Today morning I got call from this number 7.45and that boy told I am asking for pin no. It is fake call and he gave lot slang language.
Pls check as asap [protected]
Slow internet speed at my location.
I done many complains of this issue but not solved it. I complane this issue in march 2018 first time. Costumer executive said this problem is solved in 60 days. But not solved. I did again complaint on may 2018.

    I am using jio for almost a Year.Since i have recharged my jiofi for the 399rs plan, which Had speed of 2-3mbps,
    But after Two weeks the apeed reduced to just 10kbps, Which is very low
    I have full network coverage
    My plan is not over
    Yet i am experiencing such A bad Service
    I have tried contacting customer care but nothing, Not even a change

    I am getting 1.5GB per day with just 10 kbps Not as per my plan
    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Dear sir, i recharged my number [protected] from 99 plan.
    But its not available on this phones. Itd happened by mistake.
    So please refund my money

      We cannot use data due to poor network signal
      In my area around 500 families we use more than 150 jio sim cards in my area

      We already complaint your customer care in 198

      Till now no response from your side

      We can not use our internet packs because of poor signal, there is a loss of money
      Please try to solve the signal issues within 2 weeks

      If you not solve the issues in 2 weeks in my area we totaly all persons will completely changed to idea network

      Solve the issues within a week

        This is sushil jain. I by mistake have done a recharge which is valid only for jio phone users but i don't have any jio phone with me. The plan itself costed me rs. 99. If jio help me i shall be highly thankful and to be true i am a regular jio coustomer and will like to continue with it in the future. Can you please refund my money and add it to my patym account [protected] is my number. I shall be highly obliged. Thanx

        I didn't get my recharge on my jio no. After paying from upi. I want my money back or recharge.
        5-10 kbps speed is it called 4g?And do I need to complain everyday, I am not that useless. Why don't they treat their customers well why don't we get the things what we are paying. How many times i complaint your customer care. But no one can resolve.. Worst services ever i had seen.Worst network for rural areas. Bye Jio. Ported 2 another network.

          Dear Jio team,

          I have bought a new Jio post paid sim (no-[protected]) and a new JIOFI router M2S on[protected] for high speed wifi facility at home, but surprisingly where Reliance JIO promised the JIOFI download speed upto 150 mbps; I am getting the speed only 400-500 kbps at my home, which is looks like generation-2 speed and not generation 4 speed. we are facing the issue with all sites and webpages.

          I request you to please do thee needful for increasing the volume of data speed for better internet experience.

            Hello sir,
            On friday morning i went to jio store located at goregaon east (Virwani industrial estaes) for sim purchase. I got the sim and paid rs 250 (147 for 1 month pack + 99 for jio prime). But till today the sim has not been activated and when i have visited the store they sy that the sim is activated but the one which they gave me is having some problem. They have not changed the sim yet and i have to suffer for past 4 days. Also now those guys are saying that the sim is activated with somebody else name, which cant be true as i have given my addhar and finger scan for sim activation.in 147 pack i got 28 days validity out of which 4 days have been wasted due negligence and untrained behavior of jio staffs. Please do something sir for my compensation or i have to report to consumer court against the charge of jio care and its services for data exchange as my aadhar number is mislinkde with other customer.

              I have been using jio for more than one year. At first the signal reception was okay. But now for more than 4 months there are no signals. I am unable to receive calls or use the internet. Cannot even make bank transactions as don't get otp because of no signals. Please do the necessary steps to ensure maximum network coverage.

                  The internet speed provided by my telecommunication service provider jio was promised to me was of 4g but now i am barely getting 17kbps which is far below the promised. Attempts made to contact the jio customer care also faiped due to their own internet speed.

                    I have recharged for rs 150/- through inb from my a/c number - [protected]. Ifsc code - sbin0001699 of sbi sambalpur adb to mobile number [protected] erroneously instead of rs 149. My a/c has been debited for rs 150/- but could not be recharged. Kindly return rs 150/- to my above a/c number. I am a pension holder. I am in urgent need of money. Please refund.

                      Hi, i was using jio more than a year. They were good in the beginning. So, i planned to switch to postpaid to get premium services (As they promised that i will get premium services). Mr. Dinesh, a rep from reliance jio accepted my request and came directly to migrate my number to postpaid. And he insisted me to pay 250 (Security deposit) + 99 jio prime subscription (I already had a prime subscription in prepaid!) still i paid him rs.349 via paytm. I got a confirmation message that, the amount of rs.349 has been paid successfully. But he said the funds not reached, so asked me to pay once again. Also told me that, if the previous transaction fund reached jio, it will be credited back to my account. So, i paid second time. (I have attached the screenshot below). The transaction between both was exactly 3 minutes difference. And then the representative went off. It's been more than one month, still i didn't receive any refund from jio. I called that rep several times but no response from him. So, i called jio customer care and lodged complaint. They said me that they receive only 349 that is showing in their records not the second time paid 349 rupees. So, i sent them my till date paytm statement. Still they told me that the funds has not reached them and they request me to contact paytm customer care. So, i contacted paytm. They said since the fund has left my account and the transaction was successfully happened there is no chance of refund will happen unless the merchant pays me back. I have the transaction id's also. I told this to jio, but they are not accepting and refused to pay me back my money. So i would like to lodge a complaint here and request other people also not to take jio services as their service is unprofessional and the response they gave to me was irritating and not ready to listen what i am saying. They keep on saying that there will be a problem with paytm only. Even after giving all proofs. And the network is very poor. I also want to contact consumer court to take severe action.

