Refund not received from Jio

Dear mam/sir,

I had recharged one jio number on 14-SEPTEMBER-2021 of RS1299 from MYJIO APP through recharge a friend. During first transaction it is unsuccessful then after 2 minutes i tried again then it shows again unsuccessful but the amount was deducted and they credit back my amount in my bank. After half an hour i recharged again from MY JIO app through PAYTM UPI then amount was deducted from my account again but again...

What is wrong with Jio network in kohima, Nagaland ? Company is giving good updates on this and that offers on internet and monthly talktime packs but what is the use of that when the company cant offer us a legimate calling network and internet speed ? If any Official members of the company are seeing this, please know this that the consumers(public) are ready to even pay extra money for a good calling experience and good internet speed and please know this that we are not interested in your funny Ads, or eye catching offers or which are useless if the network and internet speed is slow...The company has one job to do and that is to provide a good network for the consumers in case the company forgets what they are all about ...
Stop robbing us of our money and fix this issue !!!

    They try to instal Jio and failed but forcefully took otp that they installed the Jio fiber and before day they collected money 4500/- money from me, they said they give full refund if the installation is not happen but still now they didn’t take any action, this happens sept 3rd 2021. Please help

      Hi,
      I am writing this to bring to your notice about wrong information being provided by your backend team and technical staff when opting for new Jio Fiber connection.
      I have been requesting a Jio Fiber connection on the mentioned location since a year, but no technician has ever visited.

      Once we managed to get a technician visit from other no. and the technician named Dilip Vishwakarma whose mobile no. is [protected] visited us and did the survey and the procedure.
      For the process he requested for approval from builder which the builder provided only on the condition that if the Jio doesn't provide the connection the said Survey Letter's original copy should be returned to the builder. To which your technician committed.
      But post that due your technical limitation the connection was not provided to your society and the technician is not returning us the survey letter.

      We have been chasing him over 6 months but he is just pushing the date ahead.
      I also spoke to the area supervisor and he also commited that it would be returned, but he also didnt.

      We are tried convincing Jio that incase you dont return our letter the builder wont allow any other provider to provide new connection.
      Request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and provide us all the original documents back.

        My jio mobile no [protected]. i have purchased 3 jio plan for better net speed. but jio is not providing aforesaid services to its customer, only reason is jio dont pay attention to tier 2, 3 city customer. i have lost huge amount on stock market due to not accessing on time. every time i cliked on sell my intraday shares, it repeatedly showing no internet connection. and thats how i incurred huge loss. it aslo causes me mental torture. i thought jio is best reliabl telecom operator in india. hope jio will maintain the same repo.
        i incurred 5 lakh loss due to poor net speed.you are bound to pay my loss.

          I applied for a JioFiber connection on 27th February, 2021 and it was sold to me by Uddipta Hazra, a correspondent salesperson from Jio. I have prepaid JioFiber and have recharged my account until 8th Jan, 2022.

          The internet connection was working fine until 10th September, 2021. On 10th, my internet stopped working and I saw an inactivation alarm on the router. So, I registered a complaint with the JioFiber support with the service request ID SR000016LT2G.

          On 11th September, a service engineer called Bikash Sau (Gupta) visited my premises and investigated the matter. He stated that the fiber optic cable was somehow damaged and needs to be changed. However, he said that this cannot be done directly as the length of the wire that was sold to me was over the company allowed limits. Apparently, my house is approximately 120m away from Jio's FAT box and the company's permitted maximum wiring length is 80m. So, he demanded payment for the extra wire. He argued that the salesperson (Uddipta Hazra) should not have sold me the connection as it is over the limits. Indirectly, it meant that Uddipta has cheated me and the support is no more responsible for getting my issue resolved. I tried contacting Uddipta regarding this, multiple times, but he doesn't pick up my calls. I was dragged into Jio's internal politics.

          The wire is not my property. The home gateway and the wiring belong to Jio and they're the ones responsible for replacing it if anything goes wrong. When I raised the point, Bikash argued with me and left without solving the problem. For the next couple of days, I kept on following up with the Jio support to get my issue resolved without any luck. They kept scheduling the engineer visit at my premises and the engineer kept avoiding all visits. On 14th September at 1:32 AM, the complaint was marked as resolved and the ticket was closed without anything being actually resolved.

          I subsequently tweeted and raised another complaint (SR000016NGI4) with the JioFiber support. This time two engineers (Sagar Pathak and Abdul Mustak) visited my premises and ranted about the same story where Uddipta has apparently cheated me and advised me to change the connection as the support would anyways put my ticket on 'hold' status. It simply means that Jio cannot provide me support as the salesperson (who himself is an employee of Jio) has cheated me. They however, after some internal discussion, created a new wired connection anyways. However, it did not work. The internet connection was not working even with the new fiber optic cable. So these two engineers blamed that the FAT box was damaged and needs repair. They went off without solving my issue and stated that it would take around two days for the internet connection to be back. Suprisingly, yet again, the ticket was falsely marked as resolved and closed on 17th September at 0:57 AM.

          At this point I tweeted to JioCare asking whether I'll get back the prepaid recharge money that I've already paid (as mentioned before, I've recharged for 6 months beforehand) if I surrendered the connection. They clearly stated that amount cannot be refunded. Which now means my remaining validity until 8th Jan, 2022 is lost.

