I have seen everyday my data is exhaustedwhen i touch 1.5 gb wheras my dayily data pack limit is 2 gb
i had submitted complaints also but no improvemet
my children are facing problems in having online classes

    I have a subscription (Ac No[protected] of Jio Fiber through which free Voice Connection is provided.

    I'm not able to make any outgoing or incoming calls through this service.

    When ever i call the customer care, they say there is a technical problem.

    This is not working since last 8 months and no response on fixing this.

    There are other 15 connections in my apartment and everyone...

    I am getting spam call at my JIO number continuously from last 4 months despite of complaint several times at your customer service.

    But, I have not got any proper service by your customer care from the very beginning regarding this matter.So that I am facing immense problem for this purpose for a prolonged period of time.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      This is to bring into your notice that JIO has been fraudulently looting its customers by using unethical ways. We have been using JIO postpaid mobile no:[protected] for more than a year now.
      Since, the time we ported into JIO our last payment due date was always on 23rd of every month. But since our last billing cycle it has been automatically changed to 20th of every month, without any prior information from their end.

      As a result of which late payment charge of Rs.100 have been levied on us.After contacting Jio customer care they arrogantly told us that though the date was changed without any intimation, but still they won't be waiving off late payment charges and told me to write a mail to the customer care in order to get a resolution.

      Even after writing several mails, the customer care representatives blatantly refused to waive off the charges, though they accepted the fact that it was mistake on their own part.

      This is not the type of customer service on expects from one of the India's largest conglomerate. We really disappointed by the fact that even though there was no fault on our part, but still we are being forced to pay extra charges.

      Its not a customer service, it's a GUNDA-RAJ.

      Kindly, take action against such fraudulent activities done by Reliance Jio in order to loot its customer.

      I called up the customer care no.198 in order to lodge a complaint and get a formal complaint no. But the representatives blatantly refused to register the complaint and when i requested him to transfer call to senior executive then also they clearly denied to do so.
      Representative named Mritul and Rushali clearly misbehaved and argued unnecessarily, even for completing a simple task.et
      It's really a pain staiking process to get a complaint registered in Jio.
      Even after several follow ups nobody is ready to listen to the customer and lodge a complaint.

      They should just shut down their customer care centre if they can't listen to what customer is saying.

        I had applied for a new Jio Fiber connection for my house. Payment of Rs 1500 was done online.
        After successful payment, the jio fiber technician had come for installation. The technician who was sent was a novice and it was his first service he was attending (Got to know later on from other technician colleagues of his). Post-installation of the device the internet service did not come up. However, he said that the issue is from the backend and the internet service will be activated from the backend in 4-5 hours as he has informed in the office. He somehow took the service completion OTP from me assuring that the work has been done and the internet will be active by the evening.
        Later after that day raised multiple complaints and followup where I got to know that the issue cannot be resolved and had to raise a disconnection request assuring full amount of Rs 1500 will be refunded to the bank account. The technician had mapped the device id wrongly which cannot be rectified.
        Disappointed with no resolution provided, had to raise a disconnection request after 5 days from the date of installation and I was notified that the technician will reach out for the device pickup. However, the appointment got multiple appointments rescheduled messages on my mobile and the device was picked up after a month or so.
        There have been multiple calls to the support asking for the status but the supports were useless and had no info.
        After a month or so the device got picked up and only Rs 500 was refunded. The rest of Rs 1000 was absorbed by Jio stating that the 30-60 days return policy is not fulfilled. How can they charge a single penny for the service that they were unable to provide?
        Also, I feel, The Jio office located here has intentionally not sent their people for device pick within 60 days so that they can loot the consumer. The internet service was not even active from day1. Still, they have looted Rs1000.

        PS: I have a few responses/complaints captured in my email communication with the JIO fiber support team. If needed, I can provide validations for the above statements.

            Sended message to 1900 for UPC but it replies that your request for UPC has been delayed than says request for your mobile no. Could not be processed please try after some time I have tried many times but says same please resolve my problem

              With due respect, I, VAISAK K G, residing permanently in Kerala, like to portray the above mentioned scenario.
              I want to register a complaint against newly coming mobile tower installation near my home, only 80 meter distance without the prior notice of the society, and no approval was taken from the neighbourhood.
              The mobile tower plot is situated at residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed.

              we know that, a large power generator is with the tower to supply un-interupted power in case of electricty failure. This generator produces enormous sound which becomes unbearable especially at night time when everybody is studying.

              As this tower pose major healt risk to children and old people continously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night, | am raising my voice through you to help us maintaining the healthy environment around us by removing this tower from the residential area.

              Having mobile towers can also pose health problems like severe headache, sleep disturbance, constant body pain, memory problems, joint pains etc. The more severe health effects noted include infertility, miscarriage, neurodegenerative disorders (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's, etc.), heart problems and cancer.

