Daily Internet Quota getting exhausted without that much usage

I am having 4 different jio connections in my house for all of the four till last to last week everything was working fine but from last week the daily internet quota is getting exhausted without ang such usage.

I was using the mobile (jio) hotspot to my smart TV earlier till last week and was able to watch 2-3 movies in that 1.5 -2 GB of data i.e. it was sufficient for 5-6 hrs of streaming but now I am unable tk view even...

    The harrassment details are as below:
    The uninstallation happened on 3rd May, 2021 post which I was told that the refund will happen by 17th May but no response yet.

    Saroja das supervisor has been unresponsive over this period, have spoken to branch manager ashok and yet no conclusion. I need help in my refund as soon as possible

        I wanted to port my long standing Vodafone number to Jio and initiated the process through the Jio app. I immediately received the porting details along with a Jio representative visiting my house the very next day to help with the process. After sharing all the details he asked me to make the payment via upi since cash was not accepted. I used Amazon pay to transfer Rs.654 to Jio but the same didn't reflect in the app used by the representative. When I showed him that the money has been debited from my account he called his higher up and told me since the process failed I will get refund of my money within 7 working days. It's been 10 days since but I am yet to get a refund.

          Hi in my area whenever electricity goes jio network also gone and we are facing this issue often fr last couple of months. Because it's rainy season here often electricity goes.. Also I'm an IT professional currently I'm working from home, and without network or internet I can't work or inform to my team or supervisor that my network is gone etc.. I and my sister complained this issue many times still not resolved
          By the way we don't get other network here to work

            Respected sir/madam,
            I am ... (Jio Router Customer mob no. [protected]). I have made two recharges through the My Jio app on 11.06.2021 and 12.06 2021 for Rs 199 and Rs. 399 respectively. That is not reflected in my Plan (got information from Customer Care also). I humbly request you to kindly take an action for refund my recharge amount as early as possible or kindly do needful.

              I bought a JIO fiber connection order no is NO0000HGTCZL on the booking day they charged me twice 1500 and 1500 for booking I complaint it to customer service they told me that we received the dual transaction and one will reversed back in 3 day form past 2 week i'm following up but investigation going no where also they promised me that installation will be done in 24-48 hrs but whenever I call they give me new date and time neither they are refunding me nor they are doing installing. Today 3 guys visited at my home for installation and told me that if you give me 1k bribe then I will install your fiber else will keep this on hold. they are only taking money and not providing any service.

                I did recharge on my Jio's number of rupees 555/- on 10th of June 2021 at 8:39AM. Amount got deducted from my bank and bank payment status was shown as successful but I didn't received any SMS confirming that nor my Internet service started and nor my calls are getting connected. I wrote a mail to customer care on jio.com but they didn't reverted back.
                I am attaching the screenshot of the payment details. Payment was done through Bank of Baroda app mconnect plus.
                I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve it immediately.

                Date of recharge: 10th June at 08:39AM in the morning.
                Mode of recharge: through Bank of Baroda app m connect +.
                Amount of recharge: 555 RS/-

                    I have opted for a JioFiber Connection and post that a Reliance Jio Representative has visited on 08/06/2021 and I have made on spot payment.
                    The respective person confirmed that installation will be done on the same day itself and I also got a installation appointment text message from Jio stating the same.

                    Later on on 8th June I got another message that installation is rescheduled
                    on 11th of June.
                    I was confused so I got in touch with one customer care executing and shared the concern and he fixed an appoint on 9th June 10 AM.

                    But again repetition of same incident happened and I called the local "Manager" who contacted me first for the connection. He assured it will be done today. But rather I got another intimation over message and email that it is further rescheduled to 10th June.

                    I reached out to customer care executive again and he directed that by today 3 PM it will be done anyhow. But eventually there was nobody who came nor any intimation that I received.

                    I had to contact the customer care executive again and the lady this time said she can arrange an appointment but cannot commit any time or date for that matter.

                    But she had again rescheduled it to 10/06/21.

                    I have never seen such bogus and careless behavior from any organization and I believe there needs to be little sense of commitment.

                        My daily pack of 1.5GB complated at morning 11 am, Then rechaged data vaucher Rs 21 for 2gb, Recharged susscessfully message came from jio, after 5 min, another message came, " you have completed 2gb data". How can complete 2gb data with in 5 minutes. This showing jio making data fraud.

                          i have recharged a wrong number[[protected]] instead of the right number[[protected]].via phonepay, reference number is[[protected]] reference id[[protected]] on 08/06/21 at 8:10 am.

                            I am a jio user and I have an active plan which benefits for 2gb internet data per day.
                            Today The message from jio shows that my internet data for this day got exhausted but it does not really got exhausted and i have proof for it as my data usage in the mobile detects only 1.65 gb of data got used but the message shows that I have used my 2 gb quota of data for today. I am so disappointed of this and I need to use my data for which I have paid. So request in this complaint to order the company to pay me adequate compensation.

                                      There is one person who was my classmates he got a hold of my number which now i have given to my sister, he stalked and threatened. After I blocked him, he still keep on calling sometimes 12 to sometimes atleast average 200 calls, this is a cyber harassment and I hope Reliance jio to check on it.
