I had recharged my jio number [protected] with ₹155 from my friends imobile app (icici mobile app) but the rechrge did not get activated after waiting for more than half a day.

    Refund is pending from 10monthsjiofiber service id[protected]

    There is double payment done for this service idthe payment was done on this date 07-july-19 & 30-july-19 of rs.2, 500

    Your executive name: mr. Vinay chaturvedi has processed this transactionhe had informed refund will be done in 30days
    For which i have given him a copy of canceled cheque as well on 30-july-2019i have been doing follow up to mr. Vinay

    After 5 months vinay informed us that we have sent a cheque but couldn't be delivered, so we will send the refund thought online mode for which he has asked me the bank statement of 3 months

    I had sent him the bank statement on 12-november-2019after sending bank statement he asked for work order number - no0000bottdw and told me to call on [protected]

    After putting many complaints the service center use to maker solve without doing it
    (Please check your database on the number of complaints filed in history from this service id) (Jio app track request is marking solved all the service request without solving it and acknowledgment, please put your attention on the back office)

    Then mr. Vinay asked file complain and give him the service request number is sr00000zkz30 (Sent on 2-december-2019) after december, i have been calling mr. Vinay, and following up, as there is no point putting complaints on the [protected]

    On 30th april i was the route to vikram singh and gaurav asthana by vinay vikram has requested to send bank details on [protected]@jio.com which was sent one the same day itself

    On1st may i was asked for bank statement which was sent on the day from my side
    After which i had received in 15 days the refund will be processed
    After which these two service request number sr[protected]c has been logged - fri, may 1, 10:36 pmservice request number sr00001129g2 has been logged - sat, may 2, 9:49 pm

    May 15, 2020, 7:51 pm - after putting a follow-up email on the same thread of [protected]@jio.com asking about the refund, jio team is asking for bank details
    Is the jio team in a capacity to read email?

    Refund is pending from 10 months i hope you understand the extreme delay in jio process

    Your back is calling every second day to know whether jio internet is working, can please do this first rather asking about the service

      Dear sir i dilip kr biswas today i have received message on morning 7.53 am that you have use 50% of your 2gb daily high speed data quota on you jio number but that time i have no used any download and upload so that's why full details i have send through attachment file. Here i want to know how it possible to finish my 2gb data.

        It’s very bad on your part that you received money and now not giving services. This is covid 19 bad time and whatsapp is the only way to see each other. At least in this time you shouldn’t do such things. So in this way you are doing “duniya mutthi me”
        You have also not improved your network listening on y tube is to take headache so slow. Please activate without any further delay. If such practices will continue you will loose customers for other like airtel vodaphone etc. Their plans are also like yours

        Request to kindly get the phone recharged.

            Company provide very poor connectivity and internet speed instead of 4g speed.

            In whole day, for few minutes company provide 4g speed and rest of time i have get internet speed nearby 30 kbps.

            Mostly at midnight company provide 4g speed. But i have require 4g speed between morning to night not between night to morning.

            I have purchased internet plan on below mentioned number.

              My mobile number is [protected] from the network of jio. I was recharge my number with 149/- at noon today. Unfortunately it's happening I unable to get signal and can't use internet. When I kept I my number at jiophone it's working nicely but I can't find singnals where I used jiofi and Android phones. I Made call you you customer care but not at all connect. Please resolve this issue zone.

                  From 2 days I can't use data but jio show you used your50% data how can it's posible instead i can't use data after 10 minutes of data use it's show that you have used 90% of data. Clearly jio cheat with us.

                    For the last few days I have noticed jio charging excess data. I got 2GB data plan but before It gets over jio shows my 50% is consumed where after calculating I found approx 300 MB is missing. as per my screen shot phone usage also showing the same result. It should be verified by jio and should not show over data usage.

                        I have a active jio fiber connection. The rudimentary plan commences from rs 699 for 100mbps. The company installed a single band router which has the maximum capacity to provide upto 50 mbps over the wifi. When i raised a complaint regarding the same that your router are not capable enough to provide the promised haste of the orchestration, i received no solution. On the contrary, the company is installing the dual band routers for all the incipient connections which are capable of providing the promised celerity. When i asked them to supersede my router with the incipient dual band router, they relucted to do so. Infact, the engineer asked me to purchase the high end plan to get the router superseded. Already i am paying for the silver plan which is rs. 899 for 100mbps on which i dont get the wifi haste of more than 20-30 mbps. I simply asked them to supersede my router with the router they are installing for the incipient connection. I am paying more amount for the orchestrations in comparison to there competitors and still not getting the benefit of high speed due to the incapable router installed by them. If i want a speed of 20-30mbps, the i would have chosen other operators that provide the plans at one third of the price.

                            I very strongly feel that jio is cheating it's customers by not providing adequate data as per recharge plans. I'm a jio prime member and have opt for rs 555 plan of 86 days with 1.5 gb data per day. On 8th may'20 i started downloading a movie at around 10.30 pm and by 10.43 pm a message came reminding of 50% data usage and by 10.56 pm i. E. 13 minutes later i was reminded of 90% data usage and 3 minutes later my data got exhausted. During the entire time the movie got downloaded only 248 mb and it got cancelled after that. How is it possible that from more than 750mb data only 248mb can be downloaded and the data get exhausted.
                            I promise not to use jio if this problem continues and would rather shift to airtel after my recharge is over.

                              I recharged with 149 plan on april 27. Reliance jio claims 1 gb per day but the data get exhausted within 1 hour o[censored]sage. The usage is just gmail and google classroom because i am a teacher. I rarely use you tube and download videos or watch videos, then how within an hour internet 1 gb get over. It means it makes a false claim of 1 gb and it never gives 1 gb to the customer and the customer do not have a privilege to know their usage.

                              I made a complaint by calling 198 but he is interested only to sell the pack, he wanted to convert the complaint call into a sales call. My issue left unaddressed. Then, today morning on 7th may 2020 (Thursday) before started using the mobile data i gave a missed call to 1299 this number is specially allocated for to check the data usage. Immediately a message came from reliance jio at 12.11 pm mentioning 1007.23 mb per day the data to use in my mobile number for today. Just 30 minutes i used it said 50% of data used and at 1.09 pm 90% data used and then at 1.11 pm it said 100% of data utilized. It says recharge again to use the mobile data as your quota to use the internet for today as got exhausted. How it is even possible? The proof of messages from ja-jionet, i am attaching with this mail. I need a refund of my recharge and 1 year free subscription to the jio internet because of the torture and mental tension, every time fear in the mind that internet will get over, beg and borrow internet from my family members through wifi and not able to finish my office work (Because it was work from home online meetings and online courses) and also not able to do my personal work on time.

                                A few days back another sparrow was found dead on the same spot keeping in view that the installed jio tower is within 3metres from my house's balcony. However the sparrow is being sent for a postmortem to the concerned department.
                                It is suspected that the radiation levels are too high near this tower due to which the birds are dying here, and since it's installation no authorised person of jio company has so far came to check the radiation levels at my house as per the mandatory guidelines of the government of india.
                                It is requested that the radiation levels in my house should be checked at once and for all as soon as possible under intimation to me. So that i'd be present at that moment in my house.
