I call to Jio customer care service to know about ISD pack information, but not received good response from their customer care executive also received text message from jio that thanks for calling to Jio and my call disconnected automatically without any resolutions

      I have recharged my JIO number on 26th september 2021 for Rs, 251 which has 50GB quota for a validity of 28 days but it says it's in queue. I'm clearly dependent on the network since 'm doing work from home cause of pandemic situations. I tried to reach JIO customer service through various modes but everytime it reached the IVR.. I launched email complaints as well but no response from the concerned mobile network. Cause of this i'm deeply stressed out and it created a bad impression on me in my organization.. I need compensation for my mental stress and for the amount i recharged which is still not reflecting in my account even after 2 days... The details are attached and also can provide the call recordings which reached IVR no matter whatever option i select..

                  My MNP is being rejected by JIO again and again as i want to port in to VI ( vodafone idea limited) and i have completed more than 90 days in JIO and i am facing so many issues in JIO so i wanted to opt into VI but I don't know why JIO is rejected my port out request.

                  I got a call from their end but still they are unable to help me out please do something. This network is really pathetic. I am unable to receive any calls.

                    Today I am using 281 MB data only but my jio apps fraudly say that I am using 510 MB data and and deduct my MB.And this happen with me from last 6 days regularly I'm not using my whole mobile data but they deduct my all data daily.i want my money back and don't dare to do this again with me.

                      I've requested to disconnect my Jio Fiber connection ([protected]) which is my name Kartik Bhaskaran. The request was processed on 18th August but nobody has attended it yet. I've followed up with various complaints but no luck so far. I will have to force to break the Jio Box if I don't get a proper resolution.

                        My order number:[protected]A from Jiomart place on 22 Sep 2021. Order was delayed & on twitter Jiomart executive tweeted that my order will be delivered in 25 Sep 2021 sure. But order didn’t delivered and it got cancelled by Jiomart side in 26 Sep 2021 at 12:08 AM. I want my order & strict action against Jiomart.

                          I'm complaining about no network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you. We want network installation.

                              In the month of August 2021, jio bombarded me with smses telling me that my Disney hotstar plan is going to expire soon so renew it by choosing a jio plan which offers the same. I recharged with jio Rs 2599 plan which should give me 1yr Disney hotstar plan on 14th August 2021. Unfortunately the Disney hotstar plan expired on 20th september 2021 and I raise a complaint in this regard. A complaint no SR000016R76F is given to me which now says (in jio app) that the issue is resolved. But the Disney hotstar plan is not renewed till date. I call their customer support daily and their answer is the same " to wait for 24hrs to fix it " now they started disconnecting my calls.

                                Hi,

                                Worst service ever I saw Jio fiber, their primary aim to cover all the customer but without satisfaction. My Jio fiber connection closed before 2 months ago and returned all my Set top box with Order Number CO0000D2YHJM but still they are processing the refund. I recommended you don't use JIO fiber because they not processing your money back.

                                    Me and my brother are both from IITs and we are currently working from home and there are other people too in my town, working from home.

                                      Paid Rs 1500/- on 10.07.2021 towards JIO fiber connection at Mangalore, Karnataka state. However Installation of JioFiber connection with NO0000HX6Y4U was failed due to their technical reasons and they failed to provide any equipment's and connection. Since they failed to provide the connection, they advised me to write to [protected]@jio.com for refund. Accordingly in last two months sent several e mails to said e mail ID for refund as such no response whatsoever from JIOFIBER.

                                      They you are wasting my time and energy to get back my bonafide money, as I’m chasing them for quite some time. despite of so much of followup, nil response from jio is highly surprising. Request for the resolution at the earliest.

                                        Refund not received from Jio

                                        Dear mam/sir,

                                        I had recharged one jio number on 14-SEPTEMBER-2021 of RS1299 from MYJIO APP through recharge a friend. During first transaction it is unsuccessful then after 2 minutes i tried again then it shows again unsuccessful but the amount was deducted and they credit back my amount in my bank. After half an hour i recharged again from MY JIO app through PAYTM UPI then amount was deducted from my account again but again...
