Hi, I am Dhenu G.I am an jio fibre user for 3 months .My jio fibre connection got disconnected 2 times in this last 3 months.Once it got disconnected due to an technical issue 5 days ago and registered complaint in jio customer care but still the issue havent been resolved..Its very worst ...The engineer response was in a negative way ...Its very bad response not picking the phone too..they keep on saying the issue will resolved in next 24hrs but it always get postponed ...

    Regret no response to my mail dated 14.11.21

    Kindly note that I paid yearly subscription of Rs 14, 145.84 thru Axis Bank Net Banking for the period 14.2.21 to 13.3.22 (12 months + 1 month free). In my mail dated 3.9.21, I had indicated that I had cancelled my connection on 29.8.21.

    Treating the deactivation date as 31.8.21 and that Security Deposit for connection of Rs 1, 500 has been refunded, the Refund of Subscription Amount calculated from 1.9.21 to 13.3.22 (6.5 months) works out to Rs 7, 662 (14, 145.84/12*6.5). This was explained to Mr Gomez when he rang up at 2:04 PM on 3.9.21

    Vide your mail dated 26.10.21 you had indicated in clear terms that the Refund Amount shall be paid within 20 working days from 12.10.21 i.e. by 31.10.21

    Despite 46 Reminders the refund has not been received

    Kindly arrange to refund Rs 7, 662 + interest for 2 months immediately

    Please treat this as MOST URGENT

        Jio fiber refund on received.

        I had started my jio fiber wifi on 26th September for which I had given a security deposit of 2500 Rs. I cancelled my jio fiber within 1 month that is on 24 October and the device was picked up at 1st November 2021. It's been 16 days and I have not received my refund which was supposed to be credited from 7-14 days from the day of device pickup. Even my device was in perfect condition....

          I have complain jio from the day I bought the Si m and everytime I complaint these guys they tell me that there are so many users in my area that's why you are facing an internet slow speed. GUYS Don't tell me that there are so many users using the internet because I'm not freeloading here I PAY YOU SO I WANT MY ISSUE SOLVED. Your Internet service and network Is so pathetic and ridiculous that you don't even give how much time it will take to resolve my problem. PLEASE ITS BEEN A MORE THAN A YEAR.

              This is regarding my multiple deduction for new postpaid connection

              Respected Sir/madam it's regarding my recent purchase of postpaid plan which rupees 199 plus,

              at initial level I purchase the postpaid plan with deposit of 3 50 rupees at first transaction in court failed but the amount is deducted from my lazy pay qr pay account I have

                Regarding wires of Jiofiber passing from my balcony.

                I live in Kota, Rajasthan and in front of my house company has installed Jiofiber box and the wires were going from my balcony which is highly affecting the further modification of my house also we have informed the Jio staff several times but nothing was done till yet even the way of talking is worst of the staff.
                Necessary and urgent action is required.

                    I did 555 recharge for my mother in 26 Oct, the money got deducted and next day I got update in my jio app that recharge has expired. I tried complaining to jio customer but in vain. They kept me on hold for 40+ mins with no resolutions. I request jio to kindly process my refund

                      My jio mobile number is [protected]. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address amd other time i inquire about the same then jio representative said it will be deposit to your given bank account which is given at time of post paid connection for auto billing, but no cheque received so far nor i haven't got any money to my bank account.

                      Kindly look into this issue.

                      Let me know when will i receive back security deposit 500-600 I don’t remember exact amount actually.

                        I had taken a Jio Fiber connection for the month of Oct. The installation was done on 30th Sep. The installation team did not install the connection properly, it caused connectivity issues. They promised they were just a call away but stopped answering calls right after installation.

                        Their customer service team and engineer kept rescheduling and delaying the visit it as he "did not have time". When i told customer care that I want to terminate the service, only then did the engineer actually come. But he tried to pin the blame on us when it was actually an issue with the installation in the cable box outside the house.

                        The installation team had promised us that we will get an extra free month (referral from our neighbour). They did the procedure for the referral themselves. When we asked them why the expiry shows as 30th Oct on the app, they said it's not an issue and we will get another free month after 30th Oct.

                        Close to the end of October, we tried calling them as well as contacting the customer care team. They either did not answer our calls or kept telling us to wait, and the customer care team simply said they can't do anything about it. Customer care refused to register our complaint.

                        Since we did not receive any resolution to the referral issue, on 30th Oct i asked them to terminate the connection. They called to ask me the reason. When i told them, they said they can't do anything and asked me to confirm if i want to terminate.

                        I asked them to provide me the full refund of Rs. 1500 which they took for installation, but they are refusing to take any responsibility for the wrong behaviour and false promises of their employees. They are also lying about the start and end date (as can be seen in the attached screenshots).

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          Sir, I have been facing issues while receiving calls for about a week now. I have tried contacting Jio care for the same still no resolution have been provided they keep on saying there is no issue from their side but I am facing this issue not only on one number but with all of my Jio number. I confirmed the facing among other users in my building even they are facing the same issue. I have to switch on my wifi calling feature in order to receive calls. The problem is faced at the address where my sim is registered which is my home. whereas I am able to make/receive calls at other locations. This issue started on somewhat 31 Oct 2021 before this I was able to make and receive calls from my location. Also, I have registered a complaint to a network team with Ticket No: MR0000Z7SH6E still no resolution has been provided. I have also requested for a port out I will be porting out if my last hope which is the Consumer complaints portal is not able to resolve the issue.
                          I hope my issue gets resolved asap So I can resist myself from porting out all my Jio numbers

                              Not Satisfied with Network Service

                              I have bought the Sim like 1.5 years ago and I am not getting a GOOD SERVICE as expected. I also complained like 6to 7 times per month on CUSTOMER care service from the day I bought the Sim. But still I am not satisfied with the net issue and everytime I complain they say that THERE ARE LOTS O[censored]SERS IN YOUR AREA CONSUMING INTERNET AND WE ARE WORKING TIRELESSLY TO EXPAND OUR NETWORK IN UPCOMING MONTHS.                               Hi,

                              I got my jio fiber installed 1st week October and I had to relocate due to some personal work. Hence return was initiated on 04-Oct-2021 . The jio fiber team said that if you cancel the plan within 30 days, all of your money will be refunded. I've been calling them since 04-Oct-2021, and every time I would call them, they say that an engineer would collect the device from location. Its been more than a month of this back and forth but no engineer has visited my place. I'm really not sure how else to get the refund.

First they promised that if we cancel the connection the full amount will get refunded without any questions but i got RS.500 only. I don't know where is my 1000 RS.

                                  I was facing issue with Internet connection. I raised complaint for issue, it was closed without fixing. I followed up couple of times but no resolution (after 1.5 month follow-up). My balanced lapse during this time without using internet.
                                  I raised closure request, but no action taken, I am demanding my deposit against modem and set top box, but they are evading to take request in consideration by mention different reasons (like give us opportunity to look into issue). I clearly mentioned that i want to close the connection but they are avoiding. I do not know how I'll my refund if they do not submit the request.
                                  This is very wrong practice from such big company to avoid taking request. People keep on wasting their time in followups. So as final resort I am reaching to consumer forum.
