I made a recharge of RS 2599 plan in my jio prepaid number [protected] on 23 rd july, 2021... I got the daily call + dataplan for 1 year as per the plan BUT my HOSTAR VIP Subscription for 1 year i.e from 23 rd july 2021- 22 nd july 2022(which was also included within the plan ) for the next subsequent year had NOT BEEN RENEWED.
I contacted HOTSTAR customer TEAM but they are clearly saying that its the problem of JIO as NO RECHARGE SUBSCRIPTIONS has been received by hotstar to the d4stined jio number from their end.(EMAIL ATTACHED).
I also contacted JIO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE by PHONE (as theirr chat section us automated and very harrsassing) 2 TIMES . 1st executive told that its the technical issue of jio and within 24 hours it will be restored.. 2nd executive got no clue.
2 DAYS have passed, still no resolution..so, its my EARNEST REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ACTIVATE MY HOTSTAR SUBSCRIPTION at my jio NUMBER [protected] (the same number i made recharge )
Its really shameful as well as harassing that even after recharging the entire amount, customers like us is being harassed like this..

    As per the jio fiber plan if we are not happy with the service we can return the instrument and can claim full refund after one month. So I put cancellation request after 29th day on call i.e. on 06.07.2021. On that call I was told to submit jio fiber router and device before 05.08.2021 and if due to my fault if I am unable to submit the device, then installation charges of rs. 1000 will be forfeited, that is, I will get refund of Rs. 1500 only instead of Rs.2500. But despite several complaints in jio customer care till date no one has come to pick up the device and every the jio customer care gives 1 week time to resolve the issue. On asking higher authority contact no., they simply reply that jio customer care no. Is the only no. And due to COVID pandemic they are unable to transfer the call to higher authorities. there person didn’t comeback to collect the device. So it is Jio's fault who is not responding on time.

    Also, I talked to engineer who installed jio fiber, he is asking for CO no. and on asking, customer care is not giving CO no. saying every time that CO no. will be messaged to you but in 20 days despite several complaints I have not received any CO no.
    Also, while installing jio fiber connection engineer had not installed the connection properly due to which whole set up of jio fiber fell down and my LED TV got damaged.
    Who is going to take responsibility of all these losses including mental agony.
    Therefore, I am bound to take legal action.
    Please help.

        Maine ek postpaid fiber connection kharida tha 6 6 month wala plan ke saath or usse maine 4 din ke baad refund ke liye daal diya tha or 7 taarik ko or 14 ko unka engineer aaya or device legya. or avi tak mujhe mere refund nhi mila. customer care me call karta hu toh kabhi 3 days bolte hainkr kabhi 7 or 14 day or kabhi 20 days... mujhe paise ki arjent jarurat hai...

          Unable to replace SIM card due to date of birth mismatch

          I was unable to replace my jio SIM card due to date of birth mismatch. I didn't updated my date of birth in aadhar, since it's issue. I don't know how the details(DOB) incorrectly stored in your database. No matter how many times I tried for replacement. It is getting rejected. What are the steps do I need to follow for successful replacement if there is any other way?...

            Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower In Midst Of Residential Area at roof of 551 ka/321, pratap chaat wali gali, Shakti Nagar, Alambagh, lucknow, 226005

            We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Shakti Nagar, Alambagh, lucknow and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

            Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Rakesh Shrivastava, resident of 551 ka/321, Shakti Nagar, Alambagh, lucknow – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Alambagh, Lucknow

            When residents of Alambagh, Lucknow, came to informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Deccan Chronicle & various reports.

            In spite of this, the said Mr.Rakesh Srivastava flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of Alambagh, Lucknow that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license

            As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

            As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

            We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

              Jio fiber Scam (Deducts money from refundable security deposit)

              Dear Sir,

              The matter is that My jiofiber connection (Jio Fiber number[protected]. ServiceID[protected] was activated on March13, 2021. I decided to discontinue the connection on April 5, 2021 and planned for relocation due to official purpose.               On 7th july I recharged my jio fiber through Paytm payment bank. Money got debited from my account and got credited in jio business account (City bank), but jio is denying that they haven’t received any amount.

                  Let me introduce myself as Sudhersan S bearing jio fiber connection (on landline number:+91-[protected]).

                  I am planning move out of the city and as part of it I raised a service request SR0000156S0F on[protected] to "cancel" my jio fiber connection and collect & process refund of security deposit, a service engineer contacted me on relocation, I explained him that the ticket was not raised for relocation but cancellation. I followed up by raising another request SR000015DJVH on[protected], same thing happened. Same thing happened on SR000015DWU2 ticket raised on[protected].

                  I am writing this email in good faith that an appropriate an action will be taken on this matter.
                  I have been a user of Jio fiber/services for a few years now and I myself have been a advocate of Jio services, please don't make me think I was wrong all along.

