Signal is very bad..It is not working properly always giving buffer...So take an serius action on this... Previous also given the complaint..But no action taken...How van v use this sim with worst signal...Plz rectify the server as soon as possible...Tower will be arrange in the city Secunderabad areas but still it was ang loke that...

    Sir, i would like to inform you that till now resolve my big problem by the JIO customer care executive. issue was indoor network problem. when i am in room then full mobile network goes away.I complained but No solution was made.my complain or request number was SR00000MW0XB & date was - 08.07.2018.Afterwards today I called at customer care and I was discussing with Mr Sampad about this issue but He did not take my complaint.So, i requesting to you please arrange to resolve the same on the urgent basis as soon as possible.

      I have been getting calls from this number and constantly being troubled asking questions of God knows who. Another number is[protected].
      The person being the same keeps calling from these 2 numbers everytime anytime.
      Please block these numbers parmanantly.
      [protected], the person owning this number is behind all the trouble being caused to me. Please I request you to please help me out I am really stressed with these calls.

        Inside of home no network, outside of home one or two bar of network.50 meter distance good network. Since 7nth o f july 2018 i am complaining, Jio care first said to wait 48 hrs, then another 48 hours, then said 90 days. i called on 1909 they said 120 to 180 days . I hv paid Rs. 500 for 84 days (voice & Data) and i got nothing . how some one can wait 90 days with out network on phone.
        i want refund or full network or Jio help me port out to another network today (or within 01 to 2 days).

          I have bought jiofi4 at jio store in bellary.first sale person made a bill on my name . after that he issued product...he didn't do demo ... wheather the product is working or not..i took product and opened in home...it was not working, and i visited store and i complaint against product but the reply from sales person was hilarious ...he said to visit store...then am i bought damaged product or dummy one...is there any sense... buying new product and giving it to a service center for issue...he could have replaced the product ...but he was telling that product is billed...and u should get it to service center...i am really shocked ...the store is really bad in serving customers...and their rudness...i asked him employee id...he does not have one id too...it is so bad.. please take sincerely a action against that store...

            48 – 49 Hours No PC Operation.
            But you have been sending warning email notice claiming falsely
            50% Data used
            90% Data used within 3 minutes
            100% Data used within 4 minutes
            For days on opening PC
            How absurd.
            There is no record system.
            Where is 1.5 GB for all those days?
            All days showing 100%Data Exhausted
            PC on internet not running
            No work on internet
            No Internet speed
            Why this
            Please check your record usage system
            Give 1.5 GB as per plan.
            If I use data only you can issue warning notices.
            When no work on PC how can you send notifications.
            Please stop sending fake, false, wrong, illegal notifications.

            Check if there is real data usage
            If really used send notice real data usage

            Please stop sending false, fake email notices
            Clear, there is no record system at Reliance Jio

            Challenge, all notices sent were fake
            Absolutely, all notifications sent false

            You send false notification 0% is recorded 100%
            50% data used within 3 minutes opening PC
            90% data used within 4 minutes opening PC
            100% data exhausted within 4 to 5 minutes opening computer

            The recharge for my jio number made through paytm was processed successfully but the benefits haven't been received yet. The operation reference number is [protected]. The payment was made on 28th June 2018.
            Extremely low internet speeds for last 2-3 days even though full jio signal strength. Causing a lot of inconvenience. Will move to consumer court if the issue is not resolved within 1-2 days.

                Further to my complaint dated 24/06/2018. I am yet to receive a reply from the concerned authorities. Is not CONTEMPT OF COURT inspite of the Supreme court order that the telecom companies are asking for adhaar car for giving the sim. The sims are also sold on the road and small shops is it not unsafe to give the adhaar details to them and what is the guarantee it will not be misused

                  I have done a recharge of ₹399 on 22nd June 2018 wherein double dhamaka offer was active, I activated the same add-on pack on 22nd, but now when I see the plan in MyJio app it doesn't showing up additional data pack, the executive on Jio Care chat and Jio Care told me that it got expired since you have activated on previous plan which got expired on 22nd June. In first place how are they attaching the Add On I received as part of new recharge to old plan? There was no warning about the expiry date. Please help restoring the Add-on package

                      I was recharged on dated 29th as per double data and cash back offer as attached in image but i only received 1.5gb data instead of cash back and 3gb data per day. Have a look into the attachment and resolve on priority.. They was send me the redeem voucher at the same day n time of recharge and didn't mention anywhere that redeem voucher after or new pack start date. So i redeem as usual just like recharge then redeem too but they didn't give m the benefits of cash back n doI was recharged on dated 29th as per double data and cash back offer as attached in image but i only only received 1.5gb data instead of cash back and 3gb data per day. Have a look into the attachment and resolve on priority. I raise complaint through mail but they didn't give me the benefits yet And complaint number too.

                        On July 07 2018, I went Jio store outlet aminabad Lucknow uttarpradesh for converting my postpaid Jio SIM connection to prepaid Jio SIM connection
                        And the Jio retailer under wide order number: NO00005E73QY tried to convert my SIM connection which unfortunately got cancelled due to some adhar card reason (baseless reason) but the Jio retailer/service providers are not refunding my money back Rs.248.00. Now the excuse of Jio retailer is that incase of technical issues only Jio service providers refund the money back.

                        Reference no IGADWUIGQ3 made recharge of rs 448 on jio no [protected] on my jio app and total 398 has been deducted from my account on 4th july 2018 but recharge not showing in my account of jio

There are possiblity to build mobile tower in B-20 krushnakunj society .oppo bhagawati school, hirawadi road . thaakker bapanagr .ahmedabad. With in a distance of less than 10 meters there is buil ( under construction) a mobile tower on the other building and there are senior citizens, Small Kids and pregnant ladies living in our society.There is aschool in a distance of 1.5km As radiation of mobile tower causes hazardous effect on health, we request you to kindly intervene in to the matter and remove the mobile tower in residential area as early as possible.

                                Sir, I have port my bsnl no to jio for better service. But I didn't get either calling or net speed in my residencial area. Sir I have already complained several times . But i got sympathy.your call center person said to me after 3 months your problem is solved. But my problem is same. In another area both are correct.

                                So sir please solve my problem

                                  I belong to South Gautam Nagar, Fatehpur, U.P. I have been facing the network and internet speed problem for last 2 months. after 12 PM everyday internet speed goes down drastically in this area. Many people has ported their no even Last month I was using my secondary no for internet. Lats month due to offer I recharged again and Facing same problem. I do some work on internet I need good speed but after 12 PM I can't even open a website, facebook & can't run a video even on 360p quality.

                                  I never used Jio before. Somehow I had to port into JIO 4 months back. 300-400 rs is not a concern but I need good internet speed to work on. This time I am not receiving even speed equal to a 3G network.
