Then say your laptop offer send ur courier and pay 8000 rupay. Then call shivani sharma and say your courier gst pay for 12000rupay i paid. Then taniya call me and say you pay 15000 rupay for health insurance and police verification but i not send and i say refund my payment. She is not refundable my payment. So i request plz take action and refund my payment

    I was using jio 4g from 1 year but due to poor and worst network connection i have used idea sim from some days. And it is really best than any other telecom company. And video experiance is wow. I will tell everyone to port their sim to other telecom company

        In our locality we have been faceing network problem since 7 days. We spoke this problem to the jio customer care service. Customer service told us that they will solve this problem in 2 days. But 7 days have been passed but this issue is not solve till now. Is jio know that we are not consume jio service in free? In what reason jio network is playing a hide and seek in our locality. The name of this locality is - town - sarthebari, ward no-2, pin-781307, dist-barpeta, state-assam. Do needful immediately.

            I am very upset by jio's service as I had done recharge of Rs. 199 through patym and it shows that jio had confirmed your recharge. But I didn't received any message from jio regarding my recharge and also I am not able to use any service.

              Actually i filed a complaint against payu few days back regarding the refund
              Someone called me yesterday that he is from payu money
              He will help in recovering my amount which was 1500 when he’s talking to mee ge asked me to follow some steps told by him
              I followed and he hacked my phone my whatsapp everything

              He steal my father’s debit card information from my whatsapp and call my father that he is my friend please tell the otp
              He has my father’s debit card details so my father trust him and give otp to him
              After that he takes 2200 rupees from my father’s bank account
              Help me to recover my money back

              Sir,

              I wish to bring to your kind attention that I was approached by Arnab Sharma, (Sr.Tech Support(Site acquisition Dept) Mobile Number -[protected] as per my response through the Adv. Through facebook on 17th Sep 2020 for providing land to install 5G tower at my ancestral home in my home town which is an empty land of around 8000 sq.ft where around 500sqft to be leased for 15 [protected]@ rental of around 25, 000/- per month & advance deposit towards leasing of around 18 Lakhs which is returnable after end of lease period or termination of the lease with advance notice.

              For processing my application I was asked to pay 18, 100/- towards application processing which is returnable along with the advance amount where I was given the account number of reliance Jio infocomm limited, Ujjvan small financial bank, Jakkasandra branch where I was requested to transfer the amount through NEFT. (I will provide all details separately as additional attachments, Again my application was approved & I was asked to pay around 65, 000/- which is also refundable along with the advance payment, Soft copy of agreement & approval letter were provided through Jio website, After paying I was requested to pay around 3, 24, 000/- GST charges towards 18 Lakhs where I was provided GST certificate against my invoice, During this time they have raised an invoice for processing the deposit amount 18L+3.24L+65k+18.1k which worked out to around 22, 08, 235/-. All these process completed as on 30th Sep 2020, Every time they have given a deadline, Hence I transferred through NEFT in parts as requested to the company account, Again I was approached that my file can be processed further after getting NOC clearance from PWD department for which I need to pay SD of around 5 Lakhs until the completion of the installation at the site, I objected for this, However he said that landlord should pay, Hence I transferred 5 Lakhs through NEFT, Now I was told that a person will be starting on 8th october 2020 after 4PM & I will be provided the Vehicle number & the person who will be reaching the site for signing the agreement to process further & handover the Bankers cheque for 22, 08, 235/- where they provided the soft copy of the cheque on 07th october 2020 after it is ready.

              However until now there is no proper response further, Various calls have been made yesterday where I was told that person will contact after meeting, No luck, I suspect this to be a fraudulent transaction in the name of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited which company also should eliminate these people, Hence I have raised a Police complaint with Tamil Nadu police, Ref.No.BAJ20117397 dated 8/10/2020, However I request your organization to look into this & sort this out, I have already made payment of around 9lakhs eight thousand through NEFT. Screen shot for one of the transaction highlighted here for reference, I will attach additional documents as listed below. Further I can provide call recording on various calls & chat conversation separately after hearing from you.
              Being in a IT Technology support background for 15+years & have good signal reception for working from my hometown, I initiated on this project to support reliance Jio tower which will be benefitting our home town residents, I was more keen on this project.