                      Me jio retailer hu aur me jio conection bhi bahat sara deta tha lekin sim ke liye extra 10 rs per sim card office se charge karta hai aur online sim active karne ke subidha bhi abhi tak nahi kar diya hai office ke log meine bahat bar apna shop ka photo aur agrrement bheja par abhi tak koi response nahi mila mujhe.

                        Complaint : Jio fiber Wifi internet down and no resolution provided.

                        Background:
                        1. Raised a complaint and booked for service engineer visit on 17th July 2021 for 9 am . Service Engineer never called and I called jio customer care multiple times .
                        2. I was assured a visit would take place and internet would be restored by 1909 hrs on 18/06/2021 .
                        3. At 1915 hrs upon checking I was told that person would not visit as the problem was lower power on junction box outside my home and would be done by backend team . Same was not mentioned when I called at 1830 hrs
                        4. Now with nowhere to go and work dependent on the internet coming back I have no option but to raise a complaint .
                        Very poor service and they kept fooling me till the expected resolution time was over . Worse is they still don't even know what is going to happen . They just asked me to wait without any timeline or plan of approach .

                          I've recently ported my number to Jio. Once your current plan is about to get expire, they start sending you multiple texts and also you get pre-call announcement on daily basis at least 4 days before the plan expiration date. The pre-call announcement consumes approx 20 seconds of yours. When I called Jio customer support team they denied to stop this announcement. They don't have the option to stop this announcement and it is irritating.
                          It's really a pathetic service from Jio that they couldn't stop a service which is stopped by other carriers.

                            I've been using Jio Sim from the beginning but in last couple of month I've been notified that my Daily Data is exhausting much much earlier than I expect. At the beginning I thought it's "background app" consuming data . I disable all (most) app from data using in background. I turned the data Saver on every app that has option . But yes still Jio data exhausting.

                            This is clearly a serious issue . Almost as cheating millions of Customers . If this happens to me again ..I'm moving this case with *PROOF to CONSUMER COURT

                                I have taken Jio fiber connection for 399 plan and paid amount of 2824.92/- on[protected]. And appointed inatallation date on[protected] at 20:45, on next morning service engineer visited and he has no idea how to give connection and he told another person will come for installation and he left. Till date no one visited and not responding to phone. My order Number NO0000HW2I8I. Mr Sharath Chandra and his mibile no [protected] was expert in telling lies. Daily two stories he will tell to us. I am here not to listening the stories by paying the amount. I request Jio fiber to look in to my issue.

                                I[censored]nable to serve then return my amount. We have lot of broadband providers.

                                Finally installation was done on 18th July 2021 (After continuously follow up from 08-07-2021). Took 11 days for connecting JioFiber which is already exists in my apartment. Out of 26 Flats 10 flats are with JioFiber. Not satisfied with the complaint resolution as it took 11 days.

                                Every day I will receive text msg as "Visit of our Jio service engineer to your premises for JioFiber Service ID[protected] has been rescheduled to so so date & time as per your request". Who is requesting you to reschedule without my approval. If it is rescheduled as per your wish means the same thing you have to convey. Why you are using this type of false statements.

                                  I requested new jio fiber connection and the Jio person arrived and explained the plans finally collected money as well. Just received the order number and he said installation will be done in 2 days but for the 15days I'm following up with them they don't even care for providing installation. He don't pickup my calls nowadays and he responding in messages that he will do installation today. Same response I received for past 10 days.

                                    While trying to recharge my Jiofibre account using Jio application on 9th Jul 2021, the transaction was showing as failed on Jio app. So I tried to recharge again and it was successful only with third time. But, the recharge amount was deducted from my account for initial 2 recharge attempts as well, even though the jio app was showing as 'transaction failed'. After some time jio app was showing 1 plan as active and 2 recharge plans as queued in my Jiofibre account. The queued plans would get activated after the current active plan expires.
                                    As I was mislead to make additional recharge trials jio to wrong status, I tried contacting the customer care number, but the service agent support was not available. Hence I had written to Jiofibre customer support mail id ([protected]@jio.com) regarding this issue and requested for reversing the 2 recharges and provide refund for the same. But the response was that they cannot reverse the recharge.
                                    As a customer I was mislead by the incorrect recharge status on Jio app (it was showing the recharge transaction as failed) and I was tricked to do multiple recharges. Now when I requested customer care to reverse the additional recharges that had been done due to the wrong message from Jio app, I am not getting any positive response.
                                    I have taken this connection for official purpose and hence have to submit the monthly invoice to get the claim for the same. I can get the reimbursement for only 1 invoice per month. Currently the invoice of other 2 plans are also dated 9th Jul which I cannot use for reimbursement purpose. Hence I had requested customer support to reverse the additional recharges that had been done due to the wrong message from Jio app.

                                    Please help to reverse the 2 additional recharges that were done due to the wrong message from Jio app and provide refund for the 2 transactions.