              Children are more vulnerable due to a developing immune system and thinner skulls which allows radiation to penetrate deeper. Women run the risk of health problems like hormonal imbalances, miscarriages, breast
              and ovarian cancer as they tend to spend more time at home and are exposed continuously.

              There are several national and international studies where scientists have found a strong correlation between health problems and exposure to microwaves from mobile phones and mobile towers.

              Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action.

              We are suffering ADVERSLY. Kindly help me with the regulations for installing the tower and what should be done to make sure that the tower will be remove.

              So please help us to come out from this Complex Situation. And my dreams come true if you please accord me the assistance. Please consider the matter seriously.

                  My issue hasn't been resolved and I have been mentally harassed by the misconduct of the ENTIRE JioFiber team involved in the setting up of the connection.
                  Mr. Yousuf ([protected]) did my registration promising activation within 15 minutes and took Rs. 1500 advance as registration fee.
                  Mr. Chandan Kumar ([protected]) installed the connection imperfectly and left without completing the full setup and continuously harassed me for OTP and misbehaved.
                  Mr. Surya Pratap ([protected]) assured me of false promises of addressing my grievances and after numerous attempts, misbehaved me on call and cut me off without offering any assistance.

                  The present status is, none of the complaints have been heard and I want to initiate a Refund for the Jio Fiber connection and expect my money returned to me as soon as possible.
                  Please initiate my refund and take strict actions against the above-mentioned staff for reckless behavior and false assurances. Very disappointed with the service of Jio.

                  No one is listening to cancel the request. I have called the customer care 50 times to no avail. They keep cutting the call and take no action whatsoever despite pleading them. Please help!

                    Yesterday i was request to my jio number port to Other company but i am not able to send message to 1900 because of insufficent data pack then i immediately recharge my jio number for Rs 75 then again same issue port messaging request code not received from jio then i call to jio customer care then he ask them of minimum recharge of Rs. 149 to receive the Port request code then i again recharge of Rs. 149 and now i again try to message to 1900 and type the "PORT Mobile Number but again same issue not received my porting request number not received from JiO company it's rediculous and cheated company on users of My RS. 75+149 =Rs. 224 money totally waste and not receive 6 digit port number code not received.

                    I hope TRAI take strict action on my complaint against Jio porting policy and strict action against on Jio Company .

                      After some time, its showing Request for UPC for your mobile no. 78359xxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.Do help there is network issue with jio in my area, I want to port my number

                          So I have a Airtel sim but due to some network issues I have port my no. From airtel prepaid to jio postpaid on 12/11/2020 and my jio no got activated on 20/11/2020 so I used the no till Mar 15 2021 and then due to some problem I didn't use the sim for 18 days than I got to know that jio has off my outgoing and incoming call for the no [protected] so due to covid I contact them through customer support even they even can't resolve my issue so I went to a nearby jio store of my location they check my jio sim and told me that there is an existing balance in my no. So they told me to pay the remaining amount I have paid my remaining amount but still I my no is not still activated so I tweet regarding my issue and got a reply that the no. is permanently disconnected even no jio customer support has notified me on my no.and on my alternate no that my number is disconnected too . Such a shame on jio
                          I have again went to jio store and told my issue that my no is linked to my bank account and without otp bank can't even change my number too
                          Now I have just one hope on consumer complaint forum
                          Whether issue the same number or return my money

                            Daily Internet Quota getting exhausted without that much usage

                            I am having 4 different jio connections in my house for all of the four till last to last week everything was working fine but from last week the daily internet quota is getting exhausted without ang such usage.

                            I was using the mobile (jio) hotspot to my smart TV earlier till last week and was able to watch 2-3 movies in that 1.5 -2 GB of data i.e. it was sufficient for 5-6 hrs of streaming but now I am unable tk view even...

                                  I wanted to port my long standing Vodafone number to Jio and initiated the process through the Jio app. I immediately received the porting details along with a Jio representative visiting my house the very next day to help with the process. After sharing all the details he asked me to make the payment via upi since cash was not accepted. I used Amazon pay to transfer Rs.654 to Jio but the same didn't reflect in the app used by the representative. When I showed him that the money has been debited from my account he called his higher up and told me since the process failed I will get refund of my money within 7 working days. It's been 10 days since but I am yet to get a refund.

                                    Hi in my area whenever electricity goes jio network also gone and we are facing this issue often fr last couple of months. Because it's rainy season here often electricity goes.. Also I'm an IT professional currently I'm working from home, and without network or internet I can't work or inform to my team or supervisor that my network is gone etc.. I and my sister complained this issue many times still not resolved
                                    By the way we don't get other network here to work
