I am suyambulingam from Bangalore, I have recharged for 555 plan through Myjio and (UPI) paytm on 13th April 2020 at 1.50pm. money has been deducted from bank and paytm showed the transaction was successful but when I called the jio customer care they said they didn't receive any request of payment from my number....

I have done a Jio Recharge of Rs. 444 from the My Jio app which showed that the transaction was successful and the money was deducted but my plan is not activated.
Again I did another top-up recharge of Rs.10 to confirm what's wrong, it showed the same exact result as the previous one. What's wrong with Jio Infocom ?...

Today[protected], i have done a recharge transacation of rs.199 (1.5 gb/day 28 day validity) through sbi netbanking on jio.com for the number [protected] it was successful my reference no is "br0004hbbven" till now the plan has not been activated and i am unable to make call or use data its lockdown all over so i am in a real problem please help me and activate my plan it is a humble request cause i need to make call...

I have recharged my jio number and amount got deducted from my bank account.still my plan has not been activated in jio app. Requesting immediate attention.

I have been constantly complaining about very slow internet speeds on my phone. Having said that the speed gets back to normal at exactly 12:00 midnight. This slow slow speed oddly remains till 11:59 pm in the night and is a cause of greater concern for me. This has forced me to write to you as i feel betrayed as a loyal customer.

Sir please help me.in my area, here internet service is very bad. And also network quality is very bad.
Sir in this lockdown situation we can stay at home, and trying to access internet, but jio's internet service very is bad like hell.
I complained their consumer helpline number thousands of time.
But they tell me same words.
"sir we work at our internet service please be patients"

Sometime it happens that without using data on jio. The message from jio comes that i have used 90 percent of data. For ecmx today it happen, i was watching a show of 20 mins on you tube at 360px.in between the message came that i have used 90 percent of the data. How is it possible?. I am not downloading anything so how is it possible that justvwatching a show for 20 mins can exhaust a 2 gb data....

I recharged 555 Rs plan for data pack in modem ..i dn't have android mobile to check up..But the transcation of rechrge of amt is deducted from my bank account ..So i request u to recharge successful to my numbr as soon as possible.....

I recharged with rs 555 pack today via Google pay.the transaction was done but the recharge is not reflecting on the number and keeps saying that I don't have any valid pack.please resolve the problem soon as possible.attaching the transaction details....

I have made a purchase of rs. 555 voucher through my voucher option in jio app and made payment through google pay money got debited and I have not received the voucher I need this it's very urgent for me...

On 10/04/2020. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

On the morning of 10/08/2020, [protected] from an unknown name got a call on this number and it was said that your SIM is being discontinued. Thus I understood that this is a case of cheating, then I refused to give OTP to that person, then that person started abusing me....

I did recharge of international roaming as i was leaving for canada on 4th april 2020. But as all the flights are cancelled i am not able to go to canada anymore and please refund my money as my plan is not yet activated as it will activate if i reach canada.
I am not leaving to canada anymore i request you to please refund my money.

I called 198 for queries...After hanging the call he called me with his personal number and abused me....

I have done my Recharge twice but they are not activated please check [protected] my number my reference number are IGAILAAXN5, IGAILEBXL6 please activated it refund my number...

My Jio Fiber Plan was expiring on 14th April 2020. On 6th April 2020 i had recharged since my data was exhausted. I have got SMS of plan activation but the same is not updated in My Jio app and net is also not working properly....
