    I have booked jio fiber on 17th august but one of the sales person of jio fiber they told i will get connection in 15 days but still i didn't got it earlier engineer were saying there is no place in otb but now one of my neighbour moved some where else but now also they are saying that system is showing no available slot

      Tower installation fraud offer given and stolen my money

      Jio is the most HORRIBLE company of India.

      They even don't hesitate to lie on customer support talk. The technician on call says i have registered your complaint. I waited for 1 day and not received any text message or mail regarding it. Then I called again and what they are saying that they have not received any complaint. This level of shameless people they are. When i asked for taking action against the technician who lied to me on call, they refused it saying they can't do that. I asked to transfer call to senior, they even refused for that. I have not seen that kind of lowest integrity in any company. That same incident happed to me "2 TIMES". and still my issue is not resolved. I have take legal action against JIO for their cheap level of integrity by lying to consumers.

        Esteemed Sir, With due respect that we are the Residents of Mansarovar Garden, DELHI-110015. Our neighbour Mrs. Meenakshi Maggo, WEST DELHI-110015 has installed some MOBILE TOWER on their roof top. The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, But also there is doctor in front of the house. I suppose According to the Mcd Guidelines, no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that it Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. So please Sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - Yours truly.           During the installation on 15th September 2020 the Jio team charged me 1500 rupees as a security deposit in accordance with the installation policy. After the installation I asked the team if there were any hidden charges or any extras that needs to be paid. They refused to accept any amount and addressed their policy of refunding this security deposit back as soon as the device is returned to them. There's no extra charges required as per the company's policy. But they need a tip amount and that too convincing. Pay everytime for your use accordingly. After all its a prepaid connection not postpaid like BSNL. There's been not even a single month has passed that the fiber has worked without the technician visiting to do some adjustments almost every single month. And here also everytime any tip amount according to your convenience. Now I had to return back to my hometown after completion of my college. So I submitted the set-top box on 26th August and got the fiber connection disconnected coz it won't be of any use. This process was quite quick. The disconnection and the collection of the box was really quick i.e. within 2 days though it was mentioned it can take upto a week after the submission of the request. There were no circumstances faced here. But the person whom I had to call for the cancellation procedure gave a good idea about company's way of attracting customers and then telling them the truth. They will be charging 1000 Rupees for the convenience and installation fees which their company's policy restricts them from doing as mentioned before during installation. Now what about the other 500 rupees if they feel convinced with the return device they will think about it. They will think about my security deposit and that too after taking the set-top box back and checking its condition in front of me while it was connected. I have no idea what extra steps they needs to be taken to ensure the proper working of the set-top box in their office. Its almost 17 days now. No mails/no refund yet been credited. They have also taken my bank details just for the protocol. There's no way one can contact the Jio services regarding cancellation/refund. As there is no such policy available in their platform. Whenever one visits Jio's Platform there's everything starting from booking a new connection to doing recharge. But there's no option to check for cancellation status/request/refund status. Service id, order number are provided but no place to enquire against them and no way of calling the customer care as no department is concerned with cancellation/ refund, no such option exists, everyone is interested in having new customers to avail their services.               Hello my name is shiva I have installed jio fiber by paying it for 6 months for 30 mbps speed but speed was not sufficient so later I cancelled jio fiber and they told me that I will be getting remaining money and they took my bank details also but I haven't received any refund or response from the customer support and email support also and from jio fiber team also.

                  I am from Jaipur. This complaint is for two employees of Reliance JIO - Jaipur Center.

                  They are Mr Jai Prakash and Mr Vikas Tanwar, their Mobile numbers are [protected] and [protected] respectively.

                  They both are posted at Jaipur Reliance Jio Office of which address is as below-

                  Mr Jai Prakash called me many times to avail Jio Fiber connection and explained benefits. I denied still he followed me to take the connection anyhow, then I asked him to meet. He came immediately and share about the plan. however I asked him that the Jio has not started the service in our area yet. then he reverted that he recently done two connection just near to my house and confirmed to get it installed within two days. he given surety for the same and asked me for the payment and I made the full payment of which I have proof.

                  then nobody tuned up for the installation for next 3 days then I did call to Mr Jai Prakash but he did not attend the call and after that I have done uncounted call to him but no call was responded.

