recharged incorrect mobile number

Hello sir,

I have recharged a wrong number [protected] in spite of my correct number [protected] through bank of india card vide reference no. Br0004ishs8o transaction id[protected] on 20/04/2020 at 03:48 pm for rs. 599/- plan. The amount has been deducted from the bank of india bank account paid by debit card.

Please help me by transfer of the recharged amount of rs. 599/- to my correct number or refund...

wrong jio mobile recharge

I ve accidentally recharged for the jio phone plan during recharging my smartphone. I failed to realise that it d work only on jio phones.
Please get me a refund, i do not have a jio phone and the plan would be a waste for me. The transaction details are attached below. Please look into it...

worst network

I have 4 reliance jio sims which usually have poorest network in andheri west throughout the year. Despite of several complaints no one is bothered and why should any seller be bothered in india after recieving the payment. This point should be noticed by everyone which is very common in india.
Since lockdown from 22 march internet isnt working on all my 4 sims for which i have mailed at the mail ids and i get a computated message...

annoying calls

I am getting annoying calls from this number : +91-[protected] even though i tried blocking i have got nearly 26 calls today (19th april, 2020). No one replies from the other end when i try talking to them. I am not sure if this is a bank scam or some kind of scam. The number gets displayed as from uttar pradesh. Please block this number or raise a complaint against them....

recharge and validity

As per trai due to lockdown validity was extended to all prepaid subscriber upto 20th april but jio service provider did not follow the guidelines and my recharge was due for mobile on 10th april and they sent me 10 to 15 sms and mails for recharge before due date and finally i have to recharge on the due date. Their customer service is not replying and jio app also not replying. How to contact them? Trai must take action against all service...

recharged many times

Hello,
I recently had recharged my phone with credit card and each and every time by jio it shows that the payment is done i tried about 3 4 times but it's said back that only... After sometime jio message came that the jio plan had been completed and plans had been done 5 times... There is some jio error because now it has credited money almost about... Rs.2352... I request you to deactivate those plans which was done wrongly be...

recharge successful but not showing up

I had done a recharge of rs. 399 (Without using discount vouchers) on the number [protected] on 5th april. My jio app showed it was successful and i also received the confirmation message (Screenshot attached) but the recharge showed up neither in recharge history nor in my plans section. Now that the previous plan has expired on 14th april, i am unable to use any jio services.
I tried mailing jiocare but no reply from their side after...

complaint on wrong recharge

Hello,

I have recharged a wrong plan on the no [protected] via gpay and i have attached a copy of the bill.

I have recharged the ₹251pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right plan on my no.
Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

refund not processed

I have recharged mobile from My Jio App for 555 amount on 12th April
Transaction was initiated at 12:41 and payment was made at 12:45 PM using UPI. Bank is saying they have successfully processed the money to merchant but Jio is saying they have decline the transaction.

Transaction was made using UPI and I am pretty sure that amount was transferred to [protected]@hdfcbank but they have not refunded.

benefits not received for my recharge

On 9th April, I first recharged for 349Rs (Ref no:[protected]. Then I topped up my 4G balance with a 101Rs plan[protected].

wrong data usage: jio fraud

Jio calculates data usage wrong. I had recharged with 129 which gives 2gb of data a month. I also have broadband connection at home so i rarely use mobile data and 2gb is more than sufficient. Just after 3 days of recharge jio sends me message that you have consumed 50% of your data. The fact is that i did not even on my data on my phone. All this while i was using broadband.
