I am being a customer of jio they don't give resolution to my problem when i called their customer care, there is no proper answer for my question.I have redeemed the voucher they gave but it is not working but they have credited 5gb Add on balance in my account but it was not working.When i asked to customer care people there is no proper response.This is really very disappointing and annoying, I trusted their network and being a valid customer but they cheat .I definitely need a resolution to my problem, being one of the popular network they cant do such fraudulent activities which breaks the trust..Take proper action and do support the customers .I need proper reply and resolution from them . Worst customer care service. Contact no [protected]

    This is Sakthivel from Chennai.

    I was wrongly recharged to Mobile Number:[protected].

    I have contacted Reliance Digital, Chrompet and Enterprise support, Customer support. They are not helping me with this issue.

    I have sent mail regarding this issue. They are not responding.

    This is my half month salary.

    Please understand my Situation and reverse the payment.

    I am Jio Customer for last 4 years.
    I am trusting the Jio.

    Please check and reverse the payment.

      No one contacted me at the designated time for installation appointment again. Please refund me the money back soon.
      I don't want want your jio fiber it's taking too much time. Seems like a scam as I already have paid 3 months amount. take necessary action by Tommorow.
      I will post the screenshot of the call history to prove nobody contacted me. And the money I paid.
      Jio is rescheduling my installation appointment repeatedly from yesterday

        I have been receiving daily calls from a person from these numbers [[protected], [protected]]. I picked up their call few times and told them not to call me, they said they wanna talk to me and they are still calling me daily. I blocked their number through my device but I still receive notifications which i want to be stopped.

        I have 2000+ calls in my blocked call history from them.

          I am a JIo Fiber user from last 6 months but never happy with their services, every time there is a connection dropout, slow speed and recently no internet. When complained 100 times no one responds and bothers and close the ticket without resolving. My internet is not working again from last 6 days and have called numerous times and they keep adding 24hrs executive site visit. Today i met the executive standing out and he told he cannot give a connection as there is some construction work happening. I have to call customer service and speak. So there is no internet and they don't give my prepaid money back. What do i do where do i go

                Fraudulent call from [protected] and [protected] for KYC updation. They asked us to install anydesk application and recharge Rs. 10. By that time, they dragged password for net banking. Then they transacted Rs. 2000 but we didn't disclose the OTP.

                  Dear Sir,

                  We have taken the JIO FIBER connection BEFORE one month but after 2 days, the connection has not been working SINCE 25 DAYS .

                  After several reminders and email to jio fiber customer card, no one bothered to resolve the issue and any engineer visit did not happen .

                  We are facing a huge loss due to net connectivity as we have disconnected all alternative broadband connections.

                  My child is facing issues in attending school classes, my wife is doctor and she lost customer base completely even she is not able to attend online seminars and my share market trading stops .

                      Recharge successful ,but not activated in my number

                      I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 199 rs plan
                      on 25th of November2021, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and myjio app also. Retailer showing 199 successful message, retailer third party application(novopay), nobopay customer care number [protected], novopay mail id: [protected]@novopay.in .using for recharge, but retailer is good, he is only helping for them....

                      Since last 3 months i want to migrate my Post Paid connection to Jio Prepaid COCP Plan. But there is not one to help on this. The Agent who completed all the formalities is unable to explan the reason for the delay. Already 4 times Porting Code Generated and Expired. Every time he come up with a difference reason for non processing of the 2 connection. I failed to understand why Reliance is not able to add 2 more in the existing 10 connection.

                            My name is shankar kumbhar . I am From sonari, jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I am jio sim user as well as family member also use jio sim last 5 years. We are getting some network issues also. My major concern is maintain bellow.
                            My plan validity remaining 3 day but when ever i call to some one then getting welcome ivr to said me your plan validity expire in 3 days please recharge now to continue your service. Its repeatedly to me in English and hindi after 1 min call connect to some one. Kindly stop that type of harassment. Mobile number- [protected], [protected]

                                Sir hamare area me ek bsnl ka network kaafi saalo se laga hua he lekin wo band hi rahata he kabhi nhi chalta to kya aap waha par jio ka adjustment nhi kar sakte sir kuch bhi kariye sir lekin problm ko dur kar dijiye me aapka aabhari rahunga..??

                                  I recharged the wrong Jio mobile no.(which was on my myjio app]
                                  this number has not worked for more than a year].
                                  I didn't realize what had happened. because Jio Nos are so similar.
                                  Jio has turned around and said it is their company policy not to refund wrongful recharges.
                                  I recharged for Rs.1299,
                                  I think Jio should return my money to the original bank source.

                                      The request for relocation for jio fibre (in the same city) has been raised on 1st Nov, 2021 and it was rescheduled 8-9th times still there is no engineer visit for relocation. Relocation Address- 301, Radha Krishna Residency, Hatma, Near Premsons Motors, Kanke road. Pin code - 834008. After the failure of relocation raised many times, I had to take new connection which will cost me additional money.

                                      Relocation request for jio fibre was confirmed on 21st Nov 2021 at 10 AM IST, still there is no engineer visit happened till now. Customer representative was unsure about the engineer visit and just giving tentative time for today (21st Nov, 2021) anytime.

                                      My jio fibre relocation request was again rescheduled on 22nd Nov, 2021 at 8 PM but like always, there is no trace of engineer for the same. However, for the new connection request (which I had to take forcibly because I wanted uninterrupted service), the engineer visit happened within 24 hours. So, it is completely understood that engineers are available but they are only booked for a new connection but not available for relocation of my jio fibre device. This is very unfortunate and pathetic.
