I am a jio user and I have an active plan which benefits for 2gb internet data per day.
Today The message from jio shows that my internet data for this day got exhausted but it does not really got exhausted and i have proof for it as my data usage in the mobile detects only 1.65 gb of data got used but the message shows that I have used my 2 gb quota of data for today. I am so disappointed of this and I need to use my data for which...

I've recharged for my number on 06 june 2021 (Rs.349). Recharge not done but money debited from my account. please refund my money back or else make recharge successful my jio prepaid Reference ID is[protected]

Ive recharged my number [protected] with myjio app for ₹51 net pack 2 times and it shows recharge successful but still has not been reflected...

I have recharged by jio number [protected] with ₹51 data addon pack 2 times, it shows recharge is successful but has not been reflected in my account...

I have made my recharge but recharge has not received yet and amount is deducted and transaction is succesfull but recharged not received...

There is one person who was my classmates he got a hold of my number which now i have given to my sister, he stalked and threatened. After I blocked him, he still keep on calling sometimes 12 to sometimes atleast average 200 calls, this is a cyber harassment and I hope Reliance jio to check on it....

I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via Google pay.

I have recharged the ₹555 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

I Ankita Chauhan R/O 1454 Gali No. 13 Govindpuri Kalkaji New Delhi-110019 Had Called Mr. Jitender Of Jio Fiber On 16th April 2021 For Installation Of Wi-Fi Connection at Our Above Address. He Came and Took 1500 Rupees for Intallation of Connection. Till Date He Has Not Given Any Reciept And Not Installed Any Connection. After Enquiring From Other Sources I Came To Know There Are No Lines Of Jio In Our Area. I Think Mr. Jitender Has Cheated...

A friend of mine has done recharge from his sbi account for 199/-. It was successful from the bank side but i didn't get any sms from jio company. Please do the needful....

This side Jitendra[registered mobile nos [[protected]], by mistake while i recharge my nos [[protected]] [ one digit will change to 7 instead of 5, i seen just recharge done]but the recharge done another nos i shocked when i seen, that nos also not working state i tried calling.

I request kindly take prompt and appropriate action and refund by amount i. E 555/-rs

I did my recharge yesterday and today and it has been successful but its not working it says that I have reached my limit of transaction then how do I get the money back? If its not accepting...

Today 27may2021 I recharged for 599rs for my jio number through Google pay. The money was paid but recharge isn't done yet and it says WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION.

This is Javid Sofi from shadipora, drugmulla, kupwara, Kashmir. I've been making complaints to jio for poor connectivity for months now but to no avail. In my area, jio has a tower which doesn't function for hours a day. Just few days back, fire broke out in the neighborhood and jio tower as usual wasn't functioning and we couldn't call for help. Poor network and denial of access to internet is badly hurting students....

I am facing problems using internets calls in my house. Shows only one or two signal bars in my house and can't browse internet and video buffering. Please take necessary action. Thanks...

Jio fiber recharge not reflecting still after 2 days from recharge...

I am taken Jio policy for last 6 years as it has been promoted to us saying JIO for being a facilitator for this highly beneficial Group Mediclaim Policy for social upliftment of Community for Jain people.

But I come across other side of coin when I submitted my first claim after 6 years and submitted hard copy of all the requirement documents but they are just making excuses and does not reimburse the payment so far....

On 24 May 2021, I had recharged my jio number with the Rs.199 plan (28 days) which gives 1.5GB per day. My debit card was used for the transaction and the app(MyJio) showed that the transaction was successful. However, my plan has not been activated yet. Please resolve the issue...
