I have been complaining about bad network of jio since 04 months. The customer care representatives and jio mobile app is saying the problem will be solved in some days. However, about 04 months passed, still i am suffering bad network quality. There is a girls hostel in my apartment where 50 girls are staying. They are also raised their voice against the bad network of jio. If the problem will not be solved in 5-10 days, we almost 60 customer...

Have done recharge from my google pay for 199 plan.Transaction was successful from google pay with transaction i'd but no recharge confirmation received from jio. Attaching screenshot for your perusal.

How can i get my refund?

I have placed a request for disconnection of their Jio fiber connection and wanted them to pickup their router and refund the deposit amount that I have been charged at the time of taking the connection. It has been 4 months since the day I have placed the request. None of their executives turn up to come and collect their router. Everytime i call the customer care, they tell sorry and that they have escalated the matter. But all I get is...

Complain about jio fiber.Whenever there is power cut and when it come again, the jio fiber takes a long time about 10 minutes, to re-establish the internet.I am facing problems due to it.Light comes in 2 minute, but internet in 20 min.Please solve this issue as early as possible....

I had recharged my mobile on 22/4/2021 with 329 recharge plan, however the services were not activated. Today morning(26/4/2021), I recharged second time with the same amount. However, no plan is activated failing which i am not able to use my number for calls and internet.
I also visited the gallery yesterday where i was informed that it might get activated today.

I got call from jio..for call centre job..
So am submitted my resume...then they asked to pay 1000 rupees for joining.. they told after joining it will refund..till not refunded..and then they asked 3000 thousand for training fee..am paid...then they asked 4000 for bank account am paid... after they told total 8000 will be refund in your account told...but till they are not responding...my 8000 they...

Recharge confirmation not done even after successful payment....

A mobile tower is installed 2 feet away from my room. We the people of our locality tried to convince the owner not to install the tower so near as we are having cardiac patient and pregnant women in our area ie just 8 metres away from the tower but he didn't listen to us. Our lives are at risk now. So we the people of the locality want to stop the said construction...

In Jio Fiber i am not receiving net speed of 4 to 6 mbps in 150MBPS plan.