          I raised a couple of more complains with the Appellate Authority and Jio support with tickets (SR000016P3F0 and SR000016P36P). But this time the support is absolutely quiet and is not responding to my queries over email. I've made this case abundantly clear to them as to what is going on. I'm without internet service since 10th September, 2021 and I've not been served any justice because of Jio's internal politics. Either Uddipta Hazra has cheated me or Jio support doesn't want to work. I'm extremely hesitant about switching carrier / ISP as I've already recharged my account till 8th Jan, 2022. I'm absolutely stuck and devastated with the internet issue.

          Any help to get this issue resolved is extremely appreciated. The damages are worth around Rs. 5000 /- if I have to switch ISP without any resolution. People don't have proper employment during the pandemic and earning their bread through hard work and Jio here is cheating people and robbing them off their money.

          I was able to escalate the complaint through the Jio Appellate Authority. Appellate Authority is set by TRAI and is very effective in resolving issues as soon as possible. Only problem is that Appellate Authority will not register a complaint until a certain number of days have passed.           My internet was fixed after this complain. It's up and running now. I want Jio to extend my package validity by 8 days as these days were lost due to their engineers closing the tickets without resolving the issue. Also Jio has to make sure that this kind of harassment never happens with anyone again.

                    I took new connection on 7th sep 2021 with 1500 rs and it never worked since installation, even after lot of requests and pain, service was not provided to me. Now I raised a request to close the connection which is not being addressed. I want the connection to be terminated as soon as possible and provide my refund.

                        Refund not received.

                        I got my jio fiber installed on 30-June-2021 and the internet speed was slow, so I decided to return the item. The return was initiated on 17-July-2021 and jio fiber took all their belongings on 25-July-2021. The jio fiber team said that if you cancel the plan within 30 days, all of your money will be refunded. I've been calling them since 17-July-2021, and every time I would call them, they say that my refund would be credited in 1-4 days....

                        I had recharged my JIO number for Rs 98 plan (1.5GB data/day) on 12th September 2021 via phonepe. Despite receiving the message that transaction was successful and also despite the money being deducted from my account, THE SERVICE HAS STILL NOT YET BEEN ACTIVATED and I am unable to use the mobile data. Please resolve the issue immediately

                            I have booked jio fiber on 17th august but one of the sales person of jio fiber they told i will get connection in 15 days but still i didn't got it earlier engineer were saying there is no place in otb but now one of my neighbour moved some where else but now also they are saying that system is showing no available slot

                              Jio is the most HORRIBLE company of India.

                              They even don't hesitate to lie on customer support talk. The technician on call says i have registered your complaint. I waited for 1 day and not received any text message or mail regarding it. Then I called again and what they are saying that they have not received any complaint. This level of shameless people they are. When i asked for taking action against the technician who lied to me on call, they refused it saying they can't do that. I asked to transfer call to senior, they even refused for that. I have not seen that kind of lowest integrity in any company. That same incident happed to me "2 TIMES". and still my issue is not resolved. I have take legal action against JIO for their cheap level of integrity by lying to consumers.

                                Esteemed Sir, With due respect that we are the Residents of Mansarovar Garden, DELHI-110015. Our neighbour Mrs. Meenakshi Maggo, WEST DELHI-110015 has installed some MOBILE TOWER on their roof top. The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, But also there is doctor in front of the house. I suppose According to the Mcd Guidelines, no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that it Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. So please Sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - Yours truly.                                   During the installation on 15th September 2020 the Jio team charged me 1500 rupees as a security deposit in accordance with the installation policy. After the installation I asked the team if there were any hidden charges or any extras that needs to be paid. They refused to accept any amount and addressed their policy of refunding this security deposit back as soon as the device is returned to them. There's no extra charges required as per the company's policy. But they need a tip amount and that too convincing. Pay everytime for your use accordingly. After all its a prepaid connection not postpaid like BSNL. There's been not even a single month has passed that the fiber has worked without the technician visiting to do some adjustments almost every single month. And here also everytime any tip amount according to your convenience. Now I had to return back to my hometown after completion of my college. So I submitted the set-top box on 26th August and got the fiber connection disconnected coz it won't be of any use. This process was quite quick. The disconnection and the collection of the box was really quick i.e. within 2 days though it was mentioned it can take upto a week after the submission of the request. There were no circumstances faced here. But the person whom I had to call for the cancellation procedure gave a good idea about company's way of attracting customers and then telling them the truth. They will be charging 1000 Rupees for the convenience and installation fees which their company's policy restricts them from doing as mentioned before during installation. Now what about the other 500 rupees if they feel convinced with the return device they will think about it. They will think about my security deposit and that too after taking the set-top box back and checking its condition in front of me while it was connected. I have no idea what extra steps they needs to be taken to ensure the proper working of the set-top box in their office. Its almost 17 days now. No mails/no refund yet been credited. They have also taken my bank details just for the protocol. There's no way one can contact the Jio services regarding cancellation/refund. As there is no such policy available in their platform. Whenever one visits Jio's Platform there's everything starting from booking a new connection to doing recharge. But there's no option to check for cancellation status/request/refund status. Service id, order number are provided but no place to enquire against them and no way of calling the customer care as no department is concerned with cancellation/ refund, no such option exists, everyone is interested in having new customers to avail their services.
