given complaint to customer care but now there are saying u have done to a wrong number and sometimes there say u have done wrong recharge please solve the problem please take some action about this mobile company from trai as there cheat poor people jio number [protected].                 Hi,
                Service center are not providing any proof for jio phone purchase, i bought the phone from charkop kandivali west branch. Also company simply making the money by taking the money as deposit and no bill providing as taking as deposit. Also phone quality is pathetic and old age phone key pad one, currently 2 year child can run the screen touch phone.
                I want to cancel the phone and they having no cancellation policy, how it possible i have booked the phone on sat 11th aug 2018 and after 3-4 i recognized phone is nothing for good. Phone also not having option o[censored]sb tethering to connect to pc or laptop. For wi-fi need to buy router now.
                Please mail phone cancellation procedure and i want my 1500rs back. Mail me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                  Initially i have submitted regarding slow network experience with jio.
                  They have told me that there towers are not present in my area, thats why i am experiencing slow network problem and they will resolve it in 120 days.
                  I have claimed they have been selling an unavailable plan in my area since last year. And i was never liable to pay for that, but they have denied from even registering my complaint. I have asked them to communicate the same on the mail chain so they have also denied from it.
                  Then i have searched for complaint mail box of jio, but there is no mail box mentioned on their website to accept complaints
                  There after i have dropped a mail to all the jio services dl's regarding this issue. But they are telling me again and again same thing that i will have to keep patience my request will resolved in next 120 days. And are not answering my questions to them even after three back to back mails.

                  I have recharged by prepaid jio number [protected] for an amount of Rs.349
                  through online. While entering my number i have typed number as [protected] by mistake.

                    I'm here to inform all that in the name of jio company an franchise called me asked for home based job openings on providing me an website of jio company (http://www.jiocff.online/) i agreed on seeing such website and registered with them but after that i faced a great problem that is they are asking a continuous money although they promised me that the registered amount will be refunded on and after been registered with them for offering me the home based job here are the details - ([protected]@gmail.com) from this mail id i got the offer and the numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] as a reputed company i do not think such fraudulent activity do take place here and confuse there customer with such job offer kindly take necessary action against such; and if anyone get call from this number or see such displayed page in the name of jio company do not entertain such phone call it is totally fraud and fake.

                        I want to deactivate my sim card as the ownership cannot be change from your side

                        I was calling from last week 3rd aug 18.
                        But there was wrong information given to me every time.
                        I gave request for change of ownership 2 months back in jio office there also wrong information provided by the person who left the office last week
                        2days back i got call from customer care she told to change address from jio office first as registered add. Is under-development.
                        And the number was disconnected yesterday, but in evening i received mail
                        That number will be active, and again the number started normally.

                        And when will i get the money which i invested while changing of ownership,
                        The registered address. No one is staying as specified above.

                        Hoping this mail will sort out my issue.

                        I am very much diappointed.

                          Jio mobile tower installation continue in residential area and my home is 2 meter distance from installation, so we want that tower not to be install in residential area as their is a lot of radiation come outs and which we have to bear and can cause many helth probelms, so take necessary action and stop immediately installation of that mobile tower

                            I have bought this jio phone on 8th august and found problem within 12 hours, this jio phone is getting turned off automatically when kept ide for 20 minutes after that i tried to restart it’s not getting started.
                            So putting money in jio phone is waste, in one day problem is found.

                            I raised a complaint that signal of my jio sim& low data speed ie.coming less than 50kb/s I contact customer care they r saying that it takes 120-180days . and how I can attend my calls without proper network is coming please take immediate action other wise I can port to another network contact me [protected]

                              Few days ago we got called from some number (Regarding reliance tower telecom), they told us to deposit 1, 20000/ rupees to some account number. We did the same then we reliaze that the call was fake. But we deposit 1, 20000 / rupees to that account. We have no idea about such frauds. We stuck into it. Kindly look into the matter. We don't know what to do now. The caller constantly demanding us money. Please take immediate action.

                                I would like to informed that i am calling in jio customer at -04.08.2018 due to some network issue,
                                Jio CSA inform me i will raise your complaint please wait in- 48 hours but i am not satisfied with that i tolled CSA please transfer my call in your supervisor but she is inform me any supervisor is not available on floor than disconnected my call.
                                I already wait in 48 hours as per discussion with his CSA but my problem is not resolve.
                                They are send me seam mail again an again(Dear Akhil,
                                I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you with regard to poor data connection.
                                This is definitely not the experience we want you to have with Jio.
                                I tried calling you on [protected] but could not reach you.
                                As per the update on service request SR00000OB3VX currently your location has weak network. We are working to improve coverage in your area which may take up to 120 to 180 days from 06.08.2018.
                                We have made a note of your request and assure you that we will take steps to add coverage in the mentioned location in future.

                                  I recently ported my sim to jio on 4th august but after that, i am receiving horrible network i complained about that to the company but they are not at helping me rather telling me to wait for 120-180 until they improve their network reception near my area. How can i wait for 180 days without proper network and internet. Hardly able to make any call nor upload anything.

                                    I am holding jio number [protected] and under the plan of 399 in which offered service is unlimited call and 1.5gb, 4g data. But their data service worthless. They not providing 4g internet service, even they unable to provide 2g. Very very slow fluctuated internet service. Even unable open a web page. They also deducting data balance even when my phone is switched off.
                                    I have complained to jio customer care on 1st june 2018. Complain number is sr 00000 lilia but no response. Whenever further i call to customer care their only solution is they are explain the cause of over subscriber of jio, but no solution. Customer care representative also told they have nothing to do but only giving information. Please suggest what should do in this hopeless situation.

                                    According to me, my last 2g network is better than jio. Now I only saw buffering. If I dont get 4g network which is browsing simple YouTube video that 3g network also does. I will switch to other operator

                                      Today midnight i received a msg that jio stop my outgoing call due to misuse with out any information. I call to customer care but they don't clear the limit of outgoing call and they not prove my misuse of this no. I use this no to call my family only. I am not use this no to any business or telemarketing. When i recharge jio claim call is unlimited but now they say my uses of call is exit your limit. Please don't harassed to customer.