                        I have recently ported to jio but i don't get signals at my location.
                        I complained but they did not resolve the issue. They are just saying this will take time as we don't have coverage in that area.
                        I am unable to receive calls or use the internet. Cannot even make bank transactions as don't get otp because of no signals.
                        I want to port to another operator but in have not completed 90days in the current network.
                        What can i do i am not getting network i cannot change my number as it is there in all my bank accounts. I cannot port because they won't let me port.
                        Either they should provide network or let me port.

                          Dear sirs,
                          I have recharged my phone no. [protected] on 5th July 2018 with INR 399 plan and paid INR 349 thru credit card, with Transaction ID: BV00000CHACB thrugh Jio App, But I am sorry to say my services has been deactivated since then. And Rs. 349 has been deducted from credit card. I got message about transaction id and recharge from JIO, but services has been deactivated.
                          I went to local customer care at Times Square, Vidyadhar Nagar but denied that they can't help in this matter.
                          Can some one help me in this matter. Because even after paying the money I am not getting the services. I learned a lesson that never recharge with JIO APP.

                            I have purchased samsung j6 mobile from sangeetha habsiguda show room 25 days back, i have been calling customer care for my cash back, i called almost 10 times, you can verify in your systems, every time they say my supervisor will solve the issue, but that supervisor is not available anytime.                               This in reference to the complaint raised sr00000kdkje with jio customer care with topic of network coverage. As per the sms received, the issue was to sorted by 2nd july, 2018. However, to which i again received the sms on 25/6/2018 stating that it would still take 90 days to get the issue resolved.

                              Also, i requested the call back from the tech team but the same also did not happen. Moreover, i am facing lot of issues regrading the network in my place.

                              I am not able to utilize the services at all, then what is the point of being the jio customer. All my recharges have been a total waste.

                              Nobody could contact me in the case of an emergency as i do not receive proper services from your side.

                              Moreover, the complaints are closed without any proper intimation or resolution regrading the same.

                              I had put complain in public greviance portal also but to which i never review a satisfactory resolution. Jio has been just changing date of my problem solving. My first complain was filed on 20th april n since then i have received only one reply"90 days more".

                              So now finally i have put up complain in trai as they are faking in social media about their services, all the customer are facing issue. Though it is not mentioned anywhere that money cannot be refund they are not refunding recharge money also. Please now trai has become my last hope.

                                  My jio mobile # that was functioning well with calls and sms's that were functioning equally well. At around 3 pm on 23rd july, i was not able to receive or send any sms's neither could i make or receive any calls. When i called the customer service person (Ms pavithra) at 6pm about the issue, she advised me to swap the sim's as my phone had 2 sims... Airtel and jio. She also told me the phone would function after swapping.

                                  Having swapped the sim's, the phone was in a dead condition with no network, cant send / receive sms's or make / receive calls. I called back again at 7 pm and was told by the customer service person that the issue would take 48 hrs to get it sorted.

                                  Yesterday (24th july) again i called the customer service and the lady on the phone committed to calling me back within 2 hours... Unfortunately and to the unexpected unprofessionalism, no one called.
                                  Today at 5:30 pm since the 48 hrs had completed, i called up to check with the customer service and shocked to hear the careless, callous and unprofessional attitude no one had an answer to what's the solution.

                                  If it takes 48 hours and more to get an issue sorted, why should i have a jio connection when the airtel connection that i have does not give me these hiccups and neither do i get to hear false commitments.

                                  I need someone from jio to look into this matter and see how this can be resolved... Today!!! That is if the company believes in customer service as the forefront of customer satisfaction.

                                    I port my vodafone sim card in jio sim card and i request porting request and my number is [protected] i have get message through jio yoir sim activeted in 24th july 2018 but my sim is not activated in this day so i can try to call in jio"s customer but jio"s coustomer care is not connected with me and any person i can try different times and different numbers but can't reach with jio's customer care so please help me in my sim card porting process complete earlier and connect with his coustomer care

                                      I recharged our jio no-[protected] on 15/05/2018 for rs.399/- of 84 days validity till 08/08/2018 but company has stopped net facility on 22/07/2018 which is 15 days before. I informed to the company along with recharge mail. They are not acknowledging the facts. They are telling slow speed/low speed etc. I waited 23/07/2018 full day but no network have been received and on the same day at 7.30 pm i recharged again rs.399/- for another 84 days. Now network is running smoothly. It is their regular practice. Why should i harassed for the the same when i recharge to get high speed facility. Please prove me 15days as extended validity which they have cut down.

                                      NO COMPLAIN HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY JIO INFOCOM TO TILL DATE.THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAIN.THEY ARE KILLING TIME BY SENDING MAIL.PLEASE ADVICE THEM TO PROVIDE 15 DAYS NET FACILITY WHICH THEY HAVE CUT DOWN AS ILLEGAL.THEY CAN'T DO IT.I HEARD MANY CUSTOMER THAT IT IS THEIR REGULAR PRACTICE.                                         Jio is providing data plan bundled with free calling once the plan expires no outgoing phone calls allowed unless you recharge with minimum 98 rs. Plan. Now if i do not want to recharge with the plan my sim may be deactivated. Like other service provider i can not top up with say 20 rupees to keep my sim card in use to make calls. 'i request you to guide jio to make such type of options on' otherwise it is some sort of blackmailing people have to face.
                                        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