                Myself sireesha I am the member of the jiohomejob.in team I have paid 2500 for registration after they asked me to pay 2170 for the gst fee I have paid the both the amount total 4670
                After the payment they haven't activated my account again I called them to activate my account after activation they have given me the work with certain phone numbers and they given 2 websites to send sms but the site is not working properly again i called them but they haven't replied so I tried to call them many times after 2 days I have send sms and I have earned my earnings but my Withdraw amount was still pending since 5 days iam trying to call them they asked me whether I paid registration fees are not so I said yes after that they had blocked my number even i called them from another number they had blocked me again after 30 days they said registration fee was refundable but they blocked my number
                So plz help me to get my registration and gst amount and even plz take action against those fake sites

                  I have a gsm of airtel ([protected]) which i ported it into jio after that i used it approx 2 months and now service of my jio sim is currently not in service. I don't know why. After this issues i also visited to retailer he talked to jio point now jio points feedback is my documents are mismatch sir, if my documents are mismatch then why did company ported my sim into jio.

                    We would like to lodge complaint against reliance jio infocomm limited for not taking any steps to get the mobile tower remove and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                    Our complaint is specific that, reliance jio infocomm limited entered into an agreement with ms. Sudha sharma in relation to the taking on lease the roof top of the property for installation of mobile tower (Telecommunication equipment/radio trans-receiver tower) in midst of residential area at roof of h. No.584/c village bhatta, barlowganj road near temple mussoorie, dehradun india.

                    As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents which has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their area.

                    When mussoorie dehradun regulatory authority came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also the above referred tower had been sealed by the mussoorie dehradun development authority which is due to reliance jio willful default and negligence.

                    In spite of this, the reliance jio infocomm limited refused to pay the balance rent any not taking any positive step to resolve the issues with the mussoorie dehradun development authority and get the tower remove from the above mentioned address.

                    We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the property and health of innocent people of that area.

                          I downloaded two movies in sunnext app and viewed on 16th may 2020. Approximately 600 to 700 mb should be the use according to sunext. But nearly 5 gb was deducted overall by jio. Though i use internet for other purpose like fb, whatsapp it is very very high. Happened again today.. For a download of app 350mb, 660mb deducted. Sent emails. No response. Kindly do the needful.

                            I wish to complain about the jio wifi connection which was installed on 7th may 2020 at my home. The payment was made on the very same day and i am attaching screenshots of the transaction being successful. Your executive has just been delaying the activation of wifi citing irrelevant reasons like payment not being processed. Two days ago i got a call stating the payment has been received but my connection is still inactive. This is very troublesome.

                            As a customer, i believe this is very unfair and did not expect this from a reputed company like yours.

                            I have sent a lot of emails, messages, and called helpline numbers for support. None addressed to my issue.

                            I look forward to hearing from you asap.

                            Either activate my connection or initiate a refund of inr 3, 502.

                                Refund is pending from 10monthsjiofiber service id[protected]

                                There is double payment done for this service idthe payment was done on this date 07-july-19 & 30-july-19 of rs.2, 500

                                Your executive name: mr. Vinay chaturvedi has processed this transactionhe had informed refund will be done in 30days
                                For which i have given him a copy of canceled cheque as well on 30-july-2019i have been doing follow up to mr. Vinay

                                After 5 months vinay informed us that we have sent a cheque but couldn't be delivered, so we will send the refund thought online mode for which he has asked me the bank statement of 3 months

                                I had sent him the bank statement on 12-november-2019after sending bank statement he asked for work order number - no0000bottdw and told me to call on [protected]

                                After putting many complaints the service center use to maker solve without doing it
                                (Please check your database on the number of complaints filed in history from this service id) (Jio app track request is marking solved all the service request without solving it and acknowledgment, please put your attention on the back office)

                                Then mr. Vinay asked file complain and give him the service request number is sr00000zkz30 (Sent on 2-december-2019) after december, i have been calling mr. Vinay, and following up, as there is no point putting complaints on the [protected]

                                On 30th april i was the route to vikram singh and gaurav asthana by vinay vikram has requested to send bank details on [protected]@jio.com which was sent one the same day itself

                                On1st may i was asked for bank statement which was sent on the day from my side
                                After which i had received in 15 days the refund will be processed
                                After which these two service request number sr[protected]c has been logged - fri, may 1, 10:36 pmservice request number sr00001129g2 has been logged - sat, may 2, 9:49 pm

                                May 15, 2020, 7:51 pm - after putting a follow-up email on the same thread of [protected]@jio.com asking about the refund, jio team is asking for bank details
                                Is the jio team in a capacity to read email?

                                Refund is pending from 10 months i hope you understand the extreme delay in jio process

                                Your back is calling every second day to know whether jio internet is working, can please do this first rather asking about the service

                                        Company provide very poor connectivity and internet speed instead of 4g speed.

                                        In whole day, for few minutes company provide 4g speed and rest of time i have get internet speed nearby 30 kbps.

                                        Mostly at midnight company provide 4g speed. But i have require 4g speed between morning to night not between night to morning.

                                        I have purchased internet plan on below mentioned number.
