    UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000I1TL1R is scheduled on[protected] : 15:00:00.

    I have requested for jio uninstall . And i asked for my refund of 3 months pack .. they r sending mails like uninstall appointments but no one is picking up their device and they r rescheduling daily basics .. i have given multiple complaints no response from service provider .. staring they forced to take 3 months pack from first day onwards i faced network issues so i disconnected
    im getting those uninstall mails but no one contacted me about tat .

      Dear Sir,

      This is SINGH VIVEK RAJENDRA PRATAP

      On 03/01/2022 I had did recharge of 239/- on my jio number [protected] which was deducted from my account but the recharge was showing unsuccessful. Though it's been 2 days I didn't received refund, neither got any data renewal. Hopefully you will get back to the problem.

        This is to bring to your notice that Jio has looted me of 1900 rs for nothing, that too in this pandemic time such unethical companies are looting the people for nothing.

        I have charged for Amazon prime subscription without my knowledge, secondly I changed my plan to 199 cause I couldn’t afford to pay 399 which was coming up to 500rs every month, now since I changed the plan I neither get the service nor my money back.

        The only thing is I have to pay the money, reliance Jio please have some ethics and return my money back.

        Your service centre is not receiving my calls as well.

          Hi Sir/Ma'am

          I'm writing this e-mail on regards to Jio's worst customer services.

          I had raise a request for disconnecting all my Jio prepaid number via call/chat on 20th Dex 2021 and got a mail that it will be done by 27th of Dec 2021.
          Even after I made more 10 complaints still all the numbers are active.
          No one from Jio is helping me.

            Hello,
            Jio has erected a pole with cement basement infront of my land in Plot # 17 A, Abinandan Nagar, Nanmangalam, Chennai without my permission. This pole is right infront of my compound wall. I'm planning to construct my house in this land starting in the next 1 month, so need this pole to be removed from the current place and moved elsewhere.

            Treat this as urgent and move this immediately as this is interupting my construction plan.

              I am struggling network Issue last 6 months. I have reach us Jio care /team many times. but not getting any solutions.

              My signal strength is 0 and call getting automatically disconnected or mute .

              due to low signal strength my Internet connectivity is very poor. I am frustrated of jio network services. please help and do the needful.

                    Recharge not reflected in Jio App

                    Have undertaken recharge of 395 rs through gpay...money has been deducted ..got confirmation from bank as well but recharge has not been reflected...please resolve this issue...

                    I had take a jio fiber connection on 22/12/2021 and had sheduled the installation on 26/12/2021, it has not been installed until today even after frequent calls to the agent. The agent being a person named Srikanth working in marathahalli jio service center as to my knowledge does not even pick my calls.I have been waiting more than a week for the connection.I had paid 1500 as security deposit.The sales agent informed while taking the connection that after paying an amount of 1500 security deposit i will get a 4 month free jiofiber pack of 999 after that it will start billing.I had tried all ways of contacting jio but in vain which is why i'm registering this complaint .Kindly do the needfull to make the intallation right away.

                      In the month of July, I had done recharge to my father's mobile number [protected] of 100/- and 50/-. Amount debited from my account and recharge not reflect his number. I have raised an issue with Google pay, they informed me, payment was successful. Here are the UPI transaction IDs[protected]/07/[protected]/07/21).

                      Please get the issue resolved at the earliest.

                            Myself C Venkata Raja Reddy, Aged about 80 years residing at door # 216, 2nd main road, Singayanapalya, Mahadevapura post, Bangalore 560048 write this complaint with regards to an installation of Jio Tower by Mr. B S Reddy in our neighborhood. The installation is being fixed on the 6th Floor of his building which is in and around other residential properties including mine.

                            I have the following concerns:

                            - There is no approval grant from BBMP.
                            - The residential area is exposed to high radiation from the tower and harmful to me all the residents staying in and around.
                            - Also during heavy rain / storm we fear the tower might crash into neighboring building one of it is owned by me.

                            I request you to kindly help investigate this at the earliest and help to avoid the installation of the tower in a residential area. Supporting images attached for your reference.

                                I apply for a job for Loss Prevention Manager before month .When I clear written test now when I give interview in jio career app it shows Jio career app stopped when I confirm for that job they said me some one has joined the job how it is possible they have to call me for interview then they have to select suitable candidate for the job sir look into matter because in future there will be fair selection

                                  I requested for a cancellation of services on 12th dec and
                                  I have been unable to return the jio device - modem, 4th, adapter etc till date - 21 dec.
                                  As neither the service engineer comes to collect it nor am i suggested a jio store near my place to visit and return. It has been more than a week.

                                  Every time a call/mail comes, there is a standard message, "sorry for the inconvenience caused."

                                  After shifting my residence, i requested for the disconnection of jio services. - as relocation request was not attended to.

                                  Every time i get the uninstallation appointment message from jio (Attached sms snapshot), i go to my old residence and wait for the service engineer but no one turns up. After i reach home, i get the message "you were not available to be contacted so please reschedule." (Attached one of the sms snapshot)

                                  They are not ready to collect from my new location also.

                                  This has happened multiple times.

                                  Resolution requested:

                                  I am not sure how to return the device, which is abs of no use to me.
                                  And i would like my deposit amt to be refunded.

                                    I have contacted JIO Customer support. They are not helping with this issue.

                                    I have Spoken with customer care but no proper response or willingness to help.

                                    The recharge is for work from home pack
                                    Refusing to reverse the charge affecting my work.

                                    Finding very difficult to work.

                                    Please understand my Situation and reverse the payment.

                                    I am Jio Customer for last 4 years.

                                    I am trusting the Jio.

                                    Hope I will get my refund of my hard earned money which will be of waste if not reversed
