Since i purchased mobile phone. It was good. But, in 2016, jio came with
A revolutionary changes in the network market. We are very happy, and i have taken a new jio sim and the services were excellent. I made my jio number as prime and put the other sim, secondary and optional. But since near about 10 months, the problem started. I am residing in the main road of a a locality, in visakhapatnam city. But the network is very poor. I have several times given complaint over phone. But the jio people are saying that it will be resolved in 6 months. Already more than 8 months passed. But no result.
I want compensation for all the 8 months. Because i paid full amount. But i used to talk on other network, because of your poor network. Now jio became my secondary network. But regularly i am recharging with rs.399/-
Generally, in any case there will be upgrade or improvement from the previous services. Where as in jiio case, it is reversed. You started with
A big bang. But now the services are being downgraded.
Since, 10 months i facing with poor network problem, so i am compelled to used other network aswell.
Please give discount for all the 10 months and compensate my
Anguish and allow me to continue as your customer.
