I have a valid plan on my phone number but i can't make calls. I'm recharged with 251 for 51 days, 102gb work from home plan. And also i have 12 rupees talktime balance. But when i make calls it says "you don't have any valid plans please recharge". I didn't get any help from my jio app regarding this. I'm also facing low speed internet issues. If this problem is not solved, i want to cancel my plan and get money back. What should ido now?

I got response as reply for my email. Voice call/sms plans are not included in work from home plans, we need to recharge for this separately.

    6.14 kb data is left in my account but data speed is reduced so I unable to use my 10gb add on data please solve my problem

      I have done wrong recharge on 1st may 2020.I have done recharge of 2121 rs via jio money apk . And it showing payment is sucess. But wrongly recharge to this no.[protected]. Jio money transaction id is[protected].My number is [protected]. Please reverse this recharge to the correct number .

        My self kumar. Jio sim. I have lost my mobile on 22nd jan and at the same time jio sim also gone. So i went your 4 branches tambaram west, ekatuthankal, guduvanchery... So i asked replacement sim then your customer care person asked me to show aadhar card even i showed but in your system there is mismatch happened in my father name. Even jio person saying its a technical problem from jio end like that. So we will rectify the same asap that like they committed but till date no any proper feedback received and my number not activated. Then is sent a mail multiple time to customercare but till date there is no response from customer care end and branch end also. Such waste of service they are providing an i got a bad experience in my life. Better to go other operator...

          I have bought rs129 jio plan which offers me 2GB data
          Even when I didn't used my data at all
          At 2 45 AM I got message of 90% data usage Which is fake
          I called jio helpline no and asked for info regarding usage which they cud not provide me
          Becoz this isn't true

            Recieved a voucher of 10 gb add on. Now I redeemed at myjio app and the same has been credited. But it is not working and data is not consuming from this pack after exhausted the base plan hence speed is capped at 128kbps (bits).
            Tried many times but they are cheating in this case.
            No help from customer care.

              I use jiofi portable wifi for home and have a 3gb per day data pack. Since the last two days, the entire 3gb shows exhausted within minutes of just turning on the device for work from home. Iam certain my work does not use that kind of data, because my phone's airtel sim when tethered for data doesn't exhaust even 1gb for the same amount of work. No other device was connected to my jiofi when it was being used for work, and yet the 3gb vanished. It happened twice consecutively. Screenshot attached. The time the ss was clicked was after a few hours when i checked the jio app for details. The internet limit actually had exhausted within about 30 minutes since switching the jiofi device on.

                My jio no is [protected]. So here is the thing i received several messages from jio that my current plan will expire on 28th april 05:55 pm. So i'm like ok whenever it will expire i'm gonna recharge with a new plan. So tomorrow was 28th april and even after 05:55 pm my internet was working.. I thought maybe it will continue till midnight and after that it will stop. So i woke up 29th april morning and my internet is still working... Now i'm like what is going on. I open up my jio app to watch my recharge history and then i saw there was a recharge on 27th april midnight if rs. 102 with a promo code recharge i don't know what is this.. And didn't get any message. Then i tried to call your customer service no. But the system is totally messed up. So this is my question how is this recharge triggered and why?

                  I have recharged my Jio no.with ₹555 pack on 28th April 2020 and transaction was successful also money was deducted from my account but they don’t send any confirmatory msg nor did they activate my account.

                    I recharged my number and the payment was deducted from my account but the recharge was not processed by jio. I tried contacting them again and again but there is no response from jio.

                    I have confirmed from my bank that the amount is debited and my transaction was successful and i was provided with the reference id.

                    So i want the recharge to be processed as soon as possible.

                      I have reacharged of plan RS .199 from Paytm, but only my net is activated n not the call n SMS, ...I'm not able to call or text .n not even receiving any calls n SMS..., Paytm Recharge is successful but I did not received any notification nor SMS...

                          I recharged my jio phone [protected] with Rs.399 before my due date.But it is not showing that the recharge is successful.I didnot received any message recording my recharge.The payment is done through google pay and the amount is deducted from my bank account.Please resolve this issue as soon as possible .Thank you

                            I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
                            On 27th of april 2020, after the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the my bank showed that the payment was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.399 is yonoabdi[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                                    We would like to lodge complaint against reliance jio infocomm limited for not taking any steps to get the mobile tower remove and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                                    Our complaint is specific that, reliance jio infocomm limited entered into an agreement with ms. Sudha sharma in relation to the taking on lease the roof top of the property for installation of mobile tower (Telecommunication equipment/radio trans-receiver tower) in midst of residential area at roof of h. No.584/c village bhatta, barlowganj road near temple mussoorie, dehradun india.

                                    As per the rules, it is necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents which has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their area.

                                    When mussoorie dehradun regulatory authority came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also the above referred tower had been sealed by the mussoorie dehradun development authority which is due to reliance jio willful default and negligence.

                                    In spite of this, the reliance jio infocomm limited refused to pay the balance rent any not taking any positive step to resolve the issues with the mussoorie dehradun development authority and get the tower remove from the above mentioned address.

                                    We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the property and health of innocent people of that area.

                                      Reliance jio infocomm ltd refuses to credit my number for the amount given for recharges inspite of emails company did not respond after 3 years reliance jio infocomm ltd the company says i have not got any money from me. I would like the company to pay me compensation of rs 1 lac. As the company has delayed giving me credit all the transaction were made through online banking. The company refuses to give me account statement for the period 01st april 2017 to 30 th april 2017
