मै प्रवीण पांडे, छत्तीसगढ़, दुर्ग जिले से हूँ l मेरे पास shine.com के द्वारा पलक चौहान नाम की एक lady का call आया था... उन्होंने मूझे रिलायंस jio मे सुपरवाइजर के पद पर नौकरी दिलवाने...

On 24 May 2021, I had recharged my jio number with the Rs.199 plan (28 days) which gives 1.5GB per day. My debit card was used for the transaction and the app(MyJio) showed that the transaction was successful. However, my plan has not been activated yet. Please resolve the issue...

Why in all over our country India who ever use this Jio sim, why network is always bad but we have to pay a lot for the recharge which doesn't even last long. If we pay for the billing recharge then why not gives us a proper internet connection. Some people are students who has to write and have an online test, class and exams too and some o[censored]s work most of the time using internet who doesn't have an wifi connection are getting a great lost...

Dear Sir,

we are not able to do work from home due to network issues.
We have faced network issue from 19th May 2021.
We have not resolved yet.
Please help on urgnet basis.

I have tried email and in-app complaint but still no representative takes the matter seriously .I had recharged with 30 mbps plan and it is barely giving 11 at max .Seriously pathetic complaint management system by jio fiber (only for name fiber)....

My data balance is exhausting very fast. In the morning itself it gets 50% exhausted without using any....

Mere pass ik mam ka call aaya vo kh rhi h aap jio m job krna chate h mene kha ha toh vo kh rhe interview dena pde gya aap doc bhej dijiye or 400 rs doc verification charge...

On 9 may 2021 I applied on reliancejiosmsjobs.co.in for work from home job .
on 10 may 2021 I got text message from [protected] texting as-
"please text me on whatsapp, i send job details on your whatsapp.
regards
team jio"
on 10 may - i texted on whatsapp to [protected]
got reply stating -
We provide you jobs like Data Entry, SMS sending jobs, Marketing and Training Jobs,

Recharged for Rs. 329.00 on May 15, 2021 on Myjio app for Jio number [protected]. Got confirmation from my bank that money has been successfully deducted from my account. But jio sent a message saying that recharge was unsuccessful.
Kindly refund the amount to my account as soon as possible....

To bring into your notice that yesterday i.e. 14may, I did a primary recharge of jiofiber for which payment deducted from my account however didn't receive any notification for recharge successful. I have Taken a JioFiber connection on my mobile number with the Service ID[protected] in August 2019. Paid 2500 as a security deposit. In December 2019 I requested them for the deactivate the connection. The connection was deactivated after 10 days & they have collected WiFi router taken my bank details for processing the refund. But till now the refund not happened. I called customer care multiple times, also submitted the cancelled cheque...

I canceled my Jio Postpaid connection "[protected]"on February 21th 2021. When I applied for the connection I was asked to pay a security deposit of total rupees 500 which was said will be refunded after connection is closed. When I asked to close my connection on February 21th 2021 the jio customer service said it would take 90 days for the refund process then after 90 days I checked and complained to customer service they said they have...

With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of jio.my jio number is-[protected].I noticed from Last week jio's Data consuming very fast even I set my settings on data saving mode and not using background app. I cleared my all background app every second but still my 1.5 gb data finished at 6 pm daily I complained about it but they not giving any response now what to do about this fraud....

I have proper recharge of my jio sim but at my home I am not able to call or use internet services. I have complained multiple times to jio but not getting growth on ground except false promises.

I want my refund if jio can't give me proper services.

Attempted recharge on 2nd dec 2020 for the number [protected] but failed for the value rs 777.00, all attempts made to recover the amount towards failed recharge.

Actually payment recieved on next day as per credit card departmnet of axis bank and they have given transaction number as '[protected]'....

Hamare area me internet bohot kharab hai.Network or Internet dono hi ekdom kharab hai.Rat ko call karne me or game khelne me dikkat hota hai...

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 599 rs plan
on 14th of May2021, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

I recharge a Rs 51 yesterday for number [protected] (transaction id:[protected],
I recieved the message and the recharge is showing in recharge history of my jio app, still it is not showing in my plans at my jio app.

Hence, i hasn't get and used my recharge even after recharging it. Please solve this....
