Jiofi number [protected]
I activated the rs. 999 plan of 3 gb data per day on 21 june 2020 at 1742 hrs.
I started watching a serial on amazon.in
At 1800 hrs i was informed that i had used 50% of the data
At 1808 hrs 80% was consumed
At 1811 hrs 90% was gone
At 1812 the the entire 3 gb was exhausted.
In between i did check my rediffmail account,
In 29 minutes the 3 gb data was all consumed/
Thanks to jio.

      Maine 15 june 2020 ko rs 199 ka jio plan apne mobile no. [protected] par karwaya tha lekin activate n hone ke karan mujhe bahut pareshani sahan karni padi eske bad maine kai bar jio care me complain bhi ki lekin n to mobile recharge hua aur n hi mere rs 199 vapas kiye gaye. Fir mujhe dusri bar 19 june ko rs 199 ka jio plan majburi me karwana pad gya.
      Reliance jio ne mujhe pahle rs 199 ki koi service nhi di hai isiliye mujhe rs 199 vapas kar diye jaye

        My mobile no: [protected] on which rs 151 is to be refunded
        Rs 151 home work plan mistakenly recharged on my mobile [protected] by me due to wrong data available in google portal through mobokwik wallet vide vide ref no br0004r2dsz5 dated 07 jun 20. As per google information it was showing that this plan cater for 30 gb data and unlimited voice calling. But after recharge my outgoing voice call could not be done, so i contacted customer care jio. He briefed me that this plan is home work plan and only valid for 30 gb of data for 30 days. I immediately recharge my number [protected] with rs 555 (84 days 1.5 gb data per day and unlimited calling). By recharging this my mistakenly recharge of 151 overide by recharge 555. But customer care refused for refund of rs 151 from their level. So i raised my grievances through pgportal.gov.in vide repeated complain no dotel/e/2020/16337 & 17379 dated 07 jun 20 & 14 jun 20. My complain could not being resolved by jio level, as the disposal given by jio, not reviewed by any official on that portal, so they are free to justify the things in their favour. Complain redressed by jio personnel advised that as you have recharge it you can use it also. But as i am having the 1.5 gb data per day with unlimited voice calling and i don't require any more plan further. Jio wants to keep my both plan with them and my grievance is that i should not be supposed to pay the amount for which i am not availing the services. If it happens that mistakenly i recharged my number with bulk amount like rs 5000 then as per the jio opinion that they are not going to return this to customer. Jio acting in such a way that they are not accountable for customer as well as with public authority. This is the monopoly practice by jio, which need to be addressed immediately by consumer protection act in vogue. Pls look in to the matter so that my unused recharge get refunded as early as possible and the jio to be made to understand that they should respect the hard earning of customer.

          Dear concern
          I visited jio gallery nagpada branch,
          The staff made us wait for 45 minutes. They closed the gallery to do some banking work.
          After making us wait for more than 45 minutes your staff named mr. Ashar taken a porting customer who just came and breaks the queue, i went inside and asked him why he allowed this customer, who broke the queue and went inside. Your staff replied he has taken appointment, when i asked him show me where is the system of taking appointment he fumbled and then replied he is a policeman (The man was not in his uniform) i told him so what, first of all, he is not on duty, he should respect other who are waiting outside for 45 minutes or more, then he again fumbled and replied he came yesterday also that's why we first allowed him.
          I asked the manager's number, i spoke to the gallery manager who said we don't have an appointment system and also we don't have any priority system.
          I request you take strick action against your staff.
          If such behaviour continue, you will lose your customers.
          Because of this im planning to port my number to other operator.

                I recharged jio for 599 from my jio app through google pay on 14th june, 2020. It was a successful transaction but still recharge not reflected, kindly check the issue and refund the amount.

                    There is a big issue in my jio app, someone linked my my jio account in his device by a fraud way. Now i'm not able to remove my account from his device. He got my all details of calls, sms and data. There is no option for remove my number from another device. That is a big privicy issue for all jio customers. Company have to fix that issue quickly.

                      Jio internet is of speed 2 kb/s to 10kb/s. I have tested with myjio application, it tells everything is working fine. But internet s is very slow sometimes. Even i tried reboot of the device but the same results.

                      Please provide good internet services as we have faith in jio. Please don't disappoint customers.

                          I wrote to Jio Care, on 17th April 2020, that my Jio sim services (like calls, messages and internet) are not working, with subject "Calls, messages, net not working since yesterday, plan is active".

                          In that email chain, I had provided all the necessary information asked to me. But nothing from their side fixed the issue. In the end I was told that a complaint has been raised with reference number SR0000110VNT.

                          I checked the status of the complaint through MyJio app. Response was "limited network coverage". This is a lie and false information provided as resolution.

                          As I had mentioned to them earlier, I have checked my sim at various locations in Sangrur where it used to work fine and had stopped working lately everywhere. Other people are able to use the Jio sim and services just fine.

                          Ultimately I had to buy a new sim card with the same number. And this new sim is working fine, and thus it couldn't be the network coverage issue.

                          After providing them all the information they had asked, how can they lie with a false resolution that its "limited coverage"? I want strict necessary action to be taken against the one who came up with this lie and false resolution. I am attaching a screenshot of the resolution provided to me with reference number SR0000110VNT.

                          They have only wasted a lot of time and efforts to get this problem fixed. I need refund of the 3 plans that I recharged with that I couldn't use due to the sim issue and the amount I paid to buy a new sim card. Also they should compensate me for all the time and efforts that I put to inform them with necessary details and they coming up with useless, lie and false resolution as is clear from the screenshot I am attaching.

                            Jio is calling unnecessarily, multiple times, to remind us to recharge for our prepaid plan. We know about it and don't want jio to remind us. After the plan has expired, we surely know and don't need jio to call and tell us to recharge. We would recharge if we want to.
                            Take strict actions against jio.

                                  I recharged a plan of ₹594 + ₹10 plan on myjio app but later i realised that the plan can be used only on jio phone and not on any other smartphones. And so, i want to cancel that plan. Please, cancel the plan and refund the amount asap.

                                        Jio is not recognising rs.100 recharge on the top-up plan for talk time of voice calls. As i am in old age care my son left with me his phone to call him for any needs. He also made top-up plan recharge for rs.100 before leaving. He will be on emergency duty. But jio bared outgoing calls stating no base data plan. I don't want any data i want only talktime i requested jio care. They replied the information provided is not sufficient to solve my issue.