                  I dropped the messages to him, he saw all but not responded.

                  Then I went to their office where the concern coordinator given me his reporting manager contact number - Mr Vikas Tanwar - [protected].

                  I spoke with his reporting Manager who promised me to resolve the issue by next day before first half, still nobody turned and I did call and put messages to him also but he did not responded any of the message and even he is also not responding the call.

                  Such employees are getting spoiled the Indian Telecom Industry and spoiling goodwill of the Reliance Group

                  I would request to concern that Kindly take the strong action against both of them - Mr Jai Prakash and Mr Vikas Tanwar. Their contact numbers are [protected] and [protected] respectively.

                  They both should be fired from the System as I think they must have done it with other consumers also.

                  My amount also stucked up with them and no refund has been made yet.

                    I have been facing connectivity issues since 30th of august. I have raised a service ticket 6 times so far and your technical/engineer has never visited or even contacted me even once since 30th of August. I have contacted Jio more than 30 times in the last one week- both on chat and on call! I understand the pandemic situation and the least I expect is a 48 hour resolution but not at the cost of a lying engineer.
                    It’s been more than 216 hours!

                      I have opened my data on 6:02 am and after 2 minute i got the message of 50% usage then after 2 minute later I got 90% uasge message and then all of sudden I got message of 100% message . How can i usage my 1.5gb without using this is ridiculous I m using jio from 5 years. That's how you satisfy your customers. You have to restore my data or i have to use my rights by going to consumer court and defame your policies..

                        We regret to inform that installation of your JioFiber connection with Order No.NO... is delayed due to Technical Reasons. Our team is working on the same, We will attempt to complete it in the next 5 days. Installation not done still now.

                          I am constantly facing network issue in my area and have made multiple complaints regarding the same, but not even single time have I received satisfactory answer. This is within the heart of the city and not some outskirts where network issue should happen. I am tired of having the network issue, I am unable to make single call without voice breaking, I am afraid if I do not get any satisfactory reply this time then I'll get the number ported to some other network.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I cancelled my Jio fiber connection on the 17th July 2021. Their people came to my house to pick up the modem and set top box on the 25th July 2021 for which I even got a OTP from this scam company to verify my bank account details. They told me in 7-14 working days i would get my refund.
                            It has been more than 30 working days, in other words a month and a half and no one in this company seems to want to help. No one is available on their chat medium and every time I call them the agents disconnect the call or tell me to wait for another 4 days and are basically making me run around.
                            Jio owe me Rs 2500 which is an amount I have to work very hard for.I feel like Jio is robbing 2500rs from hard working people is it?
                            I need your help. Please help me and bring these cheaters and scamsters who are ruling our country by cheating and robbing ordinary folk off their hard earned money.

                              Hi,

                              I have a query regarding the subjected service ID.
                              I had requested an uninstallation of my JioFibre device.
                              Scheduled order number was : CO0000DASNJM
                              Device was picked up on 16th Aug 2021
                              Engineer visited my location, picked my device and requested for OTP.
                              I checked my registered number for OTP, but found some issues with my Information.
                              My name was wrongly spelled as Rajan Sharma
                              My real name is Rajat Sharma.
                              I informed the same to site engineer.
                              He said he will speak to his team and get this corrected.
                              Now it’s been 14 days but I haven’t received any refund yet.
                              I am thinking if this delay is because of wrong spelling in my name.
                              I tried to reach Jio fibre customer care but I am never able to reach to any executive. They ask for my registered number. As soon as I enter my number, I get an option which says press 1 to call Jiofibre to your home.

                              After this, I reached out to engineer who had picked my device. He said he cannot do anything and asked me to reach out to customer care.
                              I am not getting any response from anyone.All of engineers are super rude.
                              I am going to file a complain against Jio in consumer court and police station as well.

                              I need my money Rs 2500 back!!!

                                    I have recharged jio sim for Rs 149 24days Plan through google pay. Money has been deducted from my account. The payment was also successful.                                       I recharged Rs. 555/- in my jio phone no. [protected] on 23/06/2021 at 10: 00 pm through my jio app and used sbi netbanking via inb avenue but amount deducted and recharge was not successful. SBI told that they have done transaction successfully but jio told that no money is received this transaction was unsuccessful. 3 months gone and I am not getting my money back
